Abstract

The Train Station is the main requirement needed in the procurement of train transportation modes. Currently, trains are public transportation that is very popular with the public to transport people. The architectural style of the Kejaksan Cirebon Train Station building is a blend of colonial and art deco characteristics with local architectural influences. The colonial style of influence is shown in the form of the facade or appearance of the building. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze the development of building facilities and their influence on the character of the Kejaksan Train Station building facade as a representation of a building that has the influence of colonial architectural style and cultural heritage objects in Cirebon. The analysis was carried out by identifying the addition of facilities and facade elements in the front area, main entrance and the front of the building facing the road. The purpose of this study is to complete the architectural research of the Cirebon Station building and add to the treasury of architectural science, especially in the research of colonial architecture in station buildings.

Abstract

The Soeman HS Regional Library in Riau Province not only serves as a place for book collections, but also as a center for information and cultural identity. This research uses exploratory methods and qualitative case studies to identify the architectural identity of this library that combines modern and traditional concepts. This building creates the impression of an open book, highlighting its function as a source of knowledge, with a façade that reflects Malay identity and the style of Riau Province. This study highlights the way elements of regional identity is presented in functional buildings and their application to modern buildings. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and literature study. The library's identity as a source of knowledge is emphasized through the form of book-like buildings and folklore reliefs in the outer hallway. As offices, glass facades and formal workspaces reflect modernity and efficiency. Malay culture is reflected through the roof of Rehal Al-Quran and wajik motifs on the façade of the building. The study illustrates how the elements blend harmoniously, creating a place of knowledge that embraces cultural heritage. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of identity in the design of functional buildings that respect local culture.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan permasalahan mengenai kesesuaiannya perlakuan akuntansi pembiayaan mudharabah di Bank BNI Syariah dengan perlakuan akuntansi yang berlaku saat ini yaitu pernyataan standar akuntansi keuangan (PSAK) no.105. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan perlakuan akuntansi pembiayaan mudharabah di Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Cirebon yaitu hanya diberikan aset berupa kas (modal) dan pembiayaan mudharabah dan diberikan kepada lembaga-lembaga dan ini dimaksudkan untuk meminimalisir resiko Ketidaksesuaian terjadi pada metode bagi hasil yang diberikan Bank BNI Syariah dengan metode yang ada dalam PSAK no.105. Dalam PSAK No.105 paragraf 11 dijelaskan bahwa “Pembagian usaha mudharabah dapat dilakukan berdasarka prinsip bagi hasil atau bagi laba. Jika berdasarkan prinsip bagi hasil, maka dasar pembagian hasil usaha adalah laba bruto (gross profit) bukan total pendapatan usaha (omset). Sedangkan  jika berdasarkan prinsip laba, dasar pembagian adalah laba neto (net profit) yaitu laba bruto dikurangi beban yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan dana mudharabah.” Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Cirebon yang masih menggunakan metode revenue sharing. Kata kunci: Perlakuan Akuntansi, Pembiayaan Mudharabah, PSAK No. 105AbstractThis research was conducted with a problem concerning the accounting treatment suitability of financing at Bank BNI Syariah with the applicable accounting treatment today is a statement of financial accounting standards (SFAS) no.105. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The results showed that the application of the accounting treatment of financing at Bank BNI Syariah Branch Cirebon is only given assets in the form of cash (capital) and of financing and given to institutions and is intended to minimize the risk of discrepancy occurs on the method for the results of the Bank BNI Syariah with the existing method under SFAS no.105. In paragraph 11 of SFAS 105 explained that "business division mudharabah to do based upon the principle of sharing or for profit. If based on the principle of profit sharing, the sharing of the results of operations are the basis of gross profit (gross profit) instead of total revenue (turnover). Meanwhile, if based on the principle of profit, basic division is the net profit (net profit) is gross profit minus expenses related to the fund management mudharabah. "Bank BNI Syariah Branch Cirebon are still using the method of revenue sharing.Keywords: Accountancy treatment, mudharabah financing, PSAK No. 105.

