Abstract

This community service program was held with the aim of improving the skills of students and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Maleer Village, Bandung City, in utilizing product photography and digital marketing strategies to support online sales. The training was attended by 67 participants, consisting of the Taruna Class (20 participants), Regular Class (25 participants), Student Association (10 participants), Student Executive Board Delegation (7 participants), and staff (5 participants). The training materials included the basics of digital marketing, product photography techniques, and buying and selling practices on the TikTok and Meta Ads platforms (Facebook and Instagram Ads). The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing strategies and their ability to produce attractive visual content. This program is expected to be able to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era and enrich students' knowledge of digital marketing, so that it can have a positive impact on increasing product sales online.

Abstract

This research was conducted simulatively on an MSME business called Warmindo X which was used as a case study to test the application of OLAP in a Business Intelligence system. The purpose of this research is to develop a data warehouse and information dashboard system based on Tableau technology, by utilizing the utilizing the OLAP method to support strategic decision making and increase sales effectiveness at Warmindo X. improve sales effectiveness at Warmindo X. BI implementation implementation is carried out using Pentaho Data Integration for the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and Tableau for dashboard visualization. Abstract

This study examines the factors influencing the amount of retirement salary received by employees at the Department of Human Settlements, Construction, and Spatial Planning of Bandung City. The three main factors analyzed are length of service, education level, and the last rank or position held. The results indicate that the last rank or position has the greatest impact on the retirement salary, followed by education and length of service. The higher the rank and education level, as well as the longer the length of service, the greater the retirement salary received. Beyond the numerical data, this study also highlights the experiences of retirees who feel that their pension significantly supports their lives after retirement. The retirement salary serves as a form of appreciation for their dedication and provides a sense of security in old age. This research hopes that the pension system will continue to be improved to become more equitable and beneficial for all employees.

Abstract

This research focuses on the revitalization of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kelubir, Tanjung Palas Utara, Bulungan, North Kalimantan, which aims to improve the economic condition of the village. The research was conducted from October to December 2024, using descriptive qualitative methods to collect data through interviews, field notes and other documentation. The establishment of BUMDes MitraSejahtera Kelubir is anticipated to significantly impact the village government by increasing local revenue, developing local products, and improving Kelubir's overall economy. Despite the potential, BUMDes MitraSejahtera Kelubir faces several management challenges that require serious attention. Existing conditions reveal critical issues that hinder effective management and operational success. The study also highlights the importance of BUMDes as legal entities established by villages to manage businesses, utilize assets, and deliver public services, ultimately contributing to the welfare of village communities. The findings show that with proper management and support, BUMDes can create employment opportunities and reduce unemployment rates, thereby promoting economic growth in the village.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of GO SPIRIT's corporate culture on customer satisfaction at Bank bjb KCP Gedebage. Using a quantitative approach with a closed questionnaire on 60 respondents, data were analyzed through a statistical test using SPSS version 30. The results showed that the GO SPIRIT culture had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, with the values of f calculated (331,489) > f table (3,156) and t calculated (18,207) > t table (2,002). The determination coefficient of 92.3% indicates that customer satisfaction is influenced by company culture. Thus, the consistent implementation of the GO SPIRIT culture can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Sajau Village established the Mitra Mandiri Sajau Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) to support village development and community welfare. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the services offered by the Mitra Mandiri Sajau Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) for the Sajau village community. This research method uses qualitative data through in-depth interviews with BUMDes management and observational data collection. The findings of this study indicate that the Mitra Mandiri Sajau Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) has contributed significantly to improving community welfare, but its implementation is still imperfect. Several factors have made BUMDes management a challenge, such as the lack of management competence and the lack of management involvement in the process. Abstract

As a village economic institution, the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) has a very important role in advancing the village economy and community welfare, but what happens if the BUMDes institution is inactive, as experienced by BUMDes Karya Nyata in Salimbatu village, this BUMDes has been inactive since 2022 due to a lack of human resource capacity and administration.. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of BUMDes mentors in efforts to revitalize the Karya Nyata Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes), to improve the welfare of the community in Salimbatu village. This mentoring is carried out by PT. Pesona Khatulistiwa Nusantara (PT PKN), as one of the Community Empowerment Programs (CEP) by involving students mentored by PT PKN to become BUMDes mentors through the MBKM program "Building a village" initiated by PT PKN. This study uses an action research method, research methods that function to help the implementation of work to be more effective and efficient are action research methods (action research), research and development (R&D) and operations research (operations research). The action research method is a research method used to test, develop, discover and create new actions, so that these actions can be applied in work, so the work implementation process will be easier, faster, and the results will be more effective.

