Abstract

Competitive anxiety is a negative psychological condition experienced by athletes when facing competitive situations, characterized by feelings of worry, nervousness, and uneasiness. One of the factors that influences this anxiety is family social support. Support from the family, including emotional, instrumental, informational, and companionship support, is believed to help calm athletes and enhance their self confidence during competitions. This study aims to examine the relationship between family social support and competitive anxiety among volleyball athletes in Bekasi Regency. The research used a quantitative correlational method. The sample consisted of 100 volleyball athletes aged 12 to 17 years, selected using a nonprobability sampling technique with an incidental sampling method. The data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test with the assistance of JASP software version 0.18.3.0. The results showed a significant negative relationship between family social support and competitive anxiety among volleyball athletes with a correlation coefficient of r equals minus 0.734 and a significance level of p less than 0.001. This indicates that the higher the social support received from the family, the lower the level of competitive anxiety experienced by the athlete. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This study emphasizes the important role of the family in supporting the mental well being and performance of athletes. Future researchers are encouraged to further explore other psychological factors that may influence competitive anxiety.

Abstract

Abstract: Research on the Effect of User Interface and Product Variations on Consumer Buying Interest is a literature review article that aims to build hypotheses for further research within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing literature review articles is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this literature review article are: 1) User Interface has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest and 2) Product Variation has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest. Apart from these two exogenous variables that affect endogenous variables, there are still many other factors including the variables of Price, Product Quality, Service Quality and Place. Abstrak: Penelitian Pengaruh User Interface dan Variasi Produk terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen merupakan artikel literature review yang bertujuan untuk membangun hipotesis guna penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup Manajemen Pemasaran. Metode penulisan artikel literature review yaitu dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini yaitu: 1) User Interface berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen dan 2) Variasi Produk berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen. Selain dari dua variabel exogen ini yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen, masih banyaj faktor lain di antaranya adalah variabel Harga, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Layanan dan Tempat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan ingredients, influencer review dan live streaming marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk skincare varian mugwort. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 40 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu non probability sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu cross sectional. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder, di mana data sekunder digunakan untuk memperkuat latar belakang masalah. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan yaitu kuisioer dengan skala likert 1-5. Uji-uji yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji hipotesis, inner model, outer model dan r-square. Alat yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Ingredients tidak berperan dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk skincare varian mugwort; 2) Influencer review tidak berperan dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk skincare varian mugwort; dan 3) Live streaming marketing tidak berperan dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk skincare varian mugwort.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mengganggu model bisnis penerbitan konvensional, namun studi strategis berbasis SWOT dalam konteks penerbit lokal masih jarang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman pada Dinasti Publisher serta merumuskan strategi bersaing yang adaptif. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan matriks SWOT yang menghasilkan strategi kuadran agresif (SO). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa reputasi dan jaringan distribusi yang kuat belum diimbangi dengan digitalisasi dan inovasi konten. Peluang pasar digital dan insentif kebijakan pemerintah menjadi kekuatan eksternal utama, sedangkan persaingan dari penerbit digital menjadi ancaman signifikan. Strategi yang direkomendasikan mencakup pengembangan platform digital dan kolaborasi komunitas literasi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan kerangka adaptasi strategis dalam industri kreatif serta menyarankan implementasi strategi SWOT pada UKM penerbitan nasional.

Abstract

Perubahan perilaku konsumen ke arah yang lebih ramah lingkungan semakin penting seiring meningkatnya kerusakan lingkungan global. Namun, banyak konsumen menghadapi kendala dalam memutuskan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan, terutama pada produk elektronik seperti laptop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Product Knowledge, Perceived Consumer Effectiveness dan Social Media Marketing terhadap Green Purchase Intention, dengan Attitude sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan individu yang mengetahui keberadaan laptop ramah lingkungan Laptop Acer Aspire Vero. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat di wilayah Jabodetabek, dengan sampel sebanyak 250 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS 27 untuk analisis deskriptif serta LISREL 8.8 untuk Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima Product Knowledge, Perceived Consumer Effectiveness dan Social Media Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Green Purchase Intention, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi Attitude. Rekomendasi penelitian ini mencakup penguatan strategi pemasaran hijau melalui peningkatan edukasi konsumen terkait produk ramah lingkungan, pengoptimalan promosi pada media sosial, dan penciptaan konten yang mampu membangun sikap positif terhadap produk. Dengan strategi tersebut, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan niat pembelian konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan

The results of this research are: 1) Career development influences employee job satisfaction; 2) Organizational culture influences employee job satisfaction; and 3) Workload influences employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Relationship of Buying Interest, Price and Purchase Decision to IMEI Policy is a scientific article that aims to build research hypotheses regarding the influence between variables used in further research, within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar and sourced from other academic online media and uses Mendeley as a bibliography reference. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) Buying Interest is related to IMEI Policy; 2) Price is related to IMEI Policy; and 3) Purchase Decision related to IMEI Policy. Apart from the 3 independent variables related to the dependent variable, there are other factors, namely Brand Image, Sales and Promotion.

Abstract

Literature Review Article Building Occupational Safety and Health (K3): Analysis of the Work Environment and Work Discipline is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) the work environment affects Occupational Safety; 2) Work Environment has an effect on Occupational Health; 3) Work Discipline affects Occupational Safety; 4) Work Discipline has an effect on Occupational Health; and 5) Occupational Safety affects Occupational Health.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and price earning ratio (PER) on the stock prices of coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2021. The indicators used in this study are Return of Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Price Earning Ratio (PER). In this study, the three variables were analyzed partially and simultaneously to see whether there was an effect on Stock Prices. The data used in this study are ROA, ROE, PER, and Stock Prices of coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2021 period. The number of companies is sampled as many as possible, 15 coal companies. Data analysis uses classical assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, F test, and T-test. The results of the study using the F test simultaneously show that ROA, ROE, and PER affect Stock Prices by 39%, while the T-test shows that Return on Assets (ROA) does not affect Stock Prices and Return on Equity (ROE), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) has no effect on Stock Prices.

Abstract: Implementation of the Independent Curriculum: Emotional Intelligence, Self-Concept and Learning Patterns is a scientific article of literature study within the scope of Education Management science. This article aims to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables that it will use in further research. In addition to seeing the effect of having an independent curriculum on emotional intelligence, self-concept and learning patterns. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. Sourced from previous research that is relevant to this research. A descriptive qualitative method, library research, from e-books and open access e-journals. The results of this article are 1) Emotional Intelligence is related to the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum; 2) Self-Concept relates to the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum; 3) Learning Patterns are related to the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Abstrak: Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka: Kecerdasan Emosional, Konsep Diri dan Pola Belajar adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup ilmu Manajemen Pendidikan. Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya.
