Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sekarang ini sangatlah berkembang sangat cepat tentu saja hal ini berpengaruh pada beberapa aspek dan bidang terutama pada bidang pemerintahan. Dalam perkembangan teknologi pemerintah juga dituntut mengikuti perubahan untuk menunjang kegiatan operasionalnya. Dinas Bina Marga Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki kendala dalam penginputan data transaksi pajak penghasilan PPh Pasal 21 yang masih menggunakan semi manual maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah sistem untuk mempermudah proses penginputan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah sistem atau aplikasi berbasis web pada Dinas Bina Marga untuk mempermudah pekerjaan karyawan dalam menginput data transaksi pajak PPh Pasal 21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang mana metode ini berfungsi untuk mengembangkan perangkat lunak dan pembuatan sistem ini dirancang menggunakan PHP dan bahasa pemograman MySQL sebagai pengolah database. Pengujian sistem ini menggunakan metode blackbox yang dimana menunjukkan aplikasi ini berfungsi dengan baik serta memberikan respon akurat dan relevan. Aplikasi berbasis web ini diharapkan berguna bagi pengguna, mempermudah pekerjaan yang akurat, cepat, dan tepat, sehingga dapat mengurangi kesalahan.

Abstract

Teknologi dapat mempermudah proses pekerjaan manusia dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, khususnya proses tata kelola pada suatu perusahaan. Transaksi dalam suatu perusahaan terdiri dari berbagai macam transaksi, salah satunya adalah penggajian. Proses penggajian perlu dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien agar tidak memakan waktu yang lama. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses penggajian dapat mempermudah perusahaan untuk mengelola perhitungan gaji yang tepat sekaligus pengelolaan data pegawai yang valid. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah proses penggajian manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan kurang efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa bahasa pemrograman, yaitu HTML, CSS, dan Javascript untuk mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan yang telah dibuat untuk menjalankan sistem informasi penggajian berbasis web yang dapat mengotomatisasi proses penggajian pegawai. Perancangan sistem informasi penggajian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam proses penggajian. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall, yang melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dirancang dapat menjalankan fungsi mulai dari input data, perhitungan gaji, hingga pencetakan slip gaji secara otomatis. Pengujian blackbox yang berhasil dilakukan oleh 7 user memastikan bahwa seluruh fitur berfungsi dengan baik, termasuk login, dashboard, input data, perhitungan gaji, dan cetak laporan.

Abstract

Indosehat 2003 Warakas Clinic is one of the clinics located in Tanjung Priok, there areseveral obstacles and problems that occur at the Indosehat 2003 clinic, one of which isthat in providing health services, they still use a manual system where in making clinicreports they still use books so that they experience problems. Requires a long time inreporting, resulting in inconsistent patient data, double data, In order to meet thedemands and policies and laws and regulations from various parties such as the Ministryof Health and BPJS Health, the clinic is trying to develop technology. To support betterand more effective health services, it is necessary to improve by building a computerizedinformation system so that it can provide optimal service. The research method used isdescriptive method, with the system development life cycle (SDLC) approach method is amodel that proposes systematic and sequential software development to describe eachstage of the entire process. The SDLC model used is the waterfall model. The result ofthis project is an integrated health service information system that provides patientregistration information, examination results, drug prescriptions and payments, makingit easier in terms of reporting

Abstract

The technology and information that is very advanced, it can affect many aspects of the system in supporting service performance. Changing the manual system used previously more effectively. Completeness determines the claim at the hospital, the more complete the file will make the claim correct and of high quality. Medical records, especially the Casemix section, are units can present claim data information. The use of electronic claims(E-Claim) will facilitate the claim process through electronic files so as to reduce the use of excessive paper and will facilitate the search for claim files during verification and audit, and most importantly, it will minimize file printing costs. Based on observations at the Koja Regional General Hospital in processing and monitoring claims data, it is still in the form of manual recording using Ms. Excel and Google Spreedsheet. The objectives and benefits of Design of a Web-based Outpatient Health BPJS Claim Information System at RSUD Koja North Jakarta, among others:1. Supporting the processing of BPJS claim data, especially outpatients. 2. Can monitor the BPJS Health Outpatient claim file. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The web system makes it easier for users to do their work, anytime and anywhere can be accessed.

