Abstract

The advancement of information technology has significantly transformed work patterns, leading to the widespread adoption of remote work or teleworking. While teleworking offers flexibility and convenience, excessive use of technology can result in technostress, which can negatively impact employees' psychological well-being and job performance. This study aims to examine the effect of technostress on job satisfaction, anxiety, and performance among teleworkers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). A quantitative approach utilizing Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was applied, with 100 respondents participating in the study. The results indicate that technostress has a negative effect on job satisfaction, suggesting that high levels of stress caused by technology usage in teleworking reduce employees' satisfaction with their jobs. Additionally, technostress has a positive effect on work-related anxiety, meaning that increased technostress leads to heightened anxiety levels among teleworkers. Anxiety, in turn, was found to negatively influence job satisfaction, highlighting the detrimental impact of anxiety on employees' contentment with their work. However, anxiety did not show a significant impact on performance, indicating that while anxiety affects satisfaction, it does not directly hinder job performance. On the other hand, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, meaning that employees who are more satisfied with their jobs tend to perform better. These findings emphasize the importance of managing technostress to maintain a productive and healthy digital work environment. Practical implications include the need for digital training to help employees manage technology effectively, psychological support to alleviate stress and anxiety, and the development of structured remote work policies that prioritize employee well-being. By addressing these factors, organizations can improve job satisfaction, reduce anxiety, and enhance overall performance in teleworking environments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi, langkah-langkah strategis, dan model pembangunan etika serta moral generasi milenial di SMA Negeri 4 Tualang dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam multikultural. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis participatory action research (PAR). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif oleh Spradley, yang mencangkup empat tahap utama, yakni analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, analisis komponensial, dan identifikasi tema-tema budaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa: Mahasiswa memahami etika dan moral, tetapi menghadapi tantangan globalisasi. Kejujuran, tanggung jawab, toleransi, dan kepedulian sosial berkembang, namun masih ada kasus plagiarisme dan kurangnya partisipasi sosial. Pembangunan etika dan moral dilakukan melalui strategi integrasi kurikulum dan keteladanan guru, langkah penguatan dialog lintas budaya serta pengabdian masyarakat, serta penerapan model pendidikan integratif dan experiential learning untuk meningkatkan kesadaran serta praktik moral siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Pada saat proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas, ditemukan bahwa siswa cepat bosan jika terlalu banyak mencatat materi pembelajaran dari modul elektronik berformat PDF, dengan isi modul yang sebagian besar disajikan dalam bentuk teks dan tidak interaktif. Selanjutnya, jika dilihat dari cara guru mengajar dan memberikan materi, kurangnya penggunaan metode dan variasi media dalam pembelajaran menyebabkan guru masih menggunakan modul elektronik berformat PDF sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis Adobe Animate Creative Cloud pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar untuk siswa kelas X RPL di SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) model ADDIE. Hasil penelitian melalui pengujian kelayakan media pembelajaran oleh satu ahli materi, yaitu guru mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar, diperoleh skor rata-rata 125 dengan kriteria sangat layak. Hasil pengujian kelayakan media pembelajaran oleh dua ahli media, satu orang dosen dan satu orang dari pihak TVRI Gorontalo, diperoleh skor rata-rata 120 dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sehingga, pengujian kelayakan media pembelajaran berdasarkan ahli materi dan ahli media termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Sedangkan hasil penilaian tanggapan siswa (respons siswa) terhadap media pembelajaran dalam uji coba dengan 9 orang siswa diperoleh skor rata-rata 91,77 dengan kriteria layak. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar yang dikembangkan di SMK Negeri 3 Gorontalo layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the social behavior of Mobile Legends esport athletes in the UKM Esport of STKIP Pasundan Cimahi. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with photovoice and semi-structured interview approaches. The population consisted of 15 athletes, and five main team members were selected as samples using purposive sampling. Data were collected through photo documentation and interviews to describe the athletes' social behavior both within and outside the team. The results indicate that social behavior within the team is reflected in cooperation, emotional support, and strategic communication during practice and matches. Conversely, social behavior outside the team shows limitations in social interaction due to intensive and unstructured training patterns. The conclusion of this study is that high training intensity can restrict social interaction outside the team while strengthening social solidarity within it.

Abstract

This study aims to explore female futsal athletes' challenges and perceptions of gender stereotyping issues. Female futsal athletes often face social, physical, and psychological barriers stemming from the assumption that futsal is a masculine sport. This research used descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling technique, involving 5 female futsal athletes from Venus Independent club. The research instruments were observation, in-depth interviews, and photovoice to comprehensively reveal the experiences and views of athletes. The results showed that gender stereotypes exert social pressure and affect athletes' self-confidence, but athletes are able to develop adaptive strategies to deal with them, such as improving selfquality and proving abilities through achievement. This study concludes that although gender stereotypes are still a significant challenge, female futsal athletes show resilience in the face of discrimination and form positive perceptions of their role in futsal sport. This research is expected to contribute in strengthening support for gender equality in sport, especially in futsal.
