Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to analyze the relationship between product quality, price, and service quality at Kopi Toko Tua Bandung. Companies in the food and beverage business, particularly those operating in the catering and cafeteria sectors, are often pressed to think of novel and appealing methods to serve their clients. A cafe's ability to entice customers with things like a nice ambiance, unique furnishings, and extras like Instagrammable backgrounds and appealing offers is not to be underestimated. A total of 77 customers of Kopi Toko Tua Bandung participated in questionnaires for this quantitative investigation. The results of the research highlight the significance of product quality, price, and service quality in determining consumers' ultimate purchasing decisions. R-Square for the equation model is 0.843, which indicates it accounts for 84.3% of the variation in customer preferences, and there are no issues with multicollinearity or heteroskedasticity in the data. In conclusion, as competition in the café business heats up, Kopi Toko Tua Bandung must focus on product quality, affordable pricing, and service quality to attract and retain consumers. This study's findings might be useful to cafe operators in responding to shifting tastes and remaining competitive. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Service Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Cooperative as a form of economic organization that plays an important role in the economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ability and work motivation of employees on the competitiveness of cooperatives. The research method used was to collect data through questionnaires which were distributed to cooperative employees involved in operational activities. This study used a quantitative method using the SPSS 23 analysis tool. The total population in the Salapak cooperative unit in the city of Bandung is 15 people. By using the saturated sample technique, the total sample is the entire population, namely 15 people. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that simultaneously H3 is accepted, meaning that the ability and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on competitiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this reaearch is find out what factors influence the castle shop turnover intention. There are several factors that cause the castle shop turnover intention. This study uses quantitative methond. SPSS V23 is used to analyze the data of 15 people who wrok in the castle shop as respondent in the study. According to the findings of this study,it has been determined that the castle shop for hiring new employees is affectd by all variables, including job satisfaction, salary, job stress, and organizational commitment. Together they have a good impact on turnover intention in research on salary, more attetion is paid to average employee compensatio, length of service and approriate needs for organizational commitmen, support and active role from the superiors of the castle shop are needed by building good relationships. Whith employees controlilng and evaluating employee job satisfaction so that they can alwyas improve company goals

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Shopee PayLater (Spaylater) on the purchasing power and consumer behavior of students at the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic in Bandung. Involving 101 respondents, this research used quantitative methods with validity, reliability, normality tests, and T and F tests to analyze the data. The research results show that Spaylater has a significant positive influence on students' purchasing power and consumer behavior. The validity and reliability test results show that the research instrument is valid and reliable. Statistical analysis, including T and F tests, supports these positive results. This research journal can help related parties, both academics and practitioners, in understanding the dynamics of using payment services such as Spaylater in managing purchasing power and managing consumer behavior among students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which Human Resource Development (X1) affects two important variables, namely Service Quality (Y1) and Customer Satisfaction (Y2). In the process, a quantitative approach is used as the main method, as well as applying the Descriptive Verification approach, in the sampling technique using Random Sampling because the Service is dynamic and the number of customers changes. The results of this study show a simultaneous influence on Variable Y1 and Variable Y2 on Variable (X1), with the results of SPSS 30 data processing of 76.2% and the remaining 23.8% coming from other variables that are outside the scope of this study and are not analyzed further. This indicates that although Human Resource Development has a significant role in improving service quality and customer satisfaction, there are also other external factors that need to be considered in further research to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the determinants of service quality and customer satisfaction as a whole.

Abstract

The digitalization process in Indonesia is accelerating rapidly in the economic sector, impacting various sectors of life, including banking and finance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a correlation between each user's use of the pawnshop application.Cronbach'sDigital Service. To facilitate, the researcher will take a number of certain people who are intentionally selected who actively use the application and are willing to fill out the questionnaire. Data collection instruments, namely primary and secondary primary data are collected through filling out questionnaires and observations to analyze this research the author uses software in the form of SPSS version 30. The data to be collected using the questionnaire questionnaire is forwarded to customers. in the table above through the results of the reliability test with Cronbach's alpha is known in the variable (X) which is 0.922 and the results of the variable test (Y) which is 0.938. From these two variables, the Cronbach alpha value must be greater, all instrument results get a score of more than 0.60, while the results of the t test and f test show the existence of a strong and significant relationship between the use of PDS and the use of customer interest, therefore, it can be concluded that the easier and more convenient this application is used, the higher the customer interest in utilizing digital pawnshop services.

