Abstract

Background. Higher education in this digital era is faced with significant changes, especially with the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Purpose. This research aims to explore the potential and limitations of integrating AI technology in improving the quality of distance learning and present findings that can guide the development of AI-based pedagogy. Method. This research method adopts a quantitative survey approach to detail the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the context of distance learning in higher education. A total of 20 students were randomly selected as respondents, with sample selection using the purposive sampling method. This process ensures maximum representation of students who have significant experience with the integration of AI technology in their learning. Data was collected through questionnaires focused on effectiveness, adaptability of material, and level of interactivity during learning. Next, descriptive and inferential statistical analysis will analyze patterns and relationships between variables to explore the effectiveness of AI technology, the factors that influence it, and its impact on student learning experiences. Results. Survey results show that the majority of students actively use AI technology, especially several times a week, and express a high level of satisfaction with the use of AI technology in distance learning. Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality learning experiences were considered to benefit the most, even though all respondents experienced challenges or obstacles in using AI technology. Conclusion. The conclusions of this research emphasize the need to address these challenges to maximize the benefits of integrating AI technology in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of distance learning in higher education.

Abstract

The increase in the number of accidents is caused by human error. The aim of the cadets' activities as agents of the Indonesian Youth Road Safety Warrior is to receive and continue driving safety material through campaign activities. The method is direct socialization. The target of the campaign is 35 students from State High School 1, Kediri, Tabanan-Bali. Before implementation, cadets took part in driving safety training in Sidoarjo, accompanied by instructors from Astra Honda Motor and Bali Land Transportation Polytechnic Lecturers. Furthermore, the material is distributed through driving safety campaigns. Material includes inspection, equipment, body posture when driving, and accident factors. The implementation of the campaign takes the form of providing a pretest, material, posttest, and practice in the field. The results obtained showed that the cadets were able to receive and transmit the driving safety material well. The students' enthusiasm was visible, and there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores using the Wilcoxon test. Increasing student understanding is an indication of the success of the cadets' role as Indonesian Youth Road Safety Warrior agents.

Abstract

This study conducted a bibliometric analysis of scientific publications on the Independent Learning Curriculum in Indonesia from 2018 to 2023. This curriculum was introduced to provide flexibility and autonomy in education, encouraging school creativity and innovation. Using bibliometric methods, the study identified a significant increase in publications since 2020, with most articles coming from Indonesia. Topical analysis highlights the main focus on curriculum implementation, its impact on learning outcomes, school and teacher readiness, and learning innovation. Frequently raised issues include limited resources in remote areas, lack of teacher training, and challenges in developing appropriate grading systems. Collaboration between researchers and institutions is also an important theme, showing joint efforts in understanding and developing the Independent Learning Curriculum. These findings are important for education policy and practitioners to improve the quality of curriculum implementation in the future, with recommendations to strengthen teacher training further and develop innovative assessment systems

Abstract

Accessibility is an essential factor in the implementation of public transportation. Route changes on the Trans Metro Dewata Bali Bus Corridor 4B impact the public's response. This study aims to determine the impact of route changes on public interest. This study is a quantitative study with data taken from the results of the route change questionnaire. Analyze questionnaire data with Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to determine each service's level of importance and performance. Next, percentage analysis is used to assess the impact of route changes and obtain service results based on the Keep Up the Good Work and Low Priority criteria. However, the value of each service performance is below its importance, so improvements are still needed. Ease of access was why respondents agreed to route changes, and time loss was for those who did not agree. This study helps improve the performance of the Trans Metro Dewata Corridor 4B bus service. ABSTRAK Aksesibilitas merupakan hal penting dalam penyelenggaraan Angkutan Umum. Perubahan rute pada Bus Trans Metro Dewata Bali Koridor 4B berdampak pada respons masyarakat. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak perubahan rute terhadap minat masyarakat. Kajian ini berupa kajian kuantitatif dengan data yang diambil dari hasil kuesioner perubahan rute. Analisis data kuesioner dengan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengetahui tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja dari setiap layanan. Selanjutnya, analisis persentase digunakan untuk mengetahui dampak perubahan rute. Diperoleh hasil layanan pada kriteria Pertahankan Prestasi (Keep Up The Good Work) atau Prioritas Rendah (Low Priority). Namun, nilai setiap kinerja layanan di bawah kepentingan, sehingga masih diperlukan perbaikan. Kemudahan akses merupakan alasan responden yang setuju terhadap perubahan rute, dan kerugian waktu bagi yang tidak setuju. Kajian ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kinerja layanan Bus Trans Metro Dewata Koridor 4B.

