Abstract

Beberapa guru IPA SMPN se-Kota Malang masih melakukan pembelajaran IPA secara konvensional. Model Pembelajaran inkuiri merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang disarankan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memperkenalkan media pembelajaran yang relevan dengan pembelajaran IPA berbasis inkuiri. Pengabdian ini dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali, yakni 15, 22, dan 29 September 2021, dan 6 Oktober 2021, dengan kegiatan berturut-turut pemaparan materi tentang teori tentang pengembangan media pembelajaran inovatif, pendampingan desain kit media, pengembangan Kit Media oleh kelompok-kelompok guru IPA, dan Reviu Kit Media dengan cara melakukan presentasi terkait dengan praktikum yang dilakukan dengan kit media. Pada akhir kegiatan pengabdian peserta mengisi angket respon melalui Google Form. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 97,50% peserta merasakan bahwa pelatihan pengembangan kit media ini berdampak positif terhadap kompetensi mereka. Guru-guru IPA SMPN se-Kota Malang merasakan bahwa kit media yang telah dikembangkan adalah praktis, cukup efektif, aman digunakan, ada inovasi terkait media, dan senang sekaligus termotivasi untuk melakukan praktikum saat melangsungkan pembelajaran IPA. Tetapi, terdapat beberapa butir angket yang mendapatkan respon peserta kurang dari 100%, yakni pengambilan data tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama (93,75%), peserta tidak merasa ada kesulitan saat menggunakan kit media (90,63%), dan peserta tidak merasakan bahwa kit media yang dikembangkan mudah rusak/trouble (90,63%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran anchored instruction terhadap penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah Fisika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X MAN 2 Martapura semester genap tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Sampel terdiri atas kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang dipilih secara acak. Kelas eksperimen belajar menggunakan anchored instruction dan kelas kontrol belajar menggunakan inkuiri terbimbing. Pembelajaran dilakukan pada materi suhu dan kalor. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan multivariate of anova. Pengaruh pembelajaran diuji dengan uji Tukey. Hasil analisis menunjukkan penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah Fisika kelas eksperimen lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol.

Abstract

Beberapa guru IPA SMPN se-Kota Malang masih ada guru IPA yang masih jarang menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Model Pembelajaran Problem-Based Learning – STEM merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang disarankan. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PBL-STEM untuk memfasilitasi meningkatnya literasi sains siswa. Pengabdian ini dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali, yakni 27 Juli 2022, 24 Agustus 2022, 7 dan 28 September 2022, dengan kegiatan berturut-turut memperkenalkan landasan teori terhadap pembelajaran PBL-STEM berorientasi literasi sains, dan memberi contoh praktik pembelajarannya, mengembangkan desain RPP berbasis pembelajaran PBL-STEM berorientasi literasi sains, mempraktikkan RPP berbasis pembelajaran PBL-STEM berorientasi literasi sains ke dalam kelas pembelajaran riil, dan mengevaluasi praktik kelas pembelajaran PBL-STEM berorientasi literasi sains, dan merumuskan tindak lanjutnya. Pada akhir kegiatan pengabdian peserta mengisi angket respon melalui Google Form. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukan bahwa kilas balik materi pelatihan peserta merasa paham terhadap PBL-STEM berorientasi literasi sains, peserta merasa mampu menyusun RPP PBL-STEM berorientasi Literasi Sains, dan peserta merasa mampu mempraktikkannya dalam pembelajaran riil di kelas, serta pembelajaran PBL-STEM mampu menghasilkan literasi sains siswa yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of learning media consisting of a recitation program with feedback and reinforcement questions to improve students' mastery of concepts. The research design used ADDIE which consisted of 5 research stages, namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, and 4) Implementation. Based on data analysis, the media validity average value was 3.7. Thus, it can be concluded that the recitation program with feedback and reinforcement questions has a very valid (worthy) category. Based on the results of this research, the development of a recitation program with feedback and reinforcement questions can be used in learning to improving students' Physics concept.

