Abstract

A Birth Certificate is an essential document that confirms the birth of a child, issued by a hospital. This document is crucial for registering a child's birth and obtaining an official birth certificate. At Santosa Hospital Bandung Kopo, the process of creating Birth Certificates is currently done manually using Microsoft Excel, with data input based on handwritten forms filled out by the patient's family. This method is prone to data entry errors, leading to delays and inaccuracies in information. This study aims to design a Birth Certificate Information System that can improve the efficiency and accuracy of data processing. The system is developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 with the Waterfall software development method. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The research instrument is a questionnaire consisting of five questions related to the process and challenges in creating Birth Certificates. The results of the study indicate that the designed system can minimize data entry errors and enhance the efficiency and accuracy in the creation of Birth Certificates at Santosa Hospital Bandung Kopo.

Abstract

The medical record activity is supported by the creation of a daily outpatient census as one of the supporting factors. The daily outpatient census is a routine recording activity in each outpatient installation that records the quantity and relevant information about the served patients. Observational approach is used to identify issues arising in the patient recording process. This research focuses on the implementation of an electronic-based system design to record outpatient data using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 in a hospital in Bandung. The software development process is carried out using the waterfall approach. Interviews and data collection processes are conducted alternately in this study to obtain clear information. The results of this research indicate that the design of an electronic-based outpatient census system has been successfully developed. System maintenance is crucial to ensure smooth operational processes and minimize errors in recording outpatient census data.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the management of personnel administration at the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic campus still uses conventional methods, is considered not optimal, and is very prone to viruses and data loss. In this study, the authors used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. In contrast, the software development method used was the Prototyping Method using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling, which was applied using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MYSQL database. This study resulted in a web-based Personnel Administration Management Information System or Personnel Information System (SIMPEG), which has features starting from automatic employee data management, centralized employee filing, and integrated attendance with validation of devices in the campus's Public IP network. It can be accessed on mobile by employees.

Abstract

Registration is the initial process of the entire medical recording process that will be carried out on patients in the implementation of health services to patients. Registration is one of the very important initial processes. This study aims to determine the design of the outpatient patient registration information system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 at RSUD Al-Ihsan so that the outpatient patient registration process can be well-integrated and efficient in terms of patient service time and also make it easier for officers to register patients. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The technique used to collect data was through direct observation, interviews with medical record officers, and also a literature review of previous studies. The problem that occurred in the hospital was when patients registered for outpatient services, the patient's name did not appear in the system. To overcome this problem, this design was made using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing assisted by the creation of flowmap designs, Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams, which were then implemented using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a programming language using the Microsoft Access database so that the data that has been inputted can be saved so that the names of patients who have registered for outpatient services can appear. The results of the system design that have been made and tested using Black Box testing show that the system functions as intended. In conclusion, the information system design can help and facilitate registration officers in serving patients at the outpatient patient acceptance site effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan tata kelola rekam medis yang baik di bagian pelaporan mortalitas pasien rawat inap, dibutuhkan suatu teknologi sistem informasi pelaporan mortalitas yang terintegrasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti masih menemukan permasalahan yaitu pengolahan dan pelaporan data mortalitas pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit X belum sepenuhnya terkomputerisasi. Sehingga menjadi tidak konsisten dalam penginputan dan pengumpulan data, hal ini menyebabkan keterlambatan pelaporan data mortalitas. Maka dari itu, peneliti merancang sistem informasi pelaporan mortalitas pasien rawat inap. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Kualitatif Deskriptif, dengan Teknik Pengumpulan Data: studi pustaka, studi lapangan dan wawancara bersama Kepala Rekam Medis dan staf pengolahan data rekam medis di Rumah Sakit X. Menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yaitu Metode Agile Software Development yang dimulai dari tahap requirement-design-development-testing-deployment dan menerapkan fitur keamanan dilengkapi username serta password sehingga hanya dapat diakses oleh petugas. Hasil akhir dari perancangan sistem informasi mortalitas pasien rawat inap dapat diimplementasikan guna menciptakan pengolahan dan pelaporan data yang kompatibilitas dan interoperabilitas dengan baik serta menjamin tersedianya informasi kesehatan yang akurat dan mudah diakses, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menunjang dalam proses fungsi manajemen, pelayanan, dan pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Abstrak Karang Taruna Haur Galur berperan aktif dalam kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat di wilayah Kelurahan Sukagalih. Mulai dari menggerakkan Pemuda Unit hingga pemberdayaan UMKM Kelurahan Sukagalih melalui Program Kerja “Koperasi Serba Usaha”. Karang Taruna Haur Galur memiliki 14 Buku wajib, diantaranya 12 buku isian dan 2 buku pedoman. Banyak data yang dimiliki oleh Karang Taruna Haur Galur belum terstruktur dan tidak memiliki basis data yang terintegrasi. Hal ini mengakibatkan ketidakteraturan pada penyimpanan data, juga rawan terjadi redundansi data. Generasi yang belum tergabung dengan Karang Taruna merasa bahwa informasi tentang Karang Taruna Haur Galur belum merata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbarui sistem perekaman data, media penyambung informasi antara Karang Taruna Haur Galur dan Masyarakat Kelurahan Sukagalih, serta menarik minat pemuda untuk bergabung dengan Karang Taruna Haur Galur dengan merancang sistem informasi berbasis web. Pada perancangan ini peneliti menggunakan metode design thinking. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada pengguna, yang membantu memperoleh informasi mengenai kebutuhan pengguna akan komponen pembangun yang dibutuhkan. Pada akhirnya Karang Taruna Haur Galur dapat mengorganisir data yang dimiliki dan di sisi lain mendapatkan wawasan serta ketertarikan yang lebih luas. Abstract Karang Taruna Haur Galur plays an active role in the social welfare of Sukagalih Urban Village. Starting from mobilizing the Youth Unit also empowering UMKMs in Sukagalih Urban Village through the Work Program "Koperasi Serba Usaha". Karang Taruna Haur Galur owns 14 compulsory books, including 12 filling books and 2 manuals. The data organized by Karang Taruna Haur Galur is unstructured and yet to have an integrated database. This resulted in an irregular data storage and is also prone to data redundancies. Generations who have not joined Karang Taruna stated that information about Karang Taruna Haur Galur has not been well distributed. The purpose of this research is to improve the data recording system, media of information that connects Karang Taruna Haur Galur and Sukagalih Urban Village Society, also attracting the youth to join Karang Taruna Haur Galur by designing a web-based information system. This web-based information system uses the design thinking method. The research is conducted using direct observations and interviews to the users, as it will help to acquire information on the user's needs for the required building components. Eventually, Karang Taruna Haur Galur is able organize their data as well as gaining broader insights and engagement.

