Abstract

The term Indonesia as a democratic country is legitimately echoed because Indonesia has used elections as a means to change leaders. Elections or general elections are a democratic party held in the process of realizing Indonesian sovereignty. The main factor considered to be successful in an election is participation. Participation is a measure of the success of an election. Why is it said like that? Because the extent to which the number of voters participate in elections or general elections, the more citizens exercise their right to vote, the greater the level of participation that is considered successful. This research aims to predict election participation in the demographics of Pasuruan Regency. The process of predicting or classifying uses the K - Means algorithm plus the Inertia and Silhouette evaluation models. The results of this research have been carried out in predicting election participation in the demographics of the Pasuruan Regency area which was carried out using the K-Means Algorithm with 4 variables, namely 64% election participation with 3 clusters as a comparison and research adventures with 4 clusters with 68% community participation in the election.Keywords: Data Mining; K-Means; Participation; Elections; Predictions. AbstrakSebutan Indonesia sebagai negara demokrasi secara sah digaungkan sebab indonesia telah mendayagunakan pemilu sebagai sarana untuk melakukan pergantian pemimpin. Pemilu atau pemilihan umum adalah sebuah pesta demokrasi yang dilakukan dalam proses perwujudan kedaulatan Indonesia. Faktor utama dianggap berhasilnya sebuah pemilu adalah partisipasi. Partisipasi menjadi tolak ukur berhasilnya sebuah pemilu. Mengapa dikatakan seperti itu, Karena sejauh mana jumlah pemilih berpartisipasi dalam pemilu atau pemilihan umum semakin banyak warga yang menggunakan hak pilihannya, semakin besar tingkat partisipasi yang dianggap berhasil. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi Partisipasi Pemilu pada Demografi Wilayah Kabupaten Pasuruan. Proses dalam memprediksi atau mengklasifikasikan menggunakan algoritma K-Means ditambah model evaluasi Inertia dan Silhouette. Hasil penelitian ini yang sudah dilakukan dalam memprediksi partisipasi pemilu dalam demografi wilayah Kabupaten Pasuruan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Algoritma K-Means dengan 4 Variabel yaitu sebanyak 64 % partisipasi pemilu dengan 3 cluster sebagai perbandingan dan petualangan penelitian dengan 4 cluster sebanyak 68 % partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemilu.

Abstract

General Background: Regional government-owned assets are essential resources that support public service delivery and administrative efficiency. Specific Background: In Sidoarjo Regency, asset management remains constrained by manual processes and limited integration of visual and locational data. Knowledge Gap: Previous systems improved data recording but lacked real-time tracking and digital documentation of asset handovers. Aims: This study developed SiBARIS (Sistem Informasi Barang Milik Daerah dengan Informasi Lokasi), a web-based system designed to optimize inventory and handover management of regional assets at BPKAD Sidoarjo. Results: The system, built using Laravel and MySQL with the Waterfall method, integrates photo uploads, GPS-based tracking, and automated digital handover documentation, demonstrating significant improvements in data accuracy, transparency, and administrative efficiency. Novelty: SiBARIS introduces a comprehensive digital platform combining asset documentation, location tracking, and automatic reporting in one unified system. Implications: This innovation contributes to more transparent, accountable, and efficient local governance, serving as a model for digital asset management in regional government institutions. Highlights: Web-based system integrating visual and GPS data for asset tracking. Improves transparency and accountability in local asset management. Abstract

Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah usaha ekonomi produktif yangberdiri sendiri yang dilakukan oleh orang perorangan atau badanusaha yang bukan merupakan anak perusahaan atau cabangperusahaan yang dimiliki, dikuasai, atau menjadi bagian baiklangsung maupun tidak langsung dengan usaha kecil atau usahabesar dengan jumlah kekayaan bersih atau hasil penjualan tahunansebagaiamana diatur dalam undang-undang. Tujuan Penelitian iniadalah membuat media promosi online bagi UKM dalammengembangkan UKM sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan melaluipenjualan produk UKM secara online berbasis web. Dalampenelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall Langkah pertama rekayasa dan pemodelan sistem informasi yaitumencari dan merancang kebutuhan sistem, langkah keduamelakukan analisa kebutuhan yaitu untuk mengetahui domaininformasi dan fungsi-fungsi yang dibutuhkan oleh sistem, langkahketiga desain yaitu membuat/merancang aplikasi sistem, langkahkeempat koding yaitu menerjemahkan dalam bentuk bahasapemrograman, langkah ke lima pengujian yaitu menguji sistemapakah sudah sesuai dengan rancangan yang sudah ditetapkan danlangkah keenam pemeliharaan terhadap software terkait dengankebutuhan pengembangan sistem. Hasilnya pengujian perangkatlunak Aisyiyah Store berbasis web menggunakan Pengujian metodeBlackbox adalah sistem dapat berjalan dengan normal dan bekerjasesuai rancangan ditandai saat sistem menerima inputan yang salahditandai dengan pesan kesalahan ketika sistem menerima inputanyang tidak sesuai dengan aturan input yang sudah diterapkan padasetiap textbox

Abstract

Geese have many benefits for human needs. Starting from meat, eggs, feathers, fat, and other uniqueness such as guarding other livestock if there are animals or strangers approaching their territory. However, in Indonesia, goose utilization is less desirable and only a few do it. This poses a probӏem for goose breeders due to the absence of knowӏedge about the diseases experienced and the handӏing soӏutions. An expert system is an artificiaӏ inteӏӏigence that supports expert decision-making. The forward chaining method provides conclusions through rules derived from existing facts. This Expert System for Diagnosing Swan Diseases Using the Web-Based Forward Chaining Method is designed to make it easier for farmers or users to consult about the diseases experienced and treatment solutions with 90% diagnostic results. This expert system is made based on a website that can be accessed easily and at any time. Based on black box testing, the results obtained show 100% system functionality, so this expert system application can be used.

Abstract

Media Technology and Information is currently developing quite quickly and well. Some people and even almost all of the surrounding community are familiar with technology, especially in the science of artificial intelligence. With this expert system, it can help alleviate the need when it is difficult to meet experts, especially livestock specialist diseases. The purpose and benefits of this expert system is to make it easier for researchers to identify livestock disease problems based on the symptoms suffered by cattle. The identification method used in this system is the Forward Chaining Method and collects symptom data from several sources and verified journals. The desired result of this research is the reduction of disease or outbreaks that occur in Livestock Cattle and provide prevention and treatment solutions so as not to be attacked by diseases and outbreaks.

Abstract

Many building promotion techniques use building miniatures, but this media is less interactive. Augmented reality is a technology that allows interaction between the real and virtual worlds. To assist promotional activities, it is necessary to develop commercial building promotional media using the application " Digital Catalog of Commercial Buildings Based on Augmented Reality as Promotional Media". Building objects are made in three dimensions and visualized through augmented reality technology. The purpose of developing this application is as a medium or tool to facilitate the communication process with customers. Application development uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle method and has been successfully operated on several devices with the Android operating system. From the results of black-box and feasibility testing, the application gets good results and has a score of 913 out of 1000 or 91.3% percentage of eligibility.

Abstract

Public services are very important for the government to see how much success it has in carrying out services to the community. Correspondence is very important in a village government, because it is a separate necessity for the community in managing files and also complaints which are activities that can help in realizing prosperity in a village. In this study the authors developed an information system to assist the community in managing letters to the government and making complaints so that the community does not need to come to the village government office. The author uses the CodeIgniter framework, the PHP programming language and the MySQL database in designing a correspondence information system. To carry out work on this article using the waterfall method because this method has structured stages in the design of this information system. This method begins with a needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, maintenance.The result obtained in the user acceptance test get a total percentage of 73%.

