Abstract

Sistem manajemen integrasi merupakan standar yang berisi persyaratan untuk membantu perusahaan atau organisasi agar lebih efektif dan efisien serta dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan beberapa standar. Penerapan sistem manajemen yang dilaksanakan oleh PT Indaco Warna Dunia telah mengacu pada standar ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 dan ISO 45001:2018. Dalam penerapannya perusahaan tersebut telah menerapkan standar tersebut, akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya standar tersebut masih terpisah dan belum terintegrasi. Hal ini dapat ditemukan dalam HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assesment) mutu perusahaan tersebut dimana CHSE masih memisahkan antara penerapan ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, dan ISO 45001:2018. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di PT Indaco Warna DuniaKaranganyar dilaksanakan pada 20 Agustus2022 di ruang balai pertemuan PT Indaco Warna Dunia Karanganyar. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi Penyuluhan Manajemen Integrasi Mutu K3Ldengan judul “Training Integrasi ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 dan auditor internal”.

Abstract

HIRA adalah singkatan dari Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, yang merupakan proses yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan menilai risiko yang terkait dengannya. Pelatihan HIRA biasanya diberikan kepada karyawan di industri seperti manufaktur, konstruksi, dan perawatan kesehatan untuk membantu mereka mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya di tempat kerja dan mengambil langkah-langkah untuk memitigasi risiko tersebut. Pelatihan dapat mencakup topik seperti mengidentifikasi bahaya, menilai risiko, menerapkan kontrol, dan memantau keefektifan kontrol tersebut. Pelatihan HIRA dapat diberikan di ruang kelas, online, atau melalui pelatihan di tempat kerja. Penting bagi pengusaha untuk memberikan pelatih Hazard Identification Risk Assesment (HIRA) adalah salah satu metode identifikasi resiko bahaya yang dapat diterapkan dalam ruang lingkung pekerjaan. Tools ini digunakan untuk mencegah dan meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja guna meningkatkan budaya keselamatan di suatu perusahaan. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini agar para karyawan peduli dan mengerti dalam menganalisa potensi bahaya ditempat kerja.Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara virtual online via zoom meeting dengan diikuti oleh 28 oranHasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pengetahuan karyawan tentang potensi bahaya dan dapat mengklasifikasikan potensi bahaya berdasarkan sumbernya.

Abstract

Tingkat pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi, pendapatan keluarga, pemberian ASI eksklusif, usia mendapatkan makanan tambahan ASI, kecukupan gizi serta faktor genetik disebut berpengaruh terhadap stunting baik di pedesaan dan perkotaan. Menurut WHO salah satu cara untuk pencegahan stunting adalah dengan melakukan intervensi dan pelayanan berbasis masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu, bayi baru lahir dan anak.. Dusun Kalangan, Desa Mranggen,  Kecamatan Polokarto merupakan salah satu wilayah di Kabupaten Sukoharjo dengan prevalensi angka gizi balita stunting tinggi. Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2023 oleh tim pengabdi, diketahui bahwa permasalahan pengetahuan tentang pola asuh dan pemenuhan gizi anak khususnya terkait pemberian ASI ekskusif dan pemenuhan gizi anak menjadi permasalahan prioritas yang harus mendapatkan perhatian. Upaya penuruan prevalensi stunting melalui pendidikan kesehatan mengenai ASI Eksklusif dan gizi seimbang penting untuk terus dilakukan. Karena upaya ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan ibu dengan bayi dalam pemberian ASI dan gizi seimbang yang baik dan benar. Abstract

