Abstract

Keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar menjadi tolak ukur dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Permasalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI AKL di SMKS Budi Agung Medan yang berjumlah 33 orang siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament berbasis media Baamboozle. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi keaktifan belajar dan tes hasil belajar. Penelitian menggunakan dua analisis data, yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan belajar pada siklus I memperoleh persentase 67,73% dan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 84,24% pada siklus II. Hasil belajar siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I memperoleh persentase 45,45% dengan nilai rata-rata 80,61 dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II yakni 100% dengan nilai rata-rata 92,27. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament berbasis Baamboozle dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa di SMKS Budi Agung Medan.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low level of student learning activity and the accounting learning outcomes that remain below the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement in learning activity and accounting achievement of students in class XI AKL 2 at SMK Negeri 6 Medan through the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 6 Medan in the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects of the study were 35 students from class XI AKL 2, while the object of the study was the Team Assisted Individualization learning model. The study was carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques included observation sheets to assess student learning activity and tests to measure learning outcomes. The data analysis techniques used were both quantitative and qualitative. Based on the observation sheets, in Cycle I, 12 students (34.29%) were categorized as active and very active. In Cycle II, this number increased to 31 students (88.58%), meeting the success indicator of ≥ 85%. Regarding learning outcomes, the data showed that the average pre-test score was 69.71, with 15 students (42.85%) achieving mastery. In the post-test of Cycle I, the average score increased to 82.00, with 26 students (74.29%) achieving mastery. This improved further in the post-test of Cycle II, with an average score of 95.71 and 33 students (94.29%) achieving mastery, thereby meeting the success indicator of ≥ 85%. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) learning model can improve both the learning activity and accounting achievement of students at SMK Negeri 6 Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana paradigma Problem Based Learning, dengan bantuan media Wordwall, telah meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa di kelas X AKL 2 di SMK Negeri 1 Sidikalang. Tiga puluh lima siswa di semester kedua tahun ajaran 2024-2025 menjadi subjek penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan teknik Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan dua sesi per siklus yang mencakup fase perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Tes, observasi, dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data, yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Dalam kategori aktif dan sangat aktif, aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat dari 51,43% (18 siswa) pada siklus I menjadi 85,71% (30 siswa) pada siklus II. Selain itu, ketuntasan hasil belajar meningkat dari 65,71% pada siklus I menjadi 88,57% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan model Problem Based Learning dengan bantuan media Wordwall terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas maupun hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low level of student activity and learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the increase in student activity and learning outcomes of class XI at SMKN 6 Medan through the application of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model.This study uses a classroom action research (CAR) method which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this study were 35 class XI AKL 2 students, while the object of the study was the application of the Numbered Heads Together learning model. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation and test administration. Based on the cycle I observation sheet, there were 13 students (37.14%) included in the active and very active categories, but had not achieved the success indicators. In cycle II, the number of students in the category increased to 33 people (94.28%) and had met the success criteria of ≥75%. The results of the learning test data analysis showed that the average pre-test score was 77.02 with 12 students (34.28%) completing it. In the post-test of cycle I, the average score increased to 85.31 with 30 students (85.71%) completing it. In the post-test of cycle II, the average score increased to 89.34 with 35 students (100%) achieving completion by meeting the success indicator ≥85%. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the Numbered Heads Together learning model is effective in increasing the activeness and learning outcomes of class XI students at SMKN 6 Medan.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah di Indonesia merupakan salah satu penggerak roda perekonomian. Pemberdayaan usaha kecil harus digalakkan agar dapat mencipta daya saing dengan pelaku usaha besar. Permasalahan yang sering didapatkan pada UMKM adalah tidak adanya merek usaha, brand sehingga kesulitan dalam mengiklankan produknya. Label dan kemasan yang berbeda memiliki kemampuan untuk menarik pelanggan selain merek perusahaan. Pengemasan produk sangat penting bagi bisnis karena pelanggan dapat menilai produk berdasarkan bagaimana tampak luarnya. Kemasan yang efektif, lugas, dan portabel akan menarik perhatian pelanggan. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah (1) Meningkatkan keterbatasan pengetahuan mitra akan pentingnya kemasan dan label produk (2) Meningkatkan daya beli barang dengan melakukan pengemasan dan labeling Kotak Kue. Solusi yang diberikan pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah memberikan pendampingan pembuatan desain label produk dan membuat konten medsos untuk promosi di akun media sosial yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah beberapa tahap yaitu meliputi: (1)Persiapan. Terdiri dari koordinasi dan sosialisasi dengan mitra terkait dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat. (2) Pelaksanaan. Terkait dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang melibatkan mitra yang meliputi kegiatan pendampingan. Adapun pendampingan yang diberikan kepada mitra adalah tentang pengemasan dan labeling produk agar lebih menarik konsumen. (3) Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Evaluasi pendampingan dengan melakukan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menunjukkan persepsi positif terhadap kegiatan dan penjualan kue di UMKM “Rumah Kue by Ami” meningkat signifikan dengan penggunaan label dan kemasan kue yang baru.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar diperkenalkan pada tahun 2020 dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Artikel ini merupakan studi literatur yang mengkaji peran dan problematika guru dalam implementasi kurikulum ini serta pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kualitas peserta didik ditinjau dari hasil belajar, motivasi, dan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi kurikulum memberikan dampak positif bagi interaktivitas dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Peran utama guru antara lain menerapkan pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa, melakukan penilaian otentik, dan memotivasi siswa. Namun, guru masih mengalami problematika seperti ketergantungan pada buku paket dan rendahnya literasi digital. Implementasi kurikulum berpotensi meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa serta mengembangkan karakter mereka melalui konsep profil pelajar pancasila. Dibutuhkan kerja sama semua pihak agar kurikulum ini berhasil dicapai dengan baik.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka adalah kebijakan Pemerintah Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi hasil belajar dalam penerapan kurikulum baru. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji literatur terkait dengan Analisis Persepsi Guru terhadap Efektivitas dan Tantangan dalam penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Literature Review, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui dokumentasi dan penelaahan artikel-artikel terkait hasil belajar yang diterbitkan hingga tahun 2023. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka belajar memberikan kebebasan kepada individu untuk menentukan perilaku, proses, pemikiran, dan berlaku kreatif guna pengembangan diri, dengan menentukan nasibnya sendiri. Analisis penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK bertujuan meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran kejuruan, yang ditandai oleh pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di mana guru berperan sebagai fasilitator, mediator, dan motivator bagi siswa agar semangat dalam belajar.