Abstract

The Bogor City Library plays an important role in creating a strong literacy ecosystem, functioning as a center for community empowerment by providing access to information and skills development. This research aims to analyze circulation patterns and spatial planning in libraries, in order to increase public interest in utilizing existing facilities. Although founded in 1972, the library faced serious challenges, including inadequate space and unattractive facilities, such as a non-functioning multimedia room and a lack of private rooms for discussions. The low literacy rate in Bogor City shows the need for more efforts to increase interest in reading. It is hoped that the "Free Literacy" program can be a solution, but its success is very dependent on library development. By implementing modern architectural designs and innovative elements, libraries can create a comfortable and inspiring learning environment. This research is expected to provide constructive recommendations for developing libraries as effective and inclusive literacy centers. Focusing on the quality of space and human circulation patterns will support optimal visitor experience, making libraries the main pillars in improving literacy and the quality of life of people in the city of Bogor. The synergy between attractive facilities, inspiring space quality, and efficient circulation design will strengthen the role of libraries in social, economic and cultural development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determination of selling prices to increase sales at Sentra Tahu Berkah Jaya. Sentral Tahu Berkah Jaya is one of the businesses engaged in the production of tofu which has been established since 2003 located in Ganjar Agung, West Metro Metro City. The type of research used is case study research with observation and interview methods. The data processed is data in the form of basic price records such as raw material costs, labor costs and factory overhead costs. While the data analysis techniques used in the research are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, (4) conclusion making. The results of the study show that the tofu production process has a major effect on determining the selling price.

Abstract

Pendidikan moral dan pembentukan karakter merupakan dua hal fundamental yang perlu ditanamkan sejak dini dalam kehidupan seseorang. Pendidikan moral tidak hanya terbatas pada pembelajaran di ruang kelas, melainkan juga dapat diperoleh dari berbagai media, termasuk sastra. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini berupaya mengkaji bagaimana novel Dilan Dia Adalah Dilanku tahun 1990 berperan dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai moral yang dapat membantu membentuk karakter positif pada pembacanya. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan bagi pembaca tentang peran penting sastra sebagai media pendidikan moral yang efektif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi untuk menggali makna dan peran pendidikan moral dalam novel Dilan Dia Adalah Dilanku tahun 1990 karya Pidi Baiq. Beberapa nilai moral utama yang dianalisis dalam novel ini meliputi cinta dan persahabatan, rasa hormat dan tanggung jawab, serta keberanian untuk menjadi diri sendiri. Novel Dilan Dia Adalah Dilanku Tahun 1990 merupakan karya yang mengisahkan perjalanan cinta dan persahabatan melalui kisah sederhana yang sangat relevan bagi kehidupan remaja. Melalui cerita ini, pembaca diajak memahami berbagai nilai moral, seperti kehangatan dalam persahabatan, sikap hormat terhadap orang tua dan teman, tanggung jawab dalam menjalin hubungan, serta keberanian untuk menjadi diri sendiri. Dengan memetik pelajaran dari cerita ini, remaja dapat memperkaya pengalaman moral mereka dan tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang lebih beretika, bertanggung jawab, serta siap menghadapi dinamika dalam pergaulan

Abstract

Sectio Caesarea (SC) has a risk of bleeding that leads to a decrease in the mother's hemoglobin levels. Transfusion using Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC) blood components is a prosedure to increase hemoglobin levels.This study uses a cross-sectionally comparative analytical study designs on 96 secondary data from post-operative Sectio Caesarea (SC) patients who performed pre- and post-transfusion hemoglobin examination of Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC) during the period January-December 2023. The data were analyzed in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov univariat test, then in the Non-Parametric test (Mann-Whitney test) with a degree of confidence of 90%. The results obtained haemoglobin post- transfusion of Whole Blood (WB) had a range of values of 0.0 – 2.7 g/dL with an average value of 0.5 g/ dL, whereas the haemoglobin post- transfusion Packed Red Cells (PRC) had a range of value of 0.2 – 4.0 g/dL with an average of 1.6 g/dL. The result of the paired t-test Mann-Witney obtains a p value of 0,000 so that it can be decided that there is a significant difference between the results of post-transfusion hemoglobin level of Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC). It is concluded that the post-transfusion hemoglobin level of Packed Red Cells (PRC) is higher than Whole Blood (WB), so it is recommended to use Packed Red Cells (PRC) component to increase hemoglobin levels. Abstract