Abstract

Kecamatan Rancaekek masih menggunakan surat sebagai sarana berkomunikasi baik kepada masyarakat maupun instansi lainnya. Dalam setiap hari banyak surat masuk dan surat keluar yang di kelola Kecamatan Rancaekek sehingga terjadi penumpukan surat, pengelolaan surat yang masih menggunakan manual tentu tidak efektif di mana surat hanya akan ditulis dalam buku besar lalu kemudian disimpan dalam lemari arsip. Ketidakefektifan tersebut tentu menyulitkan pengguna ketika akan mencari lembar surat yang diperlukan dari permasalahan tersebut tentu Kecamatan Rancaekek membutuhkan sebuah perancangan sistem informasi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar yang terkomputerisasi, sehingga mempermudah dalam pencarian surat, meminimalisir terjadinya kehilangan surat, serta pengelolaan administrasi surat menyurat menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi pada objek dengan permodalan UML (Unified Modeling Language) diimplementasikan dengan Bahasa pemrograman PHP (PHP: Hypertext Pre-processor) dan menggunakan database MYSQL serta Framework CodeIgniter. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi ini adalah metode waterfall. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem informasi Blackbox testing, fitur-fitur yang dirancang meliputi pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar serta pengelolaan laporan yang dapat berjalan dengan baik seperti penginputan, penggunaan database sebagai media penyimpanan, pengelolaan kategori surat berdasarkan jumlah total surat masuk dan surat keluar, jumlah surat perhari, serta jumlah surat pertahun yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik selain itu sistem laporan yang dikategorikan berdasarkan divisi telah mempermudah pengguna dalam penyampaian pelaporan surat dan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Abstract Rancaekek District still uses Mail as a means of communicating both to the community and other agencies. Every day many incoming and outgoing Mail are managed by the Rancaekek District so that there is a buildup of Mail, the management of Mail that still use manuals is certainly not effective where Mail will only be written in a ledger and then stored in a filing cabinet. This ineffectiveness certainly makes difficult for users when looking for the required letter sheets from this problem. Of course, Rancaekek District needs a computerized design of an information system for managing incoming and outgoing mail, making it easier to search for Mail, minimizing the occurrence of lost Mail and managing correspondence administration to be more effective, and efficient. The design of this information system uses on object-oriented approach with UML (Unified Modeling Language) capital implemented with PHP programming language (PHP: Hypertext Pre-processor) and uses MYSQL database and CodeIgniter Framework. The method used in the design of this information system is the waterfall. Based on the Blackbox testing information system testing, the designed features include managing incoming and outgoing mail and managing reports, can run well, such as inputting, using databases as storage media, managing letter categories based on the total number of incoming and outgoing Mail, number of Mail per day, and number of Mail per year displayed in graphic form In addition, the reporting system which is categorized by division has made it easier for users to submit letter reports and according to what is needed

Abstract

Information technology can help improve the quality of medical record management. Information technology-based medical record management can help improve the efficiency, accuracy and accessibility of medical records. The aim of this research is to build an information technology-based medical record management system for cancer classification using the waterfall method. This research uses a system development research method using the waterfall method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed qualitatively. The research results show that an information system designed specifically for patients who register directly makes it easier for officers to separate patients who register online from those who register in person. This system allows officers to report information quickly and accurately, and to be better integrated in quality improvement and hospital accreditation.

Abstract

Klinik Utama Bunda Nanda is one of the maternity homes that provides pharmaceutical services which is marked by the presence of a pharmacy in it. The purpose of this research is to develop a drug sales accounting information system design using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and MySQL database. In this study, the authors use qualitative methods with data collection methods literature study, interview data or observation. And the system development method used is the waterfall. From the results of the study, it was found that the problem was that the management of drug sales data was still manual so that it was prone to errors, including the process of searching for data or preparing reports that took a relatively long time, and the information presented was less accurate. The author hopes that the design of a drug sales information system can make it easier for employees to manage sales data and can minimize errors that may occur.

Abstract

The objective of this research is designing accounting information system of cash receipts and disbursements cash in Star Glam Bandung. This research used qualitative method to collect the data, all of the data were carried by observation and literature review of theoretical study concerning the topic. Based on the research, there was a problem in recording cash receipts and disbursements cash process. It was still manually and less effective, so that take more time in the process. The problem basically can be solve by develop the information sistem in software by using Waterfall model that has five stages and also Flowmap model and Data Flow that was implemented by Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access as database. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the existence of an information system for cash receipts and disbursements at Star Glam Bandung makes the process of recording and inputting data easier and minimizes errors. With the information system is also able to generate reports of cash receipts and disbursements more quickly, precisely and accurately.
