Abstract

The advancement of information technology is growing rapidly. One of the benefits that can be felt is the increasing development of medical records in hospital. With the existence of electronic medical records, the quality of service in hospitals can be better, effective and efficient. As in XYZ Hospital, the medical records used in general are electronic-based, but there are still several reports that are still done ineffectively because they still use google spreadsheets and have to move data one by one, one of which is Patient Death Reporting. This makes the process of preparing death reports take quite a long time. To fix this problem, it is necessary to design a patient death reporting information system to facilitate and speed up the preparation of death reports. The design method that will be made uses waterfall and web-based. With this information system created, it will make it easier for officers to make death reports and the time used can be more effective.

Abstract

Health services covering pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, family planning, and infants and toddlers are included in the scope of the maternal and child health program. Hospital X currently continues to process outpatient data using Microsoft Excel software and has not fully transitioned to electronic patient data. Descriptive qualitative research methodology using a website and phpMyAdmin database is used to produce MCH reports to increase the speed and accuracy of data and create a report format that is suitable for medical staff or hospital management. The stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance are all included in the waterfall development process used for this research software system. Data flow diagrams, flow maps and context diagrams were used in the development of the system design. In summary, this system can minimize data manipulation by assisting the processing of MCH reports, resulting in more accurate and efficient work.

Abstract

Laporan Kewaspadaan Dini Rumah Sakit (KDRS) menjadi salah satu laporan yang harus dibuat oleh rumah sakit ketika ditemukan kasus penyakit menular yang berpotensi menjadi wabah. Pemerintah mengatur bahwa fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan wajib melakukan pencatatan, pelaporan, dan upaya penanggulangan penyakit menular kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten/Kota (Budi et al., 2019). Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan keterlambatan pelaporan kewaspadaan dini Rumah Sakit- Demam Berdarah Dengue (KDRS-DBD), yang disebabkan oleh proses penginputan data masih secara manual. Metode manual dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan data tidak hanya memakan waktu, tetapi juga rentan terhadap kesalahan dan keterlambatan yang dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan dan respons cepat terhadap kasus DBD. Keterlambatan ini berkontribusi pada buruknya surveilans kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD), menghambat kemampuan untuk merespons dan menganalisis data secara cepat dan akurat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini menggunakan teori sistem informasi dan teknologi komputer, Metode perancangan sistem menggunakan ERD (Entity Relation Diagram) dan DFD (Data Flow Diagram) lalu diimplementasikan dengan Bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Studio 2019. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan kemudahan dalam penginputan dan pelaporan KDRS-DBD. Sistem yang diusulkan mengintegrasikan proses input, pengolahan, dan pelaporan data secara otomatis, yang diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses pelaporan

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan rawat darurat, seperti yang tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 44 tahun 2009 tentang Rumah Sakit. Sistem informasi rumah sakit di gunakan untuk mempermudah  dalam pengelolaan data pada rumah sakit. Sistem informasi seharusnya sudah menggunakan metode komputerisasi, proses penginputan data, proses pengambilan data maupun proses pengupdatean data menjadi sangat mudah, cepat, dan akurat.   Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Surat Keterangan Kematian menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk. II Sartika Asih Bandung. Metode: Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah waterfall. Hasil: Hasil penelitian, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu: (1) Lambatnya proses pencatatan data surat keterangan kematian. (2) Kurang lengkapnya data surat keterangan kematian. (3) Lambatnya proses pembuatan laporan pasien meninggal. Kesimpulan: Sistem informasi keterangan kematian di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK.II Sartika Asih Bandung saat ini masih manual, di mana masih menggunakan formulir keterangan kematian. Pengolahan data surat keterangan kematian terdapat beberapa masalah diantaranya (1) kurang lengkapnya data surat keterangan kematian. (2) Lambatnya proses pembuatan laporan pasien meninggal. (3) Pelaporan yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat surat keterangan kematian belum memadai, karena tidak adanya form secara komputerisasi.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang melakukan beberapa jenis pelayanan salah satunya pelayanan rekam medis pada pasien rawat jalan. Dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan agar lebih terintegrasi dengan baik. Saat ini di rumah sakit dalam penggunaan sistem sudah harus terkomputerisasi. Saat ini di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Sahudin Kutacane   namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala pada sistem informasi yang digunakan seperti pada bagian pasien rawat jalan dalam mengidentifikasikan pasien yang akan mendaftar berobat dan juga dalam pembuatan laporannya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui sistem informasi rekam medis kunjungan pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah H. Sahudin Kutacane. Metode: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi Pustaka. Untuk metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode Waterfall dengan melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, design, pengkodean dan pengujian. Hasil: Hasil penelitian dilihat dari Analisa sistem rawat jalan. Menunjukkan bahwa proses pendaftaran pasien petugas masih mencatat secara manual pada buku pendaftaran, sehingga pada saat pencarian data pasien memerlukan waktu dikarenakan belum terkomputerisasi. dokter yang selesai memeriksa harus mencatat pada berkas rekam medis pasien setelah itu diberikan kepada petugas rekam medis untuk direkap membuat laporan. Pembuatan laporan masih manual. Kesimpulan: Dengan adanya sistem perangkat lunak ini, dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat kinerja petugas dalam mengolah data pasien rawat jalan, sistem di rumah sakit menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, tertata rapih dan terintegrasi dengan baik.

