Abstract

PT. Papan Jaya is one of the textile industries that produces ply wood in large quantities. A significant increase in the number of requests forces companies to be able to compete with other companies, so an increase in productivity is needed. The company experienced several periods of non-fulfilment of production targets. Given the problems that occur, this research will calculate the analysis of working time and mental workload on the workforce in order to optimize the workforce. This type of research uses the Work Sampling method to calculate normal time and standard time, NASA-TLX is useful for knowing the value of the mental workload of the workforce, and Work-load Analysis to optimize the workforce. The results of the Work Sampling method obtained a total production time of 70.41 minutes by considering the Performance Rating and Allowance value. The NASA-TLX method results in the majority of the workforce having a high workload value. The mental workload value with the highest value was 86 on the hot press machine (Operator 9) while the lowest mental workload value was 55 on the rotary machine (Operator 4). As well as the results of the Workload Analysis method, the mixing machine part and the cutting machine part need to add 2 workers and the trimming part needs to reduce 1 worker. From these results, the workforce at PT. Papan Jaya, which originally consisted of 18 workers, after being calculated, the results obtained were 21 workers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the 4P marketing strategy on purchasing decisions for Pulses21 products in Gresik district. This type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was around 15,000 people with a sample of 100 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and observation methods. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test which consists of a normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, namely the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the data analysis obtained a simple linear equation Y=1.198+0.196X1+0.457X2+(-0.078X3)+0.315X4+0.267. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the marketing strategy variable price and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions while the product and place variables do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This is evident from the t count > t table, namely for the price variable 4.224> 1.985 with a significance value of 0.001˂0.05 and the promotion variable 2.964˃1.985 with a significance value of 0.004˂0.05, while for the product variable it is 1.581˂1.985 with a significance value of 0.117˃0.05 and the place variable -0.722˂1.985 with a significance value of 0.472˃0.05. And the results of the F test analysis obtained a calculated F value of 65.069 which was greater than the F table of 2.47 and an F significance of 0.001 which was smaller than 0.05. The calculation results for the R2 value are 0.733 which means that the 4P variables have an influence on purchasing decisions of 73.3%, while the remaining 26.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product image on Telkomsel customer loyalty in Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative method. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to the population of all Telkomsel card users in the Surabaya area, because this population is unlimited or the population cannot be determined with certainty. So this study uses a sample with the Lemeshow formula, namely 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test which consists of a normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as hypothesis testing, namely the coefficient of determination test, f test, t test.The results of the research based on the resulting tests show that service quality and product image have a significant influence on Telkomsel customer loyalty in Surabaya, one of which is evidenced by the results of the coefficient of determination that the correlation between customer loyalty and all independent variables (service quality and product image) R -Square of 0.653 means that 65.3% variation or change in customer loyalty is jointly influenced by service quality and product image while the remaining 34.7% variation or change in customer loyalty is caused by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence workload has,reward and punishment on the performance of employees at the Wringin Gresik Gubuk cafe. Human resources must have skills and abilities that support them in completing tasks and responsibilities. With adequate capabilities, human resources carry oult thelir dultiels and relsponsibilitiels elffelctivelly and elfficielntly. Cafel Gulbulk Wringin Grelsik prelselnts a ulniqulel placel concelpt with a rulral atmosphelrel. This typel of relselarch is qulantitativel. Thel popullation of this stuldy welrel elmployelels of thel Wringin Grelsik shack cafel with a total of 40 relspondelnts. Of thel 40 relspondelnts, 22 welrel malel and 18 welrel felmalel. Thel sampling telchniqulel for this stuldy ulseld pulrposivel sampling. Thel nulmbelr of samplels is 40 relspondelnts. Data collelcteld throulgh qulelstionnairels. This stuldy ulseld a linelar relgrelssion telst tool with thel SPSS 19 data procelssing application. Thel relsullts showeld that thel Workload Variablel had a partial elffelct on Elmployelel Pelrformancel with thel relsullt t calcullateld on thel Workload variablel (X1) showing thel nulmbelr 2.041. Thel calcullateld t valulel is grelatelr than t tablel or 2.041 > 2.028.Relward has a partial elffelct on thel Elmployelel Pelrformancel of thel Wringin Gulbulk Cafel with thel relsullts of t coulnt on thel variablel Relward (X2) shows thel nulmbelr 5.309. Thel calcullateld t valulel is grelatelr than t tablel or 5.309> 2.028 . SoRelward (X2) has a partial elffelct on elmployelel pelrformancel. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of online shop and price on the intention to buy online among Toko Sinar Welisa Jaya employees. The research method used is a quantitative method. The processed data is the result of a questionnaire with a population of 364 and a sample of 78 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test which consists of a normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple linear regression analysis, as well as hypothesis testing, namely the coefficient of determination, f test, t test. The results of the research based on the tests produced show that online shops and prices have a significant influence on online buying interest among employees at the Sinar Welisa Jaya in Citraland Surabaya store, one of which is evidenced by the results of the determination coefficient that the correlation between employee buying interest and all independent variables (online shop and price) R-Square of 0.773 means that 77.30% variation or change in employee buying interest is jointly influenced by online shop and price while the remaining 22.70% variation or change in employee buying interest is caused by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