Abstract

This research focuses on efforts to mitigate credit risks and improve the quality of loan portfolios in areas with low levels of financial literacy. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the use of the Financial Information Service System (FISS) helps in the process of verifying the character of prospective debtors, analyzing payment capacity, and assessing risks in credit historically. In addition, the system accelerates decision-making in granting credit and reduces the likelihood of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). The problems are the lack of access to digital technology services, the weak public understanding of the history of credit emergence, and the increase in the capacity of officers are still quite serious obstacles. This research underlines FISS in certification as a banking information center that has an impact on credit assessment in a bank clearly and more effectively, and greatly contributes to banking risk control at the regional level.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penjualan online terhadap kuantitas penjualan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Kuesioner ditujukan kepada 72 responden yang dipilih secara acak dari populasi 263 orang, yang kemudian data diolah menggunakan SPSS Ver.25. Dalam uji validitas hasilnya VALID, uji reliabilitas menghasilkan RELIABEL dengan nilai Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,962 > 0,60. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi pengaruh variabel X terhadap Y sebesar 67% dan 33% berasal dari variabel yang tidak tercantum dalam penelitian. Banyak konsumen yang belum tahu toko online tersebut. Saran untuk industri rajut XX untuk mulai beriklan di media sosial agar toko online dan produk lebih banyak dikenal calon pembeli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kompetensi Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sub Direktorat Pencocokan dan Penelitian Angkatan Darat Bandung. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada meningkatnya tuntutan ketepatan administrasi, disiplin kerja, literasi digital, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, serta kemampuan adaptif aparatur dalam lingkungan instansi pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dapat diperkuat melalui pemetaan kompetensi, pelatihan teknis, pengembangan karier, pembinaan kinerja, pelatihan administrasi digital, mentoring, dan evaluasi berkala. Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan beberapa hambatan, yaitu belum meratanya penguasaan sistem digital, terbatasnya program pelatihan yang terstruktur, variasi beban kerja, serta perlunya dokumentasi kompetensi yang lebih sistematis. Oleh karena itu, instansi perlu menerapkan peta jalan pengembangan SDM berbasis kompetensi, meningkatkan program pelatihan berkelanjutan, memperkuat transfer pengetahuan antara pegawai senior dan junior, serta mengintegrasikan evaluasi kinerja dengan kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengembangan SDM yang terstruktur berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi PNS dalam aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, disiplin, tanggung jawab, ketelitian administrasi, dan efektivitas pelayanan. Kata kunci: pengembangan sumber daya manusia, kompetensi, Pegawai Negeri Sipil, pelatihan, kinerja.

Abstract

Kelurahan Maleer di Kecamatan Batununggal, Kota Bandung, menghadapi tantangan dalam menyediakan pangan sehat akibat keterbatasan lahan dan pengetahuan bercocok tanam yang dimiliki masyarakat setempat. Smart farming muncul sebagai solusi yang menjanjikan, terutama melalui teknik budidaya hidroponik. Namun, rendahnya efisiensi dan kurangnya pemantauan seringkali menjadi penghalang untuk mencapai keberlanjutan dalam usaha ini. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkanlah sistem hidroponik pintar berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) sebagai inovasi guna meningkatkan efisiensi pertanian di kawasan perkotaan. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi budidaya tanaman hidroponik melalui pemantauan otomatis, memberdayakan masyarakat Kelurahan Maleer dengan keterampilan dalam teknologi dan pertanian perkotaan, serta mendukung ketahanan pangan lokal dan meningkatkan produktivitas ekonomi masyarakat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode dan teknologi yang digunakan adalah sistem yang memanfaatkan sensor IoT (suhu, kelembaban, pH, TDS) untuk memantau lingkungan tanaman secara real-time. Data yang terkumpul akan ditampilkan dalam platform digital dan terhubung dengan mikrokontroler, sementara sistem penyiraman dan pemberian nutrisi akan diotomatisasi berdasarkan data dari sensor. Selain itu, pelatihan juga akan diberikan kepada masyarakat mengenai penggunaan sistem tersebut dan pemanfaatan hasil panen. Hasil yang diharapkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan produktivitas tanaman sayuran, seperti selada, kangkung, dan pakcoy, efisiensi dalam penggunaan air dan nutrisi melalui otomatisasi dan pemantauan cerdas, peningkatan pemahaman terhadap teknologi dan pertanian di kalangan warga setempat, serta terciptanya model pertanian berkelanjutan yang dapat direplikasi di kawasan perkotaan lainnya. Program ini diharapkan juga akan memberikan dampak sosial dan ekonomi, antara lain dengan menciptakan peluang usaha baru bagi warga Kelurahan Maleer, meningkatkan kesadaran akan pola hidup sehat melalui konsumsi sayuran segar hasil panen sendiri, serta menumbuhkan komunitas smart farming yang cerdas dan berbasis teknologi.
