Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of the special regional governor's policy of Yogyakarta Number 9 of 2009 concerning the management of the Waduk Sermo Area. The research was conducted in Kulon Progo Regency with qualitative techniques. Determination of information is done by purposive sampling technique then the data is analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data and drawing conclusions. The results show that the Waduk Sermo management policy as a whole has been running effectively, but there needs to be an increase in management intensity such as the development of various aspects of resources, organizing socialization and useful activities to support reservoir management activities, and optimizing coordination between the public works and spatial planning (PUPR) Office of Kulon Progo Regency and Serayu Opak River Basin Great Hall (BBWSSO). Supporting Factors There is good coordination between the Waduk Sermo management and the surrounding community, there is awareness and commitment with various parties in the utilization and preservation of the Waduk Sermo, and the availability of supporting facilities for the operational activities of the Waduk Sermo, while the inhibiting factor is that various technical violations are still found in the utilization of the Waduk Sermo, BBWSSO has limited authority in taking direct action against violations that occur, and it is difficult for the surrounding community to obtain permits to open rides or tourist attractions in the reservoir area.

Abstract

The results of the Batu City Government Strategy related to the existence of goals and targets have been implemented quite well. Through MSMEs and Cooperatives and City trade, as for the efforts made by the Batu City government, namely government policies for MSMEs in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, including the provision of financial assistance to capital loan relief, as for this type of research using a qualitative descriptive method as will be adapted The problems are generally divided into two types, namely qualitative and quantitative research. The focus of this research is an act of utilizing the barrier which is related to the object to be studied. The data that will be used in this research are primary and secondary data, the technique of determining the informants is using purposive sampling technique. In this research, data collection techniques can be classified into several parts, including: documentation, observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display to drawing conclusions (Conclusion Drawing/Verification). Batu City, namely the Batu City government, continues to provide training related to the allocation of a resource that can be used properly, so that the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises will continue to survive in the Corona Virus situation, such as the time and the participation of the MSME community as well as the allocation of funds or funds. help. And while the inhibiting factor is that many souvenir places and tourist attractions are closed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik tenaga pendidik di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 6 Malang, sesuai dengan amanat undang-undang bahawa sekolah harus memenuhi 8 Standart Nasioal yang salah satunya adalah standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 6 Kota Malang dengan teknik Kualitatif. Penentuaan informan dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling kemudian data yang ditemukan dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik tenaga pendidik sudah cukup baik. Faktor pendukung Strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkan kualitas layanan pendidik di SMA Negeri 6 Malang di sampaikan bahwa guru bertugas merencanakan progam pengajaran, melaksanakan progam yang telah disusun dan melaksanakan penilaian setelah progam itu dilaksanakan. Sebagai pendidik guru bertugas mengarahkan peserta didik pada tingkat kedewasaan yang berkepribadian sempurna, dan melaksanakan tugasnya secara maksimal dan penuh tanggungjawab sehingga tujuan dari pembelajaran bisa tercapai dengan maksimal serta Suasana sekolah yang kondusif sehingga proses belajar dan mengajar bisa berjalan dengan menyenangkan, serta adanya reward bagi pendidik yang berprestasi, dan memberikan kesempatan ijin belajar kepada tenaga Pendidik untuk menempuh pendidikan yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan Kelompok Pemuda Sumberejo dengan mengolah wortel menjadi keripik sayur guna meningkatkan nilai jual produk. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sumberejo melalui serangkaian pelatihan teknis, termasuk pengolahan produk, manajemen usaha, dan pemasaran digital. Hasil analisis usaha pembuatan keripik wortel oleh Kelompok Pemuda Sumberejo, disimpulkan bahwa usaha ini sangat layak dijalankan. Nilai R/C Ratio sebesar 3,0 menunjukkan bahwa setiap Rp 1 biaya yang dikeluarkan menghasilkan Rp 3 penerimaan, yang mencerminkan efisiensi usaha dan penerimaan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan pengeluaran. Selain itu, nilai B/C Ratio sebesar 2,0 menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan bersih dari usaha ini dua kali lebih besar daripada total biaya yang dikeluarkan. Setiap Rp 1 yang diinvestasikan dalam biaya produksi menghasilkan keuntungan bersih sebesar Rp 2, yang merupakan indikator sangat positif untuk keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan indikator-indikator ini, usaha pembuatan keripik sayur wortel tidak hanya terbukti efisien, tetapi juga sangat menguntungkan. Usaha ini layak dijalankan karena menawarkan potensi keuntungan yang besar sekaligus berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi bagi kelompok pemuda yang terlibat dalam produksi. Rekomendasi untuk pengembangan ke depan mencakup peningkatan strategi pemasaran, penyesuaian produk, dan evaluasi jangka panjang untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan usaha.