Background: Lack of family understanding about the diabetes mellitus diet affects the support given to patients. Knowledge about diet and family support provided to diabetes mellitus patients is one of the main assets for patients to remain actively involved in the implementation of the diabetes mellitus diet. Purpose: This study aims to describe the level of family knowledge and support regarding diet in diabetes mellitus patients at Loa Janan Public Health Center. Method:  This research design is descriptive with a quantitative approach. A total of 30 respondents were selected using purposive sampling based on the inclusion criteria of families who have lived together for at least six months and reside in the working area of Loa Janan Public Health Center. Results: The study results on family knowledge and support regarding diet in diabetes mellitus patients at Loa Janan Public Health Center indicate a low level of knowledge among 14 respondents (47%) and good family support among 23 respondents (77%). Conclusions: The level of family knowledge falls into the low category, whereas family support is classified as good in diabetes mellitus patients. It is hoped that the findings of this study can help improve knowledge about diet.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought major changes in the pharmaceutical industry, increasing demand for health products while challenging the financial stability of companies. In the midst of economic recovery, the efficiency of managing capital structure and liquidity is very important to maintain the profitability of pharmaceutical companies. This study aims to analyze the influence of capital structure and liquidity on the profitability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020–2024 period. The method used is quantitative statistics where the approach is with the panel data regression analysis technique. Capital structure variables are measured using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), liquidity with Current Ratio (CR), and profitability with Return on Assets (ROA). The sample used consisted of 7 companies selected based on specific criteria. The results show that partially, capital structure has a significant effect on profitability, while liquidity has no significant influence. However, simultaneously, these two variables have a significant influence on profitability with a contribution of 74.5%. These findings emphasize the importance of proper capital structure planning in an effort to improve the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies in the post-pandemic era.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi PKK RW 010 dalam pengelolaan usaha dan pemasaran adalah kurangnya strategi pemasaran serta dukungan media pemasaran. Pemasaran yang dilakukan PKK RW 010 masih bersifat konvensional yaitu memasarkan produk secara langsung pada konsumen tanpa memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Solusi dan alternatif pemecahan masalah yang dihadapi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen terutama dalam hal pemasaran online melalui digital marketing. Adapun hasil Kelompok PKK RW 010 menyadari pentingnya peran kelompok dalam dalam memajukan usaha terutama pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk perluasan pasar, memiliki akun untuk digital marketing dan menguasai teknik fotografi. Dalam rangka Pengenalan Branding Produk Dan Digital Marketing Dengan Menggunkan PKK RW 010 Kelurahan Cibubur Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini difokuskan kepada para UMKM yang ada di PKK RW 010 Kelurahan Cibubur, kota jakarta timur daerah khusus ibu kota jakarta 13930, berinisiatif untuk menjadi mentor dalam budidaya ikan lele yang diharapkan dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat. Melihat peluang terhadap UMKM dan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki, maka kegiatan ini dimaksudkan untuk membantu PKK RW 010 Kelurahan Cibubur agar dapat menjadi mentor yang baik dan bermanfaat bagi Mayarakat PKK RW 010 Kelurahan Cibubur memberikan pendampingan demi meningkatkan kinerja UMKM setempat.Untuk target luaran yang dicapai dalam pengabdian masyarakt ini adalah publikasi press release di media bsi news online.
