Abstract

CV. Souru Blok adalah perusahaan manufaktur (Bahan Konstruksi) yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan batako (berbahan dasar pasir). Perusahaan berkeinginan untuk terus melakukan inovasi dan perbaikan untuk menciptakan masa depan perusahaan yang lebih baik. Namun dalam kenyataan yang dialami perusahaan, terdapat berbagai kasus terjadinya cacat pada proses produksi. Untuk dapat mencapai target kualitas yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan, serta untuk menjaga kepercayaan pasar terhadap produk Perusahaan, maka dibutuhkan perbaikan terhadap proses produksi batako dengan menggunakan pendekatan six sigma agar dapat memenuhi kriteria standar yang diinginkan oleh konsumen. Pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode Define Measure Analyze Improve Control (DMAIC) yang diintegerasikan dengan Respone Surface Metodology (RSM) dan Kontrol Standard Operational Prosedure (SOP). Dari ketiga faktor, yaitu Komposisi Pasir Laut (PL), Komposisi Pasir Sungai (PS), dan komposisi Semen: Pasir yang berpengaruh terhadap terhadap jumlah produk, yaitu komposisi PS dan komposisi S:P saja yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar atau berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi batako tersebut. Titik optimum yang diprediksi dari komposisi PS dan komposisi S:P yang menghasilkan produk yang paling maksimum yaitu, untuk komposisi PS = 1 (100%) dan komposisi S:P = 0,10 (1:10) mampu menurunkan jumlah cacat produk dari 9,96 % menjadi 0,003% dan meningkatkan nilai sigma dari 2,97 menjadi 4,25. Dari hasil eksperimen maka menghasilkan SOP dengan instruksi kerja 100 % bahan baku pasir menggunakan pasir sungai dan perbandingan material 1:10 (Semen:Pasir).

Abstract

Kelompok pengrajin kerudung sulam bordir Bhakti Collection merupakan unit usaha mikro,termasuk dalam industri kecil dan menengah (IKM) yang dalam kegiatan penjualannyamenggunakan metode penjualan tradisional, mengirimkan contoh produk ke industri usaha garmentmoslem, selanjutnya disepakati pemesanan dan barang akan diproduksi sesuai pesanan. Untukmeningkatkan penjualannya, unit usaha ini mencoba mengembangkannya melalui online marketing.Namun ternyata, unit usaha ini menemui kendala. Produk-produk unggulannya dijiplak oleh pihakyang tidak bertanggungjawab dan dibuat dalam jumlah masal dengan kualitas rendah dandipasarkan. Kondisi ini sangat merugikan Bhakti Collection. Keadaan ini memotivasi tim penulisuntuk membantu memberikan solusi melalui pendekatan metode analisis risiko e-Marketing danmemberikan usulan solusi pemasaran dan penjualan yang sesuai. Pertimbangan analisa kelayakansederhana juga dilakukan untuk memilihkan alternatif solusi terbaik yang dapat memitigasi risikoyang ada sekaligus meningkatkan penjualan bagi unit usaha tersebut.

Abstract

Peningkatan permintaan energi membuat industri migas memicu produksi dan keandalannya. Gas Turbine Compressor (GTC) merupakan salah satu peralatan vital dalam operasi produksi minyak dan gas. Karena vitalnya operasi GTC, diperlukan metode perawatan untuk mengoptimalkan keandalannya dan menentukan pola operasi yang tepat menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan komponen utama definitif kritis penyebab kegagalan dari sisi turbin gas masing-masing adalah piping system, ventilation fan, control unit, intrument pressure, valves, instrument temperature, instrument speed dan filter. Sedangkan dari sisi kompresor sentrifugal adalah instrument temperature, antisurge system, dan control unit. Dalam realisasinya di lapangan, sistem perawatan GTC diklasifikasikan menjadi 7 subsistem utama, antara lain start system, fuel system, electrical and control system, lube oil system, turbine engine system, HPC compressor system, dan seal system. Manajemen pemeliharaan dirancang untuk mengakomodir semua subsistem ini, antara lain  scheduled restoration tasks, scheduled discarded tasks, and scheduled on condition tasks pada interval perawatan yang telah ditentukan berdasarkan RCM II Decision worksheets.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has various types of natural resources, both renewable and non-renewable. Of the many natural resources, there are some that have been carried out in the mining process. In processing mining products, a processing method is needed to be able to use them for industrial and construction purposes. There are processing methods in the form of traditional tools and some use modern tools. These tools must be properly maintained in order to operate optimally and produce high quality products in accordance with the production plan. In this research, optimization of Gyratory Crusher 1 engine performance using OEE Six Big Losses method at PT XYZ. PT XYZ is a company engaged in construction support specializing in the supply of milled C material in the form of andesite stone which was established in 1982. The data used for the calculations were obtained from daily reports on the Gyratory Crusher machine 1 Period 1 - 30 November 2020. From the problem formulation and the research results obtained: 1) Determining the Availability Performance value of Gyratory Crusher I can be seen from the average value of availability rate of 87.27%, performance efficiency of 80.27% and Quality Ratio value of 94.46%. The results are in accordance with the standards, this can be seen from the availability and quality values which are above world standards. However, the performance rate variable is still less than the standard due to speed losses, namely the actual engine speed is not in accordance with the ideal speed, 2) Increasing the Availability number by optimizing the Gyratory Crusher I Performance, which can be increased by eliminating the six big losses, especially reduced speed losses. which is very dominant from the calculation results in this study, which is 23.08% and idling and minor stoppages losses in second place with a value of 8.79% then equipment failures losses in third place with a value of 7.94%. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the machines can be increased by finding the root cause of the low OEE using the fishbone diagram method, then performing preventive and predictive maintenance, especially on critical and very critical machines/equipment.