Abstract

To realize good governance is inseparable from community participation, the government initiated a concept of smart city implementation. Smart city is a form of structuring and managing the City using technology-based resources. Batu City Government, the term smart city was changed to Batu Among Tani Teknologi. The purpose of the research is to analyze smart city policies in Among Tani to increase community participation in order to realize good governance in batu city government, to know the supporting factors and inhibitions and to know the smart city policy analysis model. The method in this research is qualitative research approach of literature study using secondary data derived from books, journals, and other scientific critical studies coming from institutions according to the focus of research topics. The results of the research obtained are the application among farmers in Batu city community participation is increasing because farmers can market agricultural products and survive the practice of middlemen, consult and report complaints on the application Among Farmers and also farmers empowered through farmer groups. Not only farmers who use the application, the general public as buyers have also used Among Tani. The supporting factor of smart city policy in Among Tani is the organization of farmers who are empowered in farmer groups so that the needs of the people of Batu city the results of agriculture are fulfilled. The inhibition factor is the lack of evenly distributed socialization of the government so that there are still many people who do not understand what smart city is and the presence of farmers lose the motivation of farming that results in agricultural land being switched because of the lack of protection from the government.

Abstract

Waste has become a complex problem faced by all countries worldwide, including Indonesia. As a byproduct of human activity, waste is produced daily in increasing quantities along with population growth, changes in consumption patterns, and technological developments. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach. The results of the study related to factors influencing community behavior in efforts to address microplastic waste in Malang City found that policy standards and targets play a significant role in shaping community behavior towards reducing microplastic emissions, and contribute positively to supporting the microplastic reduction program, and are a key factor in the success of socialisation. The characteristics of the implementers play a crucial role in the effectiveness of implementation. The implementation of Circular Letter No. 8/2021 of the Mayor of Malang has been proven to be effective in encouraging the reduction of microplastic emissions.

Abstract

Kebijakan publik merupakan sarana untuk mewujudkan kehendak-kehendak rakyat yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah atau stakeholders, dan sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor andalan di negeri ini yang sejak lama diandalkan untuk menghasilkan pundi-pundi pendapatan, baik pendapatan nasional maupun pendapatan daerah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan publik yang tepat dalam pengelolaan pariwisata di Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and patient satisfaction on X Tuban clinical image. Sampling is done by simple random sampling. The number of samples determined was 92 samples. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used to determine the effect of service quality and patient satisfaction on the X Tuban Clinic image is multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. Before a regression is carried out, a validity and reliability test is performed for each question. In addition, a normality test and a classic assumption test are performed. The results showed that the quality of service and patient satisfaction simultaneously and individually affected the positive image of the Tuban X Clinic.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the Government's programs and strategies in community empowerment efforts, at the community and village empowerment offices in Malang Regency, in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. Regional Government is the administration of government affairs by the regional government and regional people's representative councils according to the principle of autonomy and co-administration with the principle of broadest autonomy. This research was conducted at the community empowerment service and Malang district villages using qualitative descriptive. The determination of informants was carried out using a porposive sampling technique and then the data found was analyzed by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the government's strategy in community empowerment efforts at the community empowerment service and Malang district villages as a whole has been running effectively. But there needs to be continuous improvement so that what the government hopes for can be realized. The supporting factor is the existence of good cooperation between the village apparatus and the community itself.

Abstract

Child Identity Card (KIA) is a child's official identity as proof of identity for children under 17 years old and unmarried issued by Dispendukcapil Malang City. The aim of this study was to determine the quality of service and the inhibiting and supporting factors that exist at Dispendukcapil. With this the researcher used a descriptive qualitative research method. With the focus in this research is the implementation of Child Identity Cards (KIA) in improving the quality of public services. This study used a sampling technique with snowball. Based on observations that have been made that in the quality of child identity card services, the Malang City Dispendukcapil has so far had supporting and inhibiting factors, one of which is that many children already have a child's identity card, so with this other parents are encouraged to make their child's child's identity card. Likewise, the inhibiting factors for Dispendukcapil also have drawbacks, namely that the exact time is still long and the online process is also a long process and using cellular data, the signal is difficult. Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) adalah tanda pengenal resmi anak sebagai bukti identitas diri bagi anak yang berusia di bawah 17 tahun dan belum menikah yang dikeluarkan oleh Dispendukcapil Kota Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan serta faktor penghambat dan pendukung yang ada di Dispendukcapil. Dengan ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan snowball. Berdasarkan observasi yang telah dilakukan bahwa dalam kualitas pelayanan KTP anak Dispendukcapil Kota Malang selama ini memiliki faktor pendukung dan penghambat salah satunya adalah banyak anak yang sudah memiliki KTP anak, demikian juga dengan orang tua lainnya. didorong untuk membuat kartu identitas anaknya. Begitu juga dengan faktor penghambat Dispendukcapil juga memiliki kekurangan yaitu waktu tepatnya masih lama dan proses online juga prosesnya lama serta menggunakan data seluler sulit sinyal.
