Abstract

Keterwakilan perempuan pada lembaga legislatif sangat dibutuhkan dalam memberikan pendapat pada proses serta terbentuknya suatu peraturan maupun kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan kaum perempuan. Pendidikan politik bagi perempuan dapat digunakan sebagai cara mengoptimalkan keterlibatan politiknya secara internal partai dan pada pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk pendidikan politik PKS dan Demokrat, menganalisis hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan politik PKS dan Demokrat serta strategi PKS dan Demokrat dalam meningkatkan Keterwakilan Perempuan di DPRD Kota Bukittinggi pada Pemilu 2024. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan didasarkan pada metode purposive dan teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan konklusi. Hasil studi menjelaskan bahwasanya PKS memiliki kegiatan lebih variatif dan terstruktur dibandingkan dengan kegiatan Partai Demokrat yang berupa pemanfaatan momen- momen pada acara tertentu. Namun, dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat hambatan internal berupa, keterbatasan sumber daya, Ketidakjelasan target, Kurangnya komitmen dan koordinasi. Hambatan eksternal yang meliputi, sikap apatis masyarakat, ekonomi masyarakat yang rendah serta pendidikan dan budaya. Strategi PKS dan Demokrat dalam meningkatkan keterwakilan perempuan di DPRD mulai dari, nomor urut awal, strategi pemenangan, pelibatan kader pada kegiatan partai, sistem rekrutmen yang baik, serta pendidikan politik bagi perempuan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the sensory experiences associated with revisit intentions. The study benefits from utilizing five sensory experience indicators sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste to enhance consumer revisit intentions. The methodology applied is a quantitative descriptive approach combined with causal associative techniques. Conducted in July 2024 at Singgah Coffee and Eatery, the research focuses on consumers who have visited in the past six months. Samples were gathered using a non-probability sampling method, targeting individuals aged 17 and above who have visited Singgah Coffee and Eatery at least once. The data type collected is primary data, obtained through the distribution of pre-prepared questionnaires. A Likert scale was employed in the development of the research instrument, featuring positively framed statements. The findings indicate that sensory experiences significantly influence customers’ desire to return to Singgah Coffee and Eatery.

Abstract

WHO menyebutkan 6.500 bayi baru lahir meninggal setiap hari, yang merupakan 47% dari seluruh kematian anak balita, dan 78 juta bayi meninggal dalam satu jam pertama kehidupannya karena mereka tidak diberi ASI. Mereka mempunyai risiko kematian yang lebih tinggi dan kecil kemungkinannya untuk terus menyusui. Di Indonesia, angka pemberian ASI eksklusif sekitar 32,3%. Provinsi Jawa Barat, terdapat sekitar 36,65 bayi usia 0 hingga 6 bulan yang tidak mendapatkan ASI eksklusif pada tahun 2019. Kota Bogor menemukan bahwa 39% ibu tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada anaknya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan ibu dalam menyusui dengan mengedukasi metode menyusui yang benar dan mendorong pemberian ASI eksklusif. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas tersebut. Tiga puluh ibu nifas dan menyusui turut serta dalam kegiatan ini. Kegiatan ini menggunakan konsultasi offline. Metode  pengumpulan data  disajikan dalam bentuk kuesioner. Hasil pre test diperoleh responden kurang baik sebanyak 15 orang (50%), namun hasil posttest sebanyak 28 orang (93,3%) responden baik. Nilai p-value uji T-analisis sebesar 0,000. Kata kunci : ASI, Teknik Menyusui, Ibu Postpartum

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of community leaders in maintaining religious harmony in the Astra Block 1 Complex, Medan Amplas. The lack of social interaction due to the individualistic modern lifestyle is a major challenge in creating harmony among residents with diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds. The method used is descriptive qualitative research, with interviews of two community leaders as the main data source. The research results show that community leaders function as unifiers and facilitators, able to direct social and religious activities that encourage harmony. They show an attitude of tolerance and active involvement in interfaith activities, thereby reducing the potential for conflict. Good communication and inclusive leadership from community leaders play an important role in building mutual respect between residents. It is hoped that this research can provide input for the development of programs that support harmony and cooperation in society. By increasing awareness of the importance of social interaction, community leaders are expected to be able to create a harmonious and conducive environment for all citizens.

