Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the mechanism for exchanging bottle junk to get stickers that are less efficient and effective. The survey results from related parties explain that the existing mechanism is not efficient, paperless, lacks good integration between all parties involved, and is not yet in line with the development of the digital era. Therefore the author will make an application to solve the problem of the mechanism of riding the Suroboyo Bus. The application consists of three applications including mytrash, gettrash, and gotrash. The mytrash application is used by passengers to exchange the garbage to the Waste Bank and get a sticker on the Suroboyo Bus. The gettrash application is used by garbage banks to receive bottle trash from passengers and provide stickers to ride the Suroboyo Bus. The gotrash application is used by the Suroboyo Bus helper to make less balance from the stickers resulting from the exchange of junk waste by passengers. The trial subjects in this study were Dinas Kebersihan dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kota Surabaya, Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surabaya, Suroboyo Bus Helper, Surabaya area Waste Bank, and Suroboyo Bus Passenger. These three applications will be integrated with each other to run a garbage transaction mechanism more efficiently in accordance with current technological advancements. The results of the study show that the three applications are made more effective to help the mechanism of trash transactions to get a sticker on the Suroboyo Bus ride.Keywords : android application, garbage transaction mechanism, google maps API, suroboyo busABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas mengenai mekanisme penukaran sampah botol untuk mendapatkan stiker naik Suroboyo Bus yang kurang efisien dan efektif. Hasil survey dari pihak terkait menjelaskan bahwa, mekanisme yang ada sekarang kurang efisien, paperless, kurang terintegrasi baik antara semua pihak yang terkait, dan belum sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman yang serba digital. Oleh karena itu penulis akan membuat aplikasi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mekanisme naik Suroboyo Bus. Aplikasi yang dibuat terdiri dari tiga aplikasi diantaranya mytrash, gettrash, dan gotrash. Aplikasi mytrash digunakan penumpang untuk menukarkan sampahnya ke Bank Sampah dan mendapatkan sticker naik Suroboyo Bus. Aplikasi gettrash digunakan bank sampah untuk menerima sampah botol dari penumpang dan memberikan sticker naik Suroboyo Bus. Aplikasi gotrash digunakan oleh helper Suroboyo Bus untuk melakukan less balance dari stiker hasil penukaran sampah botol oleh penumpang. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Kebersihan dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kota Surabaya, Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surabaya, Helper Suroboyo Bus, Bank Sampah area Surabaya, dan Penumpang Suroboyo Bus. Tiga aplikasi ini akan saling terintegrasi satu sama lain untuk menjalankan mekanisme transaksi sampah lebih efisien sesuai dengan kemajuan teknologi saat ini. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga aplikasi yang dibuat lebih efektif untuk membantu mekanisme transaksi sampah untuk mendapatkan sticker naik Suroboyo Bus.Kata Kunci : android application, mekanisme transaksi sampah, google maps API, suroboyo bus

Abstract

Di kota besar seperti Surabaya yang mempunyai kepadatan lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi, merupakan permasalahan yang rumit untuk diselesaikan. Peningkatan jumlah pengguna jalan menyebabkan kepadatan yang semakin tinggi. Pada sistem lalu lintas yang bersifat dinamis, pencarian jalur berdasarkan jarak terpendek harus memperhitungkan kondisi kepadatan lalu lintas pada suatu waktu. Pengguna jalan lebih efektif dan efisien dalam menentukan jalur yang dilewati, apabila mempertimbangkan faktor kepadatan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan pencarian jalur menggunakan algoritma koloni semut (ant colony algorithm). Algoritma koloni semut diaplikasikan pada peta untuk menemukan jalur optimal berdasarkan jarak tempuh dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi kepadatan lalu lintas pada suatu waktu. Sistem yang dibangun dapat menjadi alat bantu bagi pengguna jalan untuk memilih jalan yang dilakukan berdasarkan informasi kondisi kepadatan, arah jalan dan serta jalur yang dapat dilalui oleh jenis kendaraan tertentu. Algoritma koloni semut dapat melakukan pencarian jalur dengan baik dengan sesuai dengan bobot jumlah lajur jalan dan jenis kendaraan.

Abstract

Kontroler fuzzy merupakan salah satu metode sistem kontrol yang menyatakan hokum operasional dari suatu sistem dengan ungkapan bahasa, bukan dengan persamaan matematis. Pada proyek akhir ini, kontroler fuzzy digunanakan sebagai kontrol temperatur yang diharapkan mampu mengontrol temperatur sesuai dengan setting point yang diinginkan. Prinsip kerjanya yaitu sinyal masukan dari plant yang berupa sinyal error dan diferensial error diolah oleh sistem logika fuzzy melalui tiga proses ; fuzzyfikasi, rule base dan defuzzyfikasi, menjadi sinyal kontrol yang mampu menentukan sudut pengapian dari SCR dalam menyalakan heater sebagai pemanas . Proses looping berlangsung terus menerus sampai didapatkan nilai temperatur yang sesuai atau mendekati dengan setting point yang dimasukkan.Keyword : Fuzzy, SCR, Kontroller

Abstract

            In this paper was design direct sequence spread spectrum simulation program consist of include the program of pseudo noise code generator by using gold codes method, spreading and despreading program. The sequence of pseudo noise code generated in 7 chips for 5 bits binary data information and 15 chips for 4 bit binary data information. The program of spreading simulation can provides sequence of spread spectrum signal and the program of despreading can recovery the original information signal. Keyword : spreading , desprading, pseudo noise code, chip, gold codes.

