Abstract

The research on "Sustainable Tourism Management in Improving the Quality of Tourism Products in Dokan Cultural Village" encompasses several crucial objectives. First and foremost, it aims to identify the tourism potential of Dokan Cultural Village by examining its cultural richness, natural attractions, and other unique elements that draw tourists. Additionally, the study delves into the impact of tourism practices on the village's environment, analyzing ecological sustainability, waste management, and natural resource conservation. Destination management is also a focal point, evaluating how policies and practices are implemented to ensure the sustainability, safety, and comfort of tourists. The research further explores community participation in tourism management, assessing decision-making involvement, economic empowerment, and the consideration of local communities' needs. Identifying economic empowerment opportunities for local communities through the development of tourism products is another key objective, involving an analysis of local business potential and the role of community engagement in enhancing the value of tourism products. Central to the study is the evaluation and enhancement of the quality of tourism products in Dokan Cultural Village, encompassing service quality, diverse experiences, and the alignment with traveler expectations. Furthermore, the research aims to support sustainable tourism principles by identifying management practices that promote economic, social, and environmental sustainability. Ultimately, the study seeks to provide concrete recommendations for improving sustainable tourism management in Dokan Cultural Village, potentially including policy enhancements, the development of training programs, or the implementation of innovative destination management strategies. By achieving these objectives, the research aims to offer a comprehensive understanding of how Dokan Cultural Village can harness its potential as a sustainable tourism destination through the enhancement of its product quality.

Abstract

Kabupaten Purwakarta juga terletak diantara 2 kota besar di Pulau Jawa yaitu Ibu kota Jakarta dan Bandung, sehingga Kabupaten ini memiliki peluang yang besar dalam meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan. Salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mengembangkan pariwisata adalah dengan mengembangkan daya tarik wisata di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Upaya lain yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta untuk meningkatkan rata-rata lama tinggal dan mensejahterakan masyarakat adalah dengan mengembangkan desa-desa wisata di Kabupaten Purwakarta. Adapun desa-desa wisata yang terdapat di Kabupaten Purwakarta adalah Desa Pasanggrahan (Kampung Tajur), Desa Sejuta Batu dan Desa Ciririp. Dalam penelitian yang menjadi fokus adalah Desa Pesanggrahan (Kampung Tajur). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala destinasi Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Purwakarta dan pengelola desa wisata. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala destinasi Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Purwakarta dan pengelola desa wisata. Hasil Dalam kolaborasi antar stakeholder di Kampung Tajur pada dasarnya sudah bersinergi walau belum maksimal. Salah satu yang menjadi penghalang para stakeholder dalam masa pandemic Covid-19 ini adalah terbatasnya gerak dan belum bolehnya ada aktivitas wisata. Solusi saat ini adalah menunggu vaksin dan kebijakan pemerintah dalam aktivitas wisata. Namun disamping itu, pengelola Kampung Tajur tetap menjalankan kegiatan yang terus meningkatkan kualitas di Kampung Tajur.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Sanjai merupakan desa wisata yang memiliki produk kuliner yang memanfaatkan singkong sebagai produk utama yaitu kerupuk sanjai. Kerupuk sanjai sendiri sudah terkenal dan memiliki paten dan dimiliki oleh masyarakat di Desa Wisata Sanjai. Desa tersebut terletak di Kelurahan Manggis Gantiang, Kecamatan Mandiangin Koto Selayan dan sangat dekat dengan Kota Bukit Tinggi. Desa Wisata Sanjai sendiri memiliki visi “mewujudkan Kampung Wisata Sanjai sebagai pelopor makanan khas Bukit Tinggi yang berdaya saing dan bermanfaat bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat yang berbudaya”.  Tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah menumbuhkan kesadaran dan peran serta seluruh komponen masyarakat Kampung Wisata Sanjai dalam menerapkan, mewujudkan, membudayakan dan memasyarakatkan sadar wisata dan sapta pesona.  Tujuan pelatihan ini dapat Memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip higiene dan sanitasi dalam konteks industri kuliner; meningkatkan pengetahuan para pelaku usaha kuliner tentang regulasi dan standar keamanan pangan yang berlaku; memberikan penerapan strategi praktik higiene dan sanitasi yang efektif dalam operasional sehari-hari; mendorong kolaborasi dan pertukaran pengalaman antar pelaku usaha kuliner lokal.  Untuk mengukur keberhasilan kegiatan ini, akan dilakukan metode pre tes dan pos tes. Analisis pre tes dan pos tes terhadap pelaku usaha kuliner lokal di Desa Wisata Sanjai menunjukkan hasil yang sangat positif dan memberikan gambaran yang kuat tentang keberhasilan pelatihan hygiene dan sanitasi. Dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 30 orang, pelatihan mampu secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam aspek-aspek kunci higiene dan sanitasi.

