Abstract

In an organization or other institution, of course there is a leader as the driving force so that an organization or company can run effectively as expected in general. Leadership style is a method or strategy applied by a leader in directing or coordinating his subordinates in order to achieve the expected goals for the common good by not only relying solely on his own abilities in running the leadership of the organization he leads, but there must be cooperation. who is good with his subordinates so that there are no misunderstandings towards those he leads. This research aims to determine the leadership style applied by the Head of Sungai Ambangah Village, Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. In preparing this thesis, the author used a qualitative approach research method. This type of research uses direct field research (field research). The data collection technique uses observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used descriptive qualitative, while to show the validity of the data the triangulation method was used. This triangulation method is divided into three, namely; Method Triangulation, Data Source Triangulation, and Time Triangulation.The results of this research show that the leadership style applied in Sungai Ambangah Village is in a democratic and charismatic leadership style situation. The results of this research were obtained based on the characteristics shown by the Head of Sungai Ambangah Village as the leader.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze workforce development strategies in improving the quality of public services at the Simpang Raya Village Office, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya Regency. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing as well as verifying conclusions. The results show that workforce development strategies in Simpang Raya Village are implemented through workforce planning, technical training, routine coaching, and work motivation. The village secretary plays a central role in coordinating human resource development, starting from competency inventory to designing relevant training programs. Transparent and accountable financial management supports the successful implementation of workforce development programs. In the fields of governance and community welfare, the strategies are focused on improving administrative skills, providing excellent service, managing social assistance, and empowering the community. Technical training enhances service speed and accuracy, routine coaching strengthens work culture, and work motivation increases the loyalty of village officials. Overall, the integrated workforce development strategies have proven to provide a positive impact on the effectiveness of public service delivery at the village level

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies for improving human resource competencies in managing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on pesantren, especially in the production of amplang at Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Khairat. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis employs qualitative data analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the strategy to improve human resource competencies is carried out through practice-based training (learning by doing), instilling work values such as discipline and responsibility, a regeneration system for students, and active participation in every production process. Supporting factors for business development include the social legitimacy of the pesantren, availability of local raw materials, community support, student motivation, and a simple marketing network. Nevertheless, the business still faces obstacles such as limited capital, simple production equipment, traditional marketing, weak management, and minimal external support. This study concludes that strengthening HR competencies and synergy with external support are the main keys to improving the competitiveness and sustainability of pesantren amplang SMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the leadership style of KH. Abdullah Al-Faqir in building economic independence at Pondok Pesantren Mambaul Khairat, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan. A qualitative approach was used with techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain primary and secondary data. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data was tested using source triangulation techniques and methods to ensure the credibility of the research results. The research results show that the leadership style of KH. Abdullah Al-Faqir is a combination of charismatic, democratic, and transformational. This leadership is able to build the loyalty of students, management, and the community, as well as empower students in managing business units. The strategy for economic independence is achieved through the arrangement of human resources based on competence, deliberation, financial transparency, and internal-external synergy. These findings affirm that adaptive and participatory charismatic leadership can serve as a model for other Islamic boarding schools in building sustainable economic independence.