Abstract

PT.XYZ adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan bijih besi laterite yang salah satu kegiatannya adalah melakukan pendataan cadangan dengan metode pengeboran explorasi mempergunakan mesin bor tipe Jacro 200, namun dalam kegiatannya target produksi yang telah ditentukan tidak tercapai akibat adanya beberapa masalah. Oleh sebab itu untuk mendukung produktivitas pekerjaan pengeboran tersebut dilakukan analisa dengan metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) guna mencari permasalah yang ada di dalam kegiatan explorasi tersebut dengan mempergunakan pendekatan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan Overall Measure Of Maintenance Performance (OMMP). Hasil dari perhitungan dengan OEE menunjukkan bahwa semua unit masih berada dibawah nilai standar OEE dunia, dengan nilai rata-rata yaitu : 48.2%, 50.4% dan 38.42%. Untuk penerapan metode OMMP diukur dan membandingkannya dengan key performance indicator / benchmark yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan dimana rata-rata semua indikator pengukuran masih menjauh dari garis key performance indicator / benchmark yang sudah ditetapkan. Rekomendasi hasil pengukuran dianalisa dengan mempergunakan diagram pareto dan fishbone yang hasilnya perlu dilakukan improvement dengan pendekatan 8 pilar TPM yang harapannya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas unit mesin bor explorasi.

Abstract

Some of the problems that often arise during the production process are problems with machine breakdowns, operator negligence, operator disobedience to the rules that have been set and even many operators deliberately ignore the application of SOPs on machines so that the production process will be hampered. In this study will use the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) approach to increase the use of casting machines and labor at PT. Prima Alloy Steel Universal, Tbk. So that it can be seen how much loss in the production process by using the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method which will eventually grow some suggestions for solutions to overcome the various problems that cause these losses. The results of the percentage calculation of availability between 24.22% - 95.37%, while the percentage results from the calculation of the value of performance efficiency ranged from 104.85% - 412.90%, and the results of the calculation of the value of the rate of quality were 91.27% - 97.82%. The effectiveness level of the four machines used in the line casting machine with the largest total time losses was the MT17 machine with a value of 1243.75 hours. Meanwhile, the machine with the smallest total time losses was the MT-16 machine with a value of 1205 hours. Meanwhile, the largest losses were rework losses with total time losses of 1441.25 hours and yield / scrap loss being the smallest with total time losses of 74 hours. To increase production effectiveness, operators should be given skill knowledge about signs of damage that may occur, especially in casting machine spare parts and mold strength. In addition, it is very necessary to conduct a production capability test and rearrange it regularly and continuously.

Abstract

Kedungsumur village is one of the villages in the Krembung Sub-district of Sidoarjo Regency which has problems with the provision of clean water. Since 2014 the Kedungsumur village has received assistance from the local government in the form of deep wells to meet the needs of clean water. The clean water supply system is then managed by an agency called the Management Agency for Water Supply and Sanitation Facilities (MAWSSF) Tirto Wening. As time went by, the number of MAWSSF Tirto Wening clean water customers continued to increase which caused difficulties for administrators to recap their income and monthly expenses. In addition, the BP SPAMS management did not know the direction of the target to be achieved the following year. By this meeting, through the community partnership program from Kemenristekdikti, will provide science and technology assistance to improve the MAWSSF and at the same time provide an overview through simulation of future income and expenditure by using data pre-existing data. The results of this community partnership program show that customer identification in the form of tables has specified the address, the last date of payment, and the total volume of clean water usage, the number of customers until June 2018 there are 234 new customers, and the simulation results show that in January 2018 the board Manager of Water Supply and Sanitation Facilities (MAWSSF) Tirto Wening has been able to affix a profit of Rp.4,560,000.00.

Abstract

The availability of coastal natural resources provides a great opportunity for residents of Tambak Oso village. This condition makes the residents of Tambak Oso village create a business group "Mina Sekar" which is engaged in processing foodstuffs derived from fish. Based on the analysis of the situation and problems that occur in the fish processing business group in Tambak Oso Village, the problemsolving framework is to use the training and mentoring approach. Therefore, training related to online marketing for fish processing business groups in Tambak Oso Village. The conclusion of this activity is that all members of the Mina Sekar fish processing business group in Tambak Oso Village are of productive age, 95% of respondents can understand online marketing material, only 5% or 1 respondent cannot understand online marketing material, and 60% of respondents have diversify processed fish products.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu pesatnya memberikan dampak pada perubahan peri laku manusia. Perubahan ini dapat terjadi di berbagai sektor kehidupan. Dalam dunia pendidikan terjadi perubahan paradigma baru di mana penggunaan teknologi informasi menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang harus terpenuhi. Penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam dunia pendidikan saat ini merupakan suatu kebutuhan sehingga para guru dituntut untuk menguasai teknologi informasi tersebut. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah rata-rata guru kurang mampu dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi, sehingga pihak sekolah memfasilitasi pelatihan dalam bidang teknologi informasi yang diaplikasikan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali keterampilan para guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan teknologi informasi. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara luring (offline) di SD Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Batu pada Bulan Juni – Juli 2022. Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Platform Pembelajaran Online Bagi Guru-guru SD Muhammadiyah 4 Kota Batu telah dilaksanakan dan memberikan hasil yang optimal bagi guru-guru tersebut. Hal ini nampak dari penguasaan materi yang dipraktekkan langsung oleh peserta dengan hasil yang baik dengan rata-rata penguasaan materi mencapai 88%.
