Abstract

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Suicide is a deliberate act to end one's life. Suicidal incidents are often found among medical students. The suicide rate among medical students is very high when compared with students of other majors. Method: This review wishes to provide a brief explanation of factors contributing to the incidence of mental health disorders among medical students along with potential management including prevention and promotion related to the situation. Results: A study in the United States stated that the prevalence of suicidal ideation in medical students was 11%, twice of the general population, while the prevalence of attempted suicide was 6.9%. Several factors related to the academic situation that contribute to mental disorders among medical students include pressure in medical education, demand for good skills, and long education time. Discussion: These factors make them prone to depression, burnout, and various emotional and mental disorders that can trigger suicide. Therefore, efforts are needed to prevent and detect the possibility of suicidal behavior. This effort must be carried out in a multidisciplinary manner. Optimizing the academic atmosphere, family involvement, the social environment, and the ability of adequate health facilities are needed.

Abstract

Real Work Lectures (KKN) are a learning process for undergraduate students Mandailing Natal State Islamic College. Developing through community service activities in various areas of community life. The implementation of this community service program aims to develop empathy and concern for various real problems faced by society and the development of society. Sustainable development is needed to smarten the lives of the nation's people and achieve people's welfare. (Janosik, 2005). As technology develops, it must be accompanied by the development of human resources in the fields of education and economics.Islam is a religion brought by the Prophet Muhammad SAW to Arabia in the 7th century in the Arab region. Islam is based on the belief in the oneness of ALLAH, (tauhid) and considers the Al Qu'an to be a holy book that was revealed directly from ALLAH SWT to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Muslim ummah, followers of the Islamic religion, spread worship such as prayer or worship, fasting during the month of Ramadan, zakat, hajj, and jihad. The Islamic religion teaches values such as justice, compassion, simplicity and brotherhood. Muslims are expected to live according to religious teachings and follow the moral principles set out in Islam. Islam also has a significant influence on culture, art, architecture, literature and legal systems in various countries where the majority are Muslim. It is important to remember that Islam has various traditions and sects such as Sunni, Shiite, Sufi and others, which provide variations in practices and interpretations of the religion. The Islamic religion also has a rich and complex history, and has followers all over the world.

Abstract

The  aims to of this research determine the extent of the role of Arabic teachers in utilized  educational technology in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assalafiyah Cibiuk, researchers used  learning media such as applications.  The result of this research qualitative design methods, while the data collection techniques used are Observation, Interview, Questionnaire, Sampling, and Documentation Study techniques. The results of this study revealed that the Arabic learning process is effectively carried out with a variety of learning models that are not monotonous, in other words, learning using application media helps students understand the learning delivered. With a variety of learning models and android applications used, reinforcement to enhance the teaching experience and intended for Arabic language education to assist teachers and parents in providing Arabic understanding to students both at school and at home.

Abstract

Cognitive development in early childhood is an important focus in education, with the fast outbound game of catching the ball recognized as an effective method in supporting children's holistic development. The research method used is qualitative research. This research aims to explore the role of these games in developing the cognitive skills of early childhood at RA Tadika Adnani. With a qualitative approach and case study design, data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation analysis. Results show challenges in child engagement, emotional responses to challenges, lack of social interaction, and constraints in cognitive abilities. Adjustments are needed in the delivery of game rules, a supportive environment, increased involvement, positive emotional responses, and good social interactions. Continuous evaluation and collaboration between teachers and parents are important in supporting children's holistic development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur pengembangan penelitian R&D yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall menurut Sugiyono yang meliputi 10 langkah yaitu analisis potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, validasi desain, refisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, revisi pemakaian, Produk Masal, dan Implementasi. Analisis menunjukkan kurangnya ketertarikan anak terhadap tari, terutama di era digital yang lebih mempopulerkan hiburan modern. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Panduan Tari Rindu Muhammad dirancang khusus untuk anak usia dini di RA Darussalam Kota Siantar, mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Mandailing untuk memperkenalkan dan melestarikan budaya tari di kalangan generasi muda. Validasi desain panduan dilakukan oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Hasil dari ahli media menunjukkan persentase kevalidan sebesar 85,71%, menandakan bahwa media audio visual tersebut valid dan efektif dalam meningkatkan daya ingat anak. Validasi oleh ahli materi menghasilkan persentase 75,38%, menegaskan materi video untuk pembelajaran. Uji coba panduan di RA Darussalam menunjukkan efektivitas materi; anak-anak antusias dan cepat memahami gerakan, sementara pengajar menemukan panduan jelas dan mudah dipahami. Setelah revisi pemakaian, uji coba ulang dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas perbaikan. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan anak-anak yang menikmati aktivitas interaktif dan memberikan umpan balik positif. Implementasi panduan di RA Darussalam menghasilkan nilai 92,85% dari guru, menandakan efektivitas tinggi dalam pembelajaran dan harapan untuk memperkenalkan budaya lokal Mandailing kepada anak-anak

