Abstract

This study aims to identify the ideal physical profile of water ski and wakeboard athletes in the preparation of the DKI Jakarta contingent to face the XXI Aceh-North Sumatra National Sports Week (PON) 2024. Water ski and wakeboarding are water sports that require a combination of physical strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility to support optimal performance. Therefore, understanding the ideal physical components is very important in supporting the success of athletes in national competitions. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method involving 20 water ski and wakeboard athletes from DKI Jakarta. Physical measurements were carried out using standardized instruments, including anthropometric measurements (height, weight, BMI, chest circumference, waist, and body fat percentage), muscle strength (dynamometer and push up), cardiovascular endurance (Cooper test), flexibility (sit and reach test), and speed and agility (shuttle run and 30-meter sprint). The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to determine the mean, standard deviation, and distribution of each physical component measured. The results show that water skiers and wakeboards have a distinctive physical profile, where arm and leg muscle strength, good cardiovascular endurance, and high flexibility are the main factors that support their performance. The average BMI of athletes is in the ideal category, with a low percentage of body fat. Flexibility and speed are also important components that play a role in the success of athletes when maneuvering on water.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a Traditional Game Book for Developing Coordination. With the development of this book, it will add references and become an alternative for learning and games that can be done in the home environment, school and on campus. This book aims to enable students to understand more fully about traditional games, be able to play traditional games with various biomotor skills and preserve traditional sports by playing games that can improve motor skills. This research is development research or Research & Development. The research data instruments consist of assessment instruments by validators (material, language and media), and media-based questionnaires based on research sample responses. The samples in this study were taken using a purposive sampling technique, taking into account the following conditions; 1) All students have taken Traditional Sports courses; 2) students are taught by the same lecturer. The overall results of this research data analysis show a figure of 75.37%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the completeness of the traditional game manual developed is at a level suitable for use as a learning medium.

Abstract

Tests and measurements in the field of sports are important to reach the peak of achievement. With advances in technology in the field of sports can help make it easier to carry out tests and measurements. Upper muscle explosive power (upper body) is one important component to achieve achievement in each sport. The results of observations in the field, tests and measurement of upper muscle explosive power are still using manuals not digitally, such as push up Ball uses a measuring instrument in the form of a long ruler or meter. The method used in this study is the Research & Development (R&D) method that refers to the 4D model of the development of Thiagaradjan & Semmel with steps  including Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The research subjects are athletes who will compete in the 2024 National Sports Week (PON) Banten Province and its surroundings. Data collection methods are carried out using media and material validation questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics that refer to the guide of Mardapi (2018), namely by converting score data on the questionnaire sheet into a qualitative form, calculating the average score of the total filling of the questionnaire sheet, and changing the average score into a qualitative value. The results show that it is very practical as indicated by the results of the questionnaire and has good effectiveness on training results.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh manakah motivasi intrinsik yang ada pada pengunjung untuk mencari dan mengikuti  perkembangan arung jeram DKI Jakarta . Metode penelitian yang digunakan  adalah survey dengan mengunakan angket. Jumlah orang dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 26  orang. Data diperoleh dengan Teknik random sampling , selanjutnya diberikan angket yang berisikan soal sebanyak 30 butir pertanyaan kepada responden. Kemudian responden akan di berikan waktu yang tidak di Batasi untuk menjawab semua butir-butir pertanyaan yang disediakan didalam kertas soal. Berdasarkan dari hasil motivasi intrinsik pengunjung arung Jeram yang telah di dapat melalui angket yang di sebarkan kepada pengunjung arung jeram DKI Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 26 orang, bahwa memiliki kategori sedang sebanyak 6 orang dengan nilai persentase sebesar 23,08. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kesenangan dalam berolahraga arung jeram di Sungai saung bambon dan keinginan mengedukasi yang timbul untuk berolahraga di Sungai saung bambon masuk dalam kategori sedang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen wisata arung jeram Muara Cianten. Perumusan masalah ini mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen wisata arung jeram Muara Cianten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan angket. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen objek wisata arung jeram Muara Cianten berjumlah 100 orang. Validasi instrumen menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment sedangkan Reliabilitasnya menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan bantuan program SPSS 27.0, dan hasil penelitian mengetahui Dimensi Pelayanan menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 8,115 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima. Hal tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa Pelayanan (X) mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y).

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat kebugaran jasmani anak usia sekolah dasar menjadi isu penting yang perlu segera ditangani melalui pendekatan edukatif dan menyenangkan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini difokuskan pada pengenalan dan pelatihan senam karet sebagai alternatif aktivitas fisik yang sederhana, murah, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa terhadap pentingnya olahraga, serta memberikan keterampilan dasar senam karet yang dapat dilakukan secara mandiri di lingkungan sekolah maupun rumah. Metode pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan strategi pelatihan langsung dan demonstrasi praktik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SDN Jatinegara Kaum 07 Pagi, Jakarta Timur, melibatkan siswa kelas IV dan V sebagai peserta utama. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan antusiasme siswa terhadap aktivitas fisik, pemahaman dasar tentang gerakan senam karet, serta adanya perubahan perilaku positif dalam rutinitas harian siswa terkait kebugaran jasmani. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi model awal penerapan senam karet di sekolah-sekolah dasar sebagai sarana pembinaan kebugaran yang menyenangkan dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

