Abstract

Village in the Kauman area, Kec. Klojen, Malang City, is known as Kampoeng Kajoe Tangan (KJT) heritage because it has many ancient and unique buildings, but currently it is not widely known to the public. The KJT must be managed by a solid team of administrators in order to provide added value to the village and its citizens. Visits and interviews with the management team were carried out to see the atmosphere of the village in the past and to find out the role of the management team. So far, the division of tasks and responsibilities within the team has become a problem, resulting in overlapping, resulting in ineffective implementation of plans and activities. Lack of promotion because it does not have a marketing department causes less exposure of buildings that can be visited. Making job descriptions and adding a marketing section, encourages more effective work, more attractive promotions so that they can be better known and attract the public

Abstract

This paper observes the effectiveness of government intervention in Indonesia from market microstructure perspective, especially focusing on the dealers behavior in controlling their inventory by shifting the quotes since the dealers consider their optimal inventory every day, especially when there are events, for example government intervention, that might influence the value of their inventory. Thus, the paper will try to understand how intervention by Indonesia authorities in foreign exchange markets affected the quotation of foreign exchange rates, especially the setting of bid-ask prices. We found that dealers do not consider government intervention as a factor that influences them in controlling their inventory by shifting up and down the quotation. It seems that the intervention is not credible enough, in other words, the intervention is not effective.

Quantitative research methods, namely survey research, have been used. The study approach included a Google Forms-based online survey of 100 respondents, then analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 26. The data was collected from a fairly wide age range, occupational backgrounds, and income level. The results indicate that perceived convenience has the most statistically significant impact on the dependent variable (intention to use). Price and delivery time also significantly impact customers' intention to use OFD services. Perceived ease to use has little influence on the dependent variable. However, the attitude of the delivery person and the condition of the food delivered did not significantly influence customers’ intention to use OFD services.

Abstract

Following World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation, government officials are taking measures to facilitate non-contact payments that allow consumers to conduct contactless transactions, use cashless payment methods, and distance themselves physically from ATMs after the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak. COVID-19 is prevented from spreading through social distancing enabled by e-Wallets. Consequently, e-Wallets are becoming more popular to facilitate smoother, more efficient online transactions. We aim to investigate the key factors to use an e-Wallet since this COVID-19. The four factors included in the research are perceived risk, perceived ease of use, perceived convenience, and government support. Data from this study were collected through electronic questionnaires. The online survey received a total of 100 respondents who are e-Wallet users. Our findings disclosed that perceived risk, perceived ease of use, and perceived convenience are associated with intentions to use e-Wallets. The results offer useful insight into the field of e-Wallets.
