Abstract

This study analyzes the factors that affect the interest of Generation Z in Greater Surabaya to invest in gold and stock instruments. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 70 respondents through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that only investment trends had a significant effect on investment interest, while financial stability, investment knowledge, and profit expectations did not have a significant influence. These findings emphasize the importance of social media and technology trends in encouraging Generation Z to invest.

Abstract

This study aims to Corruption in the procurement of goods and services is one of the most common corruption offences, ranking second only to gratuities/bribes. This is based on the World Bank (World Bank), every year more than 10 billion US dollars or around 85 trillion rupiah of the central government budget, both for routine expenditure and development projects, are spent through the procurement of goods and services. The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of legal regulation of corruption offences in the procurement of goods and services for the benefit of the government and to find out to Overcome Obstacles in Law Enforcement of Corruption in the Procurement of Goods and Services for Government Interests so that Corruption Cases Can Decrease. The method used is a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis through legislative, case and conceptual approaches. The result of this research is that the formulation of minimum criminal punishment in Law Number 20 Year 2021 has shortcomings, namely not formulating sentencing guidelines to apply this minimum criminal punishment and efforts to overcome obstacles in law enforcement of corruption in the Procurement of Goods and Services so that the number of cases of Procurement of Goods and Services in the following year can decrease, including The principle of procurement must be carried out in tandem with enforcing integrity and increasing the professionalism of procurement human resources

Abstract

The achievement of retail goals is marked by the number of consumers who make purchases or transactions on products so that the need for these products is a direction of consumer behavior. SPHP rice products are not placed in a specific place, making it difficult for consumers to find or choose products. The price of SPHP rice is higher than similar products from competitors in the same location. The promotion of SPHP rice in the Irian product brochure does not match the product on the shelf. The location of Irian is relatively narrow where parking is limited and Irian is at an intersection that is not clearly visible from the main road. The purpose of the study was to determine the Product, price, promotion and location of the consumer purchasing decision of SPHP rice at Irian Supermarket Jl. Hm. Joni. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach that is associative. The population of the study was all consumers who shopped for SPHP rice at Irian Supermarket for 1 month as many as 123 people, using the slovin formula, a sample of 94 people was determined. The results of the study found a significant influence of price obtained a t-value of 2.743, while the t-table value was 1.98698 with a sig value = 0.007 <0.05). Significant influence of product obtained a t-value of 2.304, while the t-table value was 1.98698 with a sig value = 0.002 >0.05). Significant influence of promotion obtained a t-value of 6.662, while the t-table value was 1.98698 with a sig value = 0.000 <0.05). Significant influence of place obtained a t-value of 2.249, while the t-table value was 1.98698 with a sig value = 0.004 <0.05). F count value at level α = 0.05 is 19.995 (F0.05 = 2.47), and significance value of 0.000 means significance value (0.000) <0.05. Conclusion of research partially and simultaneously Product, price, promotion and location have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions of SPHP rice at Irian Supermarket Jl. Hm. Joni.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the legal protection and legal responsibility of debtors in online loan agreements on the Shopee platform. This research is a type of normative juridical legal research, using a legislative approach, a conceptual approach, and a sociological approach. The results of this study are as follows: First, the legal protection provided to debtors of Shopee's Peer-to-Peer Lending (P2PL) loans, regulated by OJK, includes regulations governing peer-to-peer lending services, as outlined in Article 41 of PJOK Number 10/POJK 2022. Second, the debtor's responsibility for late loan payments on Shopee is to pay a fine of 5% of the total bill and record a default in the financial information system, which makes it more difficult to access future loans. If the delay continues, Shopee can freeze the debtor's account and involve a debt collector for collection.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara yuridis konsep wanprestasi dalam perikatan dan perjanjian berdasarkan hukum perdata di Indonesia. Wanprestasi merupakan suatu kondisi dimana salah satu pihak dalam perjanjian tidak memenuhi kewajibannya sebagaimana yang telah disepakati, baik karena kelalaian maupun kesengajaan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan doktrinal, yang menelaah prinsip-prinsip hukum, peraturan perundang-undangan, serta putusan pengadilan terkait wanprestasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanprestasi memiliki beberapa akibat hukum bagi debitur, termasuk kewajiban membayar ganti rugi, pembatalan perjanjian, pengalihan resiko, hingga penyelesaian sengketa melalui litigasi dan non litigasi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemahaman hukum bagi masyarakat agar dapat meminimalisir resiko wanprestasi dalam perjanjian serta memilih mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa yang efektif sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum perdata.

