Abstract

A rural area located in Kauman, Kec. Klojen, Kota Malang, is known for Kampoeng Kajoe Tangan (KTT) heritage due to the uniquely built old buildings. However, it is not well recognized by other people. The purpose of this service is to assist the KJT management team in distributing the tasks and the responsibilities for each division as well as to emphasize the importance of additional marketing divisions within the organizational structure. The visitations and the interview with the management team were done to observe the village's condition and to investigate its management team's role. The results from the discussions with the KJT team show that the division of tasks and responsibilities within the team has not well-divided yet resulting in an overlap of each division and causing an ineffectiveness in the implementations of plans and activities. The lacking promotion was caused by the marketing division shortage. Creating job descriptions, and adding more marketing divisions, encouraging a more effective and clear work division, especially on how the marketing division plans a continual promotion so that people will recognize the place and attract more visitors. The suggestion is that each division creates an operational work plan that can support the KJT management team's vision.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Tax Aggressiveness on firm value with Leverage as an Intervening variable, in Mining Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is descriptive correlational quantitative method. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method, and obtained a sample size of 10 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, on period of 2017-2021. The data analysis used in this research is partial least square. Statistical test results show that the Effective Tax Rate has a positive relationship with the Debt to Equity , which means that the more aggressive the company towards taxes, the higher the leverage, while the Leverage has a negative effect with firm value. Tax aggressiveness directly to firm value proved to have no effect, but the indirect effect of tax aggressiveness to firm value through leverage proved significant value and showed an inverse relationship, so it can be concluded that the higher the tax aggressiveness, the higher the leverage, and the lower the firm value.

Abstract

This study examines and analyses the effect of service performance and financial performance on financial independence moderated by state budget (APBN) availability. This research was conducted at Singosari National AI Center, which has been assigned status as a Public Service Agency (BLU) since 2010. This type of causality research uses secondary data from 2011-2020. As the dependent variable, the BLU independent (Y) is measured by the independent ratio, efficiency ratio and effectivity ratio. The independent variables are service performance (X1) and financial performance (X2), and state budget (APBN) is the moderating variable. Service performance consists of the number of sales of frozen cement cows, training services, and livestock tourism. Meanwhile, the financial performance consists of the Current Ratio, Return on Assets, and Net Profit Margin. This study's statistical data analysis model uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that service performance positively and significantly contributed to financial performance. Service performance has a positive but insignificant contribution to BLU Independence. The service performance indicator that has the most decisive influence is frozen semen sales. Financial performance has a positive but not significant contribution to BLU Independence. The return on Assets is the financial performance indicator that gives an enormous positive contribution. Based on the test results of statistical data analysis, this study shows that the availability of APBN does not moderate the relationship between service performance and the financial performance of BLU Singosari National AI Center. These results contribute to the methodology to measure BLU performance and the factors that affect BLU's financial independence.

The sample used in this research consisted of 418 respondents. Respondents taken from BPS Blitar City data were Millennial Generation Respondents. This research uses quantitative research with SPSS as the test tool. The results of the t test between X1 and Y show t = -0.842 > 1.648, so the influence of X1 (financial literacy) is not significant. the results of the t test between X2 and Y show t count = 2.607 > 1.648, so the influence of X2, (lifestyle), has a significant effect on consumptive behavior so hypothesis 2 is accepted. The results of the t test between X3 and Y shows t count = 9.910 > 1.648, so the influence of X3 (E-money) has a significant effect on Consumptive Behavior (Y). The result of t count = 2.835 > 1.648 then the influence of X1 with moderation of self control (Z) has a significant effect on consumptive behavior (Y) so that hypothesis 4 is accepted. The t count = 0.870, less than t table, hence the lifestyle moderated by self-control has no significant effect on consumptive behavior. The results of the t test, namely t count = -0.486, less than t table, namely 1.648, so E-Money, which is moderated by self-control, has no significant effect on consumptive behavior.