Abstract

The importance of predicting rainfall in fields that require rainfall information such as in agriculture, transportation and industry. Prediction of rainfall with statistics is done to solve the problems of this paper, thus this paper proposes prediction of rainfall using Long Short Term Memory in the case study: Surabaya City. The data used is rainfall data at two Surabaya stations, namely the Perak Meteorological Station I and the Tanjung Perak Maritime Meteorology Station from 2015 to 2020. The prediction test was carried out using the Long Short Term Memory algorithm with accuracy measurement results MSE 0.489, MAE 0.537 and R2 0.497. from these results prove that the Long Short Term Memory algorithm is better than previous studies.

Abstract

Vocational high school students majoring in engineering, who are the successors to technology developers in society, need hard skills to enter the workforce. However, the students of SMK Negeri 2 Bangkalan have not received knowledge about embedded systems. In supporting this need, Master in Applied Informatics and Computer Engineering Program at Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya held a community service program by holding practice-based training on Arduino Uno-based embedded systems. This program is aimed at vocational high school students so that they can improve their abilities and skills in hardware programming and embedded. The method used in this activity is workshop-based training. The workshop includes a basic explanation of recognizing Arduino and embedded systems, a simple Arduino circuit practicum, and questions and answers between tutors and trainees. The results achieved from this activity are indicated by the results of the training evaluation questionnaire. In general, the training material is considered to be in accordance with the need to add insight, knowledge, skills, and expertise. In addition, the practice-based training on Arduino Uno-based embedded systems has provided benefits for students to use technology in their daily lives.

Abstract

Stock exchange trading has been utilized to gain profit by constantly buying and selling best-performing stocks in a short term. Deep knowledge, time dedication, and experience are essential for optimizing profit if stock price fluctuations are analyzed manually. This research proposes a new trading prediction system that has the ability to automatically predict the accurate time for buying and selling stock using a combination of technical analysis and support vector machine (SVM). Technical analysis is used to analyze stock price fluctuation based on historical data by utilizing technical indicators such as moving average, Bollinger bands, relative strength index, stochastic oscillator, and Aroon oscillator. SVM maps inputs into higher dimensional spaces using non-linear kernel functions, making it suitable for various technical indicators implementation as inputs in stock trading prediction. Experimentation on five Indonesian stocks reveals that the combination of technical analysis and support vector machine is best suited for continuously fluctuated stocks, with the highest accuracy of 77.8%.

Abstract

Software development management system is important in application development. A proper software development management system will create a team that can adapt to system requirements and changes during application development. Various software development management systems are developed and widely implemented in software development, one of which is Agile Scrum. This study aims to implement well-documented Scrum for end-to-end application development, including the development of servers and mobile applications that we develop. We developed a bus application called SICITRA, with the main feature of being able to help passengers share their travel information with those closest to them. Scrum is used because it has agility which can make application development faster and more organized, and there is a close relationship between everyone involved in the project. The results of this study are that by using well-documented Scrum, we can make it easier to track progress, become a guide during system development, become history and evaluate Scrum implementation during development.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe increasing public interest in using the public transportation will reduce the volume of vehicles operating on the streets. The derivative of the description above is how to make people prefer to use bus transportation instead of using private vehicles in traveling within the city. Currently, there is 192.5 million smartphone’s user, in the other hand, the Indonesia government also supported the public transportation such as electrical bus. In November 2022, at KTT G20 Bali, INKA (Indonesia State-Owned Enterprise) and an academic institution consortium released 30 units of electrical buses. From that problem and opportunity, this research aims to propose an application that provides comprehensive information on public transportation, especially inner-city buses. So that, the user could easily track and book the bus. The proposed application is a real-time web-based application aimed at the public as users. This application is accessed using electronic devices such as cell phones, tablets, laptops, and computers. In this research we also proposed conceptual and scrum method for further implementation. We used the Scrum method to build the proposed application, the roles of the scrum team are one product owner, one scrum master, two development teams (UI/UX and developer), and 2 sprints. Implementing the Scrum method in the development process could help organize and increase team productivity. The result of this research is the prototype of a Monitoring and Booking e-Bus Based on a QR Code. In future research we would like to implement this concept and survey the user experience with PIECES framework to get the user comfort in using the proposed application.

Abstract

Stock price movements are difficult to predict and can change over time. Technical analysis is necessary to determine the right timing and company for stock investments. However, novice traders may face difficulties in analyzing stocks. Therefore, the author conducted research on the development of technical analysis for stock trading using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The study utilized data from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA.JK) stock prices, covering the period from July 1, 2004, to April 28, 2023. The LSTM method combined with technical analysis resulted in RMSE values of 136.759 for Open price, 126.52 for Close price, 317.968 for High price, 178.001 for Low price, and 189.669 for Adj. Close price, which outperformed the LSTM method without technical analysis. Furthermore, the LSTM method achieved better accuracy compared to Support Vector Regression (SVR) and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) using three different datasets. The RMSE values were 65.21 for LSTM, 313.56 for SVR, and 72.44 for KNN. The R2 values were 0.9919 for LSTM, 0.81 for SVR, and 0.990 for KNN. The results of the model were implemented in a web-based system using the Laravel framework and MySQL database.
