Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dapat mengetahui dan mengatasi perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dini di TK Aisyiyah Bustanl Athfal Kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kemampuan bahasa anak usia dini yang sesuai dengan standar tingkat pencapaian perkembangan anak (STPPA) di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kota Medan. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan bahasa pada anak belum optimal, hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya yaitu didikan orangtua di rumah dan lingkungan sekitarnya sehingga kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan perkembangan bahasa pada anak di sekolah tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Peran seorang guru dalam upaya pengembangan perkembangan bahasa pada anak dapat dilakukan dengan mendorong, membimbing dan memotivasi anak agar anak usia dini mampu untuk lebih dalam mengembangkan perkembangan bahasa anak, hal ini dapat terlaksana karena perlu adanya komunikasi juga kerjasama antara guru dan orangtuanya.

Abstract

The tofu industry in Indonesia faces significant challenges in managing liquid waste, which typically contains high levels of Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) and Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), exceeding the government-set maximum limits. This study aims to explore the optimization of activated carbon-making temperature from coffee grounds and evaluate its ability to reduce COD and BOD levels in tofu industry wastewater. The methods used in this study include the preparation and characterization of activated carbon produced from coffee grounds with temperature variations from 150°C to 550°C. The results showed that the optimal temperature for preparing active carbon was 450°C, resulting in an active carbon yield of 32.56%. At this temperature, the measured water content was 2.96%, ash content was 2.96%, and iodine absorption was 787.24 mg/g, all of which met the standards of SNI No. 06-3730-1995. Evaluation of the impact of using the resulting activated carbon on tofu industry wastewater revealed a decrease in COD levels from 373.25 mg/L to 122.86 mg/L, corresponding to a 67% decrease, as well as a decrease in BOD levels from 191.65 mg/L to 20.02 mg/L, equivalent to an 89% decrease. These findings suggest that activated carbon derived from coffee grounds can be an effective and sustainable alternative for wastewater treatment, providing a more environmentally friendly waste management solution.

Abstract

Dive site Tulamben, Bali, merupakan destinasi populer bagi pecinta fotografi bawah air. Dengan keindahan bawah laut yang luar biasa, termasuk situs kapal karam USAT Liberty, terumbu karang yang kaya, serta berbagai spesies biota laut, lokasi ini menjadi favorit bagi penyelam dan fotografer. Pemotretan underwater photography di Tulamben membutuhkan peralatan khusus, seperti kamera tahan air, lensa wide-angle atau makro, serta pencahayaan tambahan untuk menangkap detail dan warna bawah air secara optimal. Faktor penting dalam aktivitas ini meliputi visibilitas air, kondisi arus, dan waktu terbaik untuk pemotretan, biasanya pada pagi hari saat cahaya alami mendukung hasil foto. Keunikan Tulamben tidak hanya terletak pada daya tarik visualnya, tetapi juga pada pengalaman mendalam yang diberikan kepada fotografer. Dengan perpaduan antara keindahan alam dan pengelolaan yang bertanggung jawab, Tulamben menjadi salah satu destinasi terbaik untuk underwater photography di Indonesia.

Abstract

Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) such as syphilis are a significant health threat among adolescents, especially due to a lack of knowledge and awareness about how to prevent them. This study aims to develop and evaluate an educational program about syphilis as a preventive measure against the spread of STDs in SMK Negeri 2 Medan. The method used was a quasi-experimental approach with a pretest-posttest design. The educational program involved delivering materials through presentations, interactive discussions, and visual media. The results showed a significant increase in the level of students' knowledge and awareness about syphilis, including how it is transmitted, its symptoms, and prevention efforts. This program also positively impacted students' attitudes toward maintaining reproductive health. This study concluded that education about syphilis is very effective as a preventive measure to reduce the risk of spreading sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) among adolescents. The recommendation from this study is the implementation of similar programs in other schools to increase adolescent awareness about sexual health more widely

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on personal financial management of students at the Faculty of Law, Andi Djemma Palopo University. The population of this study was all students at the Faculty of Law, Andi Djemma Palopo University, and a sample of 50 respondents was used. This study used a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis (MLA) in this study indicate that simultaneously, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant and positive effect on personal financial management. Partially, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant and positive effect on personal financial management. These results further support the assertion that the better an individual's financial literacy and lifestyle, the better their financial management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of audit delay on investor reactions with rights issue as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the IDX in 2021-2023. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industry sectors in 2021-2023 and resulted in 65 data. The data analysis technique used is panel data linear regression analysis using eviews 12. Based on the results of data testing, it can be seen that audit delay has no partial effect on investor reactions. Meanwhile, the right issue is unable to moderate the relationship between audit delay and investor reaction.