Abstract

The benefit analysis of the following research has the objective of regarding Basic Education Data (Dapodik) in terms of reporting student learning outcomes using the e-Raport application at SMKN 1 Bandung Tulungagung. In the research process, data was collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data was analyzed in three steps, namely reducing the amount of data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the e-Report program is an innovation of Student Learning Reports as a form of service support from the Directorate of Vocational School Development, with data collection from Dapodik. Some of the advantages of this system are, automatic data retrieval, so there is no need for manual input, a good data backup system and a variety of printing features that can be accommodated, for example printing midterm, end of semester reports and even Competency Test certificates. The problem with implementing the e-Reports program at SMKN 1 Bandung Tulungagung is that if there is data from Dapodik that is invalid, then the data correction process must be carried out from Dapodik, then it needs to be synchronized with the e-Raport. In planning the e-Raport program the principal with the e-Raport team compiled a detailed schedule of activities and carried out intensive monitoring and coordination. The goal is that each activity can run optimally. Because these activities will have an impact on subsequent activities, especially for teachers in the process of planning and inputting grades into e-Raports, homeroom teachers in printing report cards, and the Curriculum Working Group in managing the assessment database. Analisa manfaat dari penelitian berikut ini memiliki tujuan mengenai Data Pokok Pendidikan (Dapodik) dalam hal pelaporan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan aplikasi e-Rapor di SMKN 1 Bandung Tulungagung. Dalam proses penelitian, data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, data tersebut dianalisis dengan tiga langkah, yaitu mengurangi jumlah data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program e-Rapor merupakan sebuah inovasi Laporan Belajar Siswa sebagai bentuk dukungan pelayanan dari Direktorat Pembinaan SMK, dengan pengambilan data dari Dapodik. Beberapa keuntungan dari sistem ini adalah, pengambilan data secara otomatis, sehingga tidak perlu input manual, sistem backup data yang bagus serta berbagai macam fitur pencetakan yang bisa terakomodir, misalnya cetak rapor tengah semester, akhir semester bahkan juga sertifikat Uji Kompetensi. Masalah yang ada dalam pelaksanaan program e-Rapor di SMKN 1 Bandung Tulungagung adalah jika terdapat data dari Dapodik yang kurang valid, maka proses pembenahan data harus dilakukan dari dapodik, kemudian perlu disinkronkan dengan e-Rapor. Dalam perencanaan program e-Rapor Kepala Sekolah dengan tim e-Rapor menyusun jadwal kegiatan secara rinci, dan melakukan pemantauan serta koordinasi yang intensif. Tujuannya agar setiap kegiatan dapat berjalan secara maksimal. Sebab kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut akan berdampak pada aktifitas selanjutnya, khususnya kepada bapak dan ibu guru dalam proses perencanaan dan penginputan nilai ke dalam e-Rapor, Wali Kelas dalam pencetakan raport, dan Pokja Kurikulum dalam pengelolaan data base penilaian.

Abstract

Thematic teaching is an approach oriented to learning practicesthat are in accordance with the needs of child development. The thematic learning approach emphasizes more on the application of the concept of learning by doing. This article aims to analyze the implementation of scientific approaches in thematic learning of fifth grader.  The scientific approach carried out in the 2013 curriculum and in the revision stage to perfect it provides a lot of enlightenment about the appropriate and effective learning process. Through five stages of the learning process with a scientific approach, namely; Observing, questioning, reasoning, trying, and communicating are expected by students to obtain a meaningful learning process. So that it can equip students in facing the rapid development of the times.  The reasoning of the students is quite diverse. Teachers are expected to provide understanding and explanation with language according to the background of students. Reasoning from facts that exist during observation is connected with the experience of learners.  The participation of teachers who continue to accompany and guide makes discussion activities run effectively and efficiently. It is appropriate as a teacher to equip themselves with various insights and knowledge about this scientific approach to find various innovations in the learning process. The creation of a meaningful learning process cannot be separated from the learning process in elementary school. Deep experience can equip the next generation to be able to compete in various areas of life.