This basic movement training through traditional games at SDN 01 Kamasan, Serang Regency, Banten aims to improve students' gross motor skills through fun activities that are relevant to their culture. Traditional games such as congklak, engklek, ucing-ucingan, and gasing were chosen because they contain basic movements such as running, jumping, throwing, and catching that are important for children's physical development. The training was conducted using demonstration, active participation, and group discussion methods. The observation results showed an increase in students' basic movement skills after attending the training. In addition, students also looked more enthusiastic and motivated in participating in learning activities as much as 85% of students. This training is expected to be an effective and fun alternative in developing students' basic movement skills, while preserving the noble values contained in traditional games.Pelatihan Gerak Dasar Melalui Permainan Tradisional untuk Siswa Sekolah DasarABSTRAKPelatihan gerak dasar melalui permainan tradisional di SDN 01 Kamasan, Kabupaten Serang, Banten ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik kasar siswa melalui aktivitas yang menyenangkan dan relevan dengan budaya mereka. Permainan tradisional seperti congklak, engklek, ucing-ucingan, dan gasing dipilih karena mengandung gerakan-gerakan dasar seperti berlari, melompat, melempar, dan menangkap yang penting bagi perkembangan fisik anak. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode demonstrasi, partisipasi aktif, dan diskusi kelompok. Hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan gerak dasar siswa setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Selain itu, siswa juga terlihat lebih antusias dan termotivasi dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran sebanyak 85% Siswa. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dan menyenangkan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan gerak dasar siswa, sekaligus melestarikan nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam permainan tradisional.Kata Kunci:Gerak dasar; permainan tradisional

Abstract

Early childhood is a critical period for developing motor skills, especially locomotor movements such as walking, running, and jumping. However, many parents and educators lack adequate understanding and skills to apply effective and engaging play models that support optimal motor development. This community service activity aimed to provide training for parents and educators on implementing locomotor movement play models that are enjoyable, educational, and developmentally appropriate for young children. The activity was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Kamasan, Serang–Banten, through a combination of socialization sessions, practical training, and guided play simulations involving the children. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge, with average scores rising from 60.4 (pretest) to 86.6 (posttest), and the majority of participants classified in the high improvement category. Moreover, children’s motor skills improved by an average of 41.7%, particularly in jumping and coordination abilities. These findings indicate that locomotor play models are effective in enhancing the physical development of early childhood and can serve as a strategic approach integrated into early childhood education environments. The training also successfully raised awareness among parents and educators regarding the importance of physical activity as an essential component of holistic child development.Pelatihan Model Permainan Gerak Lokomotor untuk Anak Usia DiniABSTRAKMasa usia dini merupakan fase krusial dalam perkembangan keterampilan motorik anak, khususnya keterampilan gerak lokomotor seperti berjalan, berlari dan melompat. Sayangnya, banyak orang tua dan pendidik belum memiliki pemahaman serta keterampilan yang memadai dalam menerapkan model permainan yang dapat mengoptimalkan perkembangan motorik anak. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada orang tua dan pendidik tentang penerapan model permainan gerak lokomotor yang menyenangkan, edukatif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik anak usia dini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 1 Kamasan, Serang–Banten, melalui metode sosialisasi, pelatihan praktik, dan simulasi permainan bersama anak-anak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta dari rata-rata pretest 60,4 menjadi rata-rata posttest 86,6, dengan mayoritas peserta menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kategori tinggi. Sementara itu, kemampuan motorik anak mengalami peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 41,7%, terutama pada aspek melompat dan koordinasi gerak. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model permainan gerak lokomotor efektif dalam mendukung perkembangan motorik anak usia dini, serta dapat menjadi pendekatan strategis yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini. Pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua dan pendidik tentang pentingnya aktivitas fisik sebagai bagian integral dari pendidikan anak secara holistik.Kata Kunci:Anak usia dini; Gerak lokomotor; Keterampilan motorik

Abstract

Recreational sports tourism activities involving the community and educational institutions such as elementary schools are often accompanied by the risk of minor to moderate accidents, such as injuries, sprains, fainting, and even broken bones. Unfortunately, community preparedness in providing first aid for accidents (P3K) is still relatively low due to the lack of systematic training and education. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve the capacity of sports teachers and residents around SDN Kamasan 01, Serang Regency, in handling emergency incidents through practice-based P3K training. The implementation method includes interactive lectures, P3K technique displays, case simulations, and distribution of pocket modules to 40 participants. Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and direct observation during the simulation. The results of the training showed a significant increase in the knowledge and skills of participants, with an average increase of 68% and 85% of participants were able to disseminate basic P3K techniques correctly. This activity proves that community-based P3K training is effective in building an emergency response culture and improving the safety of recreational sports activities. It is hoped that similar activities can be replicated in other schools and communities as part of community safety education.Pelatihan Pertolongan Pertama pada Kecelakaan Di Wisata Olahraga RekreasiABSTRAKKegiatan wisata olahraga rekreasi yang melibatkan masyarakat dan institusi pendidikan seperti sekolah dasar sering kali diwarnai dengan risiko kecelakaan ringan hingga sedang, seperti luka, terkilir, pingsan, bahkan patah tulang. Sayangnya, kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam memberikan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan (P3K) masih tergolong rendah akibat kurangnya pelatihan dan edukasi yang sistematis. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru olahraga dan warga sekitar SDN Kamasan 01, Kabupaten Serang, dalam menangani kejadian darurat melalui pelatihan P3K berbasis praktik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi teknik P3K, simulasi kasus, dan pembagian modul saku kepada 40 peserta. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest–posttest serta pengamatan langsung saat simulasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, dengan rata-rata peningkatan nilai sebesar 68% dan 85% peserta mampu mempraktikkan teknik P3K dasar dengan tepat. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan P3K berbasis komunitas efektif dalam membangun budaya tanggap darurat dan meningkatkan keamanan kegiatan olahraga rekreasi. Diharapkan, kegiatan serupa dapat direplikasi di sekolah dan komunitas lain sebagai bagian dari edukasi keselamatan publik.Kata Kunci:Pertolongan Pertama; Wisata Olahraga; P3K; Masyarakat; Sekolah Dasar