Abstract

The process of employee payroll system at BKPSDM Kab. Cianjur Agency already uses a computer but it is not optimal because it still uses Microsoft Excel in data collection and calculation salaries. The purpose of this research is to create a computerized payroll information system that make it easier for agency in the payroll process for employees and minimize the problems that often occur. This information system designed using PHP Myadmin programming language and MySQL as a database. The approach to developing this system uses the waterfall method and the tools involved include Flowmap, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The results of this employee payroll application can make it easier to collect employee data and calculation of employee salaries accurately and can streamline time in making reports so as to reduce errors in the employee payroll system.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a sales accounting information system at PT Corbec Communication Bandung. After the research was carried out, there were problem factors, namely the data management process which was still simple so that it was possible for errors to occur in recording sales data and errors in the process of calculating sales transactions so that they had to double-check this which made the process of information about sales reports slow. These problems can be overcome by creating a sales accounting information system that will simplify the process of managing sales data so that the information needed will be easily and quickly obtained. This accounting information system is designed using the PHP programming language with MySQL as its database and the development method used is the RAD method. Testing this sales application using blackbox testing. Based on the design results and the results of testing the sales application of PT Corbec Communication Bandung, it can be concluded that the Rapid Application Development method greatly assists the processing of making sales applications more accurate and faster

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based outpatient service information system. The development of this system applies the waterfall method, with Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) used as modeling tools. Based on the findings, outpatient services at the Primary Healthcare Facility are still conducted manually. Patient data is stored using paper-based media, which leads to time-consuming data retrieval processes, as staff must search through paper sheets across multiple books and archives. Moreover, each entity is not yet integrated, resulting in slow, inaccurate, and irrelevant information output. To address these issues, an information system is needed to facilitate efficient data entry, collection, processing, searching, and reporting of patient data. The proposed information system is expected to reduce the existing problems in Primary Healthcare Facilities. With integrated media for data storage, patient data processing, and medical record files, registration officers can serve patients more quickly and easily during their visits for medical treatment.

Abstract

The medical record activity is supported by the creation of a daily outpatient census as one of the supporting factors. The daily outpatient census is a routine recording activity in each outpatient installation that records the quantity and relevant information about the served patients. Observational approach is used to identify issues arising in the patient recording process. This research focuses on the implementation of an electronic-based system design to record outpatient data using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 in a hospital in Bandung. The software development process is carried out using the waterfall approach. Interviews and data collection processes are conducted alternately in this study to obtain clear information. The results of this research indicate that the design of an electronic-based outpatient census system has been successfully developed. System maintenance is crucial to ensure smooth operational processes and minimize errors in recording outpatient census data.

Abstract

The recording system for supplies of raw materials made of Maklon fabrics at PT. Leading Garment Industries is still done manually. Therefore, the resulting information report is inaccurate and takes a long time to produce a raw material report. The purpose of this research is to help manage and separate the data from the inventory of other raw materials and raw materials for fabric produced by Maclon appropriately and accurately. In this study, qualitative research methods are used with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include observations, interviews, and case studies. The development system used is the waterfall method. Maklon's raw material inventory information system is designed for the Web with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Based on the results of the research, the author will create an information system for Maklon raw materials and fabric inventory in the manufacturing company. Test results conclude that the designed system has been successful and in line with what was desired. The establishment of an accounting information system for raw material supplies will help in the processing of data and the provision of information reports for raw material supplies required by the related departments in the manufacturing company.
