Abstract

This study examines how the influence of internet promotion media and personal selling on the purchasing decisions of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City. This research is categorized as a qualitative descriptive study with a population of 49 people who are consumers of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City, especially in the Antang area, Kec. Manggala. The data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the promotional media variable had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City, while the personal selling variable had a negative and insignificant effect on the purchase of SR Olshop skin care products in Makassar City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh size dan profitabilitas perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan CSR pada perusahaan Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah pengungkapan CSR sebagai variabel terikat (Y) serta size dan profitabilitas perusahaan sebagai variabel bebas (X). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2022 sebanyak 13 perusahaan, sedangkan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 10 perusahaan farmasi yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan teknik studi pustaka. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan analisis linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 29. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa size dan profitabilitas (ROA) Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR.

Abstract

The aim of this study For analyze How Application Performance Audit Procedures carried out by the Public Accounting Firm Yaniswar Dan Rekan Makassar Branch (Case Study of Performance Audit at RSUD Prof. Dr. HM Anwar Makkatutu Regency Bantaeng ). The variable that becomes the focus of this research is application performance audit procedures carried out by the Yaniswar Dan Rekan Branch Public Accounting Firm with use studies Performance Audit case at RSUD Prof. Dr. HM Anwar Makkatutu Regency Bantaeng. Population in this research is an auditor. Retrieval technique sample used is purposive sampling so that obtained sample as many as 1 resource person that is chairman team. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using analysis descriptive qualitative. Based on results study application performance audit procedures by the Public Accounting Firm Yaniswar and Rekan Makassar Branch began from stage audit planning , stage implementation of audits and stages audit reporting. Yaniswar Public Accounting Firm and Partners Makassar Branch implemented performance audit procedures based on Regulation Director General Treasury Number Per-36/PB/2016 used as guidelines in evaluate performance of the Sector Public Service Agency Health services.

Abstract

Toko Bucketbalbal merupakan sebuah toko yang menjual berbagai jenis karangan bunga dan rangkaian bunga. Toko ini berlokasi di Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan. Selama ini, pemilik toko melakukan banyak pekerjaan dalam menangani pelanggan seperti mengirimkan pesanan, memverifikasi bukti pembayaran dan pekerjaan lainnya. Untuk itu, Bucketbalbal membutuhkan aplikasi E-Commerce dan mengoptimalkannya dengan memanfaatkan Search Engine Optimization yang memudahkan dalam pencarian dan mengintegrasikan pesanan sehingga lebih efesien dan memberikan kenyamanan kepada pelanggan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, studi literatur, analisi sistem, dan pengembangan sistem dengan menerapkan Business Model Canvas dan Unified Modeling Language. Implementasi Web E-Commerce ini memnggunakan Wordpress yang berbasis Content Management System. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi Menggunakan Metode Full costing (Studi Kasus Pabrik Tahu BTP). Penelitian ini berfokus dalam menganalisis Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi Menggunakan Metode Full costing (Studi Kasus Pabrik Tahu BTP) apakah biaya-biaya yang terlibat, baik yang bersifat variabel maupun tetap sudah sesuai dengan harga jual yang ditetapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik ini dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data yang dibutuhkan berupa data dan informasi biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja langsung, dan biaya overhead pabrik serta bukti pendukung lainnya, melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, mengolah hasil wawancara dan data administrasi yang diperoleh berdasarkan analisis data yang digunakan serta menghitungnya dengan metode Full costing , mendeskripsikan metode penetapan harga pokok produksi pada Pabrik Tahu BTP , dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa : (1) HPP pada produk Pabrik Tahu BTP yaitu harga per potong tahu per hari Rp346,67, harga per loyang tahu per hari Rp34.667 sedangkan Menurut Peneliti (Full costing) harga per potong tahu per hari Rp357,67, serta harga per loyang tahu per hari Rp35.767 (2) Perbedaan perhitungan terjadi diakibatkan karena tidak dimasukkannya biaya overhead pabrik oleh Usaha Pabrik Tahu BTP .

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive era of globalization, companies need to increase competitiveness that cannot be separated from employee contributions, the balance between personal life and work is the most important aspect in increasing job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of work balance and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo. This study uses a quantitative method that focuses on data collection and statistical analysis that aims to answer the researcher's questions and test the hypothesis. The population in this study were 60 employees of PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with a total of 52 employees of PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo. Data collection was carried out using a google form by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were measured, each item was scored on a Likert scale where each score was from (1) to (5). The data analysis technique for this study was tested using Smartpls4. The results showed that work balance had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Honda Sanggar Laut Palopo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the training and human resource development program for employee retention at PAM Tirta Mangkaluku, Palopo City. This type of research only uses quantitative methods. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires with a population of 50 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. The number of samples in this study is 50. The measurement instrument uses the Likert scale. Data were processed using SPSS 26. The results of this study are the effect of training programs and human resource development has a simultaneous effect on employee retention, because employees feel accepted by the company, in addition to training and human resource development can improve capabilities, performance, and productivity so that companies can retain potential employees.

Abstract

This literature study aims to analyze and synthesize literature on the urgency of diagnostic tests in education. Using a qualitative approach and content analysis, this study descriptively and analytically examines various relevant sources such as journal articles, theses, dissertations, and books obtained through systematic searches in electronic databases (Google Scholar, ERIC, ProQuest) with keywords and selection criteria set. Data analysis was carried out through reduction, presentation, interpretation of content, comparison, synthesis of findings, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that diagnostic tests play a crucial role as essential formative instruments in realizing quality and inclusive education. This test allows educators to deeply understand the individual learning needs of students, become the basis for personalizing learning, early identification of learning difficulties, and empowering students through specific information on areas of improvement. It is concluded that in the era of demands for quality and inclusive education, diagnostic tests are no longer an option but a basic need for educational units to provide optimal support for each student, creating a responsive, fair, and effective learning environment.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of psychomotor evaluation techniques on students' acquisition and retention of practical skills, particularly in the context of character education. This research employs a literature review utilizing primary sources. The methods used include systematic literature identification and selection by formulating comprehensive keywords to search for articles, books, and research reports from various online databases. Data collection is conducted through systematic information extraction such as main concepts, theories, and findings from previous research. Information is recorded using a synthesis matrix or reference aid. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation, analysis, synthesis, and drawing conclusions. The study results show that psychomotor evaluation significantly affects practical skills. This domain, with its various levels (from imitation to mechanism), is greatly influenced by cognitive and affective aspects, emphasizing the need for holistic evaluation. Effective evaluation techniques, such as observation, rubrics, and portfolios, play a crucial role in identifying strengths/weaknesses, providing specific feedback, motivating students, adjusting learning strategies, measuring progress, and determining levels of mastery. Therefore, the proper application of psychomotor evaluation ensures that students are not only knowledgeable but also able to apply it in real life

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of effective educational management in the context of globalization and rapid social change, focusing on the case of Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Ibadurrahman in Nunukan, Indonesia. This study analyzes the effectiveness of Ibadurrahman's educational management through several key aspects: curriculum planning and implementation, teacher quality, educational facilities and resources, evaluation and feedback mechanisms, and community involvement. Despite challenges such as community perception and teacher qualifications, Ibadurrahman demonstrates a commitment to integrating general and religious education, fostering character development, and providing a supportive learning environment. The study concludes by assessing the contribution of Ibadurrahman's educational model to the success of its graduates in higher education and their contribution to society. The findings highlight the importance of a comprehensive approach to educational management that considers both academic excellence and character development in achieving quality education.
