Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the challenges and strategies in implementing post-Covid-19 learning. This study utilizes a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques involve interviews, documentation, and observation of learning activities. The informants involved in this research include subject teachers, school principals, vice principals in charge of student affairs, vice principals in charge of the curriculum, and students. In this study, the Miles and Huberman analysis technique is applied, covering data collection, reduction, presentation, and verification. The research results indicate that schools employ various strategies to address learning loss due to the Covid-19 pandemic. These strategies include individualized learning tailored to the needs of students, enhancing project-based learning, and organizing various forms of training for teachers to improve their pedagogical skills. The presence of the Kurikulum Merdeka has also proven to be a supportive aspect in overcoming post-pandemic learning challenges.

Abstract

Pembelajaran ekonomi sering kali didominasi oleh ceramah karena materinya yang padat. Namun, penggunaan cuplikan film sebagai alat bantu dalam menjelaskan materi dapat menjadi langkah inovatif yang menarik perhatian siswa dan membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih holistik. Cuplikan film dapat memberikan koneksi antara materi dengan contoh-contoh kehidupan nyata yang jarang dijumpai siswa sehari-hari. Meski demikian, pendekatan ini membutuhkan kreativitas dari guru untuk memastikan koneksi tersebut berjalan sesuai harapan. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilakukan kepada guru-guru di SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Klaten Utara dengan tujuan memperkenalkan potensi metode pembelajaran inovatif ini. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan respon positif dari guru, namun ada kendala yang disampaikan oleh guru, yaitu perlunya pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang film apa yang sesuai dengan konteks materi, serta keterampilan dalam mengelola kelas agar tetap kondusif.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe inadequacy of institutions offering religious education to students at Sanggar Belajar Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is an urgent issue. Challenges related to immigration documentation and the absence of a structured curriculum in Community Learning Centers (CLC) contribute to the low level of religious knowledge among students. Although primary school years are crucial for acquiring basic knowledge of Islam and daily worship practices, CLC students face significant difficulties. In response, the Community Engagement for International Partnership (PkM-KI) team introduced Augmented Reality Cards (ARCard) as a new educational tool aimed at helping students learn prayer recitation. The main features of ARCard involve video presentations and three-dimensional objects, enhancing the learning experience. ARCard is specifically designed to offer guidance on prayer recitation and can be accessed via smartphone. The results show student enthusiasm, indicating that learning prayer recitation has become more accessible even without direct parental guidance. These findings underscore ARCard's potential as a significant tool for enhancing student participation in religious education at CLC Kampung Baru. The next recommended step is a comprehensive long-term evaluation of ARCard's impact on improving religious knowledge and learning motivation among students, providing valuable insights for the development of holistic learning programs in the future.Keywords: Augmented Reality, Sanggar Belajar, Community Learning Center, Learning MediaABSTRAKKetidakcukupan lembaga yang menawarkan pendidikan agama kepada siswa di Sanggar Belajar Kampung Baru, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, adalah masalah mendesak. Tantangan terkait dokumentasi imigrasi dan tidak adanya kurikulum terstruktur di Community Learning Center (CLC), yang mengatur pengajaran mata pelajaran Islam, berkontribusi pada rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan agama di kalangan siswa. Meskipun tahun-tahun sekolah dasar adalah periode tepat untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dasar tentang Islam dan praktik ibadah sehari-hari, siswa di CLC menghadapi kesulitan mencolok. Sebagai tanggapan, tim Community Engagement for International Partnership (PkM-KI) memperkenalkan Kartu Augmented Reality (ARCard) sebagai alat pendidikan baru yang bertujuan membantu siswa dalam belajar pembacaan doa. Fitur utama ARCard melibatkan presentasi video dan objek tiga dimensi, meningkatkan pengalaman belajar. ARCard ini dirancang khusus untuk menawarkan panduan tentang pembacaan doa dan dapat diakses melalui smartphone. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme siswa, bahwa belajar pengajian doa menjadi lebih mudah diakses bahkan tanpa bimbingan orang tua. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi potensi ARCard sebagai alat signifikan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam pendidikan agama di CLC Kampung Baru. Langkah selanjutnya yang disarankan adalah evaluasi jangka panjang yang komprehensif mengenai dampak penggunaan ARCard terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan agama dan motivasi belajar di kalangan siswa, memberikan wawasan berharga untuk pengembangan program pembelajaran holistik di masa depan.Kata kunci: Augmented Reality, Sanggar Belajar, Community Learning Center, Media Pembelajaran