Abstract

Tourism plays a crucial role in contributing to Indonesia's economy. The use of English in tourist destinations is vital, including in North Sumatra's tourism sector. Berastagi is a well-known tourist destination in North Sumatra, attracting many international visitors. It is important for all tourism stakeholders in Berastagi to be proficient in foreign languages to effectively engage with foreign tourists. As such, tourism professionals must have clear objectives to reduce the potential negative effects of national and regional tourism development on local communities, especially in terms of foreign language use. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings reveal that foreign languages are essential in business activities within Berastagi's tourism area, significantly boosting sales and benefiting business operators. Additionally, the use of foreign languages enhances social interactions with foreign tourists visiting the city.

Abstract

This study aims to determine; (1) the effect of emotional intelligence on the level of basic accounting understanding of students of the 2021 accounting education study program at Medan State University; (2) the effect of adversity intelligence on the level of basic accounting understanding of students of the accounting education study program class of 2021 at Medan State University; (3) the influence of emotional intelligence on the learning interest of students of the accounting education study program class of 2021 at the Medan State University; (4) the influence of adversity intelligence on the learning interest of students of accounting education study program class of 2021 Medan State University (5) the effect of learning interest on the level of basic accounting understanding of students of accounting education study program class of 2021 Medan State University; (6) the effect of emotional intelligence on the level of basic accounting understanding through interest in learning; (7) the effect of adversity intelligence on the level of understanding of basic accounting through interest in learning. The population in this study were 64 students with the sampling technique using total sampling. Retrieval of data using a questionnaire of 13 statements and a test of 20 questions. The data were processed using path analysis and the Sobel test with the help of SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the level of students' understanding of accounting as evidenced by the coefficient value of 2.696 and tcount > ttable 7.303>1.999 with a significance of 0.000; (2) Adversity intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the level of students' understanding of accounting as evidenced by the coefficient value of 2.523 and tcount > ttable 6.385> 1.999 with a significance of 0.000; (3) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on student learning interest as evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.436 and tcount > ttable 4.742>1.999 with a significance of 0.000; (4) Adversity intelligence has a positive and significant effect on student learning interest as evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.521 and tcount > ttable 6.069> 1.999 with a significance of 0.000; (5) interest in learning has a positive and significant effect on the level of students' understanding of accounting as evidenced by the coefficient value of 3.194 and tcount > ttable 7.313>1.999 with a significance of 0.000; (6) Emotional intelligence through interest in learning has a positive and significant effect on the level of understanding of student accounting as evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.781 and tcount > ttable 3.4666> 1.999 with a significance of 0.000; (7) Emotional intelligence through interest in learning has a positive and significant effect on the level of understanding of student accounting as evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.732 and tcount > ttable 3.4666 with a significance of 0.000.Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Adversity Intelligence, Level of Understanding of Accounting, Interest in Learning

Abstract

This study examines factors influencing accounting learning difficulties among 138 students of the Accounting Education Program at Universitas Negeri Medan, with a sample of 117, which was determined using Slovin's formula and purposive sampling. This study employed descriptive and verificative methods, and data was analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). Key findings reveal that interest in learning, motivation, talent, independent learning, and campus environment significantly impact learning difficulties. Specifically, higher interest, motivation, and talent, combined with a supportive campus environment, reduce accounting learning difficulties. The study highlights the importance of fostering motivation, independent learning, and a resource-rich environment to enhance academic success and prepare students for accounting careers.
