Abstract

Education is an important topic to investigate in depth since providing proper learning is one approach to increase the quality and competitiveness of human resources. Children will face increasingly difficult problems in the twenty-first century, beginning with increasingly strong competition and the need for increasingly complicated technologies to sustain lives that are increasingly intertwined with technology. Children between the ages of 5 and 15 have a high level of curiosity, and their exploratory abilities develop quickly because they are fostered by school activities. The STEAM method is a multidisciplinary learning approach that incorporates Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics. This strategy can help children solve difficulties and develop their imagination.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the use of greenhouse and hydroponic automation in increasing the production and success of pakcoy cultivation. This study was conducted by adopting a case study approach at PT Inamas Sintesis Teknologi. The research methods used include field surveys, data collection through observation, interviews with farmers, and statistical data analysis. This study also analyzes the determinants of successful implementation of greenhouse and hydroponic automation and their impact on pakcoy cultivation. The results showed that the use of greenhouse and hydroponic automation significantly increased pakcoy production compared to conventional methods. This study provides an important contribution to the understanding of the importance of greenhouse and hydroponic automation in increasing the production and success of pakcoy cultivation. The results of this research can provide insight to farmers and stakeholders regarding the importance of investing in modern agricultural technology to increase the yield and efficiency of agricultural businesses.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) IMRIS di Desa Bendo, Blitar, bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan UMKM melalui rebranding, desain kemasan, dan pemasaran daring produk Kerupuk Kedelai Berkah. Kerupuk kedelai, kaya protein nabati, dikembangkan sebagai produk bernilai gizi tinggi dengan masa simpan lebih panjang dibanding tempe dan tahu. Program ini melibatkan UPN Veteran Jawa Timur dan Jakarta untuk memberikan pelatihan pengemasan yang menjaga kualitas, fotografi produk untuk meningkatkan daya tarik visual, serta strategi pemasaran digital guna memperluas pasar. Upaya ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing produk lokal, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan menciptakan peluang ekonomi berkelanjutan. Hasilnya diharapkan berdampak positif pada kesejahteraan masyarakat, menjadikan produk lokal lebih menarik bagi konsumen dan mendukung ekonomi Desa Bendo

Abstract

Assistance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) plays a crucial role in improving business and increasing market access for traders at the Urip Sumoharjo Culinary Tourism Center, Surabaya. This research aims to explore the impact of the MSME mentoring program carried out by students from the MSIB program of the Surabaya City Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade Service in strengthening business capacity, expanding markets, and improving the economic welfare of traders at SWK Urip Sumoharjo. Data collection techniques in this research involve direct observation and interviews in the field to identify obstacles and business conditions of traders in SWK Urip Sumoharjo, as well as literature studies to support the data obtained. The objects of this research include 20 SWK Urip Sumoharjo traders. Research findings show that mentoring which includes product management, finance, HR and digital marketing training significantly increases traders' businesses. Apart from that, the mentoring program has also succeeded in opening wider market access through the use of social media as a means to market the products of SWK Urip Sumoharjo traders.

Abstract

Technological developments are developing very rapidly, thus presenting various challenges, especially in the trade sector. Digital marketing as a marketing tool that has a huge impact. The rapid growth of e-commerce has become an opportunity that businesses should not miss to market their products. Limited market reach has often been an obstacle for some companies. Because social media is often thought of as the publication of personal activities, in fact it can be part of a marketing strategy. This study aims to find out the reasons for implementing digital marketing in increasing sales of PT Behaestex products. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and data sources are taken from interviews and direct observation. The results showed that PT Behaestex's digital marketing implementation, especially e-commerce and social media was a fairly effective promotional tool marked by a significant increase in sales volume.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran (marketing mix 7-p) yang meliputi product, price, place, promotion, people, procces dan physical evidence terhadap keputusan pembelian siswa SMA dan Alumni di Kabupaten Sidoarjo atas jasa Bimbingan Belajar Delta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metode penentuan sampel dilakukan secara pengambilan sampel acak berstrata proporsional (proportionate stratified random sampling design) yang berjumlah 98 orang. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Pengujian instrument menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ini bahwa bauran pemasaran 7P (product, price, place, promotion, people, procces dan physical evidence) berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Di Indonesia trend sepatu sneakers saat ini terbilang sangat tinggi. Oleh karena itu, masyarakat dihadapkan dengan berbagai merek sepatu sneakers yang beragam. Banyaknya perusahaan yang ada pada sektor industri sepatu sneakers menyebabkan terciptanya persaingan yang kompetitif. Masing-masing perusahaan sepatu sneakers berlomba-lomba untuk menciptakan brand image yang baik di mata konsumen.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen produk sepatu sneakers Nike di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat domisili Surabaya yang mengetahui produk Sepatu Sneakers Nike. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh langsung dari objek peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah liniear berganda dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 29. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa citra merek, kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen produk Sepatu Sneakers Nike di Surabaya. Citra merek, kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan parsial terhadap loyalitas konsumen produk Sepatu Sneakers Nike di Surabaya.

Shopee menjadi e-commerce terpopuler dan terbaik di Indonesia saat ini. Sejak pertama kali diluncurkan, Shopee terus berinovasi dengan fitur-fitur yang dapat menguntungkan penjual maupun pembeli. Berikut diantaranya yaitu, Shopee Live Ini merupakan fitur yang memungkinkan penjual melakukan live streaming, untuk memperkenalkan serta mempromosikan produk secara langsung kepada pembeli. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-service Quality, E-Trust, dan E-Satisfaction terhadap Repurchase Intention produk Skintific di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat domisili Surabaya yang mengetahui produk Skintific. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction at PT Dimensi Citra Semesta. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 45 respondents. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality, product quality, and price had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction, partially Service Quality did not affect Customer Satisfaction at PT Dimensi Citra Semesta. Product Quality and Price variables had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT Dimensi Citra Semesta.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country which also has various challenges from various aspects, one of which is the economic field. The emergence of rapid technological developments also makes business actors such as MSMEs also have to be able to keep up with the current developments. By utilizing technology, marketing activities can be carried out on an online basis using the internet. The presence of the internet for life provides various kinds of impacts and changes. The changes that occur can be easily felt around us. Activities that were originally manual or conventionally are now carried out on an online basis with sophisticated and advanced technology that provides convenience in carrying out daily activities. In this developing digital era, its use is not only as a hBapakran or communication media.
