Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan J&T Express. Dalam era globalisasi dan digitalisasi, pertumbuhan e-commerce meningkatkan permintaan akan layanan pengiriman yang cepat dan terjangkau. J&T Express sebagai penyedia jasa logistik menghadapi persaingan ketat, sehingga kualitas pelayanan dan strategi harga menjadi faktor utama dalam mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 pelanggan J&T Express. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan, termasuk kecepatan pengiriman dan keramahan kurir, memberikan kontribusi sebesar 54% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Sementara itu, harga yang kompetitif juga menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan demikian, J&T Express disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan strategi harga agar tetap kompetitif di industri jasa pengiriman.

Abstract

Sectio Caesarea (SC) has a risk of bleeding that leads to a decrease in the mother's hemoglobin levels. Transfusion using Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC) blood components is a prosedure to increase hemoglobin levels.This study uses a cross-sectionally comparative analytical study designs on 96 secondary data from post-operative Sectio Caesarea (SC) patients who performed pre- and post-transfusion hemoglobin examination of Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC) during the period January-December 2023. The data were analyzed in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov univariat test, then in the Non-Parametric test (Mann-Whitney test) with a degree of confidence of 90%. The results obtained haemoglobin post- transfusion of Whole Blood (WB) had a range of values of 0.0 – 2.7 g/dL with an average value of 0.5 g/ dL, whereas the haemoglobin post- transfusion Packed Red Cells (PRC) had a range of value of 0.2 – 4.0 g/dL with an average of 1.6 g/dL. The result of the paired t-test Mann-Witney obtains a p value of 0,000 so that it can be decided that there is a significant difference between the results of post-transfusion hemoglobin level of Whole Blood (WB) and Packed Red Cells (PRC). It is concluded that the post-transfusion hemoglobin level of Packed Red Cells (PRC) is higher than Whole Blood (WB), so it is recommended to use Packed Red Cells (PRC) component to increase hemoglobin levels. Abstract

Online media has become the primary source of information for modern society due to its quick access and ease of news presentation. However, this development also poses challenges, particularly in maintaining writing quality, such as diction accuracy. Appropriate diction plays a crucial role in delivering clear messages, avoiding misunderstandings, and preserving media credibility. This study aims to analyze diction errors in the daily online news jateng.akurat.co edition of November 12, 2024, including non-standard word usage and word mismatches. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method to identify the types of errors, their causes, and their impacts on readers. Data were collected using documentation techniques by observing, recording, and analyzing the news texts published in the selected edition. The analysis process involved comparing diction usage with applicable linguistic norms and relevant contexts. The findings reveal several common errors, such as the use of terms that do not align with formal language norms, inappropriate word choices, and the improper adaptation of foreign words. Diction errors can create reader confusion, diminish media credibility, and affect perceptions of the information conveyed. This study highlights the importance of accurate diction selection in journalism, especially for regionally based media, which must consider cultural contexts and local values. These findings are expected to serve as a guideline for enhancing linguistic accuracy in digital journalism, maintaining media credibility, and supporting journalism's role as a pillar of a healthy democracy.

Abstract

Usaha kecil di RPTRA Gebang Sari menghadapi tantangan serius dalam efisiensi operasional dan produktivitas, yang mengakibatkan pemborosan waktu, biaya, dan sumber daya. Situasi ini menghalangi optimalisasi proses bisnis, menurunkan nilai tambah bagi pelanggan, dan melemahkan daya saing usaha kecil di kawasan tersebut. Sebagai solusi, penerapan Lean Management diusulkan untuk membantu usaha kecil di RPTRA Gebang Sari dalam mengurangi pemborosan, memperlancar aliran kerja, dan menciptakan nilai lebih bagi pelanggan. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk merancang proses bisnis yang lebih efisien dan produktif, sehingga usaha kecil dapat bersaing lebih baik di pasar lokal. Metode pelaksanaan akan melibatkan analisis proses, yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis setiap tahap dalam proses bisnis guna menemukan sumber pemborosan. Dari kegiatan ini, diharapkan usaha kecil mampu meningkatkan produktivitas secara signifikan. Luaran yang dihasilkan meliputi publikasi media massa yang mendokumentasikan keberhasilan program sebagai inspirasi bagi usaha kecil lainnya, serta jurnal pengabdian masyarakat yang menyoroti hasil pengabdian dan dampak penerapan Lean Management terhadap peningkatan produktivitas usaha kecil di RPTRA Gebang Sari.

