Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji hukum game online melalui perspektif fikih Islam dengan pendekatan studi literatur dari Al-Qur'an, hadis, pendapat ulama, dan kaidah fikih. Dalam analisisnya, ditemukan bahwa ayat-ayat seperti QS. Al-An'am: 32 dan QS. Al-Maidah: 90 memperingatkan agar hiburan seyogyanya adalah yang tidak melalaikan kewajiban agama atau mengandung unsur yang dilarang, seperti perjudian, pornografi dan kekerasan di dalamnya. Hadis Rasulullah SAW juga menegaskan pentingnya pemanfaatan waktu dengan bijak. Pandangan ulama menitikberatkan pada konten game dan dampaknya. Kaidah fikih seperti "hukum asal segala sesuatu adalah mubah kecuali ada dalil yang mengharamkan" menjadi panduan utama, selama game online tidak melibatkan unsur negatif. Sehingga dapat diambil garis besar bahwa hukum game online bersifat kontekstual. Game yang sesuai dengan nilai Islam, memberikan manfaat, dan dilakukan dengan niat baik, diperbolehkan. Sebaliknya, game dengan unsur haram atau dengan efek merusak akhlak dan moral umat Islam dihukumi haram. Solusinya, orang tua dan pendidik harus mendampingi anak - anak dalam memilih game, pemerintah perlu meregulasi konten game, dan masyarakat perlu dididik tentang pemanfaatan teknologi yang etis. Harapannya, umat Islam dapat memanfaatkan game online secara positif tanpa melanggar nilai - nilai agama, sehingga tercipta keseimbangan antara hiburan dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of strengthening character education through extracurricular activities of reading and writing the Qur'an (BTQ) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at school. Strengthening character education is the main focus in an effort to form students who have religious values, discipline, and the value of reading. BTQ activities are chosen as one of the effective methods to instill these values systematically and sustainably. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of principals, BTQ extracurricular teachers, deputy curriculum, and students. The results showed that BTQ extracurricular activities are effective in strengthening student character. Through learning to read and write the Qur'an, students not only develop religious skills but also experience strong character building, such as religious values, discipline, and love of reading. This implementation is supported by the active role of PAI teachers and the support of the school environment, but also faces several obstacles, such as time constraints and lack of student motivation. This study suggests an increase in parental involvement in supporting BTQ activities at home as well as additional time and adequate facilities to support the smooth running of these activities. Thus, it is expected that strengthening character education through BTQ can run more optimally and have a greater positive impact on students' character development.

Abstract

Ekstrakurikuler Rohis, yang digagas oleh pemerintah dan sekolah, diharapkan menjadi wadah yang efektif dalam membentuk dan mengasah kecerdasan spiritual siswa hal tersebut dilatarbelakangi karena fokus pendidikan saat ini cenderung mengedepankan kecerdasan intelektual. Sehingga dalam penelitia ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui implementasi dari rohis yang ada di SMA Negeri 14 Medan dalam aspek kecerdasan spiritual. metode penelitian kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian yaitu, (1)Implementasi ekstrakurikuler Rohis dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMA Negeri 14 Medan sudah berjalan dengan baik namun memang harus ditingkatkan lebih baik lagi. (2)Bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Rohis dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMA Negeri 14 Medan meliputi 4 bidang yaitu bidang ibadah bidang Alquran bidang sosial dan bidang dakwah. (3)Faktor pendukung ekstrakurikuler Rohis dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa yaitu dukungan penuh dari sekolah orang tua dan kemauan diri sendiri sedangkan faktor penghambat atau kendala yang dihadapi Rohis yaitu pengelolaan dana yang kurang optimal kedisiplinan waktu yang tidak efektif, pengaruh teman dan lingkungan luar sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Problematika Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar (Studi Kasus di SDN SP3 Lae Mbentar Kecamatan Pagindar Kabupaten Pakpak Bharat). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi problematika yang dihadapi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka belajar dan mencari solusi dalam menghadapi problematika tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah data yang dihasilkan dari observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa : 1) Implementasi Kurikulum merdeka belajar di SDN SP3 Lae Mbentar diterapkan pada awal tahun 2023 secara bertahap.  Pada awal tahun 2023 untuk kelas 1 dan 4 kemudian di penghujung tahun 2023 untuk kelas 2 dan 5. 2) Problematika Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN SP3 Lae Mbentar yaitu, kurangnya pemahaman guru PAI terhadap konsep kurikulum merdeka belajar, kesulitan guru PAI dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran serta, jaringan dan listrik yang kurang mendukung. 3) Adapun solusi yang dilakukan guru PAI yaitu dengan mengikuti sosialisasi dan pelatihan, Guru PAI menggunakan PMM (Platform Merdeka Mengajar), dan memiliki alat pembantu arus listrik.

