Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia telah mengeluarkan peraturan dalam mengurangi dampak virus COVID-19 berupa protokol kesehatan. Protokol kesehatan terdiri dari cuci tangan menggunakan sabun, menggunakan masker pada saat bepergian, jaga jarak, dan periksan temperatur tubuh. Menerapkan protok kesehatan telah dirancang sebuah sistem palang masuk otomatis berdasarkan SOP COVID-19 menggunakan Raspberry pi. Sistem ini bekerja mendeteksi wajah menggunakan kamera ditampilkan pada sebuah display sebagai informasi wajah bermasker dan tidak bermasker, mendeteksi objek ketika pakai sabun, cuci tangan, dan memeriksa suhu menggunakan sensor GY 906 serta sebuah notifikasi suara untuk himbauan jaga jarak aman, dimana ketika pengunjung memenuhi standar SOP tersebut maka palang akan terbuka. Jika objek tidak melaksanakan protokol kesehatan maka palang tidak akan terbuka. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan uji coba, alat ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam mendeteksi keterlaksanaan SOP Covid 19 sebagai proteksi palang masuk sehingga dapat membantu pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan dalam pencegahan dan pengurangan penularan COVID-19.

Abstract

IPS learning is boring, and students lack enthusiasm which results in a decrease in students’ critical thinking skills. This study aims to analyze the application of the PBL and PJBL models to necessary thinking skills in blended learning. This research is a type of quantitative research with experimental methods. The research design used was the Matching Pretest Posttest Control Grub Design. The population of this study was 320, and the sample was 76. The sampling technique used a random sampling technique. The method used to collect data is observation and tests. The instrument used to collect information is the question sheet. The data analysis technique was carried out using the t-test and ANOVA test using the SPSS 25 application. The result of the analysis showed that the problem-based learning model increased the mean before and after treatment. The application of project-based learning has an average rise before and after being given treatment. Comparing problem-based learning and project-based learning models on critical thinking skills shows that the use of problem-based learning models is superior to the use of project-based learning models. This study concludes that both models influence crucial thinking skills and that using problem-based learning models is superior in increasing necessary thinking skills compared to using project-based learning models.

Abstract

The increasing demand for telecommunication services requires reliable fiber optic network infrastructure. However, signal attenuation remains a major challenge in data transmission that leads to service quality degradation. This research aims to predict fiber optic network attenuation values using the Random Forest Regression algorithm by utilizing historical data from PT. Telkom Akses Indonesia. The dataset consists of 1225 New Connection Installation (PSB) data with features including ODP coordinates, customer location, cable length, and attenuation values. Research results show that the model with a 90:10 data ratio provides optimal performance with an R² Score of 0.9832, MSE of 0.0559, RMSE of 0.2363, and MAE of 0.1009. The model successfully explains 98.32% of variation in network attenuation data. Predictions of attenuation values for future periods show a stable trend, enabling proactive assessment of fiber optic network performance so operators can anticipate disruptions before they impact customer service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between anthropometric variables and biomotor abilities with gymnastics potential in elementary school students. The research method used a correlational quantitative approach involving 106 fourth and fifth grade students aged 9–11 years at SD Negeri 1 Gentan. Data were collected through anthropometric measurements (height, weight, arm span, sitting height) and biomotor ability tests (flexibility, core muscle strength, coordination). Data analysis was performed using Pearson's correlation test and multiple regression using SPSS. The results of the study showed that: (1) Height was significantly correlated with arm span (r = 0.687; p < 0.01) and sitting height (r = 0.434; p < 0.01), but not with biomotor ability; (2) Sit height has a positive relationship with core muscle strength (plank) (r = 0.346; p < 0.01), while arm span has a negative correlation (r = -0.209; p < 0.05); (3) Biomechanical abilities such as flexibility (split) and body rotation (air turn) are significantly correlated (r = 0.775 and r = 0.676; p < 0.01), but are not directly influenced by anthropometric variables. The conclusions of this study indicate that gymnastics potential is more influenced by technical training and flexibility than by body structure, although certain anthropometric variables such as sitting height and arm span play a role in core muscle stability. The implications of this study highlight the importance of combining anthropometric monitoring with structured biomotor training programs for the development of gymnastics potential in elementary school students. Abstract

