Abstract

Minimnya keterampilan dalam pekerjaan konstruksi dapat berepengaruh terhadap produktivitas pekerjaan seperti terjadi keterlambatan proyek dan juga berdampak terhadap biaya. Pengalaman, Usia dan Pendidikan merupakan indikator sumber daya manusia yang menjadi kontribusi besar dalam peningkatan produktivitas pekerjaan apa bila menjadi prioritas dalam merekrut tenaga kerja proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman, Umur dan Pendidikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Populasi adalah pekerja konstruksi pada gedung MAN 1 Maluku Tengah sejumlah 30 pekerja. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif pengolahan data dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS. v 16. Uji instrumen, uji validitas dan uji relibilitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipoteis meliputi uji F ( anova ), uji T. Hasil penelitian memberikan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) pengalaman nilai output thitung -0.732 ˂ 2.048, dan niali probabilitas variabel adalah sig = 0.470 > 0.05 sehingga keputusan yang diambil adalah HO diterima dan HI ditolak. (2) umur nilai output thitung 2.437 > 2.048, dan niali probabilitas adalah sig = 0.022 ˂ 0.05, sehingga keputusan yang diambil adalah HO ditolak dan HI diterima.(3) pendidikan nilai output thitung -1.860 ˂ 2.048, dan nilai probabilitas adalah sig = 0.074 > 0.05 sehingga keputusan yang diambil adalah HO dterima  dan HI ditolak. Dari ke tiga variabel diatas yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan yaitu variabel umur dengan nilai output thitung 2.473 > 2.048, dan niali probabilitas adalah sig = 0.022 ˂ 0.05.

Abstract

Development is a continuous process carried out to improve the sosial and economic indicators of a region over time. One of the important stages in the emplementation of a construction project is the calculation of the Budget Plan (RAB), as it serves to answer question related to the total cost required for a building. In the construction project of the District Attomey’s Office, particularly as a public facility, budget planning is curcial to ensure the project runs according to plan. This study aims to determine the non-structural work budget using the Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) PUPR No.8 of 2023 and the 2024 Basic Price data, as well as to analyze the project duration using the Critical Path Method (CPM) and S-Curve method. The results of the study show that the estimated cost of non-structural work is IDR 1,538,390,000.00. For scheduling, the duration obtained was 5 months using the S-Curve method and 89 weeks using the CPM method. Thus, these findings provide a comprehensive overview of the cost and time requirements for the implementation of the Tual District Attorney’s Office construction project.

Abstract

The pile driving process is a crucial stage in foundation construction, ensuring the stability and strength of the building structure. Piling can be done with various types of tools, one of which is a diesel hammer. Diesel hammers are renowned for delivering significant impact energy to piles, enabling effective and efficient soil penetration. The purpose of this research is to determine the cycle time of the piling process and to determine the productivity of piling using diesel hammer tools. The method used in this research is direct observation in the field. The results obtained from the research were the average cycle time in the piling process using a diesel hammer piling tool at 101 points for 16 days, which was 50.35 minutes during normal working hours and 59.94 minutes during overtime. The productivity of the diesel hammer on the work of the Religious Court Office Building was the lowest on the first day, with a productivity value of 10.48 m/hour, and the highest occurred on day fifteen, with a productivity value of 17.25 m/hour. During overtime working hours, the highest productivity was recorded on the fifteenth day at 16.71 m/hour, while the lowest was on the first day at 4.01 m/hour.
