Abstract

Collaboration with school personnel , especially homeroom teachers, is required in implementation effective and efficient BK program . One of the advantages of school collaboration is that it makes it easier for counselors to run the counseling program. This article aims to describe the collaboration between the BK teacher and the homeroom teacher in implementing BK . The method of writing articles refers to literature reviews such as books and the results of relevant articles. The findings of the article show that there are two types of cooperation that can be carried out, the first is collaboration between the BK teacher and the homeroom teacher in carrying out counseling activities, which include (1) making notes on student events, (2) making observation reports, (3) organizing sociometry, (4) providing information about student identity, (5) conducting home visits, (6) conducting psychological tests, and (7) collecting student data. The second type of collaboration is the counseling teacher working with the homeroom teacher to provide information about students in terms of: (1) attendance data, (2) absence data, and (3) data on student delays in coming to school.

Abstract

Comprehensive guidance and counseling is an actual perspective that focuses on positive assumptions about human potential. Based on these assumptions Bk considers it as a facility for students for their development. After all this time Bk has always been seen only as a solver and healer of counselee problems. However, there are other functions such as prevention, education, and development. Therefore the application of comprehensive counseling requires the support of a full understanding of developmental counseling. The service programs are basic services, responsive services, individual planning system support. Comprehensive Bk implementation activity is supported by various related parties. Raise awareness of student development that requires maximum cooperation from various parties. In this study, the counselor or Bk teacher has a large enough role to run the program by having a proportional amount of guidance time, namely 80% which is directive to students. Meanwhile, in program management activities and system support, the time is 20%.

Abstract

Sebelum melaksanakan layanan, tolak ukur kinerja guru BK ketika penyusunan program BK menjadi hal yang terpenting. Hal ini dikarenakan pelayanan guru BK/ Konselor dapat terlaksana dengan tertib dan tuntas apabila guru BK/ Konselor memiliki pemahaman program yang lebih mendalam. Program BK disusun untuk memudahkan guru BK dalam melaksanakan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling kepada peserta didik. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami apa saja strategi penyusunan program BK di madrasah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah studi pustaka. Hasil penulisan ini menjelaskan bahwa guru BK/ Konselor ketika penyusunan program BK di madrasah perlu didasarkan pada pendekatan yang holistik dan komprehensif. Dalam strategi penyusunan program BK terdapat beberapa langkah pokok, yaitu 1) identifikasi kebutuhan/ analisis kebutuhan; 2) guru BK menyusun rencana kerja; 3) Kolaborasi dengan Stakeholder; 4) pelaksanaan kegiatan; 5) evaluasi dan pemantauan.

Abstract

Limitations in interpersonal communication can hinder students' social development and affect students' ability to build healthy relationships, but many adolescents still lack interpersonal communication skills. This study aims to analyze the effect of group guidance using assertive training techniques in improving students' interpersonal communication skills. The type of research is experimental research with a non-equivalent Control Group Design. The study population amounted to 362 students. The sample of this study was 33 students. The methods used to collect data are interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire sheet. The technique used to analyze data is inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that the control group's interpersonal communication skills score increased from 166.1 to 167.1, while the average score of the experimental group students' interpersonal communication skills increased. The results of hypothesis testing show differences in interpersonal communication skills in both groups. It is concluded that the assertive training technique effectively improves the interpersonal communication skills of  grade students at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Culture and ethics are universal problems experienced by almost all walks of life. People who cannot place themselves appropriately both in the culture in which they live and do not have ethics that correspond to the norms prevailing in society will tend to invite problemsor conflicts. This condition needs to be discussed psychologically, especially in the client's condition. Hence, this study aims to reveal the sources of client problems in an existential therapy approach in terms of cultural and ethical elements. This research method usesdescriptive qualitative with a library research approach that uses various reliable reference sources to support the development of this article. The analysis is carried out carefully, critically, and sharply to produce a logical, rational synthesis that can be tested empirically.The results of this study show that the client's culture and ethics are the sources of triggering problems in clients, so in existential therapy, clients need to find a capacity for self-awareness; (2) freedom and responsibility; (3) create an identity and building meaningful relationships with others; (4) the search for meaning, intent, value, and purpose in life; (5) anxiety as a living condition; and (6) awareness of death and non-being.

