Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of student achievement in improving the quality of learning in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses the literature review method by analyzing various academic sources related to learning achievement management. The results showed that santri learning achievement is influenced by various factors, such as learning discipline, the role of homeroom teachers, activeness in learning, and involvement in extracurricular activities. Data obtained from MTs Anwarul Hasaniyyah Tabalong shows that the level of attention, activeness, and discipline of santri in learning is still relatively low, although there is an increase in enthusiasm for learning after participating in extracurricular activities. Student achievement management includes planning, monitoring, evaluating, and developing academic and non-academic in order to achieve optimal learning outcomes. With the implementation of more effective strategies, such as increasing study discipline and involvement in additional activities, santri achievement can continue to be improved.

Abstract

The management of uniforms at Pondok Pesantren Anwarul Hasaniyyah (ANWAHA) is an integral part of the disciplinary system and the reinforcement of students' identity. This study discusses three main aspects of uniform management: uniform regulations and standards, distribution and management systems, and their impact on students' discipline and identity. The uniform regulations at ANWAHA are designed to reflect Islamic values and instill the habit of dressing neatly and modestly. The distribution and management system is implemented in a structured manner, covering procurement, distribution, and maintenance processes to ensure uniformity and availability of clothing for all students. Additionally, regular supervision is conducted to ensure compliance with the established rules. The implementation of this uniform management system contributes to shaping students' discipline and strengthening the sense of unity and identity within the pesantren. With strict regulations, an efficient distribution system, and periodic evaluations, uniforms serve not only as formal attire but also as a medium for character education that upholds pesantren values.

Abstract

Melalui Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 1 Tahun 2019 sebagaimana diubah dalam Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 7 Tahun 2022 telah merubah secara perlahan proses persidangan di Indonesia menggunakan sistem elektronik. Berbagai fitur yang tersedia di dalam aplikasi bisa memudahkan bagi siapa saja yang mau beracara di Pengadilan. Advokat sebagai salah satu aparat penegak hukum yang sering beracara di pengadilan sebagai bagian dari profesinya, sangat terikat kepada peraturan tersebut. Bahkan diwajibkan bagi seorang advokat apabila menjadi pihak Penggugat di dalam persidangan harus menggunakan e-court untuk mendaftarkan perkaranya. Melalui metode penelitian hukum empiris. Penelitian dilakukan di beberapa kantor Advokat yang terdapat di Kota Banjarmasin. Dari semua kantor advokat yang diwawancarai penulis, menemukan hasil dari 7 (Tujuh) advokat yang berdomisili di Kota Banjarmasin berpendapat dan menyatakan bahwa melalui persidangan elektronik efektivitas dan efesiensi waktu di persidangan sudah dirasa efektif terutama di dalam mencapai asas, cepat, mudah dan sederhana. Akan tetapi mereka juga menyatakan bahwa persidangan melalui media elektronik yang diharapkan bisa memudahkan, justru jadi bomerang karena lebih ribet untuk mendaftarkan perkara. Yang mana kedua perspektif tersebut akan lebih rinci dijelaskan di dalam tulisan ini.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically map and visualize the intellectual structure and thematic development of scholarly work on the relationship between job crafting and work-family enrichment. Despite the growing academic interest in both constructs, existing literature remains fragmented, with limited integration across domains. Using a bibliometric mapping approach, this study analyzes 300 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025, retrieved from Scopus and Google Scholar. Data collection followed the PRISMA protocol to ensure transparency and methodological rigor. The bibliographic data were processed using VOSviewer to generate network, overlay, density, and co-authorship collaboration visualizations. The results reveal that job crafting remains the conceptual core of the literature, frequently linked with job satisfaction, autonomy, and work engagement, while work-family enrichment has only recently gained prominence, especially in response to global shifts such as remote work and increased work-life demands. Overlay analysis highlights emerging keywords such as resilience, recognition, and remote work, while density visualization reveals underdeveloped themes that represent future research opportunities. Co-author collaboration networks show limited interdisciplinary and international collaboration, emphasizing the need for more inclusive research ecosystems. The study contributes theoretically by reinforcing the relevance of integrating the Job Demands-Resources model, Self-Determination Theory, and Role Enrichment Theory. Practically, the findings inform organizations about the importance of proactive job design in fostering positive work-family dynamics. Methodologically, this research demonstrates the utility of bibliometric mapping in identifying gaps, knowledge clusters, and research fronts in an evolving interdisciplinary field

Abstract

As the behaviour main foundation, intention gives a strong contribution in leading behaviour to perform certain actions. It is necessary to prove empirically the psychological factor towards online purchase intention through attitude components, which are cognitive, affective, and conative. The aim of this study is to empirically describe and give evidence about the impacts of cognitive, affective, and conative levels on online purchase intention. The data is collected using survey and statistically analysed with multiple linear regression, engaging 150 respondents. The results of the study prove that cognitive and conative levels have a significant impact on online purchase intention, while the affective level does not give any impact towards it. The conative level is a factor that gives the greatest impact on online purchase intention, which means that the conveniences offered on online purchasing are the biggest aspects that lead to a desire to do online purchasing. The willingness to do online purchasing will result to a strong online purchase intention.