Abstract

Anemia is one of the conditions that often occurs in pregnant and lactating women when hemoglobin levels in the body are below normal, therefore pregnant and lactating women are strongly encouraged to take Blood Supplemented during pregnancy and lactation. This study was conducted to determine the incidence of anemia, the level of knowledge of respondents, the level of compliance of respondents, and to determine the effect of the level of knowledge and compliance on the incidence of anemia in pregnant and lactating women in Palu City. This research method uses a cross sectional design with accidental sampling technique by giving questionnaires to respondents. The results obtained were that the level of knowledge of respondents in the good category obtained a greater percentage of 63%, the level of compliance of respondents in the low category of 37%, and the level of anemia incidence in respondents obtained anemia respondents as much as 60%. The results of the chi-square test on compliance obtained a sig probability value ≤ 10% (0.1) P-value of 0.000, while the knowledge obtained a value of 0.103. The conclusion of this study is that there are many respondents who are anemic, at the level of knowledge obtained in the good category, while at the level of compliance the respondents are said to be low, so there is a relationship between the level of compliance of respondents to the incidence of anemia in pregnant and lactating women in Palu City.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is a form of violence committed through electronic contact, either individually or in groups to harm others psychologically. This study examines the psychosocial factors behind the phenomenon of cyberbullying from the perspective of victims, perpetrators, and both victims and perpetrators, namely social anxiety, general belongingness, and social connectedness. Data were collected from 377 students aged 16-18 years by the use of purposive random sampling. All measuring instruments used were translated into Indonesian Language by a sworn translator, and the validity and reliability were tested. The results of data testing using hierarchical multiple regression show that psychosocial factors like general belongingness, social anxiety and social connectedness partially influence cyberbullying with the biggest role coming from general belongingness in a negative direction. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing show that the role of social connectedness is not visible because it is dominated by general belongingness and social anxiety. The findings of the test using support vector machine (SVM-AI) clearly show that cyberbullying is a real phenomenon among teenagers. The psychosocial factors behind the phenomenon of cyberbullying are primarily driven by individual needs which not only require connectedness that meets the need for affiliation, but also relationships based on trust and care.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic suddenly made the company inevitably has to run its operational activities in a way of work from home. The sudden change in the operational activity system can have an impact on the work-life balance of employees. In this study, the researchers wanted to know the work-life balance of the employees during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of work from home. The research method used is a survey method with descriptive verification research type. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing the questionnaire. The results showed that work from home respectively has a positive and significant effect on the work-life balance on the employees. There are dimensions and indicators that are the highest and lowest in constructing each variable and the results of this study are expected to be used by the company to minimize and anticipate the occurrence of negative effects on work-life balance in terms of the aspects of work from home.

Abstract

Intellectual property law (IP law) plays a crucial role in supporting business innovation in the digital age. With the rapid advancement of technology and globalization, IP protection becomes increasingly important to prevent piracy, trademark infringement, and copyright violations that can harm innovators and companies. This paper aims to analyze how IP law can facilitate business innovation by protecting copyrights, trademarks, patents, and industrial designs, as well as addressing challenges in the digital era. IP law provides legal guarantees that protect intellectual creations from unauthorized use, which can enhance a company’s competitiveness and drive economic growth. The study will also discuss the issues faced in implementing IP law, such as copyright violations, trademark imitation, and difficulties in enforcing IP law violations. With a deeper understanding of IP law, companies can develop more effective strategies to protect their works and ensure that intellectual property rights are respected in the global market. In this context, IP law not only serves as a legal tool but also as a catalyst for innovation, providing incentives for companies to invest in research and development of new products. In the fast-paced digital era, IP protection also helps create a fairer ecosystem for innovators by ensuring that their works are not misused by irresponsible parties

Abstract

This article aims to explain the definition of instructional phrases, the importance of using instructional phrases, and examples of instructional phrases in bilingual learning. This study employs a literature review method, relying on secondary data obtained from scholarly journals, articles, and textbooks relevant to instructional phrases in bilingual education. The findings indicate that instructional phrases are expressions used by teachers to give directions, commands, or guidance to students during the teaching and learning process. The use of instructional phrases in bilingual education is crucial for developing students’ communication skills, literacy, and comprehension in both languages, namely English and Indonesian. Examples of instructional phrases in bilingual learning include phrases used for giving orders, making requests, offering advice, providing instructions, issuing warnings, and functioning as speech acts.

Abstract

Perilaku reproduksi sehat merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga kesejahteraan fisik, mental, dan sosial individu, khususnya pada kelompok usia mahasiswa yang sedang berada dalam masa transisi menuju kedewasaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku reproduksi sehat pada mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional digunakan, melibatkan 250 responden yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-square dan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap, dan pengaruh teman sebaya memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap perilaku reproduksi sehat. Pengetahuan merupakan faktor dominan dengan nilai odds ratio (OR) sebesar 2,15, diikuti oleh pengaruh teman sebaya (OR = 1,93) dan sikap (OR = 1,78). Sementara itu, akses informasi dan peran orang tua tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya intervensi edukatif yang menekankan pada peningkatan literasi reproduksi, pembentukan sikap positif, serta penciptaan lingkungan sosial yang mendukung di kalangan mahasiswa.
