Abstract

Salah satu  sumber  daya yang penting  dalam  manajemen adalah  sumber  daya  manusia  atau  human resources.  Pentingnya sumber  daya  manusia  ini, perlu  disadari  oleh  semua  tingkatan  manajemen. Bagaimanapun majunya  teknologi saat ini, namun faktor manusia  tetap memegang  peranan  penting  bagi  keberhasilan  suatu Puskesmas.  Penelitian ini  bertujuan  untuk mengevaluasi sistem manajemen SDM pada perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian terhadap penempatan kerja petugas di UPT Puskesmas Lembasada.Jenis penelitian  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kualitatif yaitu pengamatan, wawancara mendalam (indepthinterview)  dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia pada penempatan kerja di UPTD Puskesmas  lembasada belum maksimal dikarnakan  masih  kekurangan  tenaga  kesehatan yang mengakibatkan  penempatan  kerja yang tidak  sesuai  disiplin  ilmu. Perlu mengatur kembali sumber daya manusia kesehatan yang sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi Perlu segera dilakukan pelatihan untuk manajemen puskesmas secara berkala dan berkesinambungan agar sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia kesehatan di puskesmas lebih baik.  Kata Kunci:  Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pengarahan, Pengendalian

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Earning Per Share (EPS) and Dividend Per Share (DPS) on the share price of PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. The research method used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is all of PT's financial reports. Indo Tambang Raya Mega Tbk. Since being listed on the IDX from 2007 to 2023, which is 17 years. The sample used in this research uses financial report data from PT. Indo Tambang Raya Mega Tbk. in the form of reports of net income, dividends and share prices, for 12 years from 2010 to 2021, the technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that (1) Earning Per Share (EPS) does not have a partially significant effect on share prices at PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. (2) Dividend Per Share (DPS) has a partially significant effect on share prices at PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and price on the decision of smartphone purchase. A purchase decision is a process that consumers go through to choose and buy a product or service to meet their needs and desires. High product quality and good at affordable prices are the main factors that drive consumers to buy a product by considering the quality and price ratio in making decisions at the time of purchase. Consumer satisfaction in product quality is very important in maintaining the existence of a company or business unit makes an understanding of digital marketing, product quality and service quality cannot be seen low. The population in this study were smartphone consumers from among IAIN students Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, determining the number of samples by spreading questionnaires and sample 55 people obtained. The data collection techniques through this questionnaire have been carried out validity tests, rallies and classical assumptions. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of this study, the results were obtained that partially shows the quality of the product had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision, then the price of a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision. While simultaneously or along with the quality of the product and the price affects the smartphone purchase decision. The study provides implications for smartphone manufacturers to improve product quality and offer competitive prices to increase the smartphone purchase decision by IAIN students Syekh Nurjati Cirebon.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Customer Satisfaction Level and Service Quality on Repurchase Decisions at Aulia Cell. Data collection was carried out using primary data sources obtained through distributing online questionnaires via Google Form to students. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of samples determined in this research was 50 respondents. The research data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a four-point Likert scale as a measuring tool. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear analysis with a model feasibility test (F test) and partial regression test (t test). The data processing was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 26 program. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence on the level of customer satisfaction and service quality on repeat purchase decisions at Aulia cell.

Abstract

Indonesia has a direct relationship with export and import activities. The trade balance includes export and import activities, being a record that records all product transactions carried out by a country. As an important instrument, the trade balance provides a comprehensive picture of a country's export and import situation. When exports are less than imports, it is called a deficit, conversely, if exports are greater than imports, it is called a surplus. When exports and imports are balanced, the trade balance is considered equal. This research aims to identify the impact of imports and exports on Indonesia's trade balance in 2021. The research method applied is a quantitative approach, by collecting data and information from various sources and literature. The data was then processed and analyzed using a multiple linear regression model with the SPSS 25 software package and its data analysis capabilities. From the research results, it was found that the significance value of exports and imports was 0.00, which shows that exports and imports have quite a large influence on the trade balance in Indonesia. namely 0.921.

