Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) pada materi tendangan pencak silat masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran, metode yang kurang variatif, serta pemanfaatan teknologi yang belum optimal sehingga berdampak pada rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan model Project Based Blended Learning (PjBBL) berbantuan multimedia interaktif berbasis website terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan quasi eksperimen dengan desain Non-Equivalent Control Group Design yang melibatkan kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui pretest dan posttest menggunakan instrumen tes kognitif dan psikomotor, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial melalui perhitungan normalized gain score dan uji independent samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gain score kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol dengan nilai signifikansi p < 0,001, sehingga model PjBBL berbantuan multimedia interaktif berbasis website efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik tendangan pencak silat pada pembelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of arm muscle strength training on upper servis ability in volleyball games. The research method used an experiment with a pretest-posttest design. The research sample was 15 male volleyball extracurricular students at SD Negeri 1 Dukuh Kabupaten Karangasem using total sampling technique. The research instrument was a test and measurement of upper passing ability, with criterion validity based on predetermined standards. The results showed that there was an increase in the average upper passing score from the pretest of 40.93 to 50.07 in the posttest, with a difference of 9.14. In addition, the statistical test results showed a significance value (sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. These findings suggest that arm muscle strength training contributes to improving upper passing skills by improving players' propulsion and movement stability. This study provides important implications for volleyball coaches and extracurricular coaches in designing more effective and evidence-based training programs to improve player performance. Thus, arm muscle strength training can be used as one of the recommended training methods to improve the quality of the upper passing technique in volleyball games. Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of sport psychology principles in Physical Education, Sport, and Health (PJOK) activities at SMA Negeri 2 Amlapura and to analyze their impact on students’ motivation and mental resilience. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation using research instruments in the form of structured observation sheets containing indicators of intrinsic motivation, positive reinforcement, and emotional regulation; semi-structured interview guidelines consisting of open-ended questions for teachers and students; and documentation formats including field notes, recordings of learning activities, and instructional documents such as teaching modules. The data were analyzed using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results show that PJOK teachers have applied sport psychology principles contextually through intrinsic motivation enhancement, positive reinforcement, and self-reflection activities. This implementation effectively increased students’ learning enthusiasm, self-confidence, and emotional control. Moreover, the psychological approach in PJOK created a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports students’ mental well-being. However, several challenges remain, including limited sports facilities, lack of formal psychological support, and varying student abilities. Overall, the findings emphasize that applying sport psychology principles significantly contributes to character formation, motivation, and mental health development in physical education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of interval training on improving aerobic capacity in soccer players aged 16 to 18 years. The method used was a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest design in a control group. For this study, 30 athletes were selected through purposive sampling, with the requirements of being actively training, in good health, and willing to participate in the program. The sample was then randomly divided into two groups, namely the experimental group (n=15) who underwent an interval training program for six weeks, and the control group (n=15) who carried out conventional training. The tool used was the Multistage Fitness Test (beep test) to measure VO₂max. The data were analyzed using paired t-tests and unpaired t-tests using SPSS at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a significant increase in VO₂max, from an average of 42.1 ml/kg/minute to 47.6 ml/kg/minute, while the control group only increased from 42.3 ml/kg/minute to 43.5 ml/kg/minute. The statistical analysis results provided evidence of a significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that interval training is effective in increasing the aerobic capacity of youth soccer players. These findings recommend that interval training be integrated into physical training programs at soccer academies to support continuous improvement in athletes' performance and endurance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media ICT TPACK terhadap hasil belajar PJOK materi lompat jauh pada peserta didik kelas X SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimen semu dengan desain posttest only control group. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X, dengan sampel yang ditentukan melalui teknik random sampling. Kelompok eksperimen diberikan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran PBL berbantuan ICT TPACK, sedangkan kelompok kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran secara langsung guru. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan melalui tes kognitif dan penilaian psikomotor pada akhir perlakuan (posttest), kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol, baik pada ranah kognitif maupun psikomotor. Penerapan PBL berbantuan media ICT TPACK mampu meningkatkan keaktifan, pemahaman konsep, serta keterampilan gerak peserta didik dalam melakukan lompat jauh. