<![CDATA[Abstrak < strong>< p> Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap minat kunjung pada objek wisata yang ada dipulau Sara a kabupaten kepulauan Talau Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitan kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Konsumen Dengan sampel berjumlah 50 Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan X1< sub> dan minat kunjung wisatawan Y Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan thitung < sub>sebesar = 4 96 Derajat keabsahannya db =50 2 = 48 pada taraf signifikan 0 05 diperoleh ttabel< sub> sebesar 1 67 Karena nilai thitung < sub>lebih besar dari ttabel < sub> 4 96 H0< sub> ditolak dan Ha < sub>diterima yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat kunjung wisatawan Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis kedua yaitu terdapat hubungan antara variable kepuasan konsumen X2< sub> dengan minat kunjung wisatawan Y Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan diperoleh diperoleh thitung < sub>sebesar = 5 37 Derajat keabsahannya db =50 2 = 48 pada taraf signifikan 0 05 diperoleh ttabel< sub> sebesar 1 67 Karena nilai thitung < sub>lebih besar dari ttabel < sub> 5 37 H0< sub> ditolak dan Ha < sub>diterima yang berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kepuasan konsumen terhadap minat kunjung wisatawan Hasil uji simultan bersama sama menujukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan X1< sub> dan kepuasan konsumen X2< sub> berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variable minat kunjung wisatawan Y Nilai Fhitung < sub> yang diperoleh sebesar 114 73 artinya Fhitung < sub> Ftabel < sub>= Fhitung < sub> Ftabel < sub>=114 73 3 20 pada taraf signifikan 0 05 atau 5 Nilai R square sebesar 0 830atau 83 0 yang berarti bahwa hubungan antara varaibel kualitas pelayanan X1< sub> dan kepuasan konsumen X2< sub> dengan minat kunjung wisatawan Y memiliki hubungan yang kuat Dalam penelitian ini juga diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 7 24 0 58X1< sub> 0 39X2< sub>< p> Kata Kunci : < em>< strong>Kualitas Pelayanan < em>< strong> Kepuasan konsumen Minat Kunjung< em>< strong>< p> < em>< strong>< p> < em>< strong>< p> ABSTRACT< strong>< p> This research aims to influence the quality of service and consumer satisfaction on interest in visiting tourist objects on the island of Sara a the district of the Talau islands By using a quantitative research approach to determine the effect of Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction With a sample of 50 The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between service quality variables X1 and tourist interest in visiting Y This is indicated by tcount = 4 96 The degree of validity db = 50 2 = 48 at a significant level of 0 05 obtained a t table of 1 67 Because the value of count is greater than t table 4 96 gt; 1 67 H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant and positive relationship between service quality and interest in visiting tourists The results of data analysis indicate that the second hypothesis is that there is a relationship between the variable consumer satisfaction X2 and the interest of visiting tourists Y This is indicated by the obtained tcount = 5 37 The degree of validity db = 50 2 = 48 at a significant level of 0 05 obtained a ttable of 1 67 Because the value of tcount is greater than ttable 5 37 gt; 1 67 H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a significant and positive relationship between consumer satisfaction and interest in visiting tourists The results of the simultaneous test together show that service quality X1 and consumer satisfaction X2 have a significant and positive effect on the variable of tourist interest in visiting Y The Fcount value obtained is 114 73 which means Fcount gt; Ftable = Fcount gt; Ftable = 114 73 gt; 3 20 at a significant level of 0 05 or 5 The value of R square is 0 830 or 83 0 which means that the relationship between the service quality variable X1 and customer satisfaction X2 and the interest in visiting tourists Y has a strong relationship In this study also obtained the regression equation Y = 7 24 0 58X1 0 39X2< p> Keywords: Service Quality Customer Satisfaction Visiting Interest< em>< strong>< p>]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK< p> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Perbandingan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning PBL Dan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Di Kelas X SMK Fajar Moyongkota Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode eksperimen Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 249 Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas X Ekonomi Dan Bisnis 1 30 dan kelas X Ekonomi Dan Bisnis 3 30 Metode