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose of the study: The objective of this research is to investigate the positive legislature decision of the Constitutional Court, whose hierarchy is ambiguous in the order of Indonesian legal norms. Methodology: This study utilized a doctrinal legal research method with a legal realism approach. The data were sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The authors employed the literature study as the method to collect data that were then qualitatively analysed. Results: The results of this study indicate that from a formal perspective, the positive legislature decision is a court verdict that falls under the jurisdiction of the judicial branch of power. However, from a material perspective, it encompasses elements such as regulations (regeling) that are genuinely located within the executive and legislative branches of power. Considering the presence of norms (regeling) in the Positive Legislature Decision, it is necessary to evaluate its position within the hierarchy of legal norms in Indonesia. Applications of this study: Constitutional judges can use this research as a reference in making positive legislative decisions. It can also be used as a reference in forming laws as a follow-up to the Constitutional Court's decision. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research revealed that the Constitutional Court's positive legislature decision includes elements of legal norms, also known as regeling, such as statutory regulations. Consequently, it is imperative to evaluate the position of courtly decisions within the hierarchical structure of legal norms in Indonesia. It is also crucial to find the legal reasoning for the Constitutional Court's positive legislature decision. Keywords: Constitutional Court Decisions, Positive Legislature, Legal Norms, Legal Hierarchy   ABSTRAK  Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji putusan perundang-undangan positif Mahkamah Konstitusi yang hierarkinya masih rancu dalam tatanan norma hukum Indonesia. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum doktrinal dengan pendekatan realisme hukum. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari segi formil, putusan perundang-undangan positif merupakan putusan pengadilan yang berada di bawah yurisdiksi cabang kekuasaan yudikatif. Namun, dari segi materiil, putusan perundang-undangan positif mengandung unsur-unsur seperti peraturan perundang-undangan (regeling) yang secara hakiki berada di bawah cabang kekuasaan eksekutif dan legislatif. Melihat keberadaan norma (regeling) dalam Putusan Perundang-Undangan Positif, maka perlu dikaji kedudukannya dalam hierarki norma hukum di Indonesia. Aplikasi Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi hakim konstitusi dalam mengambil keputusan perundang-undangan positif. Dapat pula dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai tindak lanjut putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Kebaruan/Keaslian penelitian ini: Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa putusan MK yang bersifat positif mengandung unsur norma hukum, yang juga dikenal dengan istilah regeling, seperti peraturan perundang-undangan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengevaluasi kedudukan putusan pengadilan dalam struktur hierarki norma hukum di Indonesia. Abstract