Abstract

This research seeks to explore the impact of employee performance activities related to the Mang Bagja application on the performance allowances awarded to employees at the Bandung City Cipta Karya, Construction Development, and Spatial Planning Office. This research employs an associative quantitative methodology, utilizing a data collection technique that involves distributing questionnaires to a sample of 54 employees. The independent variable in this investigation is the employee performance activities within the Mang Bagja application, whereas the dependent variable pertains to the performance allowance awarded to employees. The findings of this analysis indicate a robust correlation between employee performance activities and the allowances received by employees, evidenced by a correlation coefficient value of 0.837. A straightforward regression analysis revealed that each enhancement in employee performance activities significantly influenced the increase in performance allowance by 0.893. The T-test score of 11.039 surpasses the t-table value of 2.006 (11.039>2.006), indicating a significant influence of employee performance activities on the Mang Bagja application regarding the allowances received by employees. The Coefficient of Determination (R²) of 0.701 shows that employee performance activities in the Mang Bagja application explain 70.1% of the differences in the allowances employees receive, with the remaining 29.9% due to other factors not looked at in this study. The findings suggest that the Mang Bagja application plays a beneficial role in evaluating and distributing performance allowances while also fostering transparency and accountability and enhancing employee motivation within the governmental context.

Abstract

This study describes the effect of Compensation and Career Development on Employee Performance in government agencies, namely the Cimahi City Regional Asset Financial Management Agency. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach by using primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of documents, describing data collected numerically or using statistical tools to study certain populations or samples to test. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance at BPKAD Cimahi City. The research was conducted using survey methods and file data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to BPKAD Cimahi City employees. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression method. Judging from the results above, it is known that compensation and career development have a significant effect on the performance of BPKAD employees. Partially (t) the variables compensation (X1) and career development (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with t calculate compensation (X1) 1.603 with a significant value of 0.119 (>0.05) and career development (X2) have a calculated t value of 3.875 with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Simultaneously from the output it can be seen that F is calculated at 6.266 with a significance/probability level of 0.005 <0.05

Abstract

English Version To enhance employee performance, leaders should focus on the caliber of human resources within the organization. One potential approach is adopting the spiritual leadership style. This particular style of leadership exerts a significant influence on employee performance, emphasizing internal factors and the leader's conscience rather than external influences. The study utilized a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews and observations. The results of the research identified several obstacles in enhancing the quality of human resources by implementing spiritual leadership to improve employee performance within the company. Based on the research findings, it is suggested that leaders should demonstrate more decisiveness in their decision-making and remain open to receiving feedback from their subordinates. Furthermore, leaders should actively seek to expand their understanding of spiritual leadership and support employees in cultivating human values by delving into their spiritual aspects. This endeavor will foster mental and spiritual rejuvenation, encompassing beliefs, faith, ethics, and principles, all contributing positively to augmenting employee performance. Versi IndonesiaUntuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, perhatian pemimpin terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia di perusahaan sangat penting. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan adalah gaya kepemimpinan spiritual, yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan berfokus pada faktor internal dan hati nurani pemimpin, dan tidak terlalu dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ada beberapa hambatan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan spiritual untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, disarankan agar pemimpin menjadi lebih tegas dalam mengambil keputusan dan lebih terbuka untuk menerima masukan dari bawahannya. Selain itu, pemimpin perlu memperoleh lebih banyak informasi tentang kepemimpinan spiritual dan membantu karyawan dalam membangun nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dengan menggali aspek spiritual dalam diri mereka. Proses ini akan memberikan kesegaran mental dan rohani, seperti keyakinan, iman, etika, dan pedoman, yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