Abstract

Transportation as support for accessibility in reaching tourist attraction areas. This’s necessary to develop the tourism sector to be more lively. To support tourism activities, modes of transportation are needed, both private vehicles, public transportation, and online transportation. This study is to determine the characteristics of domestic tourists in the selection of transportation modes to Matahari Terbit Beach. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the chi-square test of independence with the help software SPSS. The results of the study, 8 indicators that influence the choice of transportation mode, namely age, work, the origin of domicile, time of visit, reasons for choosing the mode, travel distance, travel costs, and length of the trip. Knowing this, it’s hoped can add insight into tourism transportation services in Bali to further improve performance and recovery steps for the tourism sector in Bali to recover soon. ABSTRAK Transportasi sebagai penunjang aksesibilitas dalam menjangkau daerah objek wisata. Hal ini diperlukan agar dapat mengembangkan sektor pariwisata menjadi lebih hidup. Untuk menunjang kegiatan pariwisata dibutuhkan moda transportasi, baik kendaraan pribadi, angkutan umum maupun angkutan online. Tujuan kajian adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik wisatawan domestik dalam pemilihan moda transportasi menuju Pantai Matahari Terbit. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji chi-square test of independence bantuan software SPSS. Adapun hasil kajian yaitu terdapat 8 faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan moda transportasi yaitu usia, pekerjaan, asal domisili, waktu kunjungan, alasan pemilihan moda, jarak tempuh perjalanan, biaya perjalanan, dan lama perjalanan. Dengan mengetahui faktor pemilihan moda wisatawan domestik diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan bagi penyedia jasa transportasi wisata di Bali untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja serta langkah pemulihan sektor pariwisata di Bali agar segera pulih kembali.

Abstract

Public transport accessibility is one of the solutions to dealing with traffic jams in Bali's tourism and urban areas. The government realizes this effort by providing Trans Metro Dewata services as part of the bus network. This study aims to determine the most dominant factor for the Trans Metro Dewata Bali Bus service. The method used is a quantitative method. The data comes from primary sources, such as load factor surveys and bus service quality. The bus service quality survey consists of two parts, namely, user characteristics and service factors. Characteristic data were analyzed using the chi-square independence test to determine the effect of characteristics on the intensity and purpose of the trip. Furthermore, a service quality survey is analyzed, looking for services with the highest percentage. The analysis results show that recent education, income, and employment affect the intensity and purpose of the trip. In the analysis of service quality, safety is the factor with the highest percentage of respondents' choice. The benefits of the study can be used to improve the Trans Metro Dewata Bus Management Service. ABSTRAK Aksesibilitas angkutan umum menjadi salah satu solusi menghadapi kemacetan di wilayah pariwisata dan perkotaan Bali. Usaha ini diwujudkan pemerintah melalui penyediaan jasa Trans Metro Dewata sebagai bagian dari teman bus. Tujuan kajian mengetahui faktor layanan Bus Trans Metro Dewata Bali paling dominan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berasal dari data primer, berupa survei load faktor dan kualitas layanan bus. Survei kualitas layanan bus terdiri 2 bagian, yaitu karakteristik pengguna dan faktor layanan. Data karakteristik dianalisis menggunakan uji independensi chi-kuadrat, untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik terhadap intensitas dan tujuan perjalanan. Selanjutnya, survei kualitas layanan dianalisis mencari layanan dengan persentase tertinggi. Hasil analisis diketahui pendidikan terakhir, pendapatan, dan pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap intensitas dan tujuan perjalanan. Pada analisis kualitas layanan, keselamatan merupakan faktor persentase tertinggi pilihan responden. Manfaat kajian dapat digunakan perbaikan layanan pengelola Bus Trans Metro Dewata.

