Abstract

Al-Qur’an surat Kafirun ayat 6 menjelaskan bahwa “Bagimu agamamu, dan bagiku agamaku", yang memiliki makna bahwa dengan keyakinan terhadap Allah, umat Islam harus menjalankan kehidupan toleransi yang sesuai dengan tujuan penciptaan manusia yaitu hanya menyembah kepada Allah SWT. Permasalahan yaitu masyarakat yang intoleran menunjukkan lemahnya komitmen kebangsaan dan rapuhnya nasionalisme anak bangsa. Mahasiswa sebagai generasi penerus bangsa sangat penting untuk dikuatkan jiwa nasionalisme. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu membangun jiwa nasionalisme terhadap mahasiswa melalui program..di Kampus IAIN Parepare. Manfaat dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa sehingga dapat menumbuhkan sikap serta perilaku yang memiliki jiwa nasionalismenya. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode PAR (parcipatory action research). Hasil kegiatan yatiu mendorong langkah kongkrit dalam menyikapi disorientasi nasionalisme kaum milenial sebaga generasi pelanjut estafet pembangunan, yakni menyemai kembali nilai-nilai tradisional budaya bangsa Indonesia (local wisdoms) yang sesuai dengan tuntutan perkembangan zaman, tanpa menafikkan eksistensi budaya lama yang baik. Oleh sebab itu, sivitas akademika, membuat rumusan kegiatan yang dapat menyediakan wahana persemaian tersebut, dan membangun hubungan kemitraan dengan lembaga-lembaga terkait kepemudaan, pemerintah daerah, serta stakeholder pembangunan nasional. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini berhasil karena dilihat dari peserta mengikuti dengan antusias, dan terlihat semangat untuk bertanya terkait membangun jiwa nasionalisme dikalangan kaum milenia.

Abstract

AbstrakPariwisata di Indonesia telah dikembangkan sejak awal tahun 1950-an, namun hingga kini masih sedikit kajian yang membahas kesinambungan historis pariwisata Indonesia serta bagaimana ideologi Pancasila dijadikan materi muatan dalam pembangunan dari waktu ke waktu. Kekosongan kajian ini menjadi dasar untuk membahas perkembangan parwisata pada lima era pemerintahan di Indonesia, yaitu era Soekarno, era Seharto, era Reformasi, era SBY, sampai tiba era Joko Widodo. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode hermeneutika filosofis, dengan unsur-unsur: interpretasi, deskripsi, dan komparasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ideologi Pancasila secara konsisten digunakan dalam prroyeksi pembangunan pariwsata Indonesia. Meskipun era kepemimpinan berganti karena berbagai problematika sosial-politik, namun materi muatan ideologi Pancasila dijadikan konstruksi kebijakan untuk membangun kredibilitas pariwisata Indonesia di mata publik internasional.Kata Kunci: pariwisata, pancasila, kebijakan, pembangunan. AbstractTourism in Indonesia has been developed since the early 1950s, but until now there are still few studies that discuss the development of Indonesian tourism and how the Pancasila ideology is used as content material in development from time to time. The void of this study becomes the basis for discussing the development of tourism in five eras of government in Indonesia, namely the Soekarno era, the Suharto era, the Reformation era, the SBY era, until the Joko Widodo era. The method used in this article is a philosophical hermeneutic method, with the following elements: interpretation, description, and comparison. The results show that the Pancasila ideology is consistently used in the projection of Indonesian tourism development. Although the era of leadership changed due to various socio-political problems, the material containing the Pancasila ideology was used as a policy construction to build the credibility of Indonesian tourism in the eyes of the international public.Keywords: tourism, Pancasila, policy, development.