The coffee shop industry is one of the industries with the fastest development and demand. Every year the development and growth of the number of coffee shops opened in Indonesia is always increasing. By providing a product that is different from other coffee shops through the characteristics that coffee is served to customers, it can make the coffee shop always visited by customers, besides that, a brand image that is easy to remember and a strategic location will be able to attract customers to come to enjoy the coffee. The reason of this think about was to decide the impact of Product, Location, and Brand Image on Warkop Prada's Shopper Fulfillment variable in Surabaya. This inquire about was conducted employing a quantitative approach. The research information is within the frame of a test of 96 respondents in which the test is taken using Lemeshow. The information collection strategy may be a survey. Information investigation utilized in this think about was numerous direct relapse investigation with SPSS 26 computer program. Abstract

Quality human resources and work experience relevant to the workload have a positive impact on accelerating the company's goals. Human resources act as assets that have the ability of reason, knowledge, and motivation that must be supervised by management so that their work ethic can contribute to the achievement of company goals. On the other hand, an employee's work experience is also an indicator that can be put forward to achieve company goals. Employees with high work experience are expected to help the company to educate other employees on how to understand and complete work in a structured manner and produce output as expected. Referring to these descriptions, the study aims to examine the impact of work experience and HR quality on the work ethic of Surabaya Grammar School employees. The results of the study using a sample of 100 employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-test and f-test concluded that work experience and HR quality have a significant positive impact on the work ethic of Surabaya Grammar School employees partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on performance for marketing employees at PT. AL Andalus Nusantara Travel Surabaya. Where two independent variables and one dependent variable are proposed, namely the work environment and work stress act as independent variables and employee performance acts as the dependent variable. This research was conducted using a survey method of marketing employees at travel service companies and analyzed by regression. The first stage tested the validity and reliability of questions for each variable. The second stage, regressing the leadership style and work environment variables on employee performance. The results showed that the leadership style variable had a significant negative effect on employee performance and was rejected. As well as the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance is rejected. However, a work environment that is at a low to medium level will create good employee performance and will make employees worse if the time period is very long and excessive.

Abstract

PT. Bumida General Insurance 1967 as a company that wants to continue to grow requires employees who have skills and knowledge that are always updated. Through well-structured training programs, companies can ensure that employees are always ready to face new challenges, both in facing competition and in providing the best service to clients. This is one way to ensure that work productivity is maintained and even increased. This research aims to determine how far the effective implementation of training is related to increasing the work productivity of PT consultant employees. Bumida General Insurance 1967 Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. The research population was all employees of PT. Bumida General Insurance 1967 Surabaya, totaling 55 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling so that all employees become the research sample. Data analysis uses linear regression with hypothesis testing using the t test. The research results show that training has a significant effect on employee work productivity. This indicates that the training provided to employees can significantly improve employee performance, which has an impact on increasing company productivity.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is one of the weapons for companies to face market competition. Basically, a marketing strategy is to find a match between the company's internal capabilities and external opportunities in the market. However, the Company also needs to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of the company in the competition. This will greatly help companies in recognizing themselves, as well as taking advantage of every opportunity that exists and avoiding or minimizing threats. Where in determining competitive strategies and making decisions, a manager must recognize what are the weaknesses, strengths, threats, opportunities that the company has and recognize the advantages of competitors that may have. Thus, the company must be able to pay attention to factors that can affect the survival of the company, both external and internal factors. In order to find the formulation of an appropriate marketing strategy, it is necessary to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the company. For this reason, this research was held which focuses on efforts to determine marketing strategies that are in accordance with the company's conditions in the midst of competition. The results of this study show that the company's position is in a state of growth (GROWTH) so that the strategy suggested for PT Bintang Karyasama as the housing developer of Menganti Alam Raya Semtosa is an SO strategy with an emphasis on the strategy of increasing the choice of house types with various price options. Thus, PT Bintang Karyasama as the housing developer of Menganti Alam Raya Semtosa can highlight its competitive advantage compared to other similar competitors.