Karena fakta bahwa IPA merupakan peristiwa/permasalahan sehari-hari, maka sangat sesuai bila dibelajarkan melalui model PjBL-STEM Dilengkapi Asesmen Formatif. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PjBL-STEM dengan asesmen formatif untuk memfasilitasi meningkatnya literasi sains siswa. Pengabdian ini dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali, yakni 6, 13, 20, dan 27 September, dan 4 Oktober 2023, dengan kegiatan berturut-turut memperkenalkan landasan teori terhadap pembelajaran PjBL-STEM-AF berorientasi literasi sains dan memberi contoh praktik pembelajarannya, mengembangkan desain RPP berbasis pembelajaran PjBL-STEM-AF berorientasi literasi sains, mempraktikkan RPP berbasis pembelajaran PBL-STEM-AF berorientasi literasi sains ke dalam kelas pembelajaran riil sebanyak 2 kali pertemuan, dan mengevaluasi dan merumuskan tindak lanjut dari praktik kelas pembelajaran PBL-STEM-AF berorientasi literasi sains. Abstract

The key to students facing challenges in the 21st century is insight and skills in science literacy. In Indonesian elementary schools, it is noted that students' science literacy is still not maximally utilizing digital technology to learn science and science learning outcomes are still low. Based on the results of observations and interviews in elementary schools, it was found that blog teaching materials had never been used on ecosystem material, so the researcher's goal was to develop a blog teaching material "Hi Si IPA to improve the science literacy of grade V elementary school students. This research uses the ADDIE model (Analysis- Design- Development -Implement -Evaluate). Quantitative data analysis in the form of numbers from the results of expert validation of teaching materials, questionnaires of attractiveness, practicality, effectiveness, namely pretests and posttests. While qualitative data analysis is in the form of criticism and suggestions by teaching material experts, teachers, and students.  The results of teaching material expert validation are 81% with very valid criteria. The trial of the "Hi Si IPA" blog in a small group of 5 students with a questionnaire of students' initial knowledge and a pretest questionnaire the results were low, while the results of the student interest questionnaire were 89% with very interesting criteria. The field trial was 25 students in class V, the results of the student and teacher practicality questionnaire were 88.5%. Analysis of the increase in science literacy using the normality gain test from the pretest and posttest results of students was found to increase 84% with high criteria. So that the blog "Hi Si IPA" is feasible to use, attracts students' interest, is practical for learning, and can improve science literacy.

Abstract

The aim of this service is to increase the competency of students in the Zainul Hasan Genggong Islamic Boarding School, especially in the field of science. The method used in implementing this activity includes three stages, namely field survey and preparation, Young Scientists Science Camp activities, and the monitoring stage. Selected students are given training in selecting relevant research topics, involved in research in university laboratories, and guided in the preparation of scientific papers. Through this stage, participants are given hands-on training in scientific research and the use of technology. The output of this activity is in the form of 1 scientific article which was presented at the international scientific forum International Conference on Advanced Technology and Multidiscipline (ICATAM). Through this activity, it is hoped that participants' skills in research, use of technology and software will increase. Apart from that, participants can have insight into preparing scientific papers. This program is expected to contribute to improving participants' critical and creative thinking abilities, which are important aspects in facing changes in the industrial revolution 4.0. So this Young Scientists Science Camp program will make a valuable contribution in preparing the young generation with relevant skills for a future that is increasingly influenced by technology and global change.

Abstract

In recent years, mosques have primarily served as places of worship, neglecting their ten additional roles and functions. This stems from the limited understanding of mosque administrators (takmir masjid). This community service initiative aimed to enhance the competence of takmir masjid in management, digitalization, and mosque economic empowerment, targeting mosque administrators in Malang City. The activities employed included lectures, discussions, and hands-on training. The outcomes revealed a significant improvement in takmir masjid competence, particularly in utilizing MOSQ for mosque management. Besides enhancing mosque management systems, the broader community can now easily access online information about mosques.