Abstract

Background: Breastfeeding, a crucial foundation for infant health, provides essential protective nutrition and a complex array of immune-protective factors. Breastfeeding as a natural, protective, and ethical practice is very important to support the health of infants and, by extension, the health of future generations. Objectives: The author emphasizes the biological components of breast milk as physiological protection for infant immunity and highlights the importance of breastfeeding promotion and protection within ideological and cultural contexts. Methods: A comprehensive literature review was performed using online database from Google Scholar to explore the immunological foundation of breastfeeding from original research articles published in recent 5 years. Discussions: Maternal health and maternal immunity are transferred to the infant through breast milk, providing a temporary but significant shield against pathogens. Ethical and philosophical dimensions of breastfeeding as an intrinsic maternal practice that extends beyond nutrition to embody intergenerational health protection. Conclusions: The role of breastfeeding as a natural, protective, and ethical practice is very important to support the health of infants and, by extension, the health of future generations. Philosophically and theoretically grounded strategies are effective in enhancing exclusive breastfeeding rates, particularly in treatments focused on breastfeeding education, empowerment, and counselling. Assistance in the initial days and weeks following delivery is crucial, as this timeframe is critical for the effective establishment of lactation.

Abstract

Mangrove Tourism Village of Tanjung Rejo, located in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, offers coastal natural beauty with a sustainable mangrove ecosystem. This village, located just 20 km from Medan City, has the potential to be an ecotourism destination that prioritizes environmental sustainability and the preservation of local culture. Thru sustainable tourism development, this village aims to improve community welfare by creating jobs and increasing income thru the tourism sector. The community service program organized aims to provide socialization about the principles of sustainable tourism and to increase the capacity of the local community in managing tourism destinations. The main focus of this activity includes sustainable destination management, community economic sustainability, cultural preservation and local wisdom, and environmental protection. Thru collaboration between the community, academics, and the government, it is hoped that Mangrove Tourism Village Tanjung Rejo can develop as a destination capable of bringing long-term benefits to the local community, improving the quality of tourism, and promoting nature conservation and local culture. The pre-test and post-test sessions have the same questions. The pre-test was used to assess the understanding of the community in the Mangrove Tourism Village of Tanjung Rejo regarding simple English statements. The post-test was used to determine whether there was an improvement in the residents' understanding after the material was presented. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, there was an improvement in the residents' understanding before and after the material was presented, with quite significant results. Abstract

Entering the pandemic period, S.T. made several strategic changes. ALi Jakarta includes outlets in SetiaBudi to continue innovating and attracting buyers to shop because of the PSBB and PPKM, which have made profits from the food and beverage industry relatively low. S.T.ALi carried out several marketing strategies during the pandemic. ST, ALi will focus on marketing instant products that are easy to enjoy at home because buyers will spend more time at home. 1-litre bottle packaging and care products are one of the breakthroughs that are widely discussed in Indonesia. This 1-litre bottle packaging can also be more easily marketed with the emergence of new drink types and flavours that are continuously updated regularly within a certain period. In this study, there are two problem formulations: (1) how is the marketing strategy of S.T. Ali Jakarta outlets during the Covid-19 pandemic (2) how does S.T. carry out the marketing mix. Ali outlets during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy of S.T. Ali Jakarta outlets during the Covid-19 pandemic and to explore the marketing mix carried out by S.T.ALi outlets during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative. The object used in this research is a cafe named S.T. ALi Jakarta, which has an Australian-style concept. Data collection techniques include surveys, participation, observation, interviews, field notes, and analytical memos, elicitation of documents, personal experiences, and participation in follow-up studies. Some data collection techniques are the same as "methodological trade," which can be varied according to the researcher's interests. The study results found that the marketing strategy was done through digital marketing, website facilities, and social media marketing, namely Instagram. Each uploaded content varies and includes important and interesting information to provide the latest promotions to followers and potential customers. The S.T. cafe carries out the marketing mix. ALi Jakarta following the concept of eight Marketing Mixes (8P) has been executed quite well, starting from a variety of products with a uniquely Australian theme, prices according to quality, placement of the right outlets with the location of the majority of the target market, attractive and profitable promotions, skilled human resources. trained and professional to improve the good image, quality packaging with beautiful and durable designs, structured system management, to partnerships that can support and provide every need needed by the organization Keywords — Strategy, Marketing, Restaurant, Hospitality
