Abstract

Karya tulis ini berfungsi sebagai pengetahuan tentang pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap minat beli konsumen di perkebunan sayuran Andritani Farm kabupaten Cianjur. Variabel yang berfungsi dalam karya tulis ini adalah variabel X (Kualitas Produk) dan variabel Y (minat beli konsumen). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 70 responden, yang dibagikan menggunakan angket kuesioner kepada konsumen buy to customer Andritani Farm. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16. H1 : kualitas produk sangat memengaruhi pada tingkat minat beli konsumen cara relevan. Nilai Unstandardized coefficients B pada variabel kualitas mempengaruhi minat beli sebesar 0,628. Nilai yang bersifat positif bisa diartikan semakin bagus kualitas produk, maka semakin banyak juga tingkat minat beli konsumen. Perolehan pengaruh variabel X kepada variabel Y bisa dilihat dari nilai relevan di kolom akhir, Hitung perolehan terhadap variabel X (Kualitas Prodek) yaitu 0,000, yang diartikan variabel tersebut dapat mempengaruhi cara relevan terhadap kenaikan minat beli konsumen, dimana dapat dinilai perolehannya < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan diterimanya H1 yaitu kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh relevan kepada tingkat minat beli konsumen. Hitungan dari regresi bisa didapati ditabel hingga koefisien determinasi (R2 ) yang didapat sebanyak 0,706. yang ini berarti 70,6% variasi variabel Minat Beli Konsumen bisa diterangkan oleh variabel X, dan selebihnya sebesar 29,4% diterangkan dengan variabel lain yang bukan disajikan pada karya tulis ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan pada CV. Kampoeng Radjoet Binong Bandung Jawa Barat. Metode kuantitatif yaitu metode yang dipakai peneliti pada kajian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu menyebarkan kuisioner menggunakan google form untuk 100 responden yang pernah menjadi pelanggan, data yang akan didapatkan nanti akan dianalisis memakai program SPSS V.20 dari hasil kajian ini membuktikan bahwa” pengaruh kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan pada CV. Kampoeng Radjoet Binong Bandung Jawa Barat” berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan dari data hasil analis summary, menerangkan besarnya korespondensi (R) yaitu 0.715 atau 71,5%. Hasil dari pengaruh kinerja pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada CV. Kampoeng Radjoet Binong, hasil dari output dikatakan cukup memuaskan pada kinerja pegawai terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This is a causal associative study employing observation and questionnaire approaches to explore the impact of discipline and work environment on employee performance at BPSBR Cimahi, with a total of 50 respondents.The variables of discipline and work environment at BPSBR Cimahi were found to be in the good category. Employees are respectful and understand the importance of following all rules and regulations. Employees consider the physical environment to be quite comfortable and pleasant to work in, as well as non-physical variables such as the relationship between employees and supervisors, relationships with coworkers, and those participating in BPSBR.Employee performance is positively influenced by 0.461 or 46.1 percent when discipline and work environment variables are combined, whereas the remaining 53.9 percent is influenced by variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Camat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Arjasari Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan pembagian kuesioner, dan dilengkapi dengan kajian pustaka yang memiliki kaitan erat dengan pokok permasalahan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Camat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Arjasari Kabupaten Bandung diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,798 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja pegawai. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 63%, artinya gaya kepemimpinan memberikan peran sebesar 63% terhadap kinerja pegawai dan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Permasalahan dalam pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan Camat dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kecamatan Arjasari Kabupaten Bandung yaitu (1) Kurangnya koordinasi; (2) Kurangnya melakukan arahan; (3) Kurangnya kemampuan kinerja pegawai; (4) Kurangnya kerjasama. Adapun saran yang diberikan oleh peneliti untuk meningkatkan keefektifan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh Camat Kecamatan Arjasari, Camat Arjasari perlu untuk (1) Memberikan reward; (2) Memasang CCTV; (3) Mengoptimalkan peran Satpol PP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Bauran Promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada CV Vannisa Brownies and Bakery Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini 100 orang kosumen Brownies and Bakery Kabupaten Bandung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, koefisien korelasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh koefisien Deteminasi sebesar 73,2 % artinya hubungan X dan Y kuat. Hasil uji t didapat Sig 0,000 berarti nilai Sig< 0, 05 maka Bauran Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusanpembelian.

Abstract

This study was carried out at PT Len Industri with the intention of examining the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) capital on MSME business development of Assisted Partners Pt. Len Industri (Persero) Bandung City, which is documented at the company PT Len Industri. In this study, a sample size of 37 Assisted MSEs was used to represent the population of 200 MSE Assisted Partners of PT Len Industri. A Likert scale is employed in the methodology, which is quantitative. In order to assess the validity of a study's findings and its reliability on the problems being examined, the data gathering approach employs samples from businesses that apply the Slovin formula. As evidenced by the (t) test study findings, the capital program The CSR Unit's work, which is largely carried out by PT Len Industri, has a substantial impact on the business growth of supported MSEs. by providing more capital help to MSME. The Social and Environmental Responsibility MSME Program gives priority to MSMEs that are still small but have the potential to grow. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of professional certification bodies (LSP) in improving the quality of human resource management in information and communication technology vocational schools at BBPVP Bandung. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The study population was 110 people who were employees at the BBPVP Bandung City office. By using the slovin formula, the number of samples obtained from this pattern is 64 employees with a research confidence level of 90%. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Testing or data analysis using SPSS V23. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression test. From all the tests carried out, the results obtained were that there was a role for LSP in improving the quality of human resources in information and communication technology vocational schools at BBPVP Bandung city. Abstract

Bandung Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BBPVP) is a Government Training Institution Central Technical Implementation Unit (UPTP) under the Directorate General of Training and Productivity Development, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with Ministerial Regulation No. 21 of 2015 issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. BBPVP Bandung is responsible for implementing initiatives related to the development, empowerment, and certification of training personnel, instructors, and workers. On February 23, 1952, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Colombo Plan Program launched BBPVP. An area of approximately 3 hectares became the location of BBPVP Bandung on Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto No. 170. BBPVP was established as an effort to spread vocational training facilities so that those whose homes were in remote areas could still access them. Examining the relationship between the BBPVP competency test and the caliber of applicants is the main objective of this study. The research approach was quantitative and descriptive. Questionnaires and written records were used to compile the data. Based on the findings, BBPVP is an effective tool to improve the overall standard of the workforce. Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out whether the PPNPN recruitment of the national narcotics agency in West Java province has an effect on employee performance . In this study the researchers used a quantitative approach research method with 39 participants with a 95% confidence level and carried out one of the tests, namely the linear regression test simple and using the SPSS V.25 application and the results of this study indicate that the recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance.