Abstract

In this modern era especially during pandemic (Covid-19), we found that most of country in the world facing economic crisis include Indonesia and Malaysia. One of institution which was growing in both country is Pawnshop and it’s develop and promoting the Islamic economy especially during pandemic (Covid-19). One of the alternative for this economic crisis issue especially during pandemic is doing Rahn transaction to get speedy cash and at the same time. This study aims to analyze the differences between pawnshop in Indonesia and Malaysia. This study used qualitative description method with an approach to library research (literature review). The qualitative method is used to analyze the instrument or products which provided by pawnshops. Result of this study are both pawnshop have a goal and want to become the most valuable financial company by following and or meet the community needs. Indonesia’s pawnshop and Malaysia’s pawnshop provide different product. Malaysia’s pawnshop product just serviced only gold, but Indonesia’s pawnshop more various such as gold, hajj installment, and vehicle mortgage/credit and etc. Keywords: Sharia Pawnshop, Pawnshop Product, Rahn, Community Resilience, Covid-19.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic poses a threat to humanity, it was disrupting in the midst of life, both political, economic and religious disruptions. Indonesia's population, which is majority Muslim, is experiencing an impact that boils down to the adjustment of religious order, such as the elimination of congregational prayers in mosques, therefore it was rised pros and cons among muslim communities. As a result, a new narrative emerged that resulted in religious disruption in response to differences in views related to the elimination of congregational prayers in mosques. This paper aims to reveal the attitude of the community towards the elimination of congregational prayers in mosques in the city of Parepare during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to analyze the elimination of congregational prayers by appliying sadd adz-dzari'ah perspectives. The author uses qualitative approach methods in conducting research, the research data obtained through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results showed that the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted aspects of people's lives at large, including religious ritual activities. In overcoming the religious disruption that arises in the community due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Islam as a religion and life guidelines is present to respond to the pros and cons that occur by using sad adz-dzari'ah reviews. The elimination of congregational prayers in mosques during the pandemic through the sadd adz-dzari'ah approach is appropriate in order to take maslahah and reject mafsadah. Therefore, the use of sadd adz-dzari'ahmetode pendekatan dalam penelitian ini perlu dilanjutkan dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

Transaksi jual beli yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat adalah transaksi tukar tambah perhiasan emas. Pada saat transaksi tersebut dilakukan terdapat tambahan biaya yang di bebankan kepada pembeli. Sehingga pembeli merasa dirugikan karena adanya biaya tambahan yang dibebankan. Salah satu toko yang melakukan transaksi tersebut adalah Toko emas Logam Jaya Pasar Butung Makassar. Adaun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akad al-bai’ terhadap transaksi tukar tambah perhiasan emas yang dilakukan di toko Emas Logam Jaya Pasar Butung Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaituobservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber informasi data primer di peroleh dari pemilik toko, karyawan dan konsumen Toko emas Logam Jaya Pasar Butung Makassar. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen arsip, buku-buku dan sumber-sumber lain yang telah diterbitkan. Pengujian keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data kualitatif yang dikemukakan oleh Milesdan Huberman. Hasil penelitian Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam bahwa transaksi tukar tambah perhiasan emas yang dilakukan di Toko Emas Logam Jaya Pasar Butung Makassar jika dikaitkan dengan konsep bai’ al-muqabadhah maka syarat dan rukun jual beli sudah terpenuhi. Proses dan penentuan dan penambahan harga yang dilakukan juga sudah berdasarkan pada konsep yang adil dalam Islam. Sehingga pada praktiknya sudah sejalan dengan konsep bai’ al-Muqabadhah dimana dalam transaksi tersebut pebeli dan penjual melakukan negosiasi untuk mendapatkan harga yang sesuai dengan harga yang diinginkan dengan mempertimbangkan jenis dan kualitas barang. Seluruh rukun dan syarat jual beli dapat diwujudkan sehingga akad tersebut sah dan tidak ada kerusakan dalam akad dikarenakan kedua bela pihak telah rela dan ridha dalam melakukan transaksi tersebut.

Abstract

Indonesian  national  legal  regulations  requires  judges  to  seek  reconciliation  between  the parties effectively and optimally in each trial to prevent a divorce. However, in reality practice, these efforts have not been carried out optimally, so that some divorce cases increased from time to time in particular of verstek decisions, especially verstek decisions. This study aims to determine the implementation of peace efforts in divorce cases at the Parepare Religious Court, and to uncover the causes of non-achievement peace efforts so that a panel of judges decides in a verstek manner. This research applied empirical juridical method. The results of the study shows that the implementation of peace efforts at the Parepare Religious Court has not been effective and optimal in preventing divorce cases, especially in verstek case due to the judge's performance has not been maximized in seeking peace for every trial. In addition, the absence of one party with the intention to facilitate the divorce process as well as the desire of the parties to divorce has conducted a peace more difficult to achieve, in the end the judge set a verstek divorce decision.