Abstract

Pendidikan moral dan pembentukan karakter merupakan dua hal fundamental yang perlu ditanamkan sejak dini dalam kehidupan seseorang. Pendidikan moral tidak hanya terbatas pada pembelajaran di ruang kelas, melainkan juga dapat diperoleh dari berbagai media, termasuk sastra. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini berupaya mengkaji bagaimana novel Dilan Dia Adalah Dilanku tahun 1990 berperan dalam menyampaikan nilai-nilai moral yang dapat membantu membentuk karakter positif pada pembacanya. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan bagi pembaca tentang peran penting sastra sebagai media pendidikan moral yang efektif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi untuk menggali makna dan peran pendidikan moral dalam novel Dilan Dia Adalah Dilanku tahun 1990 karya Pidi Baiq. Beberapa nilai moral utama yang dianalisis dalam novel ini meliputi cinta dan persahabatan, rasa hormat dan tanggung jawab, serta keberanian untuk menjadi diri sendiri. Novel Dilan Dia Adalah Dilanku Tahun 1990 merupakan karya yang mengisahkan perjalanan cinta dan persahabatan melalui kisah sederhana yang sangat relevan bagi kehidupan remaja. Melalui cerita ini, pembaca diajak memahami berbagai nilai moral, seperti kehangatan dalam persahabatan, sikap hormat terhadap orang tua dan teman, tanggung jawab dalam menjalin hubungan, serta keberanian untuk menjadi diri sendiri. Dengan memetik pelajaran dari cerita ini, remaja dapat memperkaya pengalaman moral mereka dan tumbuh menjadi pribadi yang lebih beretika, bertanggung jawab, serta siap menghadapi dinamika dalam pergaulan

Abstract

Background: The Standard Inpatient Class (SIC) in hospitals is a government- established regulation to standardize the quality of services and facilities for National Health Insurance (JKN) participants. This policy aims to reduce differences in quality between inpatient classes and ensure equal access to healthcare services. This study aimed to determine the readiness of Dadi Regional Special Hospital (RSKD), South Sulawesi Province, to implement the Standard Inpatient Class (SIC) policy established by the government through the BPJS Kesehatan (Social Security Agency). Research Method: This study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, conducted through in-depth interviews with five key informants Sampel: the Head of the Planning Team, the Head of the Inpatient Installation, the BPJS Manager, the Head of Human Resources, and the Hospital Administration Manager.Research Results: The results indicate that Dadi Regional Special Hospital has generally allocated a budget of one billion rupiah to support the implementation of KRIS. In terms of human resources, the hospital has conducted optimal training and task allocation, although challenges remain in meeting the 12 KRIS standard criteria, particularly regarding bathroom facilities and the infrastructure of older buildings. Asset management has also begun to be directed toward meeting KRIS standards through inventory and room adjustments. Furthermore, the hospital's work plan has been developed in stages to support the comprehensive implementation of this policy.Conclusion: This study concludes that RSKD Dadi has demonstrated sufficient readiness to face the KRIS policy, although further improvements are still needed in several technical aspects and physical facilities. Abstract

Based on the results of this study, researchers found many factors and habits of students in the field, students feel burdened in completing assignments as a responsibility, students view the task as a heavy burden in doing the task as the responsibility of a student. Whereas students who have an academic attitude should, the more tasks, the more students work hard to add insight into doing tasks as the responsibility of an academic student. As for this research method, the researcher uses a qualitative research method with a library research approach. As for the findings of this study, researchers found that many students of the Ecumenical Theological College of Jakarta delayed in completing assignments as a responsibility that must be done optimally. After conducting research, researchers found many factors that hinder students in completing assignments, namely: playing games, playing social media, piling up tasks, difficulty finding references, easy sleepiness, no one motivates and hanging out with friends discussing something that is not important, so that the time to do the task is limited. The strategies that researchers can list to improve the stability and quality of motivation in completing assignments as the responsibility of students of the Ecumenical Theological College Jakarta include: Students make a priori scale.
