Abstract

ABSTRAK This study examines the implementation of the "Learning with Nature" (Belajar Bersama Alam/BBA) method at SD Alam Lampung as a holistic educational approach that instills ecological-based leadership values. By integrating thematic learning, environmental exploration, and Islamic spiritual values, BBA shapes students' character as stewards (khalifah) of the Earth who are responsible for environmental sustainability. This concept is manifested through practical activities such as gardening, waste management, and outdoor learning, supported by the design of an environmentally friendly (green) school. The role of teachers as facilitators and the involvement of parents further strengthen the sustainable educational ecosystem. Interviews reveal that the BBA method is effective in fostering early leadership development in children with a strong ecological awareness, in line with the goals of character education and sustainability. Abstract

The increasingly worrying global environmental crisis is not only the responsibility of experts or activists, but also part of the responsibility of the world of education, including Islamic Education. Islamic education plays an important role in forming a generation that is not only religious. This study aims to examine the implementation of environmentally friendly Islamic education through the Pancasila Rahmatan lil 'Alamin Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5RA) at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Falah Tanjung Baru. The main focus of the activities includes waste management, greening through tree planting, and reusing used waste, which are combined with Islamic values such as responsibility, mutual cooperation, and amanah as a manifestation of the role of humans as khalifah fī al-ardh. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, while data is obtained through interview, observation, and documentation techniques, then analyzed thematically and descriptively. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of P5RA makes a significant contribution to strengthening students' character, especially in terms of ecological awareness, discipline, and social empathy. The project-based learning model developed by teachers has been proven to encourage the growth of responsibility and spiritual awareness of the environment as part of worship to Allah SWT and this finding implies that the integration of Islamic values and environmental education in the madrasah curriculum creates contextual and sustainable learning.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini telah membawa berbagai inovasi. Saat ini, teknologi informasi dan komunikasi digunakan hampir di semua bidang kehidupan manusia, sehingga memudahkan pertukaran informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Perusahaan penjualan perawatan kulit yang berbasis di Surabaya, Star Skincare, saat ini merasakan manfaat dari tingginya daya tarik produk perawatan kulit di masyarakat. Dalam konteks ini, Strategi e-commerce sangat penting untuk penjualan. Strategi pemasaran Star Skincare menggabungkan sistem penjualan hybrid dan virtual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem penjualan online Star Skincare saat ini dan menilai dampaknya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan pemulihan layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan keadaan subjek. Mengadopsi sistem penjualan hybrid dan virtual memudahkan pelanggan mengakses informasi saat berbisnis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh partisipasi dalam penyusunan anggaran terhadap motivasi kerja manajerial. Partisipasi dalam penyusunan anggaran dianggap penting karena dapat meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab dan komitmen manajer terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi.Sampel penelitian terdiri dari manajer di berbagai organisasi yang terlibat dalam proses penyusunan anggaran. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi dan motivasi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi dalam penyusunan anggaran memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja manajerial. Temuan ini memberikan bukti bahwa pemberian kesempatan bagi manajer untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses penyusunan anggaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi mereka dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Citizenship Education (PKn) plays an important role in building the identity and character of society in the contemporary era which is marked by globalization and technological progress. This article examines the urgency of Civics in the formal and non-formal education curriculum in Indonesia, exploring its meaning, objectives and functions in forming intelligent, responsible and integrity citizens. Through the Pancasila ideology approach, this education seeks to make the nation's life more intelligent and develop individual potential to become democratic citizens. In the context of the digital era, citizenship education is very important to instill the values of tolerance, love of the country, and awareness of the rights and obligations as citizens. Apart from that, Civics is expected to increase people's active participation in national and state life. This research confirms that strengthening citizenship education at all levels of education is the key to preparing future generations who are able to face social and political challenges, and contribute positively to the nation's progress.

Abstract

Advances in communication and information technology have transformed various sectors, including the retail sector. Toko Pustaka Muslim in Bengkalis Regency, which sells Muslim products, previously relied on manual processes for recording transactions and managing inventory. This led to inefficiency, errors in transaction recording, and delays in decision making. To overcome this problem, this study designed a web-based information system that automates the process of recording sales and purchase transactions and managing inventory in real-time. The system was designed using the prototyping method with an iterative approach that involved direct evaluation from users, as well as utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) for design visualization and Figma for the user interface. The results of the study show that the system built was successfully implemented and was able to improve the operational efficiency of the store. Based on the tests conducted, the system was proven to minimize inventory recording errors and was able to present accurate report data, thereby accelerating the decision-making process by store owners compared to the previous manual system.

Abstract

The reservation and payment information system at Susuka Hotel is an essential requirement to support operational efficiency and effectiveness. This study aims to analyze and design an information system that facilitates a faster and more convenient reservation and payment process, thereby improving customer service quality. The method used in this study is the Waterfall method, which consists of several stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. During the analysis stage, data were collected through interviews and observations to understand the needs of the hotel and its customers. The system design results include the development of a user interface, database structure, and workflow for the reservation and payment processes. With the implementation of this system, Susuka Hotel is expected to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual errors, and provide a better experience for customers. This information system is implemented using web-based programming to enable real-time access and ease of use.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Principal's Management in Implementing Inclusive Schools in State Elementary Schools Cluster III, Dewantara District, West Java Regency. North Aceh and the supporting and inhibiting factors of Principal Management in Implementing Inclusive Schools in State Elementary Schools Cluster III, Dewantara District, Aceh North Aceh. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative methods with a phenomenon approach or direct observation and interaction in the field. The subjects in This research is the principal and several teachers who teach at inclusive class. Technique collection data using interviews, observations, and also documentation studies. Data presentation analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and documentation. data And withdrawal conclusion to participants in field without the existence of engineering. Meanwhile, the data validity test uses the criteria of degree of trust, transferability, dependence And certainty participants as source person. Results research shows that (1) Principal Management in Implementing Inclusive Schools in State Elementary Schools Cluster III, District Dewantara Regency Aceh North Already Can it is said Good. Can seen from the management process carried out with POAC elements, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. (2) supporting factors, namely laws that regulate about school inclusive, and factor inhibitors, namely unavailability or inadequate supporting facilities and infrastructure, support from the local community and accompanying teachers who are not graduates of inclusive education for students with special needs.