Abstract

Penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) menjadi bagian penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan, khusunya pelayanan rawat jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efisiensi RME pada bagian pelayanan rawat jalan di RSUD dr. Zainal Umar Sidiki. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptid kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui obsevasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan Focus Discussion Group (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi tangibles, infrastruktur seperti computer dan jaringan internet telah tersedia dengan baik, namun masih terdapat kendala berupa tidak tersedianya UPS/genset untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya pemadaman listrik. Dari sisi reliability, petugas dapat mengoperasikan RME dengan cukup baik meskipun terdapat kendala teknis seperti error sistem dan fitur pelaporan yang belum optimal. Pada dimensi responsiveness, pelayanan dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, rata-rata 1-5 menit per pasien, meskipun kecepatan terganggu saat terjadi error atau buffering. Dari aspek assurance, petugas memberikan pelayanan dengan ramah dan inofrmatif, namun pelatihan lanjutan terkait fitur RME masih diperlukan. Pada aspek empathy, petugas menunjukkan menunjukkan kepedulian dan tidak membeda-bedakan pasien. Penilaian Digital Maturity Index (DMI) menunjukkan bahwa sistem RME sudah berada dalam tahap implementasi yang baik namun belum sepenuhnya matang secara digital. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan RME telah meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan, tetapi masih perlu perbaikan infrastruktur pendukung dan pelatihan SDM.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan fase transisi penting antara masa kanak-kanak dan dewasa yang ditandai dengan perubahan signifikan pada aspek fisik, kognitif, sosial, dan emosional. Pada masa ini, perilaku remaja dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satunya adalah emosi. Emosi remaja cenderung belum stabil, sehingga mereka kerap mengalami kesulitan dalam mengatur perilaku sesuai dengan harapan lingkungan sosial maupun norma orang dewasa. Ketidakstabilan emosi ini dapat berujung pada munculnya gangguan emosional seperti kecemasan, depresi, dan ledakan amarah. Dalam konteks ini, peran orang tua menjadi sangat vital. Orang tua memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam membantu remaja mengembangkan regulasi emosi yang sehat dan membentuk perilaku adaptif. Dukungan emosional, modeling regulasi emosi, pendekatan emotional coaching, serta penciptaan lingkungan keluarga yang aman menjadi strategi penting yang dapat dilakukan oleh orang tua. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam peran orang tua dalam mengatasi gangguan emosional pada remaja melalui metode studi literatur. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi orang tua, pendidik, dan praktisi bimbingan konseling dalam memahami pendekatan efektif yang dapat diterapkan untuk mendukung kesehatan mental remaja secara optimal.

Abstract

Adult bullying problems are increasingly prevalent in Indonesia. Bullying that often occurs in schools disrupts students from achieving optimal development. This is important to be addressed immediately so that bullying does not develop in schools. Guidance and counseling is a unit that is able to help in alleviating this problem. This research uses a literature study approach regarding the impact and ways of dealing with bullying in Minangkabau youth. Bullying refers to a form of bullying or violence that is intentionally carried out by one person or group of people who are stronger or more powerful against another person, with the aim of hurting and is carried out continuously. The development of technology, makes it easier for people to do bullying, not only occurs directly, but also occurs on social media. Guidance and counseling is one of the units in the school that is considered capable of preventing bullying behavior with various services.

Abstract

Background: The Mobile JKN application is a digital innovation by BPJS Kesehatan designed to simplify public access to the National Health Insurance system. However, its adoption remains limited, partly due to patients’ lack of knowledge regarding the application’s functions and use. Objectives: This study aims to examine the relationship between the knowledge level of outpatients and their use of the Mobile JKN application at RSUD Otanaha in 2025. Methods: This research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. A total of 97 outpatients were selected using the Slovin formula and accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire consisting of five indicators: know, comprehension, application, effort expectancy, and performance expectancy. Statistical analysis included univariate description and Pearson correlation to assess the relationship between knowledge and Mobile JKN usage. Results: The study revealed that most respondents rated the Mobile JKN application's efficiency (35.1%) and system availability (41.2%) as “less good,” while 48.5% expressed overall dissatisfaction. Pearson correlation analysis showed a strong and statistically significant relationship between patients’ knowledge and their perception of the application's usability and performance. Specifically, knowledge was strongly correlated with effort expectancy (r = 0.733) and performance expectancy (r = 0.819). Comprehension and application dimensions also demonstrated strong correlations with both effort and performance expectancy (r values ranging from 0.770 to 0.830, p < 0.001). Elderly users experienced more difficulties due to lower digital literacy. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between patient knowledge and the use of the Mobile JKN application. Knowledge plays a key role in optimizing the application’s utilization. More intensive educational efforts are needed to empower patients to use the app independently as part of improved health service delivery.

Abstract

Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 24 Tahun 2022 mewajibkan fasilitas kesehatan menerapkan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) sebelum 31 Desember 2023. Namun, di RSUD Toto Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango, implementasinya belum optimal karena keterbatasan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan, sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai, ketiadaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) khusus, serta formulir rekam medis yang belum lengkap. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor penghambat implementasi RME di RSUD Toto Kabila. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap enam informan yang terdiri dari kepala rekam medis, petugas rekam medis, dokter, dan staf IT, kemudian dianalisis secara naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat hambatan utama: keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam penggunaan RME, kurangnya perangkat dan jaringan internet yang stabil, belum tersusunnya SOP, dan ketidaklengkapan formulir rekam medis. Kesimpulan keberhasilan implementasi RME memerlukan peningkatan kompetensi SDM, pemenuhan sarana prasarana, penyusunan SOP, dan standarisasi formulir agar pelayanan digital berjalan optimal.