pengumpulan data menggunakkan dokumentasi dan tes Berdasarkan hasil peneitian bahwa bila t hitung lebih kecil atau sama dengan t table maka Ho diterima sebaliknya bila t hitung lebih besar dari t table maka Ha yang diterima Dalam penelitian ini diketahui t hitung sebesar 2 061 dan Dengan dk= n1 n2 2= 30 30 2= 58 dengan dk 58 dan taraf kesalahan sebesar 0 05 dengan begitu t tabel sebesar 1 990 dengan demikan Ha di terima dan Ho ditolak Kesimpulannya terdapat perbedaaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan Problem Based Learning dan Model Pembelajaran Discovery pada kelas X AKT di SMK Fajar Moyongkota < p> Kata kunci : PBL Discovery dan Hasil Belajar< p> ABSTRACT< p> This study aims to determine the extent to which the Comparison of Problem Based Learning PBL and Discovery Learning Models on Student Learning Outcomes in Economics and Business Subjects in Class X SMK Fajar Moyongkota The method used in this study uses an experimental method of research The population in this study was 249 The sample of this study consisted of two classes namely class X Economics and Business 1 30 and class X Economics and Business 3 30 Data collection methods used documentation and tests Based on the results of the research that if t count is less than or equal to t table then Ho is accepted otherwise if t count is greater than t table then Ha is accepted In this study it is known that the t count is 2 061 and with dk= n1 n2 2= 30 30 2= 58 with dk 58 and the error rate is 0 05 so the t table is 1 990 Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected In conclusion there are differences in student learning outcomes using Problem Based Learning and Discovery Learning Models in class X AKT at Fajar Moyongkota Vocational School < p> Keywords: PBL Discovery and Learning Outcomes< p> nbsp;< p> nbsp;< p>]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: 1 pemanfaatan internet terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi siswa kelas X Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis; 2 pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi siswa kelas X Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis; dan 3 pemanfaatan internet dan perpustakaan secara bersama sama terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi siswa kelas X Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Jurusan Mamajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis SMK Negeri 1 Tondano yang berjumlah 48 siswa Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi Uji analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas uji multikolinieritas uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji linieritas Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara: 1 pemanfaatan internet terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi 85 5 ditunjukkan dengan thitung yakni 11 699 dengan ttabel = 2 014 11 699 lt; 2 014 ; 2 pemanfaatan perpustakaan terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi sebesar 87 4 ditunjukkan dengan thitung yakni 12 195 dengan ttabel = 2 014 7 481 gt; 2 014 ; dan 3 pemanfaatan internet dan perpustakaan secara bersama sama terhadap hasil belajar Korespondensi sebesar 79 5 yakni Fhitung sebesar 83 327 Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Fhitung gt; Ftabel 83 327 gt; 3 20 Kata Kunci: pemanfaatan internet pemanfaatan perpustakaan hasil belajar< p> nbsp;< p> This study aims to determine the effect of: 1 the use of the internet on learning outcomes Correspondence class X students majoring in Office Management and Business Services; 2 the use of the library on the results of Correspondence class X students majoring in Office Management and Business Services; and 3 the use of the internet and the library together on the learning outcomes of Correspondence class X students of the Department of Office Management and Business Services This research is an ex post facto research with a quantitative approach Respondents in this study were class X students of the Department of Office Management and Business Services at SMK Negeri 1 Tondano with a total of 48 students Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation Test data analysis using normality test multicollinearity test heteroscedasticity test and linearity test The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between: 1 internet utilization on learning outcomes 2 the utilization of the library on Correspondence learning outcomes of 87 4 is indicated by tcount namely 12 195 with ttable = 2 014 7 481 gt; 2 014 ; and 3 the use of the internet and the library together for Correspondence learning outcomes of 79 5 namely Fcount of 83 327 So it can be concluded that Fcount gt; Ftable 83 327 gt; 3 20 Keywords: internet utilization library utilization learning outcomes< p>]]>
