Abstract

Introduction/Main Objectives: The Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) Platform was developed to support the Merdeka Curriculum by offering flexibility for teachers in designing technology-based learning. It features independent training, diagnostic assessments, and digital resources aimed at improving learning effectiveness. Background Problems: : Despite its benefits, PMM implementation faces challenges such as limited technology access, low teacher proficiency in using the platform, and minimal supporting training. This study evaluates PMM’s effectiveness using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Novelty: This study offers a comprehensive evaluation of PMM using the CIPP model. Research on PMM’s effectiveness in primary education remains limited, making this study a new contribution to understanding teacher use. Research Methods: A qualitative case study was conducted at SD Negeri 057/1 KM V Muara Tembesi. Data were collected through interviews with the principal and teachers, observations of PMM usage, and analysis of relevant documents. Finding/Results: PMM assists teachers in preparing materials, conducting assessments, and accessing digital resources. However, limited internet and training remain key barriers. Conclusion: PMM has the potential to enhance learning, but its success depends on infrastructure support and ongoing teacher training. The study provides recommendations for improving PMM implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how multicultural leadership, teachers' multicultural competence, and students' multicultural competence affect the academic performance of students in Muara Jambi high schools. This research uses quantitative methods and uses a questionnaire as an instrument to collect data from students in Muara Jambi high schools. The Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method was used to analyze and evaluate the cause-and-effect relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The research sample consisted of 192 student respondents from Muara Jambi High School. The four variables studied in this study are multicultural leadership, teacher multicultural competence, student multicultural competence, and student academic performance. The results showed that there was a significant influence of multicultural leadership, teachers' multicultural competence, and students' multicultural competence on students' academic performance. And for the results of the p-values themselves, namely H1 the effect of multicultural leadership on student academic performance has a value of 0.007 from this value, hypothesis one is influential or supported. For H2, the effect of multicultural competence of teachers on student academic performance has a value of 0.000 from this value, this second hypothesis is influential or supported. And finally H3 the effect of students' multicultural competence on students' academic performance has a value of 0.000 from this value this third hypothesis is influential or supported. Therefore, in this study, all variables greatly affect the academic performance of students at Muara Jambi High School.

Abstract

Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan keanekaragaman mitos masyarakat jambi; makna dan nilai kebermanfaatannya. Metode yang digunakan studi lapangan untuk memperoleh sumber data dan makna mitos pada masyarakat. Teknik penelitian studi kepustakaan terutama dalam membahas dan menyimpulkan yang secara deskriptif-kualitatif memahami manfaat mitos pada masyarakat jambi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, data yang diperoleh ditafsirkan berdasarkan waktu penggunaan dan tujuan mitos disampaikan. Setelah pembahasan didapatkan hasil, bahwa keanekagamanan mitos masyarakat jambi adalah mitos masa kelahiran, masa sunatan, masa pernikahan, dan masa kematian. Mitos masa kelahiran seperti, waktu magrib tidak boleh ibu hamil ke luar rumah, maknanya bayi yang dikandung tidak diganggu makhluk halus. Nilai kebermanfaatan tidak ke luar rumah pada waktu magrib untuk meningkatkan disiplin menunaikan sholat magrib tepat waktu. Mitos masa sunatan adalah anak yang disunat tidak boleh makan telur, durian, kambing, yang pedas, dan yang asam. Makna mitos ini agar tidak mudah tubuh anak menjadi panas dan luka yang dialami cepat sembuh. Manfaatnya menjadi cermat mengkonsumsi makanan. Mitos masa pernikahan, setiap bulan Safar atau Muharram tidak boleh menikah. Makna mitos jika menikah bulan Safar atau Muharram dipercaya membawa sial kepada kedua penganten, sedangkan manfaatnya meningkatkan kemandirian pemahaman bahwa semua bulan Arab tidak ada larangan melangsungkan pernikahan. Mitos masa kematian, tidak boleh menangis atau meratap. Makna mitos ini adalah agar tidak mengganggu arwah yang meninggal, dan nilai manfaatnya membina keluarga yang ditinggalkan almarhum bersikap sabar, ikhlas, dan beriman kepada Allah SwT.