Abstract

Pare Terminal will change its function to Type B Terminal in 2022. There has been no study of the services provided by the terminal management. The study aims to determine the terminal user satisfaction index. The method used is quantitative to determine the public's response to the services provided by the terminal manager. Data was obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed online. There are three groups of elements: employee services, facilities, and infrastructure, as well as costs and ease of service procedures. Each element is detailed with several service component questions. Respondents' results were analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the analysis show that several services need improvement because they are in quadrant I, namely: provision of rubbish bins along the Pare Terminal Road; availability of complaint/criticism/suggestion compliant facilities for passengers; provision of first aid equipment inside the Pare Terminal; availability of parking/vehicle storage; and traffic signs at Pare Terminal. There is also information on fleet ticket prices at Pare Terminal. The study results can be useful for terminal managers to improve their performance. ABSTRAK Terminal Pare beralih fungsi menjadi Terminal Tipe B pada tahun 2022. Belum ada kajian tentang layanan yang diberikan oleh pengelola terminal. Kajian bertujuan mengetahui indeks kepuasan pengguna terminal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui respons masyarakat terhadap layanan yang diberikan oleh pengelola terminal. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Terdapat 3 kelompok unsur, yaitu pelayanan pegawai, sarana dan prasarana, serta biaya, dan kemudahan prosedur pelayanan. Setiap unsur dirinci dengan beberapa pertanyaan komponen layanan. Hasil responden dianalisis menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Diperoleh hasil analisis diketahui beberapa layanan perlu perbaikan karena berada pada kuadran I, yaitu: penyediaan tempat sampah di sepanjang jalan Terminal Pare, ketersediaan fasilitas pengaduan keluhan/kritik/saran bagi penumpang, penyediaan perlengkapan P3K di dalam Terminal Pare, tersedianya tempat parkir/penitipan kendaraan dan rambu-rambu lalu lintas di Terminal Pare, dan terdapat informasi harga tiket armada yang ada di Terminal Pare. Hasil kajian dapat bermanfaat bagi pengelola Terminal untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKeberadaan kendaraan listrik dapat dijadikan solusi atas permasalahan pencemaran lingkungan akibat gas karbon oleh kendaraan konvensional. Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis minat masyarakat mengenai kendaraan konversi yang sedang gencar digalakkan pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuisoner secara daring. Data hasil kuesioner berupa informasi tentang karakteristik responden serta alasan responden untuk berminat atau tidak berminat menggunakan kendaraan konversi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji chi-square test of independence untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden yang berminat melakukan konversi kendaraan. Analisis alasan minat responden dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif frekuensi yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil analisis menunjukkan karakteristik intensitas penggunaan kendaraan dan pengetahuan terhadap kendaraan konversi berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat dalam melakukan konversi kendaraan. Alasan paling tinggi responden berminat melakukan konversi kendaraan adalah ramah lingkungan. Hasil kajian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan sosialisasi mengajak masyarakat untuk beralih ke kendaraan konversi. ABSTRACTThe existence of electric vehicles can be used as a solution to the problem of environmental pollution due to carbon dioxide emissions from conventional vehicles. This study aims to analyze public interest in conversion vehicles that are being intensively promoted by the government. The method used is a quantitative method of distributing questionnaires online. Data from the questionnaire results in information about the characteristics of the respondents and their reasons for being interested or not in using a convertible. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test of independence to determine the characteristics of respondents who are interested in converting vehicles. An analysis of the reasons for the respondents' interest was carried out using descriptive statistics of the frequency presented in the form of percentages. The results of the analysis show that the characteristics of the intensity of vehicle use and knowledge of convertible vehicles have an effect on people's interest in converting vehicles. The most common reason respondents are interested in converting vehicles is that they are environmentally friendly. The results of this study can be used as material for outreach inviting people to switch to convertible vehicles.

