Abstract

In the highly competitive cafe industry, effective marketing strategies are a key factor in achieving significant sales growth, the lack of understanding of these preferences is the background to the existence of research related to the analysis of marketing strategies in increasing sales at Cafe Wong Paiton Probolinggo, which is relevant and important to be carried out and uses the latest theories. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the marketing strategies used by Cafe Wong Paiton in increasing sales volume. This research is expected to be useful for the development of knowledge that has been learned by the researcher during his service in the Business Administration study program at the National Development University "Veteran" East Java. The study was conducted using a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), which allows cafe management to formulate strategies that can increase competitiveness, efficiency, and business sustainability. By using this analysis, Cafe 41 can identify its strengths, such as product quality (coffee, food), customer service, or strategic location, which can be utilized to attract more customers and build a strong reputation in the market. The results of the study show that Cafe Wong Paiton is in Quadrant I with a value of (X; Y) of (1.97; 0.63), which indicates that this cafe is in a strategic position to implement an aggressive strategy. Cafe Wong Paiton in the Internal-External matrix is ​​​​in Quadrant I with a value of (X; Y) of (3.31; 3.25), which indicates that it is currently in a grow and build position. This position illustrates that Cafe Wong Paiton is in a growth stage, both in terms of sales, assets, and profits.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) have a strategic role in improving the national economy. South Tangerang City is one of the cities in Indonesia which has a fairly large number of MSME. However, MSME in Tangerang Selatan City also experience various difficulties in business such as difficulties in capital, obtaining raw materials, marketing products, and other operational matters. Optimizing franchise partnerships is a solution that can be done. Franchise Partnership Business is a special right owned by an individual or business entity to a business system with business characteristics in the context of marketing goods or services that have been proven successful and can be utilized by other parties based on a Franchise Agreement. The method used is descriptive qualitative which is useful for describing phenomena that occur in the field by collecting data from various sources, such as books, journals and other related documents. Based on the data obtained, the number of MSME in Tangerang Selatan City is very large. Therefore, with the existence of a franchise business partnership system, the development of MSME in Tangerang Selatan can be far more developed and can also improve the local economy.

Abstract

UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) face various challenges, and one of the most common is making inaccurate decisions. These inaccurate decisions are often due to the lack of available information at the time of decision-making. In business, decisions can involve both financial and non-financial aspects. Financial decisions heavily rely on accounting information. Unfortunately, the accounting information generated by UMKM still faces many problems. One of the biggest issues is that the majority of UMKM have not yet prepared financial statements. Therefore, this activity is held in the form of a simple financial recording training targeted at UMKM. The implementation of this activity includes three stages: first, the assessment stage; second, the delivery of material and practice; and third, the evaluation and reporting stage.

Abstract

Tourism and the creative economy are sectors that are promising and have a great opportunity to support the economy, so they need to be a top priority. However, the reality is that the development of creative economy-based tourism potential has faced many problems, such as inadequate human resources and even insufficient promotion, so that many domestic and foreign tourists are not aware of the existence of unique and attractive destinations in East Java. Preliminary case studies have been carried out involving 25 communities to analyze the problems that occur in tourism and the creative economy in East Java Province. Based on the results of the study, the development of e-tourism-based promotions is crucial amidst the rise of technological developments. The Vacancy website is an e-tourism-based promotion that can accommodate the needs of tourism and the creative economy in East Java. In addition, promotion is also a major factor in supporting the introduction of creative economy-based tourism. This Vacancy website is able to provide accurate information related to tourism and the creative economy and facilitate accessibility to destinations with the support of various existing features such as recommendations, accommodation, regional culture, and other complete features.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Price and Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchasing Decisions of Kopi Susu Tetangga Toko Kopi Tuku Merr branch, Surabaya. Coffee is not just a drink but has become a lifestyle of Indonesian people in their daily lives. The selection of coffee products is inseparable from the quality of the product, price and ewom of the product which influences people's purchasing decisions. The type of research used in this study is associative research with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the slovin sampling method. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires filled out by respondents, while secondary data came from sources relevant to the topic. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and E-WOM has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Not only that, simultaneously the three variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of the role of product quality, price, and E-WOM in product marketing strategies in order to strengthen consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Sampah masih menjadi permasalahan yang belum bisa teratasi secara maksimal di beberapa daerah kabupaten atau kota yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satunya di Desa Jarak Keacamatan Wonosalam Kabupaten Jombang merupakan daerah yang terletak di dataran tinggi dan mempunyai potensi alam yang besar. Setiap desa yang terletak di kecamatan Wonosalam mempunyai hasil bumi pada masing-masing desa seperti buah dan sayuran. Namun memiliki permasalahan lingkungan yakni penumpukan limbah sampah organik atau sisa sampah rumah tangga yang meliputi buah dan sayuran. Padahal sisa sampah organik tersebut dapat diolah menjadi produk yang berguna yaitu Eco-enzyme. Produk Eco-enzyme memiliki banyak manfaat antara lain, sebagai pupuk organik, pembersih alami, dan pengendalian hama tanpa meninggalkan residu kimia yang berbahaya. Kegiatan pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman Masyarakat desa Jarak khususnya untuk Ibu rumah tangga mengenai pemanfaatan sisa sampah organik melalui sisa kulit buah dan sayur yang berbasis Eco-enzyme. Dengan demikian diharapkan kedepannya sampah di desa Jarak dapat berkurang dengan mengolah sampah organik yang diproduksi oleh Masyarakat menjadi sesuatu yang bermanfaat salah satunya Eco-enzyme.