Abstract

Introduction: Students during college face important phases in their lives, have greater responsibilities, and are required to improve their skills. Of the various types of skills, social skills have a large impact on mental health. This study aimed to determine the behavioral, emotional, and social skills among medical students in South Sumatra, Indonesia. Methods: This study is observational with a cross-sectional design. The participants were all students of the Faculty of Medicine in South Sumatra. Descriptive analysis was conducted by presenting the BESSI-45 score data in the median value. Results: The number of participants was 702 people, 74,9% female, 17-26 years old, 83,5% lived in South Sumatra, 3,4% had a history of mental disorder, and 4,3% had a history of mental disorders in their family. The largest median value of 73.33 is in the cooperation skills domain, followed by the median value of 71.11 in the self-management domain. The innovation skills and social engagement domains have the lowest median value of 62.22. It was found that 364 participants (51.9%) had scores below the median, while 338 participants (48.1%) had scores above the median. Conclusions: The study concluded that the majority of medical students in South Sumatra exhibit moderate levels of behavioral, emotional, and social skills, with the highest scores in cooperation and self-management domains. However, innovation skills and social engagement were identified as areas needing improvement. These findings highlight the need for targeted interventions to enhance the overall social and emotional well-being of medical students.

Abstract

Pemasaran gerabah semakin membaik dikarenakan penerus IKM tersebut yang sudah tidak gagap teknologi lagi, mereka sudah melakukan penjualan melalui berbagai media sosial, bahkan terdapat pengusaha gerabah muda yang telah mampu dan konsen terhadap penjualan gerabahnya ke luar negeri, meski standar gerabah untuk ekspor harus memenuhi syarat dan sstandar yang tinggi, sehingga membutuhkan ketelatenan juga kehati-hatian dalam pembuatannya. Permasalahan yang dialami mitra adalah 1) Desa Melikan mempunyai potensi dalam mengembangkan produk gerabah apalagi gerabah merupakan salah satu brand image Klaten (tepatnya desa Melikan Wedi), bagaimana menyiapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif, 2) Gerabah di Desa Melikan, Kecamatan Wedi, masih berpotensi dan masih eksis keberadaannya, untuk itu perlu di dukung bagaimana pemasaran gerabah dapat ditingkatkan sehingga mempercepat pertumbuhan, 3) bagaimana agar IKM gerabah Melikan Wedi mampu bersaing dengan pesaing. Tujuan Pendampingan dan pembinaan ini adalah 1) menyiapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif, 2) mempercepat pertumbuhan, 3) mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor. Metode yang diterapkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra adalah a) memberikan bekal pendidikan pendampingan, pelatihan pembinaan agar IKM Gerabah Melikan mampu menganalis pemasarannya, b) terselenggaranya pendampingan, pelatihan cara pemasaran yang lebih baik untuk menghasilkan pemasaran yang lebih efektif, c) memberikan pelatihan kepada SDM gerabah agar mampu menguatkan SDM IKM Gerabah Melikan mampu bersaing dengan pesaing gerabah yang lain. Target dan luaran yang dicapai dalam program pendampingan dan pembinaan ini adalah memberikan identitas sebagai pengrajin gerabah yang mampu bersaing dan tetap tumbuh berkembang menjadi IKM gerabag yang solid, memberi arah dan panduan untuk memfokuskan program analis pemasaran gerabah dan pembinaan para pemangku kepentingan selain itu juga efektivitas pemasaran gerabah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Problem BasedLearning (PBL)model assisted by Canva-based audio visual media on the learningoutcomes of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in fourth grade students of SDN Pekalongan II Cilegon. This study uses a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design, namely one-group pretest-postest design. The research sample consisted of 27 fourth grade students. The results showed a significantincrease in student learning outcomes after the implementation of the canvaassisted Problem Based Learning (PBL)model. The average pretest score 53,04with a very low category and increased to 85,19 in the posttest with a high category.The paired sample- t-Test hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, wich means the hypothesis is accepted. This confirms a significant effect. Inaddition, the N-Gain Score of 71 with a high category with a percentage value64,46% indicates the influence of the learning model on IPAS learning outcomes.Furthermore, the results of the Canva media questionnaire proved effective inincreasing student motivation in understanding the material and fostering criticalthingking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) Model assisted by Wordwall media on the learning outcomes of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) in fourth-grade students of SDN Cikande Permai. This study uses quantitative research with a pre-experimental approach. This study uses the one group pretest-posttest. Data collection techniques are tests to determine learning outcomes, as well as student response questionnaires to the application of Wordwall media. Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. This study shows the results of data analysis, the average pretest experiment was 45.8 and posttest experiment 83.3. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. This indicates that there is an increase in student learning outcomes using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) model assisted by Wordwall compared to students who use conventional methods. The results of student response questionnaire data processing produced an average value of 84.56. The data analysis resultsabove demonstrate the influence of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) learning model with the aid of wordwalls on student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the increase in post-test scores.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas konsep progresivisme dan implikasinya bagi pendidikan Islam. Progresivisme menekankan pengalaman belajar yang aktif, kolaboratif, dan relevan dengan kehidupan nyata siswa. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif library research ini, pendidikan tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kritis dan kemampuan beradaptasi di dunia yang terus berubah. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, progresivisme menawarkan cara untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual dengan praktik pendidikan modern, sehingga mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis terhadap ajaran agama dan menerapkannya dalam konteks sosial. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi berbagai strategi implementasi progresivisme dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam, serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan progresivis, pendidikan Islam diharapkan dapat lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat dan menciptakan generasi yang tidak hanya berpengetahuan, tetapi juga berkarakter dan berdaya saing.