Abstract

WHO menyebutkan 6.500 bayi baru lahir meninggal setiap hari, yang merupakan 47% dari seluruh kematian anak balita, dan 78 juta bayi meninggal dalam satu jam pertama kehidupannya karena mereka tidak diberi ASI. Mereka mempunyai risiko kematian yang lebih tinggi dan kecil kemungkinannya untuk terus menyusui. Di Indonesia, angka pemberian ASI eksklusif sekitar 32,3%. Provinsi Jawa Barat, terdapat sekitar 36,65 bayi usia 0 hingga 6 bulan yang tidak mendapatkan ASI eksklusif pada tahun 2019. Kota Bogor menemukan bahwa 39% ibu tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada anaknya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan ibu dalam menyusui dengan mengedukasi metode menyusui yang benar dan mendorong pemberian ASI eksklusif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas tersebut. Tiga puluh ibu nifas dan menyusui turut serta dalam kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini menggunakan konsultasi offline. Metode  pengumpulan data  disajikan dalam bentuk kuesioner. Hasil pre test diperoleh responden kurang baik sebanyak 15 orang (50%), namun hasil posttest sebanyak 28 orang (93,3%) responden baik. Nilai p-value uji T-analisis sebesar 0,000. Kata kunci : ASI, Teknik Menyusui, Ibu Postpartum

Abstract

This research’s purpose is to determine the impact of perceived organizational support and work from home on the work-life balance of employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used was the survey method. It took 30 respondents as samples from Gramedia TSM – Bandung by using a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sampling technique. A descriptive and verificative survey was the research type used in this study. The data were processed with multiple regression analyses. The research result showed that perceived organizational support, work from home, and work-life balance are on a good level. The hypothesis testing showed that work from home has a positive and significant effect on work-life balance partially. Perceived organizational support has also a significant and positive effect on work-life balance. Both of them, work from home and perceived organizational support affect work-life balance simultaneously. This study concluded that perceived organizational support and work from home were two significant predictors to construct work-life balance. This information is useful for the company in evaluating the work-life balance of employees through the implementation of work from home and perceived organizational support.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem penyusunan laporan keuangan konsolidasi yang dibuat oleh Yayasan dan merekonstruksi laporan keuangan konsolidasi berdasarkan PSAK 65 melalui evaluasi terhadap penyusunan laporan keuangan konsolidasi pada Yayasan Hasyim Asy'ari. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa laporan keuangan yang dibuat oleh masing-masing unit lembaga masih menggunakan single entry, dan laporan keuangan konsolidasi yang dibuat oleh Yayasan Hasyim Asy'ari belum sesuai dengan PSAK 65 tentang laporan konsolidasi. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Laporan Keuangan, Laporan Konsolidasi, PSAK 65 AbstractThis research aims to analyze the system for preparing consolidated financial reports prepared by the Foundation and reconstruct consolidated financial reports based on PSAK 65 through evaluating the preparation of consolidated financial reports at the Hasyim Asy'ari Foundation. This research includes qualitative research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this research uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the financial reports prepared by each institutional unit still use single entry, and the consolidated financial reports prepared by the Hasyim Asy'ari Foundation are not in accordance with PSAK 65 concerning consolidated reports. Keywords: Evaluation, Financial Statements, Consolidated Statements, PSAK 65

Abstract

Indonesia's mobile technology adoption rate of 77.02% provides a great opportunity forcompanies to improve their services through mobile platforms. PT ABC, a ship service providerfor various needs, currently only uses web-based applications and needs a mobile-based shipservice application to increase efficiency and flexibility. This research aims to implement CleanArchitecture on a Flutter-based mobile platform to improve the structure and facilitate codemaintenance in ship service applications. The research method used is the prototyping method,with stages including Communication, Quick Plan, Modelling Quick Design, Prototype Formationand Deployment Delivery & Feedback. This approach enables faster application development,earlier identification of potential changes, and reduced risk of failure or mismatch with user needs.The results showed that the application of Clean Architecture in mobile-based ship service applications was successfully implemented so that it provided ease of maintenance. Blackboxtesting with 10 test cases ensures that the application functions as expected and is ready to be usedby PT ABC. User Acceptance Testing also shows that this application meets the needs of users andincreases the company's responsiveness to market changes, the test results reached 86.83%. Withthe division of business logic into usecases folders, the overall efficiency of development, flexibilityof change, and ease of maintenance of the system is increased. In conclusion, Clean Architectureproved to be the right solution to optimise PT ABC's business operations, facilitate applicationmaintenance and testing, and improve code understanding and readability for developers