Abstract

In the digital era, social media has become a primary platform for product marketing, with influencers playing a crucial role in promoting goods and services. However, influencers often promote products that are not registered with the Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM), potentially harming consumers. This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of influencers in promoting unregistered products and the mechanisms of consumer protection available in Indonesia. This research employs a normative legal method by analyzing statutory regulations, including Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and various BPOM regulations. The findings indicate that influencers can be held legally accountable for promoting illegal products, either due to negligence or intentional actions. Furthermore, consumer protection mechanisms are available through BPOM's supervision, sanctions against violators, and legal dispute resolution channels, both in and out of court. Strict law enforcement and comprehensive education are expected to foster a more responsible and safer marketing environment for consumers in the digital era.

Abstract

The issue of child exploitation on social media, particularly TikTok, is getting worse. Without considering the detrimental effects, children are exploited for selfish purposes. The purpose of this study is to learn about legal actions taken by law enforcement against those who exploit children and initiatives to shield kids from being exploited on social media in line with the Child Protection Law. Using a normative juridical approach and a qualitative methodology, legal document analysis and literature review are employed. The study's findings demonstrate that, in spite of numerous regulations, the community's inconsistent knowledge of the law, a lack of agency cooperation, and a lack of funding continue to impede compliance.

Abstract

This research examines the process of resolving civil cases using mediation. In response to the many prolonged conflicts, the Supreme Court issued PERMA No. 1 of 2016 on the Judicial Mediation Process. Pre-mediation, mediation process, and mediation outcome are the three steps in this process. In the mediation process, the mediator acts as a neutral party. The mediator can carry out his work with a variety of skills learned, and learned in conflict resolution or dispute resolution. However, the mediation was considered not fully successful at the implementation stage due to the lack of cooperation between the parties and the mediator. This hampered the process and affected its success.

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif adalah sistem pendidikan yang memungkinkan semua siswa, termasuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK), untuk belajar bersama dalam lingkungan yang sama tanpa adanya diskriminasi. Tujuan utama pendidikan inklusif adalah memberikan kesempatan yang setara bagi seluruh peserta didik agar mendapatkan pendidikan yang berkualitas sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Namun, implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dari sisi tenaga pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur untuk menganalisis berbagai kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusif, seperti kurangnya kompetensi dalam mengajar ABK, keterbatasan Guru Pembimbing Khusus (GPK), serta pelatihan yang belum efektif. Selain itu, guru sering mengalami kesulitan dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, pemilihan metode yang tepat, serta manajemen kelas yang kompleks. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pendidikan inklusif dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, penyediaan GPK yang memadai, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara guru, orang tua, dan tenaga ahli. Dengan strategi yang tepat, pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang optimal bagi seluruh siswa.

Abstract: Importance of Character education as an effort to create quality human beings, butnowdays society and school tend only to encourage students to have high academic values withoutinculcating good character. The efforts of schools and parents so that these children have highacademic scores are very strong. But ignore non-academic things like character. Therefore, theimportance of character education is to build a strong nation where people have a noblecharacter,morality, tolerance, and mutual cooperation. Teacher as educators are important figures inthe formation of children’s character, teachers as role models who can instill commendable charactervalues, correct bad behavior to be right, and tell what can and cannot be done. The author usesqualitative methods and descriptive methods by using a literature review of this research to see theeffectiveness of Christian student character building in online PAK learning. Parents, churches, andteachers are important components in the formation of children’s character, therefore PAK teachersare one of the important components in the formation of students’ Christian character in schools.Keywords: character bullding, Christian students, Christian education teachers, Christian educationlearning, onlineAbstrak: Mengikuti perkembangan zaman dewasa ini pentingnya pendidikan karakter sabagaiupaya untuk mewujudkan manusia yang berkualitas. Namun dewasa ini masyarakat maupunsekolah cenderung sekadar memacu siswa untuk memiliki kemampuan akademik tinggi tanpadiimbangi pembentukan karakter yang kuat dan cerdas. Upaya sekolah maupun orang tua agarmurid atau anaknya mencapai nilai akademis tinggi sangat kuat, tapi mengabaikan hal-hal yang nonakademis. Maka dari itu pentingnya pendidikan karakter untuk membangun bangsa yang tangguh,dimana masyarakatnya berakhlak mulia, bermoral, bertoleransi, dan bergotong-royong. Gurusebagai pendidik; bertugas untuk mendidik peserta didik, ia merupakan tokoh penting dalammembentuk karakter seseorang dimasa depan. Guru menjadi tokoh yang menanamkan nilai-nilaiterpuji bagi siswa, memperbaiki perilaku yang buruk menjadi benar dan menjelaskan apa yang harusdan tidak harus dilakukan. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dan metode deskriptif denganmenggunakan studi pustaka terhadap penelitian ini. karena itu efektifitas pembentukan karaktersiswa Kristen dalam pembelajaran PAK secara Daring yang berperan dalam pembentukan karaktersiswa adalah orang tua, gereja, dan sekolah.