Abstract

Hospitals need changes in the registration section where in Lembang Hospital there are still frequent delays in service due to the treatment identity cards owned by patients are easily damaged or faded because they are still handwritten on paper cards, this study aims to make the electronic medical identity card system a a card made from vpc which is not easily damaged and this can help to improve services at the Lembang Hospital. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which is carried out by observation, interviews, literature studies and system development methods using the SLDC method. The tools used are in the form of DFD diagrams and programming using Visual Studio 2010. Sowith this system, it is hoped that the quality of service will increase because patients can store medical identity cards safely and medical record officers can easily find patient data on the system.

Abstract

The NS hotel application system in the goods receiving department requires extensive time when handling fluctuations in price, quantity, weight, and taxes between incoming goods data and pre-entered purchase orders. Receiving staff must make adjustments in the system through several different screens and menu options, making the process complex and time-consuming. This study aims to simplify the goods receiving system using PHP for programming and MySQL for data storage. This article applies a qualitative research approach through agile development, designed specifically for accounting information systems. The focus is on coordination and communication to ensure the system meets user needs, thereby allowing users more time for clarification, physical control of goods, and streamlining the inflow of goods in daily operations.

Abstract

Tata kelola rekam medis termasuk faktor utama pelayanan klinis dan pelayanan administratif. Di Rumah Sakit Immanuel Bandung belum sepenuhnya menggunakan rekam medis berbasis elektronik, demikian juga pada proses pengelolaan data rekam medis rawat inap masih menggunakan perangkat lunak berupa microsoft excel. Melalui pendekatan analisis kualitatif yang memanfaatkan teknik statistika deskriptif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang tata kelola rekam medis dengan mengaplikasikan Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 dan database Microsoft Access 2007 dalam pengelolaan laporan harian rawat inap, upaya membantu kecepatan dan keakuratan data dan menghasilkan bentuk laporan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh tenaga kesehatan atau manajemen Rumah Sakit. Sistem perangkat lunak penelitian ini memanfaatkan metode pengembangan waterfall, yang meliputi fase analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengerjaan, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Desain sistem dikembangkan dengan menggunakan flowmap, diagram konteks, data aliran diagram level 0 dan level 1, dan spesifikasi proses diagram.  Hasil dari sistem informasi yang peneliti rancang, menyajikan user interface dengan menampilkan form login, form menu utama, form petugas pendaftaran, form data pasien, form data rawat inap, pelaporan rawat inap, dan pelaporan data pasien. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa, dapat membantu dalam pengolahan laporan harian rawat inap menjadi efisien dan akurat, meminimalisir manipulasi data, menghemat biaya anggaran, serta mengurangi beban kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to design a web-based system that uses qualitative methods, namely by conducting interviews and direct observation to collect data and the waterfall method is also used to develop software. Apart from that, PHP is used as a programming language and MySQL as database management. The results of this research conclude that the existence of a web-based information system in the Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of West Java Province can make it easier to help record records efficiently by being designed in such a way and to suit the needs of users in working, especially in the Department of Highways and Marga. West Java Province Spatial Planning for better performance.

Abstract

The quality of healthcare facilities is greatly influenced by their health data management practices. To keep up with the times and provide better care in this digital era, healthcare organizations must swiftly adopt electronic technology. Creating and implementing a workflow system for electronic medical records is the focus of this article. With the principles of the Xtreme Programming development method, which can enhance health data management, the approach is based on rapid and efficient adjustments as well as continuous improvement. The author identifies that the hospital still relies on manual systems without the E-Tracer application, which could evaluate and identify an objective framework to measure and assess staff performance. This is useful in driving Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and other forms of sustainable quality enhancement. As a result, processes that should be running effectively within the data management workflow are instead lagging behind. Consequently, there is a gap between the organization's goals and staff performance, which has not fully met the established operational requirements. The goal of this study is to design and implement the E-Tracer medical record system to enhance health data management in the digital era.  The findings suggest that hospitals could benefit from the performance evaluation capabilities of the E-Tracer system in terms of data management and staff performance. The quality of health data management can be measured by reviewing the reports generated by this system over a certain period of time. These reports can help with things like access control and avoiding breaches in medical data.
