Abstract

The role of the Umrah and Hajj Travel Bureau is very important for those carrying out the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages, considering the very high value of the pilgrimage, and its implementation outside Indonesia. Demands for comfort in carrying out the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages are left entirely to the Special Umrah and Hajj Travel Bureau. Regarding the high cost of the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages, of course users of Umrah and Hajj Travel Bureau services will be very disappointed if the services provided do not meet the congregation's expectations, thereby reducing the congregation's comfort in worship. The aim of the research is to analyze the behavior of pilgrims in deciding whether to register for Umrah or Hajj at a Hajj and Umrah travel agency. This research uses qualitative methods and is classified as field research with semi-structured interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings from this research are that there are several things that influence pilgrims to make their choice to register for Umrah or Hajj with a Hajj and Umrah travel agency, such as certainty of departure, comfort in service, adequate accommodation and so on.

Abstract

The training on filling the Lecturer Performance Load (BKD) through the SISTER Application within the Nusantara Academy of Finance and Banking aims to improve lecturers' understanding and ability to report their academic performance accurately and on time. BKD is an important instrument in assessing lecturer productivity in accordance with the duties and functions of the tridharma of higher education. The SISTER application developed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) facilitates online BKD reporting. However, many lecturers face obstacles in operating this application, thus requiring special assistance. Through this training, participants are equipped with practical knowledge about the procedures for filling out BKD in accordance with applicable standards, utilizing features in the application, and solving common problems that are often encountered. The results of this activity are expected to improve the efficiency and quality of lecturer performance reporting, as well as support the assessment process and career development of lecturers in the institution. This training is also a strategic step to improve accountable and information technology-based university governance.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kuantitas produksi udang dan ikan dan meningkatkan efisiensi biaya produksi melalui penerapan teknologi mesin pakan pelet. Kendala Gapokkan Sepakat antara lain: 1) Belum adanya teknologi mesin pelet pakan udang; 2) Pengetahuan kelompok dalam menerapkan teknologi mesin pelet masih terbatas; dan 3) Pengetahuan anggota kelompok dalam manajemen usaha masih terbatas. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dengan tahapan a) Sosialisasi dan koordinasi kegiatan; b) Uji operasional mesin; c) Penerapan produk teknologi; dan d). Pendampingan operasional. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa: 1) 85% mitra memahami pentingnya penerapan teknologi dalam budidaya perikanan; 2) 90% mitra memahami cara menggunakan mesin Pakan Pellet Carong; 3) 100% mitra setuju kegiatan PKM ini memberikan banyak manfaat dan dapat menyelesaikan masalah mitra dalam mengatasi limbah ikan rucah; dan 4) 45% mitra mengalami peningkatan pendapatan dari pemanfaatan mesin pakan. Pengabdian ini sangatlah penting dan bermanfaat untuk mitra menambah pendapatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi preferensi konsumen dan atribut yang paling dipertimbangkan konsumen dalam pembelian kopi bubuk instan siap saji di kalangan masyarakat Desa Pahlawan Kecamatan Karang Baru Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Penelitian ini berdasarkan tujuan penelitian yaitu menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis kausal komparatif. Penelitian kausal komparatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan menarik kesimpulan tentang ada atau tidaknya hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel yang diteliti. Teknik penarikan sampel penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah Nonprobability sampling.Teknik Non Probability Sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang atau kesempatan yang sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada responden yang mengkonsumsi dan membeli kopi bubuk instan siap saji dengan jumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan data penelitian kepada sampel menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah chi square yang dioperasikan melalui program SPSS dan analisis multiatribut fishbein. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Preferensi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian kopi bubuk instan siap saji di Desa Pahlawan berdasarkan atribut yang ada yaitu Merek = Indocafe; Harga = Harga sesuai kualitas; rasa = Manis (Campuran gula/susu/krimmer lainnya); Promosi = Memberi bonus pembelian dan Kemasan = Kemasan yang memuat informasi lengkap dan Atribut kopi bubuk instan siap saji yang paling dipertimbangkan dalam keputusan pembelian kopi bubuk instan siap saji di Desa Pahlawan dengan urutan atribut dari yang paling dipertimbangkan sampai dengan yang kurang dipertimbangkan adalah atribut merek, rasa, harga, promosi, dan kemasan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pemasaran ubi kayu melalui pendekatan SCP (Structure Conduct Performance) di Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Simalungun. Lokasi Penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel random sampling (sampel acak sederhana). Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 37 petani yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, 5 pedagang pengumpul dan 5 pedagang pengecer yang ditentukan dengan teknik snowball sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif (deskriptif) dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis struktur pasar yang terbentuk pada pemasaran ubi kayu di Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Simalungun ditingkat petani mengarah pada pasar oligopoli longgar. Sedangkan pada tingkat saluran lembaga pemasaran menunjukkan pasar oligopoli ketat. Hasil analisis kinerja pasar terdapat dua pola saluran pemasaran, margin pemasaran pada saluran I, nilai margin pemasarannya yaitu Rp. 1.380/Kg dan pada saluran pemasaran II yaitu Rp. 1.700/Kg. Nilai farmer’s share pada saluran pemasaran I sebesar 54,00% dan saluran pemasaran II nilainya sebesar 43,33%. Nilai efisiensi pemasaran ubi kayu pada saluran pemasaran I sebesar 14,00% dan saluran pemasaran II sebesar 16,80%, kedua saluran tersebut dapat dikatakan efisien karena nilainya kurang dari 50%.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the crucial role of school principal leadership in increasing the effectiveness of the teaching team at Taman Fajar Vocational High School (SMKN). Through a qualitative approach, this research explores the leadership strategies and practices implemented by school principals to strengthen the collaboration and productivity of teaching teams in this educational environment. Research methods include in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, as well as direct observation of the dynamics of teachers' work. Data analysis was carried out using a thematic approach to identify patterns and trends in the leadership roles carried out by school principals. The research results show that the principal's leadership plays a central role in creating a work climate that is conducive to team collaboration. Using a transformational approach, the principal at SMKN Taman Fajar encourages open communication, provides support, and empowers teaching team members to innovate in teaching methods. In addition, school principals also play a role in facilitating relevant training and professional development for the teaching team.

