Abstract

The goal of this study is to assess the system and identify the key performance indicators for the enterprise resource planning (ERP) information system. Researchers also spoke with a number of respondents in unstructured interviews; the results of these interviews served as some supporting information on the business. Saturated sampling combined with a nonprobability sampling strategy was employed by researchers. Thus, 100 respondents, or samples, were used in this study. To create the framework for the research model that would be utilized, research model creation was done. The HOT Fit model was employed in this study. There are four hypotheses that cannot be accepted, according to the study and discussion outcomes. System usage, user satisfaction, structure, and environment are the aspects that affect net benefit; system quality, information quality, and service quality are the factors that influence system use, user satisfaction, and structure. In this study, the variable relationship with the highest influence is IQ? US, with a path coefficient value of 0.5, and the variable relationship with the lowest value is SU? NB, with a route coefficient value of 0.1. Thirteen of the hypotheses are accepted, whereas two have little bearing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning agility, change readiness, and digital competence on employee digital readiness in the financial and banking industry. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 150 respondents working in financial and banking institutions in Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents who have worked for at least one year, actively use digital technology in their work, and have participated in digital training. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects between variables. The results showed that all three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on employee digital readiness. Partially, learning agility improves digital adaptability, change readiness strengthens psychological readiness for transformation, and digital competence improves employees' technical skills. Theoretically, this study expands the study of digital human resource management, while practically, it provides guidance for financial and banking companies to develop training strategies and policies that support the digital readiness of the workforce in the era of technological transformation.

Employee performance will be carried out well if followed by the quality of human resources in which motivation and discipline factors will significantly affect the performance of employees.       This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline partially or simultaneously on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. The independent variables are motivation and work discipline, while the dependent variable is teacher performance. The data are analyzed using multiple linear regression with the F test and t-test. The results of the analysis and hypothesis testing can explain that motivation and work discipline simultaneously impact the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya, as proven by the results of statistical analysis using SPSS 26. The t-count is greater than the t-table. The research result shows that motivation and work discipline affect teachers' performance, respectively, with a value of 0.278 and 0.605, which means that the effect of the motivation and work discipline variable on teacher performance is 27, 8%, and 60.5%. By these results, the impact of work discipline on teacher performance is more significant than the effect of motivation on teacher performance. Moreover, stimulation and work field simultaneously impact teacher performance with an F-count value of 11.110 > F-table of > 1.68.Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of ethical leadership, whistleblowing systems, and internal controls on fraud mitigation in Muhammadiyah schools, with moral sensitivity as moderating variable. The research approach used was quantitative, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 54 respondents consisting of school administrators and financial staff within the Muhammadiyah environment. Data analyzed using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The results indicate that only internal controls have a significant effect on fraud mitigation. Conversely, ethical leadership and whistleblowing systems do not have a significant effect. Furthermore, moral sensitivity was found to be unable to moderate the relationship between independent variables and fraud mitigation. These findings indicate that within a homogeneous, religion-based organizational environment, strengthening formal governance systems and rigid internal audits is far more effective in reducing the risk of fraud than merely relying on individual moral attributes or existing reporting mechanisms.