The phenomenon of misappropriation of funds by tax officials is considered to have an influence on public compliance and awareness in paying taxes. This encourages researchers to conduct research on perceptions of compliance and awareness of paying taxes after the tax fraud phenomenon. The aim of this research is to describe in detail the views of the general public regarding the influence of the issue of tax fraud on tax compliance by taxpayers. The research method used is qualitative using a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations of research instruments composed of ASN, MSMEs and students. This research was conducted from April to June 2023. The data collected was then analyzed in depth to determine the research results. The research results show that the abuse of authority of tax officers in utilizing tax funds can influence the public's perception of being obedient and aware in paying taxes, because one of the factors that plays a role in increasing taxpayer compliance and awareness is tax officers. For this reason, the government needs to disseminate information about taxes to the public and take firm action against tax officials who commit irregularities so that public trust improves again.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of religiosity, subjective norms, and price on the decision to purchase halal cosmetics among UMS Accounting Education students, as well as to test their influence indirectly through the purchase intention of UMS Accounting Education students. The research method used was quantitative or survey by distributing questionnaires, and sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis model using smart PLS 3.0. This research was conducted with a population of 360 using the Slovin method, so the sample results were 189 majoring students. UMS Accounting Education Class 2019-2022. The findings of this study indicate that there is a positive and statistically significant impact of the p-value coefficients on all directly connected variables. The findings of this study indicate that all variables exhibiting an indirect impact exert a noteworthy influence on purchasing decisions via purchase intention, with the exception of the religiosity variable. The religiosity variable does not demonstrate a significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention, as evidenced by a coefficient p value below 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) soft skill values instilled in students by accounting teachers, (2) the process of instilling soft skills in students by accounting teachers, (3) Barriers and supporting factors in instilling soft skills in students. This research is qualitative using ethnographic design. Data sources of the study are accounting teachers and first-grade students in the accounting department. Data collection techniques were performed through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique conducted during the study was analyzing the data contained in the research site in which the results were used as conclusions to answer the objectives of the study. The research results revealed seven aspects of soft skills, namely self-confidence, communication skill, emotional intelligence, critical thinking skill, teamwork ability, time management, and leadership. The instilling of soft skills in students through cooperative learning strategies and providing positive habituation to students was performed during the teaching-learning process. The barriers of instilling soft skills, which are the lack of students’ abilities, the difficulty to control students, and the lack of teachers’ competences in developing learning methods. Whereas, the supporting factors are the small number of students in each class so the instilling of soft skill became sufficient and the numerous supports given by the school community.

Abstract

E-commerce introduces the e-wallet payment transaction system as an innovation that offers convenience and security for consumers in purchasing goods and services online. This research explores the influence of trust in social environments in fostering the intention of students in Central Java, Indonesia, to use e-wallets, utilizing technology theories such as the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A quantitative study was conducted through an online survey among students. Purposive sampling was employed as the sampling technique, and data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach within Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The study found that the factors of trust and social influence significantly impact the intention to use e-wallets, with trust even playing a supportive role in fostering this intention alongside other factors. These findings will assist service providers in enhancing e-wallet services with new innovations tailored to user needs.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the motivation, factors, and constraints of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen graduates in continuing their education. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study design—data collection techniques using direct or indirect interviews. The results showed that the graduates of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sragen who continued their education to higher education were formed based on their own volition, the socioeconomic status of their parents, family environment, school environment, and community environment. The obstacles experienced in choosing to continue their education to higher education are the economic constraints of parents, but this can be overcome by finding universities with affordable tuition fees and finding solutions by registering for lectures through scholarships.

Abstract

Vocational high schools are always required to prepare graduates to become ready-to-work graduates in the business and industrial world. Moreover, student job readiness is influenced by internal and external factors. For this reason, this study aims to examine 1) the effect of industrial work practices on vocational high school students' job readiness, 2) the influence of learning achievement on vocational high school students' job readiness, 3) the effect of self-efficacy on vocational high school students job readiness, 4) the influence of industrial work practices, achievement learning, and self-efficacy simultaneously on the vocational high school students' job readiness. This quantitative study used a survey method involving 78 samples of respondents, while the research location was at SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. The data collection technique employed a questionnaire, while the data analysis utilized multiple linear regression analysis. The study results revealed: 1) Industrial work practices had a significant effect on job readiness; 2) Learning achievement had a significant effect on job readiness; 3) Self-efficacy had a significant effect on job readiness; 4) Industrial work practices, learning achievement, and self-efficacy simultaneously had a significant effect on job readiness. It proves that job readiness can be influenced by industrial work practices, learning achievement, and self-efficacy