Abstract

Islamic consumption is the activity of using or utilizing goods or services that are guided by Islamic values. There has been a lot of research that examines Islamic consumption, but there is still little research that discusses Islamic consumption from the perspective of Markash law. Documentary research is a research method where the researcher is present and plays a role in collecting data, processing data, presenting and analyzing data, and writing conclusions. The findings show that Islamic consumption must adhere to principles such as sharia or divine principles, the principle of quantity accuracy, the principle of prioritization of needs, and moral principles. Meanwhile, in Islamic law, Islamic consumption must be able to achieve the preservation of religion, the preservation of lineage, the preservation of reason, the preservation of soul, and the preservation of property. All the principles contained in Islamic consumption are intended to make Muslim consumption a form of worship, provide benefits and eliminate evil in accordance with sharia law.

Abstract

Green Sukuk is a financial instrument that combines the principles of Islamic finance with sustainable development goals. This article discusses the role, practices, mechanisms, as well as challenges and efforts of the government in developing Green Sukuk in Indonesia. Green Sukuk have great potential in supporting the transition to a sustainable economy by providing a source of funding for environmentally friendly projects. However, challenges such as lack of awareness and capacity of financial institutions need to be overcome to optimize the contribution of Green Sukuk. Through strengthening regulations, outreach, product innovation and international cooperation, it is hoped that the Green Sukuk market can continue to develop and support the achievement of sustainable development goals in Indonesia.

Abstract

Sarilate is a community that originated from the Al-Masyariqul Anwar Islamic boarding school in Babakan Village, Ciwaringin District, Cirebon Regency, West Java in 2015. The name Sarilate Adventure is Sarilate Adventure, which has an organizational structure including the chairman, deputy chairman, secretary, treasurer and public relations (public relations). In addition, there is another name for this community, namely Sarilate outdoor equipment, which means Sarilate outdoor equipment. Sarilate opens outdoor equipment rental and sells local products from Sarilate itself and also has product brands, namely Eiger and Balai. This business has carried out 3 stages of the marketing strategy, namely having targeted consumers, identifying consumer desires, and determining the marketing mix. In addition to the 3 stages of the marketing strategy, Sarilate also applies the concept of AIDA + S (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action, Satisfaction) which greatly influences increasing consumer interest in Sarilate products. This type of research is field research conducted with a qualitative approach. The methods used in collecting data for preparing this research report include observation, interviews and literature review. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy applied by Sarilate Adventure or Sarilate Outdoor Equipment to increase consumer interest in their products.

Abstract

This article aims to understand whether cashback and price promotions can influence consumer behavior centered on students of the Sharia Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Siber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. This issue is focused on whether there is a change in the behavior of consumers who make purchases using Shopee. The cashback referred to in this study is a form of Shopee coins which can then be used to repurchase clothing products, household appliances, order food and other needs. The form of research used is associative quantitative research. The sample in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business UIN Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon Sharia Economics Study Program. The sample in this study amounted to 70 respondents. The data was collected through distributing questionnaires which were then processed with multiple regression analysis techniques using the IBM SPSS Statictics 25 application. This study concludes that based on the results of the hypothesis test, the Cashback promotion variable has a positive and significant effect at a value of 3.535 on consumer behavior and the Price variable has a positive and significant effect at a value of 6.515 on consumer behavior. The simultaneous test shows that cashback promotion and price have a positive and significant effect with an fcount value of 45.569 and the test value of the coefficient of determination on the independent variable of 57.7% on the dependent variable. With the regression equation obtained 5.451 + 0.268X1 + 0.461X2.

Abstract

Unemployment is a group of people who enter the workplace but do not find work or are actively looking for work. Poverty is the state of an individual or group of individuals lacking the ability to meet basic needs to maintain and improve a stable way of life. Violence is the behavior of a person or group of people that causes other people loss, or causes other people physical pain or damage to something. This research aims to understand the impact of unemployment and poverty on violence in Indonesia. The study's findings show that poverty and poverty have a negative impact on violence in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research with a population in Indonesia. The method used in the analysis is the Normality Test and Multiple Linear Regression Test. From reports measured at the Central Statistics Agency for 2015-2021, the data used is secondary data. From the research produced or the results of data taken from the Central Statistics Agency, it is clear that there is a lot of unemployment, poverty and violence in Indonesia