Abstract

Abstract: This research highlights the significance of information technology in producing relevant, accurate, and timely information as the foundation for strategic knowledge in decision-making. Applications, as software, play a vital role in presenting information tailored to user needs, based on provided input data. Flutter, serving as an SDK for mobile app development, brings superior capabilities in cross-platform application development. The development of a mobile application for Fruit Garden Tourism Information System in Sidoarjo using Flutter aims to facilitate the search for fruit garden tourism spots based on user preferences and provide detailed information about those locations. The objective is to assist the community in discovering and enjoying fruit garden tourism in Sidoarjo. In the testing process, the black-box method is utilized to identify system weaknesses, validate the congruence of executed data with inputs, and prevent potential deficiencies and errors in the application before user deployment. In the testing process, the application has successfully passed tests for its interface and all provided features with success. Keywords: application; flutter; fruit garden tourism; information technology. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggambarkan pentingnya teknologi informasi dalam menghasilkan informasi yang relevan, akurat, dan waktu tepat sebagai dasar pengetahuan strategis untuk pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi, sebagai perangkat lunak, memiliki peran vital dalam menyajikan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, berlandaskan pada data masukan yang diberikan. Flutter, sebagai SDK untuk pembuatan aplikasi mobile, menghadirkan kemampuan unggul dalam pengembangan aplikasi lintas platform. Pengembangan aplikasi mobile untuk Sistem Informasi Wisata Kebun Buah di Sidoarjo menggunakan Flutter bertujuan memudahkan pencarian tempat wisata kebun buah sesuai preferensi pengguna dan menyediakan informasi yang terperinci tentang lokasi tersebut. Tujuannya adalah memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam menemukan dan menikmati wisata kebun buah di Sidoarjo. Dalam proses pengujian, metode black box digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan sistem, memvalidasi kesesuaian data yang dieksekusi dengan yang dimasukkan, serta mencegah potensi kekurangan dan kesalahan dalam aplikasi sebelum digunakan oleh pengguna. Pada proses pengujian, aplikasi telah berhasil melewati pengujian untuk aspek tampilan dan seluruh fitur yang disediakan dengan sukses. Kata kunci: aplikasi; flutter; teknologi informasi; wisata kebun buah.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a WebGIS platform to provide accurate information about disabled-friendly public facilities and service locations in Sidoarjo, Indonesia, using 2018 Susenas data on disability prevalence. The method involves data input by administrators and data access by users. The resulting WebGIS-based map of public facilities for persons with disabilities is accessible online. The system facilitates easy location-based access to physical accessibility facilities, infrastructure, and disability-friendly public services. The implications of this study include improved access to education, healthcare, and public facilities for individuals with disabilities in Sidoarjo, thus contributing to a more inclusive society. Highlights: Sidoarjo, Indonesia, using 2018 Susenas data on disability prevalence. Enabled easy access to accurate information about physical accessibility facilities, infrastructure, and disability-friendly public services. Abstract

The study investigates the utilization of data mining techniques, especially the Apriori algorithm and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) classification, in recommending appropriate learning methods based on student data. The purpose of this research is to analyze patterns and groupings in students’ behavior, preferences, and academic performance to support more informed and personalized educational strategies. The Apriori algorithm is used to identify frequent associations among learning related attributes, while KNN classification helps group students with similar learning characteristics. The analysis revealed that the digital learning method is the most preferred by students, with a percentage of 84.29%, followed by the traditional lecture method at 15.70%. These results reflect a notable trend toward technology-driven, flexible learning environments, although conventional approaches continue to hold relevance for a portion of learners. The research concludes that the integration of the Apriori algorithm and KNN clustering proves to be an effective analytical framework for facilitating adaptive learning. This approach allows educators and institutions to make data-driven decisions in tailoring instructional methods that align with the diverse needs and preferences of students.