Pendahuluan : Stunting adalah kondisi anak memiliki ukuran tubuh lebih pendek dari anak normal seusianya dan memiliki keterlambatan dalam berfikir. Berdasarkan data di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sukoharjo hasil Diseminasi Pengukuran Pertumbuhan pada November 2022, diketahui bahwa Kecamatan Polokarto Desa Polokarto merupakan area stunting tertinggi. Berdasarkan data aplikasi e-PPGBM Puskesmas Polokarto (2023) hasil data input Desember 2022 diketahui bahwa kasus stunting tertinggi di Desa Mranggen sebanyak 97 kasus stunting (TB/U), underweight (BB/U) sebanyak 80 kasus dan wasting (BB/TB) sebanyak 37 kasus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kejadian stunting di Desa Mranggen, Kecamatan Polokarto, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah diskriptif analitik. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Februari-Maret 2023. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 118 orang ibu-ibu yang memiliki balita usia 8-65 bulan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan total sampling. Data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari instrumen penelitian, yaitu kuesioner sedangkan untuk data sekunder diperoleh dari data puskesmas dan data profil kesehatan setempat. Analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis univariat dan metode USG. Hasil : Hasil penelitian univariat diperoleh faktor yang paling dominan adalah faktor distribusi akses air bersih dengan nilai baik (62,71%), cukup (32,2%) dan kurang baik (5,08%). Sementara hasil dari analisa metode USG diperoleh masalah utama disebabkan karena kesehatan lingkungan yang kurang baik. Simpulan : Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor penyebab terjadinya stunting di desa mranggen kecamatan Polokarto Kabupaten Sukoharjo adalah faktor Kesehatan lingkungan. Saran, sebaiknya masyarakat desa mranggen dibiasakan untuk melakukan PHBS dengan baik dan membuang sampah pada tempatnya.   Introduction: Stunting is when a child has a shorter body size than average children his age and delays thinking. Based on data from the Sukoharjo District Health Office from the Dissemination of Growth Measurements results in November 2022, it is known that Polokarto Subdistrict, Polokarto Village, is the highest stunting area. Based on the Polokarto Community Health Center e-PPGBM application data (2023), the input data results for December 2022 show that the highest stunting cases in Mranggen Village were 97 cases of stunting (TB/U), 80 cases of underweight (BB/U) and wasting (BB/TB). as many as 37 cases. This study aimed to determine the factors causing stunting in Mranggen Village, Polokarto District, Sukoharjo Regency. Methods: The research design used in this study is analytic descriptive. The implementation of this research was carried out from February to March 2023. The population in this study was 118 mothers with toddlers aged 8-65 months. Data collection technique using total sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Preliminary data were obtained from research instruments, namely questionnaires, while secondary data was obtained from puskesmas data and local health profile data. The analysis carried out in this study was univariate analysis and the USG method. Results: The results of the univariate study obtained that the most dominant factor was the distribution factor of access to clean water with good (62.71%), sufficient (32.2%), and not good (5.08%) values. At the same time, the analysis results of the USG method obtained the main problem caused by unfavorable environmental health. Conclusion: This study concludes that the factor causing stunting in the village of Mranggen, Polokarto sub-district, Sukoharjo Regency is the environmental health factor. Suggestions, it is better for the people of Mranggen village to get used to doing PHBS properly and disposing of trash in its place.

Abstract

Introduction : The screen printing process is carried out in a sitting working position and uses chemicals in the form of ink and thinner, with working hours starting from 07.00-17.00, depending on the amount of plastic being screen printed. The more plastic screen-printed, the longer the working hours will be used. Screen printers will face danger in every work activity. The risks that arise are poisoning due to the use of chemicals, experiencing musculoskeletal disorders due to ergonomic hazards, and work fatigue.  Method: The type of research used is qualitative with a case study research design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with three informants: The owner, Workers who took work home, and Workers who worked at the business owner's place. The variables studied include danger and the risk of danger to screen printing. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and literature study with triangulation methods. The instruments used were an interview guide, HIRA form, voice recorder, and camera. The collected data is analyzed by reducing, presenting, and concluding/verifying. Result: The research results show that the dangers arising from plastic screen-printing work are chemical hazards and ergonomic hazards. Risk analysis in plastic screen printing showed a high risk, namely central nervous system symptoms, and respiratory problems due to exposure to thinner (chemical) as a solvent. In contrast, the moderate risk was for ergonomic hazards with the risk of musculoskeletal complaints due to non-ergonomic work attitudes and twisting loads during the screen-printing process. Conclusion: Potential dangers in screen printing work are chemical hazards with a high risk and moderate risks for ergonomic hazards. It is hoped that this research can provide input to workers on using respirator personal protective equipment when working. Pendahuluan: Proses sablon dilakukan dengan posisi kerja duduk, serta menggunakan bahan kimia berupa tinta dan thiner dengan jam kerja mulai dari jam 07.00-17.00 bergantung dari jumlah plastik yang disablon. Semakin banyak jumlah plastik yang disablon akan semakin lama jam kerja yang digunakan. Penyablon akan menghadapi bahaya dari setiap aktivitas pekerjaannya. Risiko yang muncul adalah keracunan akibat penggunaan bahan kimia, mengalami gangguan musculoskeletal akibat bahaya ergonomis dan kelelahan kerja. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling dan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur dengan triangulasi metode. Analisis data dalam penelitian meliputi: reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan/ verifikasi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hazard yang timbul dari pekerjaan penyablon plastic adalah bahaya kimia dan bahaya ergonomis. Analisis risiko didapatkan resiko tinggi pada proses sablon plastik dengan resiko terjadi gejala susunan syaraf pusat dan gangguan pernafasan akibat paparan thiner sebagai pelarut, sedangkan risiko sedang untuk bahaya ergonomis dengan risiko terjadinya keluhan muskuloskeletal akibat sikap kerja yang tidak ergonomis dan beban puntir saat proses pengerjaan sablon. Simpulan: Bahaya potensial pada pekerjaan sablon adalah bahaya kimia dengan risiko tinggi dan resiko sedang untuk bahaya ergonomi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada para pekerja untuk menggunakan alat pelindung diri respirator saat bekerja.

