Abstract

This study was carried out at PT Len Industri with the intention of examining the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) capital on MSME business development of Assisted Partners Pt. Len Industri (Persero) Bandung City, which is documented at the company PT Len Industri. In this study, a sample size of 37 Assisted MSEs was used to represent the population of 200 MSE Assisted Partners of PT Len Industri. A Likert scale is employed in the methodology, which is quantitative. In order to assess the validity of a study's findings and its reliability on the problems being examined, the data gathering approach employs samples from businesses that apply the Slovin formula. As evidenced by the (t) test study findings, the capital program The CSR Unit's work, which is largely carried out by PT Len Industri, has a substantial impact on the business growth of supported MSEs. by providing more capital help to MSME. The Social and Environmental Responsibility MSME Program gives priority to MSMEs that are still small but have the potential to grow. These MSMEs are developed through training and knowledge provision so that those who receive capital can use it properly and productively. Keywords: Capital, Business Development, MSMEs

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of professional certification bodies (LSP) in improving the quality of human resource management in information and communication technology vocational schools at BBPVP Bandung. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The study population was 110 people who were employees at the BBPVP Bandung City office. By using the slovin formula, the number of samples obtained from this pattern is 64 employees with a research confidence level of 90%. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Testing or data analysis using SPSS V23. The analytical method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and simple linear regression test. From all the tests carried out, the results obtained were that there was a role for LSP in improving the quality of human resources in information and communication technology vocational schools at BBPVP Bandung city. Abstract

Bandung Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BBPVP) is a Government Training Institution Central Technical Implementation Unit (UPTP) under the Directorate General of Training and Productivity Development, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with Ministerial Regulation No. 21 of 2015 issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. BBPVP Bandung is responsible for implementing initiatives related to the development, empowerment, and certification of training personnel, instructors, and workers. On February 23, 1952, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Colombo Plan Program launched BBPVP. An area of approximately 3 hectares became the location of BBPVP Bandung on Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto No. 170. BBPVP was established as an effort to spread vocational training facilities so that those whose homes were in remote areas could still access them. Examining the relationship between the BBPVP competency test and the caliber of applicants is the main objective of this study. The research approach was quantitative and descriptive. Questionnaires and written records were used to compile the data. Based on the findings, BBPVP is an effective tool to improve the overall standard of the workforce. Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out whether the PPNPN recruitment of the national narcotics agency in West Java province has an effect on employee performance . In this study the researchers used a quantitative approach research method with 39 participants with a 95% confidence level and carried out one of the tests, namely the linear regression test simple and using the SPSS V.25 application and the results of this study indicate that the recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of workload on the effectiveness of work work of employees of the Ministry of Trade. This research method is quantitative, with the number of samples taken as many as 31 in the city of Bandung. Data collection techniques use primary data generated from questionnaires that have been tested for validity, reliability, partial hypothesis (T), and coefficient of determination (R2). From the validity test table get the results of the analysis of both variables, namely; workload (x) and work effectiveness (Y) Obtain R-count values > R-Tables. According to the provisions, a variable is said to be valid if the value of R-Calculate > R-Table with a minimum of 0.5. From the reliability test table, the results of all variables have a greater value of Crobach's alpha > 0.6, which means that all variables can meet standard and realistic criteria. From the test table T get the workload sig value (X) 0.019 < 0.5 and the calculated T value 2.495 > 1.69726. This means that there is an effect of workload (X) on work effectiveness (Y). From the R2 test table, the value in the Adjusted R Square is 0.148, which means that the effect of workload (X) on work effectiveness (Y) in the trade service is 54.8%, while the remaining 45.2% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to investigate for and analyze an impact of job rotation variables on employee performance. The PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung City Main Branch Office is the focus of the investigation. In this study, a quantitative descriptive method is employed. For data collection techniques, questionnaires are distributed to a sample of 55 employees, whose responses will be processed and analyzed. Statistical tests, such as the t test, serve as the method of data analysis for testing the hypothesis. Before the data, the validity and analyzing dependability were evaluated to determine the data's quality. The findings revealed that position rotation has a positive and statistically significant impact on employee performance. This is demonstrated by the rotation of job variables, which influence employee performance variables by 70.2%, while the remaining 29.8% explains the influence of variables outside the scope of the study. With the job rotation at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung, it is hoped that it will be implemented properly so that employees do not feel bored and monotonous about their work or position.

Abstract

Efficient marketing is the main key to increasing livestock farmers' income and strengthening local food security. In an effort to increase the efficiency of goat marketing in the Kelubir Integrated Agriculture (PTK) area located in Kelubir Village, North Tanjung Palas District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province, the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic collaborates with PT Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara (PKN) and synergizes with the Regency Government Bulungan to carry out community service activities that focus on implementing and assisting in making QR codes as an innovative solution that can accommodate information on the development of goat livestock, starting from the age of the animal, body weight, pedigree, and the health status of the goat. This service activity uses a participatory approach that involves farmers directly with a question-and-answer session method and technical assistance related to the use of QR Code technology. The results of this service provide benefits that are felt by both breeders and consumers/potential buyers because it provides convenience and transparency regarding data on goat livestock to be purchased. From the results of the service satisfaction survey in the form of QR Code implementation and assistance carried out to 8 respondents, there were 62.5% of respondents said they were very satisfied and 37.5% said they were satisfied

Abstract

Kelubir Village is located in Tanjung Palas Utara Sub-district, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province which is famous for its corn farming, and is one of the villages that produces the most corn in the North Kalimantan region. According to the Regent of Bulungan, Mr. Syarwani, with the potential plantation area in Kelubir reaching 300 hectares (ha), this can be a hope in improving welfare and supporting food security programs in the region. In addition to corn farming, Kelubir Village also cultivates cocoa plants which is one of the community empowerment assistance programs from PT Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara (PKN) Company. In an effort to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic in synergy with PT Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara (PKN) and the Bulungan Regency Government, carried out community service activities to encourage the Kelubir Village government to have local revenue through assistance in the formation of a Business Unit under the auspices of the Jayan Mandiri Village-Owned Business Entity (BUMDes), Kelubir Village, North Kalimantan, where the business unit to be run is the Agricultural Production Facilities (Saprodi) business in accordance with the original potential of Kelubir Village, where the majority of the people are farmers. This service uses a participatory method that directly involves the Kelubir Village Government, including the Village Head, BUMDes management and the surrounding community. This community service activity has a positive impact in helping the farmers meet agricultural needs such as fertilizers, seeds, and medicines, which previously had to be reached within 15 km, to 1 km, saving time and transportation costs, increasing productivity and improving the local economy by opening new jobs and encouraging the growth of other businesses around the agricultural area.