Abstract

The bus is one of the means of land transportation in Mandalika, Lombok, to help people meet their needs. Buses also play an essential role in inter-regional tourist transportation, where Mandalika is famous for its natural beauty. The study aims to determine the quality of inter-provincial inter-city bus services (AKDP) in Mandalika, Lombok. The method used is a quantitative method. Questionnaires were distributed online to obtain data on AKDP bus service quality. There are two parts to the questionnaire, namely characteristics and services. The characteristic part of the questionnaire was analyzed using the chi-square test of independence. Furthermore, service data were analyzed using frequency descriptive statistics presented in percentage form. The analysis results show that age, last education, occupation, income, and vehicle ownership influence the AKDP Bus mode of transportation choice. The service factor that respondents chose the most was safety. While the attribute considered most important by respondents is the provision of bus schedule information, The results of this study can be used as material for improving AKDP Bus services by Bus Managers. ABSTRAK Bus merupakan salah satu transportasi darat di Mandalika Lombok untuk membantu masyarakat memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Bus juga berperan penting dalam sarana transportasi wisata antar daerah, dimana Mandalika terkenal akan keindahan alamnya. Kajian bertujuan mengetahui kualitas layanan Bus Antar Kota Dalam Provinsi (AKDP) di Mandalika Lombok. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Kuesioner disebarkan sebagai online, untuk memperoleh data kualitas layanan Bus AKDP. Terdapat 2 bagian kuesioner, yaitu karakteristik dan layanan. Kuesioner bagian karakteristik dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square test of independence. Selanjutnya data layanan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif frekuensi yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil analisis diketahui karakteristik usia, pendidikan terakhir, pekerjaan, penghasilan, dan kepemilikan kendaraan berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan moda Bus AKDP sebagai transportasi. Faktor layanan yang dipilih paling banyak oleh responden adalah keselamatan. Sedangkan atribut yang dianggap paling peting oleh responden adalah pemberian informasi jadwal bus. Hasil kajian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan perbaikan layanan Bus AKDP oleh Pengelola Bus.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan manfaat dan tantangan yang timbul dari penerapan chat GPT dalam proses pendidikan etika serta pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa di Perguruan tinggi. Pendekatan yang dipergunakan dalam penulisan ini ialah melalui studi pustaka serta analisa konten. Temuan dari kajian ini memperlihatkan jika pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan, seperti GPT, dalam bidang pendidikan memiliki keuntungan, seperti kemampuan untuk memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang personal dan disesuaikan, meningkatkan aksesibilitas materi, serta memberikan umpan balik secara instan. Artikel ini juga menggali potensi penggunaan kecerdasan buatan untuk merangsang diskusi etika serta memfasilitasi pengembangan kemampuan kritis mahasiswa dalam membuat keputusan moral. Meskipun demikian, bersamaan dengan manfaatnya, terdapat sejumlah tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Artikel ini juga menyoroti aspek-aspek seperti kekhawatiran tentang privasi data mahasiswa, keterbatasan dalam mendeteksi nuansa etika, serta risiko menggantikan interaksi manusiawi dalam pembelajaran etika. Tantangan lainnya melibatkan ketidaksetaraan dalam akses teknologi serta potensi kecenderungan bias dalam model kecerdasan buatan. Dengan menjalankan analisa yang mendalam, artikel ini memberikan wawasan tentang cara Perguruan tinggi bisa bijak memakai teknologi kecerdasan buatan, khususnya chat GPT, untuk meningkatkan pendidikan etika serta kompetensi mahasiswa. Integrasi teknologi ini dengan pendekatan pedagogis yang berfokus pada etika serta pembelajaran kritis diharapkan bisa menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang seimbang dan berkelanjutan dalam era digital.