Abstract

Machine learning methods are used to detect elderly accidents while image processing is used to support machine learning performance so that detection performance can be better. This study used two methods used simultaneously, namely GLCM and ANN. The study consisted of preparation of human gesture datasets, preprocessing stage, application of GLCM, analysis of feature extraction results, classification using ANN and analysis of motion class detection results. Overall, the GLCM method with homogeneity parameters and ANN as a classifier obtained an accuracy of 24.32%. The GLCM method with contrast parameters and ANN as a classifier gets an accuracy of 99.84%. The GLCM method with mean parameters and ANN as the classifier gets an accuracy of 99.99%. The GLCM method with dissimilarity parameters and ANN as a classifier to classify hand movement images gets the best accuracy of 100%.

Abstract

By leveraging spatial data, new approaches to vessel traffic safety risk assessment can be developed, enabling a better understanding of vessel trajectories and improving overall maritime safety in congested and hazardous aquatic environments. This study aims to design an application for monitoring ship movement traffic in marine waters by applying the Haversine Formula algorithm. This method is used for calculating the distance between the nearest ports from the position of the ship, this aims to facilitate decision making in case of emergencies. From the experimental results, the comparison of values with Google Maps gets an average of 10.3 with the smallest difference of 2 and the largest 34, this still indicates that the calculation of the estimated distance of the ship to the nearest port using the haversine formula in the ship traffic monitoring dashboard system has slightly better accuracy than using the Google Maps application. The design of the system prototype has been successfully carried out based on the design of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams as well as the design of the interface display, has modules including; traffic module, ship module, voyage module, history module, port module.

Abstract

Information about the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) is already available on the Ministry of Industry's Pustand website and also the BSN website. The SNI search process that is less effective and must be done on different websites will make it difficult for users and business actors. Therefore, the SNI search website using keywords is a solution that will facilitate the SNI search process. SNI search with keywords where users enter the words to be searched on the website and with the TF-IDF algorithm the website will appear any SNI that matches the keyword. In its application, the keywords entered by users on the SNI search website will go through preprocessing first, namely tokenizing, filtering, then stamming, and the TF-IDF algorithm will combine two methods, namely the concept of the frequency of the appearance of terms in an SNI document and inverse back documents that have the same meaning from the keywords entered by users into the system. This application will make it easier for business actors who want to find out about SNI for the product to be produced so that when the product already exists, business actors only need to register the product to be standardized in accordance with the applicable SNI according to the product description.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing trust and user satisfaction in online marketplaces by applying the DeLone & McLean information system success model. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to Lazada marketplace buyers in Indonesia. The empirical results indicate that trust is a key predictor in determining the quality of sellers and their ability to provide the best services. Statistically, the first hypothesis (H1) shows a significant influence of website reputation on user trust (**T-Stat = 8.50; Sig = *). The second hypothesis (H2), regarding the influence of perceived website size on trust, is not significant (T-Stat = 1.42; Sig = NS). The third hypothesis (H3) demonstrates a significant positive relationship between trust and user satisfaction with the website (**T-Stat = 5.62; Sig = *). The fourth hypothesis (H4) confirms a highly significant positive relationship between trust and perceived website quality (**T-Stat = 14.59; Sig = *). This study recommends that online marketplaces enhance the prestige of sellers and maintain customer trust, as these factors play a critical role in improving user satisfaction when shopping on online marketplaces.

Abstract

Forest damage due to fire is unique of the catastrophes that can disrupt and damage the existing ecosystem. There needs to be a quick response to fires because disaster management takes longer, and the impact of the damage will be more severe. To process images to detect fire in the forest, we need to build a suitable deep-learning model. This study proposed research on forest fire detection using an Xception and MobileNet model. Moreover, this research optimizes the accuracy of the model by applying Contrast-Limited-Adaptive-Histogram-Equalization (CLAHE) and data augmentation to tackle the problem of the forest fire image dataset. Based on the experiment, MobileNet with CLAHE obtained 99,66% accuracy in the test phase. In the same phase, MobileNet with CLAHE obtained a value F1-score of 1.00, a value of precision of 0.99, and a value of recall of 1.00. If compared to other model performances, MobileNet with CLAHE obtained the best result.