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan media ICT berbasis TPACK berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar PJOK materi lompat jauh. Model ini direkomendasikan sebagai alternatif inovatif dalam pembelajaran PJOK untuk menciptakan proses belajar yang lebih aktif, kolaboratif, dan efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to produce digital-based teaching materials in the form of flipbooks on the basic smash technique material in Sepak Takraw learning. Flipbook media was chosen because it is able to combine various multimedia elements, such as text, images, videos, audio visuals, and interactive quizzes in one learning platform. The process of developing teaching materials was carried out by referring to the ADDIE model which includes five stages (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).” Furthermore, the subjects of this study were 5th semester students of the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program, Faculty of Sports and Health, Ganesha University of Education. Product trials were conducted through individual trials involving 3 students, small group trials of 7 students, and large group trials involving 20 students. The results of the validation data analysis showed a feasibility level from material content experts of 100%, learning design experts of 87%, learning media experts of 97%, and field practitioner experts of 94%. Meanwhile, the results of the trial with students showed a feasibility percentage of 94% in individual trials, 95% in small group trials, and 89% in large group trials. Thus, the flipbook-based digital teaching material on the basic smash technique material in Sepak Takraw learning is declared to be in the very good category and very suitable for use. To the lecturers in charge of the Sepak Takraw Learning TP course, digital-based teaching materials in the form of flipbooks can be used as supporting media to facilitate the learning process, especially on the basic smash technique material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi permainan sepakbola serta kurangnya penggunaan bahan ajar yang interaktif dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik elektronik interaktif berbasis platform pembelajaran daring pada materi permainan sepakbola kelas VII serta menguji tingkat validitas dan kepraktisannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan model analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII di salah satu sekolah menengah pertama negeri di Singaraja. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli desain, dan ahli media, serta uji coba kepada peserta didik dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat validitas yang sangat baik berdasarkan penilaian para ahli. Selain itu, produk menunjukkan tingkat kepraktisan yang tinggi berdasarkan hasil uji coba pengguna. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah lembar kerja peserta didik elektronik interaktif yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik dalam pembelajaran permainan sepakbola.

Abstract

The use of video learning media has been believed to play an important role in facilitating the teaching and learning process. However, limited video learning media are available for teaching the sepak takraw course. To fill this need, this research aimed at developing a video tutorial to assist students in learning the sepak sila skill at the sepak takraw course. The study applied research and development (R & D) design with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. Data were collected through a questionnaire and an interview. A questionnaire was used to collect the students’ needs, the validity of the product, and the students’ perceptions about the product. An interview was conducted to seek feedback from the experts (a content expert, a design expert, a learning media expert, and a practitioner or coach) related to the developed product. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results show that the developed product was feasible to use. This was proven by the average score of the product validity, which was 4,7 (very good). The results of the field trials also showed very good results (4, 8). The students perceived the developed product positively, in that it could arouse their motivation to learn, was easy to understand and follow, and could help them enhance their sepak takraw skills. The study's findings could enrich existing theories about the importance of using learning media in teaching as well as provide a practical contribution in that the developed product can be used by both sepak takraw lecturers and students to improve students' sepak takraw skills.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) instruction in schools still tends to be conventional and teacher-centered, resulting in suboptimal student motivation, active participation, and social skill development. This study aims to examine the application of the Cooperative Learning model in PJOK instruction based on research findings and expert opinions from the past ten years. The method used was a systematic literature review, analyzing 25 national and international scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025, sourced from the Google Scholar, DOAJ, ERIC, ScienceDirect databases, and SINTA-accredited journals. The results of the review indicate that the Cooperative Learning model has a positive impact on the quality of Physical Education and Health (PJOK) instruction, as evidenced by improvements in learning outcomes in the cognitive domain (84% of articles), affective domain (96%), psychomotor domain (88%), learning motivation (92%), active student participation (96%), and social skills such as cooperation, responsibility, and sportsmanship (100% of articles). The conclusion of this study is that the Cooperative Learning model is a relevant and effective learning model to be applied in Physical Education and Health (PJOK) instruction to create an active, collaborative, and student-centered learning environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) terhadap hasil belajar PJOK materi teknik dasar passing bola basket pada peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Kediri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) dengan desain posttest only control design. Populasi berjumlah 373 orang peserta didik kelas VII, dengan sampel 80 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, terdiri dari kelas VII H sebagai kelompok eksperimen (40 orang) dan kelas VII B sebagai kelompok kontrol (40 orang). Instrumen penelitian meliputi tes pilihan ganda untuk aspek pengetahuan, observasi untuk aspek sikap, dan unjuk kerja untuk aspek keterampilan. Analisis data menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U karena data tidak berdistribusi normal dan tidak homogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen (84,85) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (80,80). Uji Mann-Whitney menghasilkan nilai signifikansi Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Dengan demikian, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, yang berarti model pembelajaran NHT berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar PJOK teknik dasar passing bola basket.