Abstract

This qualitative study aims to conduct a comparative study of the mediation process of divorce cases through litigation with non-litigation This study is a qualitative research with a comparative approach. Primary data sources include Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 Tahun 2003 tentang Prosedur Mediasi di Pengadilan, PERMA Nomor 1 Tahun 2008 tentang Prosedur Mediasi di Pengadilan dan PERMA Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Prosedur Mediasi di Pengadilan. Data collection through documentation. The results of the study concluded that there are various competitive aspects related to the mediation of divorce cases between non-litigation and litigation, including flexibility, speed, confidentiality, whether or not a lawyer needs to help, costs, whether or not the relationship can be maintained, the right holder to carry out the procedure and the content of the settlement. Thus, praxis, mediators, both non-litigation and litigation, should first provide socialization to the parties to the husband and wife in dispute.

Abstract

The Mail Merge Letter Writing Training at Dayah Misbahul Huda aimed to enhance the administrative staff’s ability to manage correspondence efficiently and professionally using the Mail Merge feature in Microsoft Word. The training was conducted through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluations. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and technical skills related to automated letter generation based on data sources. The training led to greater efficiency and accuracy in administrative tasks, reducing errors commonly found in manual processes. It also contributed to increased professionalism in correspondence management and opened opportunities for further development in digitalizing administrative processes. It is recommended that similar training be conducted regularly to support the digital transformation within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren).

Abstract

The Bukuulus Sittah is a collection of hadiths that is highly respected in the Islamic tradition, but critical analysis of the reliability, consistency and relevance of the hadiths in it requires attention. This paper aims to present a critical analysis of various works of the Bukuulus Sittah with a focus on these three aspects. The analysis methodology involves tracing the original text of the Bukuulus Sittah and recent critical studies. The results of the analysis show complexity in the reliability, consistency and relevance of the hadiths, emphasizing the need for a critical and contextual approach in understanding and applying these hadiths.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the methods employed by Imam at-Turmudzi in the practice of jarh wa tadil, a critical aspect of Islamic hadith studies focusing on evaluating the reliability of narrators and the authenticity of hadiths. Through a thorough analysis of Imam at-Turmudzi's approach, the study endeavors to understand how his unique methodology contributes to the development of hadith studies and the practice of jarh wa tadil. In a broader context, the research also highlights the importance of jarh wa tadil in ensuring the integrity and authenticity of Islamic teachings, as well as showcasing the diversity of methodologies within the tradition of hadith studies. The research not only provides insights into the contributions of Imam at-Turmudzi but also emphasizes the significance of understanding the methodology of hadith studies to enrich contemporary Islamic discourse.
