Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of social media in developing business centers in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan, Surakarta. Social media is now a strategic tool in introducing products, building brands, and increasing interaction between business actors and consumers. In the context of Kampoeng Batik Laweyan, which is famous as one of the batik centers in Indonesia, the use of social media is considered important to expand the market and maintain the sustainability of batik traditions. The method used is a qualitative approach by interviewing batik business actors and analyzing social media content used in the center. The results of the study show that social media plays a major role in increasing the visibility of batik businesses, expanding market networks, and introducing the values ??and philosophy of Laweyan batik to domestic and foreign consumers. In addition, social media is also a means of interaction that allows direct suggestions and criticism from consumers, which also contributes to improving product and service quality. This study is expected to provide insight for other batik business actors in utilizing social media as an effective and sustainable marketing tool.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of religiosity, subjective norms, and price on the decision to purchase halal cosmetics among UMS Accounting Education students, as well as to test their influence indirectly through the purchase intention of UMS Accounting Education students. The research method used was quantitative or survey by distributing questionnaires, and sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis model using smart PLS 3.0. This research was conducted with a population of 360 using the Slovin method, so the sample results were 189 majoring students. UMS Accounting Education Class 2019-2022. The findings of this study indicate that there is a positive and statistically significant impact of the p-value coefficients on all directly connected variables. The findings of this study indicate that all variables exhibiting an indirect impact exert a noteworthy influence on purchasing decisions via purchase intention, with the exception of the religiosity variable. The religiosity variable does not demonstrate a significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention, as evidenced by a coefficient p value below 0.05

Abstract

The Kampus Mengajar program is a form of implementation of “Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka”, which provides opportunities for students to apply the knowledge gained in higher education directly in the field. This study analyses the effectiveness of the literacy-strengthening program implemented at SDN Banyurip, Boyolali Regency. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observations with resource persons. This study examines the programs implemented by Kampus Mengajar students to develop students' interest in reading and reading understanding related to literacy. The results of the study show that the literacy-strengthening program has had a positive impact on students. However, several challenges must be overcome by continuously implementing the program to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

Sistem zonasi adalah mekanisme yang mengatur penempatan peserta didik berdasarkan lokasi tempat tinggal mereka. Tujuan utama dari sistem ini yakni menjamin akses yang sama terhadap pendidikan tanpa memandang nilai akademis, sehingga memiliki kesempatan yang sama bagi seluruh peserta didik untuk diterima di sekolah terdekat. Di penelitian ini, metode kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan sepanjang Juli 2024, serta observasi di beberapa sekolah unggul, seperti SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta, SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto, dan SMA Negeri 1 Banjarnegara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem zonasi menimbulkan tantangan baru bagi sekolah-sekolah unggul, terutama terkait variasi kemampuan akademik peserta didik yang diterima. Tantangan ini memaksa sekolah untuk menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif guna menjaga kualitas pendidikan. Meskipun kebijakan ini memicu perdebatan, penerapan sistem zonasi dinilai positif karena memperluas akses pendidikan secara lebih merata. Dan meskipun menghadapi tantangan dalam penerapannya, sistem zonasi memiliki potensi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose of the study: The objective of this research is to investigate the positive legislature decision of the Constitutional Court, whose hierarchy is ambiguous in the order of Indonesian legal norms. Methodology: This study utilized a doctrinal legal research method with a legal realism approach. The data were sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The authors employed the literature study as the method to collect data that were then qualitatively analysed. Results: The results of this study indicate that from a formal perspective, the positive legislature decision is a court verdict that falls under the jurisdiction of the judicial branch of power. However, from a material perspective, it encompasses elements such as regulations (regeling) that are genuinely located within the executive and legislative branches of power. Considering the presence of norms (regeling) in the Positive Legislature Decision, it is necessary to evaluate its position within the hierarchy of legal norms in Indonesia. Applications of this study: Constitutional judges can use this research as a reference in making positive legislative decisions. It can also be used as a reference in forming laws as a follow-up to the Constitutional Court's decision. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research revealed that the Constitutional Court's positive legislature decision includes elements of legal norms, also known as regeling, such as statutory regulations. Consequently, it is imperative to evaluate the position of courtly decisions within the hierarchical structure of legal norms in Indonesia. It is also crucial to find the legal reasoning for the Constitutional Court's positive legislature decision. Keywords: Constitutional Court Decisions, Positive Legislature, Legal Norms, Legal Hierarchy   ABSTRAK  Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji putusan perundang-undangan positif Mahkamah Konstitusi yang hierarkinya masih rancu dalam tatanan norma hukum Indonesia. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum doktrinal dengan pendekatan realisme hukum. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari segi formil, putusan perundang-undangan positif merupakan putusan pengadilan yang berada di bawah yurisdiksi cabang kekuasaan yudikatif. Namun, dari segi materiil, putusan perundang-undangan positif mengandung unsur-unsur seperti peraturan perundang-undangan (regeling) yang secara hakiki berada di bawah cabang kekuasaan eksekutif dan legislatif. Melihat keberadaan norma (regeling) dalam Putusan Perundang-Undangan Positif, maka perlu dikaji kedudukannya dalam hierarki norma hukum di Indonesia. Aplikasi Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi hakim konstitusi dalam mengambil keputusan perundang-undangan positif. Dapat pula dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai tindak lanjut putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Kebaruan/Keaslian penelitian ini: Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa putusan MK yang bersifat positif mengandung unsur norma hukum, yang juga dikenal dengan istilah regeling, seperti peraturan perundang-undangan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengevaluasi kedudukan putusan pengadilan dalam struktur hierarki norma hukum di Indonesia. Abstract

Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) ialah suatu program kurikulum nasional guna menanamkan karakter siswa agar bersesuaian dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Riset ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober hingga November 2024 untuk menggambarkan strategi penerapan P5 di SMA Negeri 1 Gondang, Kabupaten Sragen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitiatif. Wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi diaplikasikan sebagai teknik dalam mengumpulkan data. Informan dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, mencakup siswa, fasilitator/guru, serta wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik, melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan riset ditemukan bahwa: 1) pentingnya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam P5; 2) pentingnya tim dalam proyek level sekolah; 3) perlunya identifikasi kesiapan sekolah; 4) kerjasama sekolah dengan pihak eksternal; 5) perlunya asesmen dan evaluasi P5; 6) adanya fasilitas yang memadai serta dukungan dari pihak internal maupun eksternal menjadi faktor pendukung; 7) faktor penghambatnya yaitu terbatasnya guru fasilitator di sekolah. Abstract

The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has brought great changes in many aspects of life, one of which is financial technology. The rapid advancement of technology can help many sectors, one of which is the Indonesian financial industry. This study aims to evaluate the structural model of adoption of e-wallet use by utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model theory among the people of Surakarta City. The research method used is quantitative through questionnaire distribution. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the data was examined through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of the study explained that the structural model developed in this study is feasible to be used as an instrument for measuring the factors that influence a person to adopt an e-wallet.

Abstract

Bullying among students is one of the serious problems that negatively impacts students' emotional health, social relationships, and academic achievement, and its impact is not only felt by the victim physically and emotionally but also affects the learning atmosphere. This study aims to analyze the implementation of anti-bullying policies in State Senior High School 5 Surakarta, focusing on the role of peer educators, parental involvement, and cooperation with external parties. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach and is located at State Senior High School 5 Surakarta. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and observations. The results of this study show that State Senior High School 5 Surakarta has implemented programs in bullying prevention, including through: (1) the role of peer educators in bullying prevention; (2) parental involvement; and (3) cooperation with external parties. The findings of this study demonstrate that peer educators play a crucial role in preventing and overcoming bullying behavior in the school environment. Furthermore, parental involvement and cooperation with DP3AP2KB significantly strengthen efforts to stop it. Keywords: bullying, peer educator, anti-bullying policy
