Abstract

This research was conducted on its own business, namely Ngubi Bandung city to test and analyze brand image of customer interest in the business Nubi Bandung city with a population of 300 and a sample of 75 respondents. The data obtained with the influence of brand image on consumer buying interest is consumer perception. Based on all the resulting data that has been obtained and processed, the researcher found that the brand image of Nubi has a very high/strong and positive influence so that it has a direct relationship with the value of Interest in Buying Ngubi Products. Where Brand Image is able to influence 86.5% of consumers' buying interest in Ngubi Products. This shows that competition in the f&b sector is quite tight and provides business opportunities. Not only the brand must be unique, the food must also be unique in order to get repeat purchases.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to analyze the relationship between product quality, price, and service quality at Kopi Toko Tua Bandung. Companies in the food and beverage business, particularly those operating in the catering and cafeteria sectors, are often pressed to think of novel and appealing methods to serve their clients. A cafe's ability to entice customers with things like a nice ambiance, unique furnishings, and extras like Instagrammable backgrounds and appealing offers is not to be underestimated. A total of 77 customers of Kopi Toko Tua Bandung participated in questionnaires for this quantitative investigation. The results of the research highlight the significance of product quality, price, and service quality in determining consumers' ultimate purchasing decisions. R-Square for the equation model is 0.843, which indicates it accounts for 84.3% of the variation in customer preferences, and there are no issues with multicollinearity or heteroskedasticity in the data. In conclusion, as competition in the café business heats up, Kopi Toko Tua Bandung must focus on product quality, affordable pricing, and service quality to attract and retain consumers. This study's findings might be useful to cafe operators in responding to shifting tastes and remaining competitive. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Service Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Cooperative as a form of economic organization that plays an important role in the economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the ability and work motivation of employees on the competitiveness of cooperatives. The research method used was to collect data through questionnaires which were distributed to cooperative employees involved in operational activities. This study used a quantitative method using the SPSS 23 analysis tool. The total population in the Salapak cooperative unit in the city of Bandung is 15 people. By using the saturated sample technique, the total sample is the entire population, namely 15 people. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that simultaneously H3 is accepted, meaning that the ability and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on competitiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this reaearch is find out what factors influence the castle shop turnover intention. There are several factors that cause the castle shop turnover intention. This study uses quantitative methond. SPSS V23 is used to analyze the data of 15 people who wrok in the castle shop as respondent in the study. According to the findings of this study,it has been determined that the castle shop for hiring new employees is affectd by all variables, including job satisfaction, salary, job stress, and organizational commitment. Together they have a good impact on turnover intention in research on salary, more attetion is paid to average employee compensatio, length of service and approriate needs for organizational commitmen, support and active role from the superiors of the castle shop are needed by building good relationships. Whith employees controlilng and evaluating employee job satisfaction so that they can alwyas improve company goals

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Shopee PayLater (Spaylater) on the purchasing power and consumer behavior of students at the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic in Bandung. Involving 101 respondents, this research used quantitative methods with validity, reliability, normality tests, and T and F tests to analyze the data. The research results show that Spaylater has a significant positive influence on students' purchasing power and consumer behavior. The validity and reliability test results show that the research instrument is valid and reliable. Statistical analysis, including T and F tests, supports these positive results. This research journal can help related parties, both academics and practitioners, in understanding the dynamics of using payment services such as Spaylater in managing purchasing power and managing consumer behavior among students.

Abstract

This study describes the effect of Compensation and Career Development on Employee Performance in government agencies, namely the Cimahi City Regional Asset Financial Management Agency. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach by using primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of documents, describing data collected numerically or using statistical tools to study certain populations or samples to test. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance at BPKAD Cimahi City. The research was conducted using survey methods and file data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to BPKAD Cimahi City employees. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression method. Judging from the results above, it is known that compensation and career development have a significant effect on the performance of BPKAD employees. Partially (t) the variables compensation (X1) and career development (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with t calculate compensation (X1) 1.603 with a significant value of 0.119 (>0.05) and career development (X2) have a calculated t value of 3.875 with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Simultaneously from the output it can be seen that F is calculated at 6.266 with a significance/probability level of 0.005 <0.05

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja pegawai dan self efficacy memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan studi kasus pada Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitatif serta dalam pengambilan data memakai kuesioner atau beberapa pernyataan dalam bentuk google form kemudian hasil dari kuesioner tersebut di olah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS V25 yang telah di uji ke beberapa metode pengujian. Populasi dari Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Bandung ini memiliki 60 orang pegawai, dan dalam pengujian ini peneliti menggunakan rumus solvin, dengan hasil yang telah diperoleh menjadi 38 orang dengan tingkat kepercayaan 90%. Maka hasil dari penelitian ini peneliti dapat menyimpulkan berdasarkan data bahwa hubungan kinerja pegawai dan self efficacy valid dan signifikan serta berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh mutasi dan rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai BPJS Ketenagakrjaan cabang Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada 36 responden dari. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pengujian parsial dan simulan atau diasa di sebut pengujian t dan f dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan tidak signifikan. Meskipun mutasi kerja dapat membantu karyawan memperluas pengetahuan dan keterampilan, tetapi tidak secara langsung meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Sementara itu terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara rotasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan, di mana semakin sering karyawan melakukan mutasi kerja, semakin baik kinerja karyawan tersebut. Dalam kesimpulannya, mutasi dan rotasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan manufaktur tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan untuk melakukan mutasi dan rotasi kerja secara terencana dan berkala untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja driver Grab Bike di Kota Bandung. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif pendekatan deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data serta informasi dari lapangan, kuesioner, dan referensi pustaka. Populasi ialah driver Grab Bike di Kota Bandung, sampel yang digunakan adalah 99 responden. Data primer diperoleh menggunakan kuisioner skala likert. Data ini diolah menggunakan software SPSS 25 for windows. Menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda untuk melihat pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja driver. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Uji t yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja driver dengan nilai thitung sebesar 9,119 yang mana lebih besar dari ttabel 1,988. Hasil Uji f dengan nilai fhitung 134,657 lebih besar dari ftabel 3,09. Dan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sebesar 73,7%. Saran yang diberikan yaitu untuk perusahan lebih mengetahui kurangnya dari Kemampuan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja tersebut dan memberikan pekerjaan dan tanggung jawab yang sewajarnya agar Kinerja Karyawan terus meningkat.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh lokasi dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian di Minimarket Khanza Barokah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan verifikatif. Sumber data penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data yaitu informasi hasil dari observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu sampel dari populasi konsumen yang berkunjung ke Khanza Barokah Minimarket sebanyak 84 responden. Lokasi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial sebesar 0,164 > 0,05 di Khanza Barokah Minimarket. Harga berpengaruh secara parsial sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 di Khanza Barokah Minimarket. Lokasi dan harga berpengaruh secara simultan dengan diperoleh nilai f-tabel sebesar 3,95 dan f hitungnya sebesar 24,392, diartikan secara simultan lokasi dan harga berpengaruh sebesar 24,392 > 3,95 terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi terdapat (R Square) sebesar 0,376, artinya keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi lokasi dan harga sebesar 0,376 dan dikategorikan berpengaruh lemah. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu sebaiknya Khanza Barokah Minimarket memberikan layanan pengantaran barang untuk pembelian dalam jumlah tertentu, agar konsumen terbantu untuk tetap belanja walaupun jaraknya jauh. Sebaiknya harga produk di Khanza Barokah Minimarket lebih murah dibandingkan toko lain. Sebaiknya Khanza Barokah Minimarket menyediakan berbagai alternatif pembayaran baik tunai, debet atau kredit.
