Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted with the aim to find out what factors influence the income of rubber farms in Air Upas Village, Air Upas District, Ketapang Regency. This research was conducted on 85 rubber farmers which were determined by the Accidental Sampling method. In this study two types of variables are used, namely the dependent variable and the independent variable. The dependent variable is the income of farmers while the independent variable is the area of land, the amount of labor, the age of rubber plants, the age of rubber farmers, the cost of farming and the selling price. Data analysis in this study was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis and statistical t test with associative descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the area of land, age of rubber farmers, and selling price significantly influence the income of rubber farmers, while the variable number of workers, age of rubber plants,and farming costs does not significantly influence the income of rubber farmers in Air Upas Village, Air Upas District Ketapang Regency.

Abstract

According to Law No. 7 of 1996 and the Indonesian Government Regulation No. 68 of 2002 concerning food, food security is defined as a condition the fulfillment of food for households that reflected: : (1) adequate food availability, both in quantity and quality; (2) secure; (3) evenly; and (4) affordable In an effort to reduce community dependence only on rice as a staple food the government designed a food diversification policy through Presidential Instruction No. 14/1974 concerning Efforts to Improve the People's Food Menu (UMPMR). Food diversification is the most appropriate solution in solving problems in food needs. This research is entitled to analyze the role of food diversification on food security in West Kalimantan Province. The data analysis tool used was Microsoft exel 2013 and SPSS with Rank Spearman rho correlation. Based on the results and discussion in case studies the role of food diversification on the level of food security. West Kalimantan province is at a very low level. This is due to the high consumption of people in districts / cities in West Kalimantan Province for rice compared to other food consumption.Keyword : food security, food diversification, food consumtion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi lada, serta untuk menganalisis efisiensi alokatif produksi lada. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data produksi selama satu kali musim tanam yang di hitung dalam pertahun seluruh usaha tani lada. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai pada tanggal 06 januari 2020 sampai 18 februari 2020 di Kecamatan Kembayan Kabupaten Sanggau. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah anlisis fungsi Cobb_Douglas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Statistik, Efisiensi Alokatif. Hasil uji faktor produksi menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel Luas lahan X1, NPK X3 dan tenaga kerja X5 berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi lada, sedangkan variabel, pupuk kandang X2 dan Pestisida X4 tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi lada. Hasil analisis efisiensi alokatif menunjukkan penggunaan Luas Lahan dan tenaga kerja belum efisien dan NPK tidak efisien dalam usahatani lada di Kecamatan Kembayan Kabupaten Sanggau.Kata Kunci : Efisiensi Alokatif, Usaha tani lada, Produksi