Background: Consumers have the right to consume safe and healthy fresh milk. One of the factors that affect the productivity and quality of milk is the altitude of the location and environmental conditions around the farm. Objective: This research aimed to determine the differences in microbial quality and the somatic cell count (SCC) in milk between farms in the highlands (Cijeruk Farm, Bogor) and lowlands (Pondok Ranggon Farm, East Jakarta). Methods: This study observed the total plate count (TPC), the number of Staphylococcus aureus, and SCC. Microbial testing was carried out using the plate count method and the somatic cells count used the Breed method. The data were analyzed statistically using Mann-Whitney U and Chi-square. Results: The results showed that TPC, S. aureus, and SCC of milk from Pondok Ranggon located in the lowlands were higher than those of milk from Cijeruk located in the highlands. The average of TPC, S. aureus, and SCC in milk from Cijeruk were 1.6×104 ± 1.5×104 CFU/mL, 1.3×103 ± 4.2×103 CFU/mL, and 1,795,000 ± 1,838,791 cells/mL, respectively. The average of TPC, S. aureus, and SCC in milk from the Pondok Ranggon were 3.5×105 ± 1.0×106 CFU/mL, 1.7×105 ± 6.3×104 CFU/mL and 3,032,222 ± 4,348,654 cells/mL, respectively. This research showed that the location of the rearing area has relationship with S. aureus in milk (P<0.05). Conclusion: It was concluded that microbial status and the somatic cell count are influenced by differences in livestock areas.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan melatih instalasi video conference yang dijalankan di Local Area Network. Partisipan sebanyak 30 peserta didik berpartisipasi di Program PkM Teknologi Informasi SMK Negeri 1 Perhentian Raja, Kecamatan Perhentian Raja, Kabupaten Kampar, Provinsi Riau pada tanggal 6, 20, 27 Juni 2022.  Keterbatasan pengetahuan peserta mengenai penguasaan instalasi video conference pada Local Area Network menjadi masalah yang ditemukan. Tim PkM, sebagai bahan evaluasi, menggunakan metode observasi partisipan dengan mempersiapkan catatan lapangan yang digunakan untuk menunjukkan proses kegiatan berlangsung. Dokumen berupa teks peserta didik dikumpulkan dan dijadikan bahan bukti kemandirian peserta didik. Data dari catatan lapangan dan teks peserta didik dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik dengan pendekatan induktif. Ditemukan bahwa tim PkM dapat membangun pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam melakukan instalasi video conference menggunakan Jitsi Meet dan memperagakan secara langsung. Tim PkM mengimplementasikan pengajaran eksplisit dan bimbingan tutor untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik untuk berusaha mandiri dalam aktivitas crimping kabel UTP, instalasi perangkat wireless, instalasi server, dan konfigurasi video conference secara mandiri dalam bentuk kelompok tanpa. Berdasarkan hasil post-test dan pre-test dalam pelaksanaan PkM didapatkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas keilmuan dan kompetensi sebesar 24,3%.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan melatih para siswa untuk membuat media pembelajaran berbasis powerpoint. Sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan dalam proses presentasi laporan di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah action research (Penelitian tindakan) yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) langkah, yaitu: analisa awal, proses persiapan, proses pelaksanaan dan penutup. Adapun mitra dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah para siswa/siswi yang melaksanakan kerja praktik di STMIK Amik Riau sebanyak 20 orang dan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 2 (dua) hari. Adapun topik materi yang diberikan kepada siswa meliputi cara mengaktifkan/membuka dan menutup aplikasi Ms. PowerPoint; membuat file baru, teknik penggunaan warna, mengubah warna background, menambahkan tabel, gambar, video, sound dan menggunakan efek dalam presentasi; serta mencetak slide, note page, dan handout. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM ini yaitu sebanyak 83% dari jumlah siswa sebagai peserta telah mampu membuat media presentasi berbasis powerpoint secara tuntas. Dengan demikian bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak yang baik karena peserta (siswa) telah mampu meningkatkan hardskill untuk mengoperasikan laptop atau komputer diantaranya bisa membuat media pembelajaran berbasis powerpoint. Sehingga media pembelajaran yang telah dibuat tersebut dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan keperluan di sekolah.

Abstract

Perkembangan komunikasi dari percakapan lisan hingga era digital telah mengubah cara manusia berinteraksi. Era modern menghadirkan aplikasi chatting yang memungkinkan komunikasi global dalam bentuk teks, panggilan, dan video call. Namun, kemajuan ini juga menghadirkan risiko privasi dan keamanan data. Pengiriman data melalui media chatting telah menjadi umum, namun diperlukan perlindungan dari ancaman seperti spam, penyadapan, modifikasi, dan fabrikasi data.Penelitianini bertujuanuntuk merancang aplikasi chatting dengan keamanan tinggi melalui enkripsi data menggunakan Algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). Aplikasi ini juga mengimplementasikan metode asynchronous dalam pengiriman dan penerimaan data, serta fitur-fitur modern seperti file converter dan catatan tugas. Enkripsi "end to end" pada chat teks dan video call memberikan tingkat keamanan yang memuaskan. Metode perancangan menggunakan algoritma AES-128 dengan penerapan dalam pengiriman pesan menggunakan Flutter dan Bahasa pemrograman Dart. Data hasilenkripsi disimpan di Firebase untuk menjaga keamanan. Penelitian ini berjudul "Implementasi Metode Aes Pada Aplikasi Chat Menggunakan Flutter," dengan harapan dapat menyediakan komunikasi yang aman dalam era digital.

Abstract

Abstract contains of maximum 200 words Security system solutions for strategically important facilities are put in place to prevent unauthorized access. There are numerous automated access control systems available, but they are relatively expensive and difficult to use. The goal of this research is to create a security system that combines voice recognition and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to reduce costs while providing optimal security. This system is based on the Raspberry PI, and it uses RFID reading to scan and identify the user, as well as voice recognition to grant entry by opening the door. The microcontroller also provides access via a visual display in the form of a liquid crystal display for easy identification of the server room access control. Identity information and voice recognition are saved in a database, which can be accessed at any time. The RFID reader can scan a tag within 20 cm in two seconds and perform voice recognition in one second. The data is stored in the database after the two types of access control are identified and recognized. To open the door, the motor will move. This system is designed for ten users and has a 1% error rate

Abstract

This research aims to reveal teachers' efforts to improve the numeracy of lower grade elementary school students using singing and Jarimatika methods. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Research data was collected from elementary school teachers and low-grade elementary school students using observation and interviews. The results of the research show that the teacher's efforts to integrate the singing and Jarimatika methods were carried out using the song "Balonku Ada Lima" whose lyrics were replaced with addition and subtraction rules using the Jarimatika method. Jarimatika rules are taught by singing while simulating number symbols to introduce the concept of place value. Improving number operation skills is carried out by combining the concept of scaffolding, peer tutoring, and drill and practice of calculating using Jarimatika. This combination of methods aims to make it easier for students to strengthen their numeracy skills using Jarimatika method.
