Abstract

Status gizi yang baik berperan penting dalam pembangunan SDM, namun masalah gizi balita masih menjadi tantangan di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, meskipun cakupan intervensi sudah cukup tinggi. Program Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) berbahan pangan lokal bertujuan untuk meningkatkan status gizi ibu hamil dan balita, namun implementasinya menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan tenaga gizi, distribusi pangan yang kurang optimal, dan koordinasi lintas sektor yang belum efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan PMT bagi balita di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dengan fokus pada aspek input, proses, dan output. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada 28 informan yang terdiri dari tenaga kesehatan, masyarakat, kader desa, dan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ketersediaan sumber daya sudah cukup, masih terdapat tantangan dalam pelatihan SDM dan pengolahan bahan pangan berbasis ikan. Distribusi PMT telah dilaksanakan dengan koordinasi yang baik, namun variasi menu dan pelatihan perlu ditingkatkan. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa adanya peningkatan berat badan pada sebagian balita dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya gizi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan inovasi menu, penguatan sinergi lintas sektor, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan program PMT.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong hadirnya Virtual Reality (VR) dan Metaverse sebagai ruang baru interaksi manusia yang bersifat imersif, tanpa batas geografis, dan semakin memengaruhi perilaku sosial-keagamaan. Dalam perspektif Islam, kemunculan teknologi tersebut menuntut adanya kajian yang mampu menempatkannya dalam kerangka nilai dan etika syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan VR Metaverse berdasarkan konsep Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah, khususnya pada lima tujuan utama: penjagaan agama (ḥifẓ al-dīn), akal (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), jiwa (ḥifẓ al-nafs), keturunan (ḥifẓ al-nasl), dan harta (ḥifẓ al-māl). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif melalui studi literatur terhadap kitab klasik, artikel ilmiah, fatwa kontemporer, serta dokumen teknologi terkait VR dan Metaverse. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan tematik untuk memetakan potensi kemanfaatan dan risiko teknologi terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa VR Metaverse memiliki peluang besar dalam bidang pendidikan, dakwah, simulasi ibadah, dan ekonomi syariah ketika diarahkan untuk kemaslahatan. Namun, potensi mafsadat juga muncul, seperti penyalahgunaan identitas, akses pada konten haram, distraksi kognitif, serta penyimpangan moral jika tanpa regulasi.

Abstract

The Acting School Principal faces the challenge of increased responsibilities. This is especially true for teachers who are given the additional task of serving as acting school principal. This challenge can affect their work motivation because their workload increases, which also means their responsibilities grow. Such conditions can impact the effectiveness of the leadership management function due to the work motivation of an acting school principal who is temporarily filling the position. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study design aimed at understanding how acting school principals interpret their roles, the strategies they use to manage the school organization, how management functions are applied, and how motivation influences daily leadership actions. The results show that the Acting Principal of SMA Negeri 02 Tenggarong has high motivation in carrying out leadership functions, performs responsibilities by implementing management functions (planning, organizing, actuating, controlling), and there are supporting and inhibiting factors in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial management at SMK Negeri 1 Anggana to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability of financial governance based on Good Financial Governance (GFG). The study used a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews, observations, and documentation studies, as well as analysis of the Miles and Huberman interactive model.The results indicate that school financial management adheres to the RKAS guidelines, but remains administrative in nature and is not based on real needs. Transparency and accountability are suboptimal due to limited public access and management capabilities. The implementation of the e-RKAS digital system is hampered by infrastructure and financial literacy. Key factors influencing financial effectiveness include leadership, human resource competency, and regional policy support.This study emphasizes the importance of implementing GFG in vocational education and recommends strengthening financial governance based on transparency, participation, and digitalization as a step towards financial independence in vocational schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi kinerja saat ini pada kantor PT.Bumi Karsa, dan Pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Bumi Karsa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda. Dalam peneltian ini juga menggunakan uji validitas dan realibitas, uji T (parsial), uji F (simultan) uji koefisien korelasi (r), koefisien determinasi (r2). Dari hasil uji hipotesis telah terbukti bahwa kompetensi dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Bumi Karsa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need for the integration of the traditional game-based Team Games Tournament (TGT) model in elementary school learning. The method used is qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and focused group discussions (FGD) in elementary schools. The results show that both teachers and students express a high need for a more interactive and collaboration-based learning model, where TGT can increase student engagement. Traditional games, which are rich in local cultural values, have been shown to enrich the learning experience and support the development of students' social skills. The main challenge found was the lack of teachers' understanding of how to integrate traditional games in TGT. The implications of these findings are the need to develop learning models that combine TGT and traditional games, as well as training for teachers to optimize their implementation in primary school learning, in order to create more comprehensive and meaningful learning.   Keywords: learning innovation; Team Games Tournament; Traditional Games; Cooperative Learning

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the educational quality of SD Negeri 001 Pulau Derawan based on Education Report data using a SWOT analysis approach as the basis for formulating school quality improvement strategies. The study was motivated by the low literacy and numeracy achievement of students and the suboptimal utilization of Education Report data in data-based school planning. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The data were collected through observation and document analysis of the 2023 Education Report of SD Negeri 001 Pulau Derawan. Data analysis was conducted using SWOT analysis by identifying the school’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats based on educational quality indicators and field conditions. The results showed that the school’s strengths lie in school safety climate, student character, inclusivity climate, and the principal’s instructional leadership. Meanwhile, the main weaknesses include low literacy and numeracy achievement, basic-level learning quality, and limited learning facilities. The opportunities available include the Merdeka Belajar policy, School Operational Assistance (BOS) funding, the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, and local government support. The main threats consist of geographical limitations of the island area, high teacher turnover, and limited internet access. Based on the SWOT analysis, several quality improvement strategies were formulated, focusing on strengthening literacy and numeracy, improving teacher competence, optimizing contextual learning based on local potential, and strengthening collaboration between schools and the community.
