Abstract

Solidarity is very important in a group, one of which is in the Punk Porong children's group. This study explains how the form of solidarity that exists in the Porong punk group. This research will be viewed from the perspective of Solidarity proposed by Emile Durkheim. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The subjects in this study were 4 Punk Porong children. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses Milles and Hubbermans data analysis, model. This research strengthens Emile Durkheim's theory of mechanical and organic solidarity. The result of this research is that the solidarity that is built in this group of Punk Porong children is 1) sharing joy. 2) Sharing is difficult and 3) things that can't be shared

Abstract

When learning takes place, students often have difficulty in understanding the material presented by the teacher. The use of learning media that is less varied is one of the causes of students not understanding the material, feeling bored, sleepy and bored when learning. This happens in one of the learning materials, namely about cultural diversity. Appropriate and interesting media is needed to overcome learning problems. Identifying suitable media to be used on cultural diversity material is the purpose of this research. This research collects articles from Semantic Scholar, and Google Scholar for the period 2019 to 2024 and uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Although there are many media that can be used in learning IPAS on the subject of cultural diversity, according to this study, visual media and interactive digital media are the most widely used in primary school learning. This is because they are proven to be effective in helping students understand and appreciate cultural diversity from an early age. Visual media, such as posters and pictures, provide concrete images of various cultural elements, which make it easier for students to make connections with the material being taught. Meanwhile, interactive digital media allows students to be actively involved in teaching and learning activities, increase interest in learning, and develop critical and collaborative thinking skills. Abstract

Employers required intelligent and innovative employees to devise novel method to enchange their business, including authentic leadership, the excent to which employees feel supported by their superiors, and their level of engagement at PT. PLN (Persero) in Bengkulu City. This quantitative study used first-hand information from people who filled out a questionnaire.  265 workers out of 298 workers at PT PLN (Persero) Bengkulu City were selected for this study using stratified random sampling method.  SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3 software was used to look at the data in this study.  The study's findings led to the following conclusions: (1) authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity; (2) perceived organizational support does not have an effect on employee creativity; (3) authentic leadership has a significant and positive effect on work engagement; (4) perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on work engagement; (5) work engagement has a significant positive effect on employee creativity; (6) work engagement can mediate the effect of authentic leadership on employee creativity.  (7) The impact of perceived organizational support on employee creativity is mediated by work engagement. PT PLN (Persero) Bengkulu City anticipates that this research will contribute to the resolution of challenges, particularly in the domains of authentic leadership, perceived organizational support, and the impact of work engagement on employee creativity.

Abstract

This study investigates the possibility of incorporating Gresik local cultural wisdom into character education lessons to achieve the Pancasila student profile. This research technique uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection includes limiting study scope, acquiring information by observation and formal and informal interviews, and documenting findings. The aggregation of open-ended data, derived from common questions, and information processing from many participants are essential elements of data analysis. The cultural knowledge of the Gresik people will be the primary subject of this investigation. More particularly, the discussion topics will be pasar bandeng, rebo wekasan, festival damar kurung, sanggring, and macanan. According to the research findings and the language that describes it, character education in Gresik's local cultural wisdom contains the values of teamwork, patriotism, diligence, creativity, and religious character. This research highlights the innovative aspects of the diverse local wisdom values found in Gresik. Educational institutions can use these values as educational tools to cultivate the character traits outlined in the Pancasila student profile

Abstract

Indonesia is the purpose of this study was to determine the socio-economic problems of the natural disaster of the Mount Semeru eruption in Lumajang Regency as a source of social studies learning. This research method is by using a qualitative case study approach. The data collection was carried out using interviews and participant observation and documentation to obtain data in the form of numbers. The subject of this research is the community affected by the eruption of Mount Semeru in Supiturang Village, Curah Kobokan, Lumajang Regency. This research will focus on socio-economic problems that emerged after the eruption of Mount Semeru natural disaster. Data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study state that the socio-economic problems of the community after the natural disaster of the Mount Semeru eruption are (1) Loss of livelihood causes unemployment (2) Loss of property causes poverty. From these various socio-economic problems, the government made many efforts to overcome problems such as establishing temporary and permanent housing, receiving social assistance from various groups, providing social assistance from the government.

