Abstract

Inspira Energi Sekawan is a company engaged in the supply of cables. This study was conducted to determine the role of transformational leadership in building organizational culture at PT. Inspira Energi Sekawan. This study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques involving field observations, interviews with informants, and documentation. The findings from the interviews with informants, as noted in the observation records under the sub-focus on discipline, revealed several strengths in the observation findings. Specifically, the company leaders have implemented strict regulations, provided constructive suggestions for various issues, and fostered a healthy two-way communication culture

Abstract

Effect of Working Environment and Discipline on Employee Performance at Bravia Cash & Credit Cikarang. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on the performance of Bravia Cash & Credit Cikarang employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The objects in this study are employees of Bravia Cash & Credit Cikarang with a population of 38 and the sample calculation is determined by the saturated sample formula. The analytical tool in this research is using SmartPLS 3.0 to test the feasibility of the research method and test the hypothesis. Partial test results of working environment variables and discipline on performance show that working environment and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The influence of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT Rai Getheg Kreatif Bekasi. The method used was a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression design, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 employees. The theory underlying this study encompasses the concepts of workload, work environment, and employee performance, which are interrelated in influencing individual productivity within an organization. The results of the analysis indicate that both workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 68.5%, meaning that 68.5% of the variation in performance can be explained by these two variables. The implication of this study is the importance of balanced workload management and the creation of a conducive work environment, so that companies can sustainably increase employee productivity and performance effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style, physical work environment and work discipline on employee job satisfaction at PT. Elgangga Radio. The type of research used is quantitative research using a saturated sample which uses all members of the population as a sample, totaling 36 employees. PT.  Elgangga Radio.  The data analysis method uses SEM-PLS and the data is processed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research show that (1) The transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Elgangga Radio with t-statistical results of 4.126 > 1.96 and p-values 0.00 < 0.05 (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Elgangga Radio with t-statistical results of 8,930 > 1.96 and p-values 0.00 < 0.05 (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Radio Elgangga with t-statistical results of t-statistical values of 2,644 >1.96 and p-values of 0.009<0.05 and (4) Transformational leadership style, physical work environment and work discipline simultaneously influence employee job satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana disiplin kerja dan keselamatan kesehatan kerja (K3) memengaruhi produktivitas karyawan. Seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel jenuh untuk pengambilan sampel. Metode SEM-PLS digunakan untuk melakukan analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Aisin Indonesia. Selain itu, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas karyawan. Secara keseluruhan, kedua komponen ini secara bersamaan berdampak positif dan signifikan pada kinerja pekerja PT Aisin Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja, dan komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Desa Karang Asih. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh pegawai kantor desa yang berjumlah 47 orang, teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, kemudian di analisis mengunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja, dan komunikasi internal secara individu memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, ketiga variabel tersebut secara simultan juga berkontribusi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan dalam fasilitas kantor, motivasi kerja, serta komunikasi internal dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Desa Karang Asih.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana stres kerja, lingkungan kerja non-fisik, dan disiplin kerja berdampak pada produktivitas karyawan PT. Toyolon. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh untuk mencakup semua 50 karyawan PT Toyolon. Metode Modeling Equation Structural-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), yang digunakan dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi 4.0, digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja non-fisik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan, sedangkan stres kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan PT. Toyolon dapat menjadi lebih produktif dengan meningkatkan stres di tempat kerja, lingkungan kerja non-fisik, dan disiplin di tempat kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the role of motivation as a mediator in the relationship between supervision and performance. This research is a quantitative research that uses the independent variable of supervision, the dependent variable of performance and the variable of motivational as mediator. This research was conducted on Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. The sample in this study used random sampling method which was conducted on 130 Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. Smartpls 3.3.3 is a statistical analysis tool in this study by using the outer test and the inner model test to test the feasibility of the data and answer the hypothesis. The results of this study found that direct supervision had no effect on performance, while supervision had an effect on motivation and motivation had an effect on performance. The most important research result is that motivation can be a mediator in the relationship between supervision and performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. This study focuses on the role of motivation as a mediation. This study also raises a new phenomenon, namely the performance of Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers conducted in the city of Bekasi, which is one of the provinces with the largest Muslim population.