Abstract

In the process of Islamization of Nusantara, there was an interaction between Islam and local civilizations in various regions of Nusantara, which then became attractive objects for tourist gaze, including in Bali. Some areas such as Denpasar, Badung and Bangli were not much known as the entrance points of Islam in Bali. Tourist gaze has been concentrated on pleasure and leisure with a focus on popular tourist attractions and hotelaccommodations, as well as cultural authenticities. This article aims to explore the potential of tourism industry by promoting the aspect of interreligiosity (such as between Balinese Hindu and Islam) to reconstruct the religious-friendly tourism of Bali. The study employed principles of netnography and literature study. The data was obtained from the internet, books, and journals, as well as a systematic literature review through Publish or Perish (PoP). The data is presented in narrative analysis and interpretations. The results of the study suggest that inter-religiosity could be integrated into the tourism industry. Some religious-friendly tourist destinations can be reconstructed through representations of inter-religious relationships in Denpasar, Badung, and Bangli. As such, religious-friendly tourism could support the development of harmonious life for a sustainable civilization. For further research, it is suggested to conduct research on other tourist gaze areas that are limited by this work.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of online promotion, service quality, and price on the sustainability of culinary MSMEs in the city of Parepare after the COVID-19 pandemic in the perspective of the community. This type of research is a mixed method. The approach used is a descriptive and associative approach. The research was conducted in Parepare City to MSME actors. Data collection techniques and instruments were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 50 samples. The methods used to test the hypothesis are by using pearson product moment correlation analysis techniques, multiple linear regression, f test, coefficient of determination (R2) and interview. The results showed; 1) Online promotion (X1) is very good, evidenced by respondents' answer scores of 88% in the category of 84.01% - 100% with a very good classification. 2) Service quality (X2) is good, evidenced by respondents' answer scores of 83% in the category of 68.01% - 84.00% with a good classification. 3) The price adjustment (X3) is very good, evidenced by the respondent's answer score of 85% in the category of 84.01% - 100% with a very good classification. 4) Sustainability (Y) is very good, evidenced by respondents' answer scores of 85% in the category of 84.01% - 100% with a very good classification. 5) There is no relationship between online promotion (X1) and weak significance to the sustainability variable (Y), evidenced by significance values of 0.088 > 0.05, so there is no correlation. 6) There is no relationship between service quality (X2) and weak significance to the sustainability variable (Y), evidenced by a significance value of 0.122 > 0.05, so there is no correlation. 7) There is no relationship between price (X3) and weak significance to the variable sustainability (Y) as evidenced by a significance value of 0.129> 0.05. 8) Online promotion (X1), service quality (X2), and pricing (X3) have no partial effect on sustainability (Y), as evidenced by their respective significance values of 0.140, 0.229, 0.211 > 0.05, concluded to have no effect. 9) Online promotion (X1), service quality (X2), and price (X3) simultaneously have no significant effect on sustainability (Y), evidenced by a sig of 0.097> 0.05 or a calculated F value of 2.234 < Ftable 2.81 is concluded to have no effect. (10) The most dominant variable for sustainability (Y) is online promotion (X1) with an unstandardized coefficients value of 0.244.( 11) MSME actors in Parepare City maintain the sustainability of their business by implementing good strategies in accordance with the principles of Hajiyyah benefit.

Abstract

Shopee Paylater's current usage has increased drastically as a result of the post-pandemic transition of its majority millennial user transactions especially among college students whose majority is literacy and promotion as a factor of influence. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of literacy and promotion on the use of Shopeepay paylater on postgraduate students of IAIN Parepare. Result Research is a field research (Field Research) which is quantitative with an associative approach to knowing the influence of literacy and promotion on the use of Shopeepay paylater in postgraduate students of IAIN Parepare. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive with an associative approach. Which aims to find out the relationship between two variables or more.Research results show that: (1) Literacy (X1) has a significant influence on the use of Shopeepay paylater, proven with a significance value of 0,000 > 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.724.(2) Promotion (X2) has a significant influence on the use of Shopeepay paylater, demonstrated with a significance value of 0,801 < 0,05 and a regression coefficient of 0,037. (3) Then literacy (X1) and promotion (X2) have simultaneously or jointly influenced the use of Shopeepay paylater, proving a F-count value of 25,736 > F-table is 3.11 with a sig. p= 0,000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of Islamic economics on patron-client relationships in the sale and purchase of rice in Pinrang. This study is qualitative. Researchers conducted observations and interviews according to the main problem. The results of the study showed that the terms of sale and purchase had yet to be fully implemented in the transaction. The price used was based on the market price by the intermediaries. The scale deduction was reduced by 5-10 kg/sack according to the rice problem. The intermediaries imposed deferred payments. This happened because of the involvement of the patron-client relationship between farmers and intermediaries. As a result of the dependence between the two, they had a long-lasting and lasting relationship; farmers had an attitude of dependence, accepted low prices, and were easily exploited by intermediaries. Thus, the analysis of Islamic economics on the patron-client relationship in the sale and purchase of rice in Pinrang Regency is not in accordance with the provisions of Islamic economics because there is still injustice.