Abstract

This study investigates the collaboration between teachers and parents in instilling religious responsibility in students at An-Nizam Private Junior High School in Medan. The research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive field study design, involving participant observation and in-depth interviews with teachers and parents. The results show that effective cooperation between teachers and parents significantly enhances students' commitment to religious practices, such as performing Dhuha prayer, congregational Zuhur prayer, and Quran memorization. The study highlights that a strong partnership, facilitated by regular communication and shared responsibilities, is essential for fostering students' religious discipline. This collaboration also strengthens character development, contributing to both academic and spiritual growth. These findings emphasize the need for schools and parents to work together in nurturing students' religious responsibility.

Abstract

Nowhere in the Qur’an or even in the hadith does it speak about the law of post-mortems. But the fact is that currently, various criminal acts occur that lead to death, and the cause of death cannot even be known, so an autopsy is carried out. And even the practice of post-mortem surgery is carried out by medical students under the auspices of a post-mortem surgeon to determine the structure of the human body's organs. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out and explore how Islamic law views in responding to the increasingly advanced development of knowledge regarding post-mortems. This research uses library research, where the data sources used come from various books, journals and articles which are then processed and analyzed using a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this research are, basically the law prohibits post-mortems from being carried out, but to consider the public benefit, post-mortems are permitted, such as; Hifz Al-din, Hifz al-Nafs, Hifz Al-Nasl, Hifz al-Mal, and Hifz al-‘Aql

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence Muhadharah extracurriculars have on the Arabic language fluency of female students at the Manbaul Hidayah Bunut West Islamic Boarding School. This research uses associative quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and tests. Then the data obtained will be expressed in the form of diagrams or statistics. With this program, it is hoped that muhadharah will have a big influence on the female students' fluency in Arabic and can also increase the students' sense of self-confidence.

Abstract

Recitation is a means of knowledge that can increase motivation, shape character and obey Allah. This recitation has a positive impact and has an important role in creating thought patterns, attitudes and behavior that are in accordance with Islamic teachings. Apart from that, teachers and the community involved in it can feel the benefits of this activity as a means of moral development and increasing Islamic knowledge to improve the quality of the listeners. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation of teachers. This research aims to improve the quality of teachers at Muhammadiyah Middle School 7 Medan, to find out how the recitation process takes place and what factors support and inhibit the recitation process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the character of youth at the Nurul Hasanah Mosque, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, to determine and describe the role of the Nurul Hasanah Mosque, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency as an educational center for youth, and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping the character of youth at the Nurul Hasanah Mosque, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources and informants of the researcher are the administrators of the Nurul Hasanah Mosque, teachers/mentors of the Nurul Hasanah Mosque, youth at the Nurul Hasanah Mosque, and parents of youth at the Nurul Hasanah Mosque. The results of this study indicate that youth at the Nurul Hasanah Mosque have prominent characters, including being religious, enthusiastic, tolerant, and appreciating achievement. The mosque plays an important role not only as a place of worship, but also as a center for youth education. through programs such as memorizing the Qur'an, regular studies, and social activities.