Abstract

The study aims to recognize the urgency of comprehensive sexuality education, the implementation of comprehensive sexuality education in the curriculum, and the integration of comprehensive sexuality education through sociological learning in schools. The study uses a qualitative approach with literary analysis techniques. The study used relevant literature from books and national and international journals related to material on CSE—Comprehensive Sexuality Education—and adolescent sexual behavior. The results of the analysis showed that comprehensive sexuality education gives adolescents the strength to exercise their rights, avoid unplanned pregnancies, build relationships that respect each other, and value equality, respect, consent, and diversity. It also helps address issues such as violence against women and girls and patriarchal dominance. Comprehensive sexuality education can be integrated with sociological learning in schools to examine topics related to sexuality, gender discrimination, consent, stereotypes, and gender-based violence. Schools need to implement it through curricula and equip teachers with training, involving parents and the community. The implications of this study are to provide an understanding of the importance of comprehensive sexual education to policymakers and the general public in order to minimize the negative impact of pre-sexual behavior on adolescents

Abstract

This study aims to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Android Augmented Reality Smart Card (AARSC) Media in improving creative thinking skills and learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students. The methods used are Research and Development and ADDIE model Analysis (Analysis), Design (Design), Development (Development), Implemetation (implementation), and Evaluation (evaluation). The method of data retrieval is done by validation, observation, test, and questionnaire. The results showed that the validity of AARSC media obtained a percentage of validity of 86% (very valid). The practicality of AARSC media in terms of learning implementation obtained 91.42% (very good) and in terms of student responses obtained 87% (very practical). The effectiveness of AARSC media obtained from (1) cognitive, namely paired t-test get the result that there is a significant difference between the average results of understanding of learners and n-gain increased 0.63 medium criteria; (2) during the learning conducted in 2 (two) meetings, the attitude of the learners has increased; (3) creative thinking skills get very effective results, namely 81%. The results have been obtained, it can be concluded that the developed media is said to be very feasible as a learning medium

Abstract

This research aims to identify, obtain and examine the use of interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline 3 among elementary school students. The method used in this research is the literature review method, starting with collecting information from articles, books and scientific works that are relevant to the research theme. Research results show that interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline 3 helps students understand the material. Interactive media-based learning allows students to interpret or make their own conclusions about what they learn. The research results show that interactive learning media based on Articulate Storyline 3 plays an important role in the modern education process.

Abstract

Partisipasi mahasiswa dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan memiliki peran strategis dalam pengembangan karakter dan keterampilan individu, termasuk kepercayaan diri. Organisasi kemahasiswaan di perguruan tinggi tidak hanya menjadi ruang aktualisasi diri, tetapi juga menjadi medium pembelajaran nyata di luar kelas yang mendukung pembentukan keterampilan sosial, kepemimpinan, dan kemandirian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi organisasi kemahasiswaan terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA). Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan teknik survei, di mana data diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 mahasiswa yang aktif di berbagai organisasi kemahasiswaan di lingkungan fakultas. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling berdasarkan rumus Slovin, dengan pembagian proporsional dari populasi organisasi mahasiswa. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran umum mengenai tingkat partisipasi dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa, sedangkan analisis inferensial, seperti regresi linier sederhana, digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh signifikan antara partisipasi organisasi kemahasiswaan dan kepercayaan diri. Uji normalitas dan uji asumsi klasik lainnya dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa data memenuhi syarat untuk analisis statistik lebih lanjut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tingkat partisipasi dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan dengan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa. Aktivitas organisasi memberikan ruang bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan interpersonal, kemampuan kepemimpinan, dan pengambilan keputusan, yang semuanya berkontribusi pada peningkatan rasa percaya diri. Analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel partisipasi organisasi menjelaskan variasi kepercayaan diri secara signifikan. Selain itu, hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian memiliki tingkat keandalan yang tinggi.

Abstract

Pembaharuan perangkat ajar dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka sangat perlu dilakukan, dikarenakan pada saat ini banyaknya peserta didik yang cenderung mudah bosan dan kurang tertarik untuk mempelajari materi yang diajarkan di kelas, terutama dalam mata pelajaran IPS. Penggunaan bahan ajar dapat memperkaya proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan akan materi yang diajarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar booklet berbasis game based learning pada materi keberagaman aktivitas ekonomi yang digunakan secara layak, praktis, dan mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development dengan menggunakan desain penelitian One group pretest-posttest design. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Hasil dari penelitian ini menekankan bahwa: (1) Bahan ajar booklet berbasis game based learning yang dikembangkan memperoleh indeks validitas Aiken V sebesar 0,76 yan dapat dikartikan sebagai “Layak” . (2) Bahan ajar booklet berbasis game based learning dinyatakan “Cukup Efektif” untukmeningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest melalui Uji Paired Sample T-Test memperoleh hasil Sig (2 tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan Uji N-Gain memperoleh hasil 67.57% dengan kategori cukup efektif.
